The team at Westbury Manor knows weddings and there is no other place in the world I would have rather been on the best day of my life. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. We wanted for nothing that day. The grounds were beautiful, the food was amazing and the service was excellent . Along the way, we had conversations and made specific requests. Great care was made to note these things and the requests were honored at the reception. They literally could not have done anything any better. If you want a beautiful venue with amazing food and service and above all, peace of mind, this is the place for you!

they've ever been with "the best food selection". The garden was beautiful. Ceremony space was cute and sweet. Most importantly, all the staff members worked together to make you happy. We ended up going way under our minimum count, but Westbury offered us additional add-ons that they did not have to offer just to make us happy. They offered free center-piece, and even decorated our boring-looking wedding cake with flowers just as a nice gesture and just to make our wedding as beautiful as possible. They have a phenomenal food selection. Cocktail hour was incredible (only thing is that a lot of the guests thought that was dinner but no there is more to come!) The whole process was also really simple and stress-free. My husband and I lived in the city during planning and neither of us had a driver's license. We had to take a train from penn station and walk 30 minutes or Uber to the venue to visit or to get things settled. We payed a total of 3 trips only to the venue before our wedding day. This is only possible because every staff member there knows what they are doing and they know it well. We did not have to spend hours or trip after trip to discuss/communicate, they immediately get what you want and offer you the best they can. Do yourself a favor and book Westbury Manor please.

e got way more than we bargained for at the Westbury Manor. All of the staff that we worked with were professional and helpful, from the beginning of our planning to the end of our reception. The Westbury Manor florist did our flowers - the bouquets, the centerpieces, everything was fresh, high quality, and gorgeous. The food was amazing, the grounds were beautiful and we and our guests were extremely well taken care of. Our maître d’, George, on his own, took extra care of one of our guests with a disability. He made sure that her needs were met throughout the day. It was a special touch that we only learned of after the wedding. You cannot buy this kind of attention; only a place that prizes customer service will employ staff who naturally think of these things. We are so happy that we had our wedding ceremony and reception at Westbury Manor; we cannot wait to celebrate our first anniversary at the Polo Club! Linda, Gary, Melissa, George, Gigi, thank you so much for making our wedding a complete and utter success!!!!!

e were welcomed with opening arms. The staff always went over the top in all aspects to be sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our banquet manager, Ian was always easily accessible and helped up whenever we needed. Melissa and Linda were also very informative and helpful when planning our rehearsal dinner which was also perfect. On the day of our event, Phil, our Maitre'd, was outstanding. He made sure the room was beautiful and exactly how we imagined it. He is a true professional. Our bridal attendant Claudia was also excellent. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive to our bridal party and family as well. Overall, Westbury's food, service, and beautiful grounds were exceptional and we highly recommend this venue!

d Evelyn made our night stress free from beginning to end, and coordinated all of the details to perfection. Our guests have not stopped raving about how awesome the wedding was and we cannot thank Westbury Manor and the staff enough for making it that way. We got married July 27th, 2018 and the weather forecast that day was all over the place with scattered showers throughout the day. While we loved the gardens at Westbury Manor and looked forward to having our cocktail hour outside, the venue made the right choice in moving it inside and it was perfect! The weather held out long enough for us to get all the pictures we wanted in the gardens and for some of our guests to be able to enjoy them as well. The guests who enjoyed the indoor cocktail hour loved having use of the different rooms to get the full effect of how beautiful Westbury Manor is and how cool the history and antique charm is. The Manor Room is the most spectacular room in the place and held our 250 guests comfortably. The dance floor was packed all night but no one felt crowded. All in all the night was everything we could have hoped for. It really cannot be said enough how thankful we are for Westbury Manor and their staff, and we cannot recommend them enough!

