West Hills Country Club was absolutely incredible from the moment we arrived until the very end of our wedding night. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue or a better team to help bring our day together.
The girls started the day in the bridal cottage, which we had booked for the entire day, and it was the perfect place to get ready and spend time with our wedding party. We were also able to take our bridal portraits throughout the beautiful golf course grounds, which made for some incredible photos. Having our ceremony and reception all at West Hills made the entire day feel so seamless.
Michelle was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was always helpful, responsive, and made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. On the wedding day, Riley was the best bridal attendant we could have asked for. She was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire day and made sure we always had what we needed. Roxy, our maître d’, was also fantastic and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish.
The service from the entire West Hills staff was truly exceptional. We received so many compliments from our guests about how friendly, welcoming, and attentive everyone was. And the food was WOW. We were genuinely blown away by how incredible everything was, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about it.
From getting ready in the morning, to our portraits and ceremony, to an amazing reception and night of celebrating, West Hills made every part of our wedding day feel special. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping make it a day we’ll never forget. We couldn’t recommend West Hills Country Club enough!

t was all due to West Hills. Their outdoor space is absolutely stunning and the food was incredible. Not only do your guests get a fantastic experience but so do you! The most wonderful two young ladies followed me around and fixed my dress for pictures, had water and a signature drink ready for me, and even helped me eat while my mother bustled my dress. It is the perfect combination of elegance and fun! We did not pay extra for any add ons and all guests talked about was how amazing the food and bar was and how it was the most gorgeous wedding they’ve been to. Everything was incredible, and I even got to eat dinner despite making time to see all 230 guests. They really put the bride and groom first and you feel like you put your faith in the right hands! I highly recommend this venue and zero regrets!!

A special thank you goes to Michelle Moreno, who was incredible throughout the planning process. Michelle was always responsive, professional, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was handled perfectly. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but she made the entire process feel seamless and gave us confidence that we were in great hands every step of the way. Also shoutout to Cora as well for the assists!
We also want to recognize Roxy, the maître d', who did an outstanding job keeping everything running smoothly on the wedding day. Her attention to detail, fun personality, and ability to coordinate all of the moving parts allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends.
And we cannot say enough about Willow. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire day, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff there is absolutely excellent- we felt so spoiled all day. The team always made sure we were happy, had a drink in hand, and were enjoying ourselves! The food was wonderful- our guests absolutely loved everything (the prosciutto station was the talk of the night).

imagined. Kristin and I truly had the best night of our lives, and our guests are still talking about how incredible everything was.
The venue itself is stunning — even with a bit of unexpected rain, the staff completely transformed the space. What was supposed to be an outdoor ceremony turned into an indoor setup that ended up being even more breathtaking than we imagined. Within minutes, the team flipped the dining room into a gorgeous ceremony space. It was unbelievable how calm, organized, and professional everyone was through it all.
The food was out of this world. Our guests raved all weekend about how delicious and plentiful everything was — from the cocktail hour to dinner. We want to especially thank Chip, who not only delivered perfection from the kitchen but also took the time to speak with us beforehand and make sure every detail was right. The care and pride he puts into his work truly show.
A huge thank you to Michelle, who helped us plan the entire day down to every last detail. She was patient, understanding, and made our vision come to life effortlessly.
We also want to shout out Roxy, who led the charge during the rain pivot with total grace, and Tae, who is quite literally the MVP. Tae went above and beyond all day — from helping us with our trains (even in the mud!) to making sure we always had a drink in hand, and even scrubbing our dresses with baking soda before the ceremony. She was a total lifesaver and one of the kindest people we’ve ever met.
Every single person we interacted with — from the servers to the coordinators — was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best night of our lives.

