Lila allowed me privacy to try on each dress, and only came into the fitting room to secure each gown. After showing Lila my Pinterest board, she led me to a selection of gowns that matched my vision (and her first recommendation actually ended up being the dress I chose)! She even helped narrow down my choice of veil, after letting me try on at least 5 different lengths and styles. Lila sent me follow-up emails after our visit with pictures of my favorite gown, and thanked me for coming in and trusting Wendy’s Bridal with the journey.

d me narrow down what I was really looking for with a couple options that she chose. She took my all of my input from the variety of dresses that I tried on and pulled the most gorgeous dress for me. She was patient and thoughtful and brought a great energy. Wendy's bridal has a great selection of dresses and she stayed well within my budget. I never felt pressured to make a decision or like there was a sales pitch, they truly wanted me to be happy and find my perfect dress. My experience at Wendy's bridal was everything I could have ever dreamed and I cannot recommend them enough.

"big" or "poofy," did not want too much "doily-looking" lace, etc. Not only that, but I wanted it all for an extremely affordable price (under $1k was my goal). I tried numerous vendors around the Columbus area, all of whom were lovely but either out of my modest price range or who did not have the dresses I want. Wendy's Bridal was my last choice before I was going to custom order online. And then I found my dream dress--$700 on clearance in exactly my size, a blend of both a white and mocha color. It was magical. In addition, we worked with one of their in-house seamstresses who, despite having a PERSONAL EMERGENCY the entire time she worked on my dress, never missed a deadline. I also asked for numerous complicated alterations (removing straps, creating off-the-shoulder straps, creating a back, adding boning, etc.) and everything was executed beautifully. The women who work there are so kind and patient and really make you feel like you are not too "picky" etc. I cannot recommend Wendy's Bridal enough!

I needed some alterations which I happily trusted the Wendy’s team to handle. Inha was wonderful to work with and altered my dress to perfection. nha worked wonders to custom fit the dress for everything I had imagined and even better than I had imagined it! Inha was so incredibly kind, attentive to detail and sincere. dress would be tailored, and there was a large miscommunication about how the dress would look when finished. When I picked up my dress, I was upset with how the bottom hem looked (blocky 2-3in hem - not what I wanted). I thought the seamstress knew what I was talking about when I asked about the hem at my 2nd fitting, and she did not. After I arrived home and my mom saw me crying, we returned to the store to try to get a resolution. One of the women was rude when we arrived and asked if either of us sewed and told us there was nothing to be done without explaining very well why. I realized while we were there that there was no way to resolve the hem issue, as the seamstress removed fabric from above the original hem and then sewed the hem back to the dress. On the way out, someone asked us to tag them in wedding pictures. This business offered nothing after the miscommunication on their end but wanted publicity. It left a bad taste to the whole experience. The dress was still gorgeous, and I got so many compliments, but this should have never happened. On top of the miscommunication with the hem, once I was in my dress on my wedding day, I realized that it was hemmed slightly too long, something that was not an issue at my second fitting.

dream come true. I wanted the best of two worlds and they delivered. I am so thankful I went to Wendy’s Bridal and said “ yes to the dress”

ave the sample size 12 barely fit over your butt and then you're standing in the mirror trying to envision you looking beautiful on your big day but are distracted by the sausage rolls from the elastic clips helping keep the gaping back from flying open? I went to Wendy's and they have EVERY. SINGLE. DRESS in a 12 and a 22 so that EVERYONE can get an idea of how they will look. I also did my alterations here, which were the same price, if not better, than a few of the independent seamstresses that I checked out around Columbus. Truly a one-stop shop. I wish I got married more than once so I could have the experience of trying on dresses more than once! :)

want to try on and other than that there's not really ANY guidance. So make sure you already know what you're looking for. I had called ahead about my dress budget and been told they had plenty of new options in that price range, only to get to my appointment and find out that only the dresses that were discontinued "off the rack" were anywhere close to my budget so I did feel lied to and couldnt even find 3 that were my size in my price range. Size 8 btw. The ONE saving grace was my Seamstress Lana. She was AMAZING at each appointment and helpful with explaining the alterations. If not for her, I would not even recommend this store for your wedding gown if you are under a $2000 budget. Staff was nice enough but not very helpful when picking out dresses or helping you determine what you're looking for. I lucked out with an off the rack dress that was a size too big that Lana was able to tailor down to fit me thankfully.

extra time to assist me in selecting the right vail and worked with me to ensure I had the correct size dress. lil was the stylist I worked with and she was such a kind, proffesional and thoughtful individual. She ensured that each dress i tried on met my budget and my timeline. Overall it was just a wonderful experience and I would recommend Wendy’s to anyone!
