We've Got It Covered

We worked with Erin of We’ve Got It Covered for our wedding in May 2023 in Minneapolis, MN. Our draping and linens were just what we had envisioned. The ceiling draping and twinkle lights helped transform our venue into a romantic setting perfect for a wedding. The linens we used- champagne satin- added elegance and poise to the tables, along with chair covers & bows in the same champagne satin color making each person’s place at the table look set for royalty. The linens were of high quality fabric- they looked and felt quite fancy. The only thing that could have gone better is the communication. There were many times when there would be emails back and forth about a particular issue which could have been easily and quickly resolved over the phone or in person. Erin’s limited availability made it difficult to discuss these items, but in the end, we all got on the same page and everything went smoothly.

The crew at We've Got It Covered did an incredible job. We were extremely grateful to them for accommodating our various inquiries and add-ons during the planning phase. Eventually, we landed on pipe and drape, a circular ceremony arch, and draping. The resulting space was breathtakingly beautiful with little coordination required by Tyler and I. They worked wonderfully with our venue coordinator. We would recommend their products to everyone planning a wedding.

We've got it covered is super professional and easy to work with! Their team was so friendly and made it so seamless on our big day. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the results of our drapery and lighting! We added drapery to the reception space and it was absolutely flawless, it completely changed the space. We also added cafe lights on the patio for some extra lighting when the sun when down. I'm so glad we added them because It made for stunning photos! I can't thank them enough for how amazing everything turned out.

We used We’ve Got It Covered for our linens, draping, and lights. Erin was great to work with and even offered waived the installation fee for our lights and draping, since our wedding was on a Sunday and the people on both Friday and Saturday were using the same rentals! The only slight hiccup was that when we went to go pick up our linens a couple of days prior to our wedding, they weren’t left out. After informing Erin, she told us that she would deliver the linens to our venue the morning of the wedding, so it all worked out in the end!

We used We've Got It Covered for tent draping and lighting for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with how it turned out! It looked exactly how it did in the pictures we saw and working with them was a breeze. Erin was very helpful and even accommodated a rather last minute addition of charger plates which was awesome. The crew set up everything smoothly with no issues. Highly recommend them, especially if you are having a tent reception, the draping and lighting adds a HUGE wow factor that is worth every penny!

I was hoping for a "Zero Star" option. Erin was absolutely horrendous to work with. Every time I reached out, she couldn't remember me or what we had talked about....so EVERY TIME I contacted her, I had to discuss who I was and what I wanted. As a bride and groom, you all know that our lives are full of anxiety, the unknown, and 10000 things to do to plan our weddings! The stress of it alone is horrible. Now, 25 days before the wedding, I contacted her to update my table numbers, and inevitably to get an updated invoice. Erin responds asking ME to update her invoice for her. If I didn't already have enough to do, now I have to update her invoice for her, even though I already gave her the updated information. This is just pathetic and sickening. How can ANYONE run a business where they do not know their customers and can't take the time to update their own invoice. So when I called her out on it, she immediately got defensive and CANCELLED OUR CONTRACT. Yes, I said it...she cancelled our contract 25 days prior to our wedding. Needless to say, we will be taking legal action as we did pay a 50% deposit. Also, I contacted another event center and they IMMEDIATELY jumped in to help! All I can say is this is a blessing in disguise, because the likelihood that she would have forgotten the event altogether was high. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Erin was great to work with. Our venue was Harriet Island Pavilion and we had her do cafe lights and paper lanterns from the ceiling and rented all of our linens from her (the bride did not want the white linens provided by the caterer). We shared some pictures from Pinterest with her and it all turned out exactly how the bride envisioned it. Absolute breeze to work with --- everything was on time and she was very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We've Got It Covered literally made my reception vision come to life. We booked Erin to hang cafe lighting, paper lanterns, and garland in our reception venue, and it was absolutely the highlight of my wedding day. The decor was absolutely gorgeous and Erin was really helpful in recommendations for amount of supplies we would need. I am rating 4/5 simply because it was difficult to get a hold of Erin with questions as the event got closer, but overall she did an amazing job at our venue that was above and beyond my expectations.

We used We’ve Got It Covered for all of our linen needs on the big day. Erin was AMAZING to work with especially with all the COVID changes to the number of tables, décor, etc. We absolutely LOVED our guest table runners rented through We’ve Got It Covered, and it was so nice to not have to worry about steaming/ironing linens for the big day thanks to them! Highly recommend for any rental/linen needs!

We've Got it Covered captured my vision perfectly. I sent them inspo pictures and they created exactly what I wanted. They responded quickly and professionally to my e-mails and helped to create a beautiful and dreamy wedding with their draping at Legacy Hill Farm. Highly recommend!