they did it. I do not remember a July 7th where the weather was as perfect as this day. From beginning to end everything that Mary promised when we booked the venue came off exactly as she said. The gardens were beautiful. the floral arrangements they set were perfect. The cocktail hour was magnificent. I spent over a year studying the menu options and unfortunately was only able to sample a few of the dishes due to meeting and greeting guests. I did try the Chocolate Lasagnette and it was as good as I had hoped. My guests told me all that was served was fantastic. Many of the guest were not from Long Island but they have heard about Long Island weddings. They were not disappointed. Moving into the reception the room was exquisite. Tables and floral arrangements (by Gary from the Manor) looked fantastic. My daughter believes less is more and Gary did a great job accomplishing this. The food choices (7) were great. I have been to many catering halls on Long Island and not too many offer the variety to choose from for entree's. With only one exception does anyone compare to what WM did for us this night. We opted for the Viennese hour and this WAS one of the choices I made the most of. The variety served was incredible and the "to go" bags were a great add on. Now for the people. The staff was incredible. IF you have the option ask for Phil as your Maitre D. Phil went above and beyond to make all go smoothly. His coordination of the affair was impeccable. He made sure all went as we had planned and took great care of the Bride, Groom and the parents. Thanks Phil. You were great. Our bridal assistant was Jackie. She too was the best. I thought she was done after the ceremony but she stayed all night and was huge in making all go smoothly. She also paid particular attention to me when my hand was empty asking if I needed a drink. The music was handled by Barratini Production. He is as good, possibly better, than I have heard. Our family and groom know Kevin (barratini) for many years and he was on hand to run the DJ production. Just great! So if you are thinking of planning a wedding definitely check out the Westbury Manor. They do not disappoint. The Scotto family knows how to do a "Long Island" wedding.

All of our guests have been raving about how great the food was! The grounds outside are absolutely gorgeous and were beautiful for taking pictures outside! Having 1 wedding at a time at the venue made for a very personalized experience! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, completely perfect!

We had the pleasure of working with Linda, who is an absolute professional and helped us plan our special day from 3,000 miles away. Every time we came in to visit we were not only met with hugs, but the amazing presence of the hard working staff who always ensured our needs were met. As the day got closer, Melissa helped finalize all the details and was amazing to work with. She took care of every need we had and made us feel as if we were in good hands. When it came to the week of finalizing all our details we were in good hands with Jake - who is a stand out at the Manor. Knowledgeable, honest, and passionate for the business, he confirmed our hopes that we were going to have the best day ever. The day of our wedding was hectic, but you wouldn't know that the way the staff at the Manor handled everything. From guests arriving early, to anticipating inclement weather, everyone, and I mean everyone, who worked on the staff was terrific. We need to shout out our maitre'd, George, who is a treasure of a human being. He was in our corner every step of the way and always had our best interests at heart. It's easy to get swept up in a wedding, but George is there with you delivering a special platter of every piece of food from cocktail hour (because you need to eat, and it's easy to forget to eat). He's the guy who pulls you aside, tells you to breathe, and take it all in. He walks you through the cake cutting ceremony so you don't look foolish up there. We can't thank George enough for just being an overall wonderful person. Special thanks also to our bridal attendant, Johanna, who is a class act and accommodated every request we threw her way. There was not one second when we didn't feel comfortable having Johanna help, or offer her assistance. She's a lifesaver and one of the many reasons why the Westbury Manor is so special. There are so many things we love about this place, from being the only wedding that day, to the amazing food, but it all comes down to the service and the people. The owners of the Manor take a lot of pride in their service and it shows. Our day was so special because the Manor made it so special. Thank you to all who helped make our dream wedding a reality! We can't even begin to tell you how many of our guests are still approaching us to this day citing how it was hands down the best wedding they've ever attended. All this was possible because of Westbury Manor.

