We cannot say enough good things about Wendy and her team!! She catered our wedding in Ft Worth in August, and she went above and beyond with every detail. The first time I connected with Wendy, she laughed because it was clear that our vision ...and our budget for the wedding did not line up...and then she said she’d get creative and call me back, and she totally figured out how to make it happen! She far exceeded our expectations and perfectly realized the vision for our wedding! I’ve included a longer review below for anyone interested, but I will just say that Wendy is professional, creative, easy to work with, and incredibly helpful. Our wedding was flawless, the food was amazing, and the service was excellent. We planned our whole wedding from a thousand miles away and could not have done it without their help! I am one of those super picky people who over researches everything to make sure I’m getting the highest quality for the best price - so I did plenty of digging before reaching out to a handful of caterers who I thought would fit the bill. Of all the inquiries I submitted with caterers in Dallas, Wendy was the first and only one to pick up the phone and call me. She was immediately helpful, offering recommendations about our venue and potential ways we could get creative to serve the type of meal we had in mind with a rather limited budget. It got better from there. We only learned after our tasting that it wasn’t typical to try 10 different entree options - it was actually laughable how much food Wendy’s team prepared for our tasting! Her menu options are VERY extensive, and she also created some custom items based on what we thought wanted. After our tasting we changed the the menu at least five times, and we even changed the reception venue twice. Wendys team just rolled with it. We are foodies with high expectations, and the food at our wedding was everything we hoped for...even better than we remembered from the tasting, which was pretty awesome considering a crowd of two-hundred. But the real benefit of working with Wendy was the amount of stress she took off of us - she was super responsive and just handled all the details that we wouldn’t have even thought of. She figured out the whole bar setup, drink menu, etc. We didn’t get to meet all the servers during the receptions, but a few of them that served us were really friendly and really professional. I could go on about the details we appreciated. We highly recommend Wendy and her team - we totally get why she’s been one of the best in Dallas for so long. Thanks for everything!!
