I could spend HOURS talking about how amazing Rachel and her team were for our wedding day! If you’re contemplating hiring a wedding planner…DO IT!! And most importantly, snag THIS TEAM!! Rachel made it so incredibly easy to pick our stellar vendor team, she was honest with us about choices that would be best for our day, handled every single bump in the road with ease, answered all of my 10000 questions (even at 10pm when I was stressing lol), and took SO much stress off my shoulders!! My husband couldn’t even stop raving about Rachel after every single meeting! Planning was made simple and our wedding day was INCREDIBLE because of her. She was so much more than a wedding planner to us, she’s now a life long friend. Rachel truly takes the time to make you feel special and loved, we are SO grateful we were able to hire her for our day!!

Our wedding day was everything I could have ever imagined and more! Rachael is such a sweetheart to work with. She is so passionate, thoughtful, and organized. She truly cared about us and our vision. Leading up to the wedding day she recommended vendors, communicated with vendors, and helped me with ideas. Day of, she and her team did everything behind the scenes - set up, tear down, timing, and organizing. If anything went wrong on the wedding day I never found out about it because Rachael and her team had it taken care of. I am so thankful for everything they did for us. I hired Meranda as a day of coordinator for my wedding. Meranda started working with me 2 months before my wedding, and was there for me whenever I needed her. She came to my alteration appointments and learned how to bustle my very intricate dress, transported my wedding dress, would have impromptu meetings with me so we could finish any last minute details. She is so caring and genuinely such an amazing person! I’m so happy I hired her, she was able to take all the stress off my shoulders so I could enjoy my big day. Meranda and her team were a godsend!

I want to cry tears of joy every time I think about how amazing it was to have the ladies from Whatever Is Lovely Events in my corner. I was gifted day of coordination as a shower gift and I honestly cannot imagine our wedding day without them. If you are on the fence about whether you need a coordinator or planner or not, you DO and more specifically you NEED Whatever Is Lovely Events. Rachael had my mom crying tears of relief after our first meeting with her and hearing about everything they offer to help make the day go as flawless as possible. Rachael was so supportive to me in the months leading up and was always there to take the stress off my plate and on to hers. On the day of, Rachael, Emily, and Sydney made a world of a difference in the overall peace and calm I felt. Our families and wedding party didn't have to worry about a thing and were all able to enjoy the day. If something went wrong, I didn't know about it and still have the overwhelming feelings about how my wedding day went as perfectly as it could have, and I have Whatever Is Lovely to thank for that! Rachael even noticed my bustle broke before I did and was all ready to fix and pin my dress back up. I could go on and on about how amazing of a team and support system they are. We even had guests comment on how amazing and helpful they were. Almost a month has passed and we are still mind blown at how blessed we were to have worked with them. 5 stars are not enough to describe the level of service Rachael and her team provided us on our wedding day. WIL went above and beyond to make our day seamless, beautiful and stress-free. We had many many plan changes the week leading up to the wedding due to rain and Rach managed to secure us a tent for our outdoor ceremony, adjust the floral/decor for indoors, and adjust the timeline to manage perfectly around the forecast - so much so that I didn't even notice we had to pivot to plan B! My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day, knowing Rach had it handled.

Whatever Is Lovely have perfected the art of wedding planning, and will make you feel like the only couple in the world on your big day. From the first day we met with Meranda to now, the day after our wedding, their team was several steps ahead and had everything under complete control. They set a clear & concise schedule for us with monthly benchmarks, gave excellent vendor recommendations when we needed them, and and were incredibly generous with their time throughout the entire process. Their team dealt with any points of stress or difficulty swiftly. We were lucky to have very few hiccups with vendors, but the WIL team kept us calm and crafted a solution each time. The day of our wedding could have been hectic and stressful, but they had a detailed schedule set and did all of the vendor juggling for us, so we were able to relax and actually soak in those precious moments. We were fortunate enough to have been assigned Meranda as our lead planner, whose professional qualities are as amazing as her personal ones. She was extremely kind, personable, patient, and hustled for us like it was her own wedding. We vibed with her immediately, which made the planning experience even better for us. Rach and her team are the absolute best when it comes to planning and executing a wedding. The process was so smooth and less overwhelming with all of her guidance and support. Day of was phenomenal. I would give more than five stars to Rachael and Whatever is Lovely if I could! My experience working with this company was exceptional. They have wonderful connections with vendors and excellent advice. I was so happy with the wedding and reception and so much of this was due to having their support and expertise. Their flexibility and experience is especially appreciated during a time when things change so frequently due to the covid pandemic requirements and the impact this has on vendors and availability. I am really appreciative of all of the time and energy that each associate I worked with at Whatever is Lovely spent helping us achieve a wonderful wedding reception.