They were beyond helpful throughout the wedding process and answered any questions we had and were super accommodating . The grounds are beautiful and are what attracted us in the first place. we were looking at venues for our wedding. Every meeting at Westbury Manor leading up to the wedding was such a positive experience. We looked forward, every meeting, to the opportunity to step into the positive, regal energy of this place, with all its friendly people, delicious food, and beautiful floral decorations and colorful flowers everywhere. Ian is fantastic, and working with him made planning our wedding such a pleasure. Sandra, our maître d, and Claudia, our bridal attendant, were so attentive and accommodating and on top of keeping things running smoothly during our wedding. Gary’s floral arrangements, centerpieces, and bouquets were gorgeous. And every single other person we interacted with in any way there every step of the way leading up to and at the wedding added to our positive experience. So many of our wedding guests have been telling us how beautiful the place was and how amazing the wedding was. Even my mother was extremely happy we had our wedding here (and she’s not an easy person to please). The ceremony, the cocktail hour, the reception, and everything leading up to all this had a natural and elegant feel. We felt like royalty with the way the wonderful staff there attended to our needs and wants. If I were to imagine the perfect wedding for me, it would be at Westbury Manor. I’m so happy it was.

llroom, all of the rooms inside Westbury Manor have such a feel of old and vintage romance. The grounds outside are beautiful year round, even when flowers aren’t in bloom. Our first visit with Mary was so helpful, she answered all of our questions and worked with us so we stayed in our budget. When it got closer to the wedding, Melissa was great to work with planning the menu and Jake was absolutely fantastic during our final meeting the week of the wedding. He answered ALL of our last minute questions and addressed our concerns, and whatever he could not answer with confidence himself, he got an answer right away for us. Fast-forward to the wedding day…Phil was our maître’d and Claudia was our bridal attendant. MY GOODNESS they were fabulous! They both went above and beyond their call of duty to make sure our entire experience at Westbury Manor was flawless. Phil was there for our entire bridal party and parents to make sure we had drinks in hand when we wanted them, to constantly check in and make sure if we needed anything and get it for us if need be, and he did it all at the drop of a hat. An example of this is I forgot to tell my florist to add flowers to our wedding cake and it ended up being so bare looking. Phil had an idea and was able to take some flowers from each of my bridesmaid’s bouquets to make a flower arrangement on our cake and it was more GORGEOUS than I had envisioned! Phil decorated our reception space beautifully and so specifically to what I had requested with all of the décor I brought in. He was a true superstar on our wedding day and it wouldn’t have been as flawless as it was without him! Claudia was my best friend on the wedding night! It was raining so she was able to simultaneously hold an umbrella over my head and hold my dress up so it wouldn’t get wet on the ground. Now, my dress was huge so I’m still shocked at how she did it all! Obviously, because my dress was so big, I needed help using the bathroom. She insisted that she help me instead of bothering my bridesmaids during cocktail hour. She was amazing!! She told me exactly how to stand, as she lifted my dress and pulled down my spanks! I was able to pee with no problem! Claudia came with me, my husband, my photographer and videographer outside while it was drizzling to get some outdoor pictures. She did a fantastic job making sure the bottom of my dress stayed as dry and clean as possible! I accidently got my hand in some mud without knowing, then went to pull my dress up and got a HUGE mud stain on the front of my dress! Claudia worked tirelessly to scrub that stain out of my dress before our entrances into the reception! You couldn’t even see it anymore! She was a lifesaver! During the cocktail hour and reception, all of the bartenders and wait staff were so professional and attentive to our guests. So many of our guests raved about the service at Westbury Manor! The food was OUTSTANDING at both cocktail hour and dinner and the cookie craze for dessert was a huge hit with everyone! I HIGHLY recommend any brides looking for a top-notch venue that honestly treats you like royalty; to please visit the beautiful Westbury Manor!! Thank you to everyone at the Westbury Manor!

Our Maitre D Phil made sure everything ran smooth, including setting up the vendors, arranging the room to our liking, and were in constant communication with me and my wife to make sure we were happy. They set up our display tables illustrating our love story perfectly. Kelly and Lexi did an excellent job making sure my wife and her bridesmaids were attended to, fixing their dresses, bringing us food and beverages during photo shoots, and even cleaned up my dad's tux which got coated with flour - still don't know how he managed to do that. There were more than five food choices for the main dinner, cocktail hour had an endless supply of appetizers, and we got a zeppole desert cart thrown in at the end. Westbury also did a great job catering to our guests. A special thanks also goes to Mary for helping us throughout the wedding process.