Like the other reviews state, this vendor is extremely easy to work with. They were mostly in contact with our day of coordinator for set up and take down, and they were on time for both. We didn’t see them at all but the lighting was EPIC in the atrium space. It made the large room look much more romantic and cozy.

If you are debating about what rental company to go with stop right now and go with We’ve Got It Covered. This company is beyond amazing to work with. Erin is a pure delight!! They are so quick with returning emails and very helpful. I sent them a few photos of different backdrops for our reception Erin emailed me back with what her thoughts and expert advice on each backdrop. I trusted her opinion completely and the back drop literally turned out so perfect!! This company is amazing, you won’t regret choosing them for your special day!!!

They really do "got it covered". I would say out of all the vendors - We've Got it Covered was the easiest to work with and almost no effort on our part. I'm pretty sure we exchanged a few emails and I had to sign/scan a contract. Beyond that - Erin took care of it. Erin was incredibly responsive to emails. She listened to what we wanted done and even went to our venue to hang hooks for the ceiling draping! The St. James had just done some renovations and didn't have hooks in yet. It was just so cool to hear that they were able to partner up. The St James will continue to use those ceiling hooks for future weddings. The draping was all done the day before the wedding. Erin was the ONLY vendor that coordinated set up time directly with the venue. Everything was perfect and just like we talked about. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend We've Got it Covered!

We used We've Got It Covered for our wedding décor for our wedding on September 9th! From the beginning, Erin was more than helpful and knowledgeable about things! Even let me come more than once when I was second guessing things! The décor was absolutely beautiful - we got tons of compliments from guests! And the backdrop she made for us was amazing! I would recommend her to anyone that in looking for decorations! I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out!

They were so easy and convenient to work with! I contacted them a week before my wedding to rent some extra specialty linens to add some glam to the reception. They were quick to respond and processed my request quickly. I was surprised that the pick-up location for the linens was a house, but it worked out very well. They put the linens in a plastic bin which was great for easy transportation.

Excellent decor rentals . . . floor length table cloths, sheer sparkling table toppers, chargers, candle holders. All beautifully assembled at wedding venue. Affordable, professional, the best.

The draping and chargers we paid for turned out fine. The communication and timing for cashing our checks for payment were horrible. When it came to charging our card for a tote someone accidentaly took diy decor home in, there was no time given before we got home from our honeymoon to return it. So we were charged for it without any hesitation. Please look at all reviews before deciding based souly on price.

Erin at We've Got It Covered did an amazing job decorating our reception venue. Initially, we were going to decorate ourselves, but with hectic work schedules we decided to hire Erin. Not only were her prices reasonable, but she was very easy to work with and paid attention to every request we made. We rented table clothes, chair covers, chair sashes, and glass cylindrical vases from Erin. She brought everything to our reception venue and decorated for us. She tied every bow on each chair herself, and they were perfect! It was evident that Erin loves her job, and that she pays attention to very minor detail. I would highly recommend We've Got It Covered for any wedding decorating!

We've Got It Covered is by far the best linen company around! The prices are more than reasonable and the customer service is excellent! Erin saw my vision from the beginning and was able to help me choose the right colors and linen type. My venue was turned from bland to magical because of her. I would recommend to anyone!!

Erin is at the top of my list when brides are looking for draping, linens, and lighting to accent their day. Her work is stunning and I am always so happy to hear when a bride has enlisted her to be a part of their wedding day. She always does an incredible job.

Erin at We've Got It Covered was excellent to work with throughout our wedding planning process. We rented floor length linens, as well as the cafe lightning strung at our venue. I felt there was a good selection of choices available in their inventory for what we wanted. She was responsive and flexible when I made changes to our table cloth colors and quantities. They were very timely with setup, too. Pricing was generally reasonable, although the cafe lighting felt expensive, I'm really glad we went with it because it was the perfect touch to making the space feel so warm, inviting and comfortable.

Overall extremely satisfied with the ceiling draping and twinkle light service provided by We’ve Got It Covered! The ceiling draping elevated the banquet room into the elegant ballroom my wife and I were envisioning. Very affordable price with the worry free setup and teardown by their team. Also, Erin was very helpful and proactive in contacting our event coordinator to make last minute changes to our reception venue.

We used We've got it covered for our chair covers and some linens for our big day. I fell in love with the look of the ruched chair covers and so few places in the twin cities carried them. I was impressed to find them at such an affordable price! The service was incredible and the set up and take down crews were so quick and professional we were very impressed on the wedding day. All of the linens were beautiful and they gave our wedding the perfect polished look we were looking for.

They have great products, however, Erin was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend anyone to rent here.