These ladies go above and beyond. I truly don't know what we would have done without them. We knew we were in such good hands on our wedding day that we did not have to stress about anything at all. Meranda made sure my vision really shined through and took care of every small detail. Nicole checked on me and husband all night long and that was so comforting. We love you both and are so grateful.

I couldn't have imagined our wedding without partnering with Whatever is Lovely Events!!! They are very professional, detailed and fun to work with. They are your champions there to help create a beautiful wedding experience for you and your guests. I had the pleasure of working with Rachael, Meranda and Nikki! From developing a detailed wedding timeline and ensuring all vendors are on the same page to handling day-of details with ease, they are the best! As the bride, it took a lot of pressure off of me to know I had professionals there I could rely on. My dad accidentally lost his printed copy of his wedding toast and of course, Meranda found it and thats just a small example of something that could have been a big deal, but with their help, it was no big deal! The team also worked very well with our amazing venue coordinator and was able to support and tackle different things throughout the day. Booking Rachel and her team was, hands down, the best money I've ever spent. The week before our wedding was a string of tragedies, including my wedding dress being rendered unwearable 4 days before the event. Rachel fixed EVERYTHING. The day of went so incredibly smoothly, and I was treated so well by all of her staff. You HAVE to book Whatever Is Lovely. They will make your day perfect, gorgeous, and unforgettable.

We were blown away by Whatever is Lovely Events. They were organized, punctual, and were not afraid to keep me on top of my to do list as well! This was very helpful as it is easy to get overwhelmed with everything that needs to get done! We had a lot of small details that went into our wedding reception and also held the wedding and reception at different venues which were about 45 mins apart. This did not phase these wedding coordinators. Everything was exactly as we wanted it and more. They also did a great job of keeping everyone organized and in place. They are not afraid of telling people where they need to be and when! This meant that things stayed on time and in order!! Lastly, you don't ever want to be the bride that squirts tomato juice down the front of your dress on your wedding day.... but if you are... whatever is lovely events is sure to be able to come in clutch in such a disaster. I can never thank them enough for that.

Wow - I truly cannot say enough about Rachael and her team at Whatever Is Lovely! We were SO lucky to get them super last minute. We realized that we needed some help to pack up everything at the end of the night, but they did SO SO SO much more than that. First of all, Rachael is a bada** and keeps everything in line. You don’t have to worry about any groomsmen not listening to her! They told me, “I will do whatever Rachael tells me to do”, lol! She made sure everything ran perfectly the day of the wedding and then helped so much with the days leading up. Paxton was my personal day-of-coordinator and I truly felt like royalty. I needed my lipstick? She literally sprinted to go find it. I was ready for my heels to be changed to my Kate Spade reception shoes? She climbed under my dress while I was eating to get it done! If you are unsure if you need day-of-coordination, just do it. It truly makes your day run so much easier and you don’t have to think about a thing. THANK YOU Rachael and your amazing team!

Love love love these ladies! From the second we decided to work together, I felt I was in great hands! Ali was amazing and I couldn’t have done it without her! She’s so organized and helpful, and the sweetest person you’ll ever meet! Our big day was perfect all thanks to these gals!