I can not tell you how many people commented to us on how amazing Phil was. Our bridal attendant, Claudia, was a dream. She was extremely attentive to my husband and I throughout the entire night, but at the same time gave us plenty of space. We had some rain when we first arrived, and she helped us stay dry, and managed to keep my dress clean and away from any puddles and dirt outside. She really was beyond words. Thank you Westbury Manor for a dream wedding day. We could not have had a better day and we look forward to being able to return for our anniversary every year for dinner at your restaurant!

as my bridal attendant. They were both incredibly amazing. Especially, Sandra. She opened our cocktail hour up a half hour early (at no extra charge) and did not end anything early. She kept the wedding going at a great pace, attended to our needs, and attended well to our parents. The venue also surprised us with an upgrade from the seafood station to the seafood boat that we were unaware of until we walked into the cocktail hour. Additionally, they provided a bunch of different passed hors d'oeuvres for the bridal party during pictures before the wedding started, keeping everyone well feed and happy. In addition to this attentive, the venue itself is superior. Every guest we had (including ones who loved ones got married several weeks before at another scotto brother's venue) have raved that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. The food was absolutely delicious and in abundance. The grounds are incredibly stunning and beautiful. They set everything up just as I imagined and helped me plan a perfect day throughout the process. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the planning process, at the wedding, and even after it was finished. The icing on the cake that shows how attentive they are, was that I forgot to take a copy of the personalized menu and when I called up (about a month after), they remade them for me and printed four for myself and my family. They are so amazing. I can't wait to return as a guest or have future parties at this venue!

We had heard and read great reviews about this venue and we are happy to say that it is all true from the experience we have had during our wedding planning and on the day of our wedding. Mary and Melissa were our banquet managers. They were amazing at addressing all our concerns during our wedding planning. Jerry personally took care of us during our final item drop-off. Phil was our Maitre D and Kelly was my bridal attendant. Phil and Kelly are a great team! From the moment we met them at the entrance of the manor on our wedding day, they took great care of us during the entire wedding. Phil was always on top of everything and communicating with everyone. He brought us food to eat when we were taking photos during cocktail hour, because he noticed we didn't get to eat yet and figured we would be hungry (he was right!). Kelly was so sweet and always attentively by my side whenever necessary, such as holding my bouquet and my train while I walked down stairs and getting me and my bridesmaids needle and thread to fix a dress. All our guests were always greeted with a smile and the utmost courtesy from all the staff. The food was delicious and there was so much of it! Our guests are still talking about how great the food and how beautiful everything was. The seafood boat was worth it! It was a great wedding and we are so thankful to have had it at Westbury Manor. The day of we were greeted by both George and Kelly who made sure everything went exactly as planned and working incredibly well with my day of coordinator and photo/video staff. I cannot brag enough about how lucky I was to have such an increbible group of people making our day so perfect for not just us but everyone guest. When I say every staff member I mean every staff member was warm and welcoming and genuinely happy for our special day. Poor Kelly almost had a heart attack when she saw me with lobster ravioli in one hand and the train of my dress on the other but she made it work. If you want perfection this is your place, 10-14-2017 will not be forgotten by any of our guests because of the incredible job they all did.

The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because they had some difficulty keeping up with the food at cocktail hour, however, it was all delicious and my guests definitely did not leave hungry. Westbury Manor is an ideal local to hold any event!

om looked BEYOND GORGEOUS!!!! The staff, the food and the grounds are PHENOMENAL!!! The cocktail our, which took place outside, was spectacular! Working with Jerry was a pleasure! My bridal attendant and matre D (Phil) we're by our side all night long making sure everything was perfect! I can't express how happy and grateful I am to everyone at Westbury Manor for truly making our day beyond perfect!

ttendant made sure my husband and I ate in between photo sessions and everything, she continuously fixed my train and veil, and worked with the maitre'd to make sure my husband and I didn't bump into each other before the ceremony. The venue price was a little pricier than we initially planned for, but it included a cake and a free night at a local hotel, and numerous menu options. We'd say it was worth every penny!