s venues across the Hudson Valley and even ventured into the tri-state area. Yet, not a single venue came close to the level of perfection that West Hills Country Club delivered.
There isn’t a single thing I would have changed about our wedding day. It was the most beautiful day of our lives, and we still talk about it every single day, wishing we could relive it all over again. So much of that is thanks not only to the breathtakingly beautiful and magical setting of West Hills but also to the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to make our day seamless.
We worked closely with Michelle throughout our entire planning process. With our longer engagement, she was always up to speed, checking in regularly to ensure we were exactly where we needed to be in our planning journey, making everything stress-free.
On the day of the wedding, there was so much going on—preparations, getting ready, and of course, enjoying every moment. Brylee and Roxy were an absolute power duo, ensuring that every single aspect of our wedding day ran smoothly and beautifully.
Roxy, while often unseen, was making magic happen behind the scenes. As the maître d’, she managed all our vendors, oversaw every setup detail, and flawlessly coordinated key moments like our first dance, cake cutting, and other important transitions. She even created a bustle for my dress on-site so I could dance freely and enjoy the evening. On top of that, she hand-delivered every single piece of our cocktail hour to our wedding suite so my husband and I could take a private moment together and savor the absolutely delicious food from West Hills.
Brylee, who I wish could be my best friend, has a heart of gold. She was with us every step of the way—always smiling, making sure we were present, engaged, and truly enjoying our special day. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have by our side.
Every single family member I spoke to raved about the food—it was absolutely delicious. And the dessert hour? It was straight out of my dreams. I only wish I could relive it again!
We were also blessed with the most gorgeous early fall weather. Our photos turned out stunning, capturing the breathtaking scenery of the venue. We explored the grounds on a golf cart, led by Brylee, and our guests were completely enamored.
I’m getting emotional just thinking about it. This was truly the most beautiful day of my life. I can’t wait to share these memories with my family and future children for years to come, and I’m forever grateful to West Hills for making it all possible.

She made sure everything went smoothly for us. The rest of the staff was also perfection and still to this day, (we got married May 2024) we are getting compliments on both the service and the food. The staff even went above and beyond to make our only guest under 21 virgin drinks. It was so sweet and even the 12 year old was amazed with the gesture. Her personalized service made us feel so special. When my plans for the morning of our wedding fell through two days before the big day, Michelle jumped into action to help us out. Our wedding day was amazing. West Hills recently added twinkle lights permanently in the tent and renovated the dance floor - both really enhanced an already beautiful space. Every want or need was covered completely and efficiently by Reimonda and Roxy throughout the entire night. The entire staff went above & beyond with both us and all of our guests. Roxy was phenomenal, always there to ensure we were okay, confirming that everything was exactly as we expected, and supporting her team to get it done right. Her attention to detail and dedication were truly impressive. She made the event flow seamlessly from one exciting moment to the next—from setting up each personalized item we created to the sparkler send-off—nothing was too small or overlooked.
Tay managed to make the bride, bridesmaids, and special guests feel like VIPs. She catered to our every need, kept us well-fed and hydrated, ensured we stayed on schedule, and maintained a calm atmosphere throughout the day. She always knew just what to say and made us all feel like we were each her top priority. We were in very good hands with Tay.
Tylor, our waiter, went out of his way to make sure our table had everything we needed. If something wasn’t standard, he figured out a way to make it happen. His dedication and the overall attentiveness of the staff were noticed and appreciated by all the guests, who continued to comment on how wonderful everything was. Not just the head tables felt the extra effort of the staff. WELL DONE!
West Hills Country Club is a highly recommended venue for anyone that asked me for a reference. The staff, venue, facilities, and food were all AMAZING. They were willing to customize every detail to make it truly "our day." With only one wedding a day, it genuinely felt like ours. The team also seamlessly partnered with other vendors, including photographers, hair and makeup artists, and musicians. The sparkler send-off was spectacular, the rose petal service departure was beautiful, the cocktail hour was remarkable, and the help to carefully pack up all the specialty mirrors and food leftovers was a blessing after a long day. And I could go on!