Erin did the ceiling draping for my wedding and it was fantastic. Our wedding was pretty simple, but ceiling draping was the only thing I was pretty insistent upon, and I'm so glad I was! It added SO much to the space and looked beautiful. Erin was very easy to work with and when I called the day before to confirm that we were good to go, she was like, "Yep, I just did it actually!" Everything was great! Well worth the price.

Although things seemed fine on our initial visit, Erin was surly and disorganized on the day of my daughter's wedding. Items were of reasonable quality but the order was incomplete. Her service was a low point in an otherwise beautiful day.

We've Got It Covered did the swag/drapery and lighting for our wedding. It turned out great, really helped make the space. They worked within my budget, as I couldn't afford to do the entire room, so we did it over the dance floor with worked perfectly. I thought they had the best value of all I contacted in this category.

Beautiful items! We had 160 ivory chair covers and pewter sashes. We also used 4 of the uplighting lights which looked fantastic.

I used We've Got It Covered to do the ceiling draping for our wedding reception. It really transformed the space and made it feel special. The price was very reasonable, and they were easy to work with.

We rented chair covers and sashes for the chairs at our wedding reception. We were originally considering setting them up ourselves to save money. I am SO glad we decided to just spend the extra money to have them set up and taken down at the end of the night. Everyone says your wedding day is a blur and the time goes by so fast. Before the ceremony, and between getting ready and taking pictures, I don't know when there would have been any time to deal with setting up chair covers and tying all the sashes. It is worth the money to not have to worry about it. The staff always responded to emails in a very timely manner and they were always willing to answer questions and discuss options. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth is that one of the staff members was rude to my mother in law after the wedding reception. She came up to her and said they were missing some chair covers and sashes and asked her if she was in charge. My mother in law felt like she was being a little hostile toward her and she said she was not "in charge" and asked if she had spoken to the bride yet. The woman said "No, because she's drunk!" No one even attempted to talk to me about any missing chair covers or sashes and I was by no means too drunk to discuss any concerns they may have had. At the end of the night when we were gathering our things up I was carrying a bottle of champagne that we had brought with us so I don't know if that gave her the impression I was too drunk but I felt like that was very unprofessional and didn't understand why someone would say that on someone's wedding day.

I arranged everything via phone and email, so I felt a little nervous about what everything would look like, but it turned out great! We wanted some draping for the ceiling of our reception hall, and determined we wanted draping with twinkle lights for a soft, intimate effect. I found some companies from reviews online at theknot.com and was calling a bunch of places for quotes. Most places charged separately for set up and take down, and extra if that was not monday through friday 9/5 business hours! One place even charged a transportation fee! I took all that as a lesson to get quotes in writing so I could see what hidden fees there were. We've Got It Covered didn't charge for set up or take down, even though take down was at 12:30 after my reception ended! Also, I got $100 off the price due to a special that was going on, so I really feel like I got a great price, great service, and the draping looked really pretty! Erin even sent me a photo of another reception they had done at the same location to help give me an idea of what everything would look like. No hidden fees and easy to work with.

From start to finish, Erin, at We've Got It Covered helped us make our wedding reception the beautiful sight it was. In researching vendors, she got back to us instantly with competitive pricing and was there anytime we had a question. The covers and sashes were worth every penny. A few covers were a bit stained but with so many weddings, that happens. This business, run out of a home and seemingly a one-woman operation, can stand up and might out perform the big rental companies with service and competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

Paula was great throughout the planning process- very responsive and professional. The draping was already done when we arrived to decorate so that was nice. It was beautiful and I got so many compliments... I'm SO glad we went with ceiling draping. It adds SO much to a room.

We had our reception at a golf club, and the people that are members tend to run in...expensive circles (a family member is part of the club, I am not). There were a lot of members that came up to me and my relatives and the venue itself to ask where we got our chair covers. We chose the Rogue covers as I haven't seen them on any other website, and they're different, while still classy. They allow enough design to forgo a sash if preferred (we had a sash on every other chair to save cost). The woman that runs this service was very accommodating to our time schedule as we live out of town and had to meet on weekends. She was great to work with, though difficult to get hold of sometimes (understandably busy, as we all are). She set up a couple chairs for us to get the colors correct, and showed us the chair cover in a different color, as she didn't currently have ones in ivory as we had requested. The correct color was ready in time for the wedding. The quality of the covers was great, not damaged, clean, etc... We will always turn to We've Got It Covered for the Rogue chair covers in the future. Loved them!

I wasn't sure if I wanted to go with a decorator but after working with We've Got It Covered we were so glad we did. Everything looked so amazing and just made it over the top. I couldn't have imagined it any better.

I had We've Got it Covered do ceiling draping and lighting for my August wedding. I loved it! It dressed up the whole room. I am definitely glad I spent the extra money to do this.

We had timing issues and they worked with them and got all the draping done...it was beautiful!