The chef prepared his regular-menu food well, I was told, but when asked to get creative with some vegan ideas he shrugged and said he would 'have to figure it out' . His 'figuring it out' was the worst meal I have ever had. Being that we had about 20 guests who were vegan, which was well known to our event planner, I assumed that the staff would be knowledgeable about the food. I even went so far as to have to explain it to Melissa the planner, and she kept suggesting I just eat fish and eggs at our meeting; so I made it perfectly clear to her what we were expecting. I thought this would clear some things up for the wedding day. I was wrong. Tofu in the stir fry was confused with cheese because the person working that station was unaware/didn't know what tofu was. My gluten free vegan cake didn't get to my vegan or gluten free guests, as they were told it had dairy in it and 'probably wasn't gluten free'. My Celiac husband, who was GUARANTEED to get samosas he could eat was given samosas with wheat bread and was very, very ill the night of our wedding. The endless array of buffet that was promised was missing 3 MAJOR items that my parents were looking forward to. When I queried about whether an appetizer was vegan the woman serving me said "no, but its only a little bit of cheese, I won't tell anyone". I was APPALLED at their disrespect for my ethical choices, and the fact that they did not communicate this to any of their staff working my wedding. On top of this, it rained the evening of my wedding and I insisted on having pictures out in the garden. The maitre'd went so far as to make misogynistic comments to my husband about how he should control me and make the final decision. Oh, and they ran out of the one whiskey that I specifically asked for, because they only got one bottle of it! The list really could go on, and on, and on. Between them forgetting to email me back, sending my contract to the wrong email address, not giving me a tasting meeting until six weeks before the wedding (without enough time to try the items the chef had planned to prepare), forgetting to give me the information to set up a cake tasting until I pressed it, the staff giving my SEVERELY lactose intolerant friend cheese after she questioned them and my Celiac husband wheat, changing the menu we had agreed upon last minute (I asked for a puff pastry vegetable purse and got a stir fried rice paper roll that was 50% oil, AND our sorbet dessert flavors were completely different than agreed upon), not having ANY of the food labeled after I had made it abundantly clear that guests had severe allergies to nuts and dairy and were vegan, serving poor quality food like stale sushi, and making it hard to book my own photobooth and photographer because they wanted to get a commission on their own workers...I can't steer people far away enough from Westbury. Honestly the only good thing about this location is the fact that it is a very pretty area, and the layout of the rooms is comfortable. If anyone asked me, I would tell them to save the $120/person and go ANYWHERE else. On top of all of this, I did not get one single correspondence from them after the wedding. Not even a congratulations or hope you enjoyed it.

the moment we walked into Westbury Manor about a year ago to choose our venue. Food Food Food! There was tons of it! From cheeses, wine and champagne before our ceremony to the "To Go" bags of pretzels, Hot Cider and zeppoles at the end of the night! We had everything imaginable at our cocktail hour, a mozzarella-tomato-prosciutto salad when entering the manor room, followed by pasta pomodoro and then 7 choices for dinner! A delicious tartufo in addition to our wedding cake for dessert and finally a cordial bar at the end of the evening for some fun shots to ease our dancing feet pains away. Phil, our Maitre D' was wonderful as was Jackie our Bridal Attendant. So sweet! So attentive! They made sure that not only my husband and I were happy - but that everyone was enjoying our special day as much as us! We had our ceremony outside - which was great. 250 people plus our amazing Minister :) Inside for cocktail hour, our 250 guests were spread out among three rooms. The conservatory, which had a bar and cold dishes, the library which had comfortable seating and a bar, and the dining area where all of our hot appetizers were. They left the doors open so that people could also venture outside for even more seating - a bar was set up outside as well! Inside the manor room was gorgeous! Our flower arrangements/centerpieces from Pedestals looked amazing on Westbury Manors gold tablecloths with white napkins. The cake from Francescos was set up beautifully behind our Dais - which matched our flowers and overall colors of the Manor. EVERYONE loved our wedding - I heard many guests say that "this place is beautiful." They loved the gardens outside and how we pretty much had the entire mansion to ourselves - since they now only do one wedding at a time!' Overall, Thank you to Westbury Manor and their amazing staff!