Corina was absolutely wonderful communicating with us in the year and months leading up to our wedding. She answered all my crazy questions with such care and it made me feel like we were in such good hands!
All of our friends and family raved about the food (and you get SO much of it!) and they made it so convenient for my husband and I to get to taste everything as well - even when we were running around like crazy.
My two bridal attendants, Romilda and Lily, were absolutely incredible. They were so kind and helpful with anything I needed - and even things I didn’t know I needed! I truly would not have drank water or felt nearly as relaxed that day without them.
When it came to decorating, the West Hills staff was AMAZING. I brought a bunch of things for the space, but didn’t really have a sense of how everything would look together, and they did a fantastic job of arranging it all perfectly. I was completely blown away by how gorgeous the space looked with everything set up! There was not a single detail missed or item out of place!
And the actual ballroom itself is absolutely gorgeous! The set up they have for the bar, dance floor, and patio allowed everyone to have exactly the kind of fun they wanted. Folks were dancing the night away, chatting by the fire pits on the patio, and enjoying our amazing signature cocktail drinks all night!
I could go on about how perfect West Hills made our day forever! But really: you won’t find a better venue. I’m going to tell everyone I know to get married here—mostly so I get to come back and enjoy it all over again!

My bridal attendant on our wedding day was Ramonda (I hope I spelt her name right). She is absolutely the best! She always checked on me and my bridal party to make sure we had everything and anything we wanted the day off. It was hot as hell for a September wedding and they made sure we were fed and hydrated. Our maitre'd was Shawell (sorry I mispronounced your name the whole night!) and he was absolutely the best. We always had a drink in our hand whether it was our signature drink or water. He helped us in the day off with the ceremony and seeing the wedding party out. Such a great person to work with through it all. I highly recommend West Hills Country Club to anyone who's looking to have any events and wedding here. They are top tier service always making sure you're well taken care of. Ramonda always made sure I was fed and if I couldn't eat, she packed my husband and I food to take home with us. You hear all the time the bride and groom never get to eat, well that was never the case for us. You also hear that sometimes you don't get to enjoy your cocktail hour or reception and guess what because of Ramonda and Shawtelle along with our other vendors we got all the time to be with our guests and enjoy our wedding. West hills has everything in house (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, a beautiful bridal suite and free valet) to ensure that our guests and bridal party could conveniently celebrate and party together in one location. The food was incredible and the tented ballroom lended itself to the most perfect indoor/outdoor event. Sho worked behind the scenes to make sure the venue was setup perfectly and we did not have to worry about anything being out of place. We thought that the stars of the evening were Ramunda and Roxy. They were so on top of keeping the day in order and even regularly brought us food, water and signature drinks throughout the day. West hills also had attendants for the important members of our families to ensure they could enjoy the party. I will never forget Ramunda helping me get ready to walk down the aisle. Her calming presence completely put me at ease even when the sky was threatening to downpour on our ceremony. She asked me questions about my job and hobbies to distract me from getting too overwhelmed and I was so grateful for her. Throughout the night she brought us all the food to make sure we were able to try everything and even at the end of the night she boxed up more food for us to take home. Everyone raved about Ramunda and how much her organization and overall attentiveness added to the experience. Overall it was such an amazing wedding venue and we will be highly recommending it to anyone looking for a beautiful hudson valley wedding.

rything was running smoothly before the day of the wedding. They were helpful with suggestions, but never pushy when it came to any of the add on options.
From the moment we got on property the day of the wedding, there was nothing overlooked. Patricia, the bridal attendant was a superstar. She anticipated our every need. Drink was running low: she had a new one. Looking for food: she had a plate just for you. Roxy, the maitre d, and her team, were absolutely incredible. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful to all of our guests.
Months later guests are still telling us how great the food was--every aspect of it from the hors d'oeuvres, action stations, dinner, and desserts. We opted to do the viennese hour, which is a selection from all their dessert options. I assumed that picking that would lead to a sampling of all of the options, but boy was I wrong. All the dessert stations were massive, with any sweet you could ever want there. Our guests could not stop talking about it.
West Hills really did everything to make our day perfect. I just hope someone we know gets married here in the future so we get to go back to the venue as guests and do it all again.