I can’t say enough good things about Rachael! She is AMAZING! There’s no way our wedding would’ve been as seamless as it was without her! Seriously we had the best day ever because of her! She is a rockstar, a sweetheart, very organized and will get things done! She is EXCELLENT at communication which is VERY important to me. We would have our wedding a million times over with her coordination! You absolutely can’t go wrong with her! She helped calm my nerves after having to reschedule our wedding and with the pandemic not clearing, I was nervous whether we should even have our wedding this year or push it to next year. We decided to drastically cut our numbers and still move forward with our wedding since we want to move in with our lives and don’t know if things will be better next year. She checked in on me emotionally, kept in touch with all my vendors so I wouldn’t have to worry, and executed everything day of as I had imagined! 2 weeks before our wedding, we moved states, started new jobs and bought our first home all while trying to plan final details of our wedding. If it wasn’t for Rachael, there’s NO way I would’ve been able to execute and keep track of everything myself! She contacted all the vendors and made sure all of our ducks were in a row. She even picked up all of our wedding details and made sure they were delivered to the venue and executed with our vision! Seriously look no further and book Rachael! She and her lead coordinator were there every step of the way and made sure everything we wanted and even last minute change ups were incorporated! She helped take a load off my shoulders day of which allowed me to actually enjoy the day! My husband and I were very impressed with Rachael and her team and would recommend her a thousand times over!!!

Rachael was amazing! She is super knowledgeable and friendly and helped my wife and I with our planning process through COVID. She delivered above and beyond what we expected and she even brought in an extra person for decorating. Talking with her was very easy and we had a lot in common! Rachel and her team helped make everything go smoothly and we recommend her services to anyone who is looking to lighten the load of planning and coordinating the day of.

Rachael and her team were amazing! As my wedding drew near, I decided to look for a day of planner to relieve those unforeseen wedding day stresses- I got that and so much more. I found Rachael about a month prior to my wedding and she jumped right in. During the planning process she provided an awesome website planning tool, joined me for meetings with my vendors and final confirmed vendors, created a comprehensive day of timeline and took all of my items to the venue or bus company (guest book, alcohol for the bus, cake knives, etc.). On the wedding day Rachael was calm, cool and collected and ensured everything ran seamlessly. She and her team went above and beyond entertaining a 1.5 year old flower girl while pictures were happening, having an emergency kit for my husband's frayed bow tie and bringing us drinks throughout the night at the reception! Did I mention both the planning and wedding were amidst the COVID pandemic?! Rachael helped ensure everything was as safe as possible, while maintaining the vision and fun experience we hoped for. Can't say enough good things! Having Rachael on board was one of the best wedding decisions we made!!

Rachael was an absolute dream to work with! From day one she put my mind at ease about every planning aspect of my wedding. She gave me multiple vendor recommendations, answered endless emails in great detail and was so quick to respond to texts, phone calls and emails throughout the entire process. She even ran a couple errands for me the day before and the day of my wedding. The day of my wedding her and her assistant were the first to arrive and the last to leave. When our lunch plan for the bridal party on my wedding day didn’t work out, she ran out and got a platter of sandwiches! Every fire that came up, she put out. Her attention to detail is fabulous. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. She has the sweetest, kindest spirit and it is truly evident how much she loves her job. She’s the kind of girl you want to remain friends with long after your wedding!

Rachael and her team were AMAZING, and such a steal for the money! They truly did so much more than I ever expected. She took over 6 weeks out scheduling all the vendors and creating the timeline and worked with the venue to create the floor plan for the seating chart. I just breezed through our wedding day while they took care of everything. Not only did they set everything up and totally run the show on the day of, but there was always someone there to fix my lipstick, pull twigs out of my ridiculously long veil or bring me a new drink (because no matter how hard you try, you cannot make it all the way to the bar without being stopped to talk to guests). Rachael was fantastic throughout our wedding planning process and our wedding! I knew I wanted to have a day of coordinator and after we met with Rachael, we knew she was the one we wanted to book with. She took care of so many little details that made our day run smoothly. She brought us snacks from our cocktail hour during our after-ceremony photos, made our plates for dinner, and made sure we were where we were supposed to be all night long. I’m sure we had fires that needed to be put out but with Rachael, we didn’t even know. I cannot count how many times our family and bridal party told us what a great help she and her team were. She truly made our wedding 1000% less stressful. Thank you Rachael!

I was very blessed to have such amazing ladies helping me leading up to my wedding and the day of. I was a very needy, indecisive bride, but Kim and Rachael were always available and helpful. You know you have some great planners when they pray for you during your stressful times. My wedding had quite a few minor emergencies arise, such as a flooding bridal suite, a missing unity candle, and a cake with the wrong initials, but they fixed them all, all the while keeping me blissfully unaware so I would not stress. I cannot gush enough about how they understood my vision and created beautiful decor and flowers that were better than I could have ever even imagined. They made my wedding look even more beautiful than I thought possible.
