Westin Edina Galleria

Loved the Westin so much! From the first tour, we were hooked. We loved the service and the way they sold us on the experience, not the cost. My fiancé and I were on a budget and they worked with us to find a package that worked better and still allowed us room for other things we wanted. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Westin in their big ballroom and in the space outside of the room. Even though we only had 125 guests, the space was great for us. The food was perfectly portioned and timed out. I liked that we were able to choose our sides and swap out things we didn't like. They even surprised us with a champagne toast at the end! I never thought of having my wedding at a hotel, but I enjoyed not having to travel place to place. It also allowed us to spend more time with our guests, which was important to us. Would highly recommend! Great staff, great hotel, great experience!

I had my wedding reception at the Westin a couple weeks ago and was grateful for their flexibility. My ceremony started at 2pm and ran late, which made my guests show up to the hotel by 5pm! Luckily, the staff at the Westin were understanding and were still ready for my guests when they showed up and my meal was still hot. Their staff was overly helpful and fast with cleaning tables (definitely no staff shortages here). They also let us come back the next morning to pick up our decorations (which wasn't much, because they had boxed them up for me!) Most venues charge for the next morning or they don't allow it at all. I would recommend the Westin to any couple who is looking for patient and helpful staff.