Roxie and Reimonda were absolutely amazing the day of the wedding. Drinks were constantly in our hands, they bustled my dress in a matter of seconds and made my husband and I feel like we were on top of the world. They made sure that we were well fed and enjoyed our special evening! The waitstaff and bartenders were outstanding. We got so many complements from our guests all evening about how attentive they were and how fun they were throughout the evening! We are still getting complements left and right. We cannot recommend West Hills, Michelle, Roxie, Reimonda, the waitstaff, and bartenders enough. It was so much more than we could have every imagined!

The attention and service from our very first tour to the very end of our wedding night was so well done. We fell in love with the venue from the very first trip, even thought it was a cold winter day and the tent was not even set up. Just hearing about how they run the day, the attention to everything we asked for, and the service we loved it. The next visit for the food tasting was amazing and we could really see our wedding day coming to life under the tent and with all the beautiful gardens and delicious food.
Michelle answered my endless questions and it was great to be able to sit down a week before the wedding and talk about final details and drop off everything needed for the wedding. Definitely such a nice, relaxing addition to our overall wedding week.
West hills impressed us every step of the wedding planning process but the day of service blew us away. The bridal party was well taken care of with food and drinks as we got hair and makeup done. The bridal suite is such a beautiful place for getting ready pictures but especially for having access to all night to freshen up and leave items inside.
Our Bridal attendant Briley took care of everything. Taking us around the venue for pictures, carrying anything and everything and not letting us lift a finger. Our glasses were never empty and she made sure to set food aside and get us time to eat. Our Maitre D Roxi kept everything running so smoothly and helpful with our large family pictures and brought food and drinks to our wedding party as we took pictures. My husband’s family is Ecuadorian and having bilingual waiters and staff made the wedding even more enjoyable for his family.
All weddings have minor hiccups or slight issues but West Hills handled everything so I never even knew. The day of the wedding our DJ’s truck broke down on the way and West Hills took over playing music for the cocktail hour and I never knew and the DJ was all set up in time for the start of the reception.
I can’t recommend a place more than West Hills. They truly gave me the wedding of my dreams and family and friends have continuously told us how perfect the day was!

he start of booking, we mainly corresponded with Michelle, who was wonderful, helpful, and clarified anything we weren’t sure about. She willingly and happily communicated as well with my parents as they had questions of their own. Fast forward to the wedding day….. a fairytale. Every single aspect of our wedding was perfect in our eyes. From the beautiful space itself to the staff, the food, the landscape, the incredible photo opportunities, and so much more, it was our dream wedding. Our bridal attendant Briley was unbelievably amazing, attentive, kind, sweet and was there for our every need. She drove us all around the golf course with our photographers and videographers to take so many beautiful photos on the property. She even helped me change my shoes mid-reception! Our Maitre D Roxi was also incredible making sure everything ran smoothly. We had so many guests come up to us and compliment the entire wedding, the food, the service, and many even said it was the best they’ve been to in a very long time! We wish we could relive the day over and over but unfortunately it really flies by. I could not recommend West Hills any higher!