. Beautiful decor inside where you get that old world classy feel, & outside in the gardens, which are great for pics all year round. From the very beginning our event manager Mary was the best - supportive, immediate responses to all of my calls & emails, & honest as I brought my ideas to her through my planning. Everyone we dealt with - Melissa whom we arranged our menus & decor with, Linda Dinatale & Lana who worked with us the final week, our Maitre D Phil, Bridal Attendant Jackie, the wait staff & bartenders, the list goes on - were nothing but professional and kind, treating us like royalty!! And the food!! We're foodies so as much as we knew we loved The Manor, we still needed a tasting, and we were floored! Top Notch! The amount of food that you're offered with your contract is amazing. So many options!! Our gorgeous cake (from Francesco's Bakery) was included in our package, and we did a viennese hour with an unimaginable amount of desserts. As hard as I tried to keep everything in order, we had at least 10 cancellations up until 2 days prior, last minute cigar bar catastrophes, seating errors, but The Westbury Manor staff kept me calm through it all & made sure our vision was executed perfectly. We felt like family working with the staff here. Choosing The Westbury Manor as our venue was one of the best choices we made in our planning. ct day, and it certainly was. The mansion is gorgeous and the grounds are just as beautiful. You feel like you are in other world when you are there. The food was great! Our guests had a choice of 7 entrees. Cocktail hour was above and beyond. My guests could not stop saying how great the food was. Everyone that we had dealt with for our wedding was nothing but accommodating, and always answered emails or phone calls quickly. Phil and Jackie were so great on the day of my wedding. I had candle wax dripped on my gown and they were able to get it out for me. Their service was superb. My husband and I can not thank this venue enough for the wonderful memories it has given us. We can not wait to come back to celebrate anniversaries. Thank you again!

Multiple guests complimented both of these workers on how great and attentive they were and we got compliments on the staff as a whole. We've had countless compliments on the decor of the manor for the holidays and the food and drinks were outrageous as well. As bride and groom we were treated like complete royalty and it made us so unbelievably happy for choosing such an amazing venue. There was not one thing we could complain about throughout our entire wedding process with Westbury Manor. We and our family and friends absolutely loved every minute of the Westbury Manor and thank them for being so wonderful!!

They made sure i was well taken care of throughout the entire process and the night of my wedding they did everything they could to make me happy. When my florist messed up they came and fixed it without me knowing, They went above and beyond!!!

Food and Price. Food was more delicious than your average wedding hall food. It was also abundant, which pleased all our guests. Price wise it was very reasonable for what you get. For the day off, our Maitre D (George) and Bridal Attendant (Ayersha) were very professional and sweet. They kept everything on-schedule, us fed, and helped us whenever we needed them. I am so glad we went with WM. We felt so well taken care of. Note: We had approximately 220 people at our wedding. It looked like a tight fit for some of our guests once everyone started lining up for the Photobooth. Something to consider for those with a larger guest count. It worked out for us because almost everyone was on the dance floor.

I wanted to have my special day. After receiving a complimentary breakfast, I met with Linda. She not only was insightful, but answered all my questions. She was a pleasure to work with and was helpful in finding ways to work with me and my fiance to help make our day as memorable and as detailed as we would want it to be. Not to mention the grounds are beautiful! Everyone that we have met so far at the Westbury Manor have been warm, friendly and accommodating. Although our wedding is still months away, I know that everyone at Westbury Manor will help to make it a day we will never forget! I'm sure I'll have a great review to write about Westbury Manor after our special day!

site, people always say wedding guest never remember food but they surely will here. It has a very classic ambiance but still very well kept. Jessica was my Bridal attendant. She was simply amazing, every time I needed something she was right there behind me ready to help. Phil was our maitre'd and honestly my wedding would have been a mess without him. From the moment I drove in they to the second we left at the end of the night they were there. Phil had everything under control and made it his business to make sure we were okay, from always having a drink on our table to making sure we were able to eat. Our bartender was also the talk of the event, he was super friendly and knew everyones drink and had it ready before they could even say a word. The Westbury Manor aside from being beautiful has an amazing staff. They truly made our special day perfect.