ow everything was so thoroughly thought through just in case of weather issues (because you never know here in the Northeast). We ended up having the most perfect weather and were able to keep everything open the entire night and with the well kept grounds, it made for such a beautiful backdrop! My large Greek family also loved the big dance floor where we spent a majority of the night. Erica was so great to work with leading up to the big day even helping with my whole seating and guest count changes up until day of! She was so helpful with choosing everything with us for the day (menu, linens, etc) and was always quick to respond. On the day of, Roxi and Reimonda were absolutely amazing. They both were super attentive to not only us but to our entire guests, making sure we had a drink in hand and were fed! It was so nice to have had them lay out all the cocktail hour food for us in our private suite where we were able to take a breather together and eat (which everyone says they never get a chance to do at their own weddings which is so sad). We wanted to be able to have a big wedding without going over our ideal budget and West Hills made that dream come true! Not to mention the grounds are just unbelievable. We had the most beautiful October wedding there. Michelle was great to work with leading up to the big day. She was always available to answer our questions and gave us advice when needed. On the day of, Roxi and Celine were absolutely amazing. They both did a superb job and were super attentive to my husband and I. d some issues with communication and almost felt like we had to beg for answers however we made it work. The wedding came in August and all in all the wedding came out beautiful, very romantic and dreamy which was exactly what we had wanted.
Although the wedding was beautiful we do have some feedback for the staff and other couples,
A lot of things that were "promised" to us in the beginning did not happen the day of. There were a lot of differences including where we can take pictures, what we were allowed to do with decorations, sparkler exits etc. We were told that the venue is ours for the day however we were not allowed to go take pictures in a lot of locations due to golfers.
The wedding felt very disorganized, we almost felt as if this was their first event. Although we worked a schedule with the office staff we had everyone asking us (the couple & our parents) what to do next, and what the schedule was. I was displeased with that as I would have expected (for the price we paid) that we were a little more put together in terms of organization.
For the money that the venue costs I think they should have been a little more flexible with some requests such as picture location at 7pm when there are no other events going on. As mentioned the wedding all in all was great, I wish the logistics side of it was smoother but it's over and I would hope that in the future other couples receive a more smoother experience. The venue is recommended but would definitely discuss vision with them before booking.

The attendants assigned to take of us took care of every single need. We felt exceptionally cared for by every member of the staff. There were so many working parts to our wedding and somehow the venue created a beautiful harmony out of the chaos. We couldn’t imagine a better venue for our event. Every time I spoke to a vendor and told them I was getting married at West Hills, they had spectacular things to say about the venue and now I know why! Throughout the planning process everyone was helpful, thoughtful, and respectful about our wishes and wedding vision. Margaret was extremely supportive and helpful with all of the changes and uncertainty that COVID brought. She reached out frequently and always kept us informed. Our coordinator Chelsea, was the absolute best! We didn't want our time with her to end! She made the planning process so smooth and fun. On the day of our wedding, everyone made us feel loved and prioritized. We had the BEST bridal attendant Briley, who made sure we had everything we needed at all times. She also made us laugh and is the *best* golf cart driver. Sho and Jimmy were also phenomenal!
There was SO MUCH food and it was all delicious! The bartenders, servers, attendants, EVERYONE was amazing! Our guests are still talking about how great the service was.

The venue is stunning - the outdoor ballroom is absolutely gorgeous. So many of our guests are telling us how impressed they were with the setting and how much they loved the ballroom.
The service was phenomenal - my bridal attendant and the matre de were beyond amazing! We were given food, drink and anything we needed at all times during the wedding. Our guests loved the service and noted how smooth everything went throughout the night.
The food was EXCELLENT. SO many reviews on everything from the cocktail hour through dessert.
I really can't tell you how amazing West Hills was and you will be in the best of hands here!

communicative. We never felt out of touch or that we were asking too many questions. The day of the wedding was seamless. My bridal attendant and coordinator were angels. They both made sure I was on schedule, well fed, and always made sure I was calm, relaxed, and enjoying each moment. They even cleaned my dress after taking pictures in the rain and even cleaned my dad’s white suit from my makeup. Everyone working there was incredibly kind and patient. Even when my outdoor ceremony was rained out, they did not pressure me at all to move the ceremony indoors. They let me wait until the last second to make my decision and when I finally changed my mind, they shifted the outdoor ceremony in, within minutes, and put so much care in making in just as beautiful as my original outdoor design. They were also courteous of my guests and kindly accommodated any of their needs to help them feel safe and at ease. In addition, we highly recommend doing the suggested string lighting. It added a romantic and warm touch, and was more beautiful in person than anything in the pictures. It was truly the best night and all our guests were blown away by the beauty, the service, and especially the food. My husband and I are so incredibly happy that we chose West Hills for this special day.
