My husband and I are so deeply happy we decided to work with Melanie at Whimsical Creative. She was so kind, personable, and really listened to what our vision was - never rushing a call. She really took her time with us and was so prompt and open with communication. On our wedding day, we were so blown away. My bouquet was everything I could have imagined- it was BEAUTIFUL. My husband got the pumpkins, gourds, leaves, and native plants he wanted in our ceremony/reception arrangements. I truly just wanted to sit at our table and stare at our flowers all night. They did the dreamiest job. My husband and I have been raving about the florals multiple times the past few days since our wedding. They were such a memorable part of our day for us, and we are so happy with how the entire floral process went from communicating our vision to the final product. We couldn’t recommend Melanie and her team enough!

We used them for our florals, and Melanie was with us from the very beginning to the end of our wedding planning process. She made our experience so personal and fitting for the style we were looking for. Wedding florals can be incredibly expensive, so we shopped around at about 6-7 different vendors before finally landing. I felt so comfortable with Melanie, she was understanding of how stressful and overwhelming the wedding planning process can be, and she was the organization queen! With the business' background in wedding planning, she had so much information and background that you typically would not find at other florists. We went back and forth with her quite a bit to really nail down what we were looking for, and she was so patient with us the whole time. We always felt like we were taken care of, and we're so grateful we had Whimsical Creative play such a large part in our wedding day. The Whimsical Creative team was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding. I worked with them for both planning (I chose the partial planning package) and florals. My husband and I wanted our wedding to be bright, fun, and full of joy. Karli, Melanie, and their entire team took that theme and made it a thousand times more beautiful than we could have hoped. All the tactical details the guests didn’t see - like Karli running to CVS for me just before the reception started because I needed eyelash glue - are what make the Whimsical team so professional. We were over the moon with all of the décor and floral arrangements at our wedding. Melanie and her team took all of our thoughts and ideas for the look and feel of our big day and made them a reality. They also added extra touches that really made it all so special. The team was very helpful with assisting me to narrow down my concept and what was important to me. In the end, my florals were perfect and gorgeous! The team did such an amazing job and understood my vision. They were also very prompt in their response to any concerns I had, even if they were very small. I would highly recommend using this team!

Whimsical Events was such a lovely company to work with! Melanie (the owner) is precious, thoughtful, and attentive! We hired Whimsical Events for my wedding flowers. We ordered the whole package: bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, centerpieces, etc. I had a very specific and niche look that I wanted with my flowers, but Whimsical Events NAILED the look. Throughout the planning process, Whimsical Events made my life infinitely easier by being so communicative. We had multiple virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails exchanged to make sure they were providing exactly what I had envisioned for my big day! Not only did they nail the flowers, but they also set up our venue. This made the day of the wedding such a breeze. I cannot sing the praises of Whimsical Events enough... My sister is also soon-to-be married and we will definitely be using Whimsical Events again!

Truly worth every penny, the flowers were beautiful and everything they did with them. Wonderful team to work with as well, very helpful and knowledgeable. I somehow overlooked the fact I didn’t add boutonnieres for dads or corsages for mothers, but they were able to whip two up for the dads in no time for us! All the centerpieces came out perfect, our head table was BEAUTIFUL, we did a flower hedge on black stands with greenery draping down and hanging glass globe candleholders which was amazing. They had everything set up in a timely manner and even had to do some flowers outside on the pillars while it was raining… They did what was needed to get the job done and make it look great!

I hired this team for planning and florals, and let me tell you, it was fantastic! Not only were the planners there every step of the way and made wedding planning a breeze, the florals were gorgeous!!! I came to my floral meeting with only a vague idea of what I wanted and Melanie was able to take my few ideas and turn them into the most amazing decorations I could have asked for. It fit the venue and theme perfectly and were more than I could have ever hoped for. The flowers were so fresh, even the photographers commented on it! I was blown away by this whole team and recommend them to the highest extent possible! I just wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Whimsical Events helped TWRC Wildlife Center with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in April. They were so great at staying within our budget while creating a beautiful event we could be proud of. The florals they provided were exactly what we wanted and then some! I highly recommend Whimsical Events!

Whimsical Events Florals did such a fabulous job for our wedding day. Everything was beyond gorgeous. It turned out even better that I was imagining in my head. Melanie was so fun and easy to work with. Even when I was asking to make changes during the design process, she kept at it to help us meet our exact vision. Even when I asked for out-there things like florals for our wedding bounce house, or wanted some areas where the flowers were more of a finishing touch than a focal point, Melanie and her team nailed every part of the design and execution. The day of our wedding their team worked so hard on every little detail, even redoing my husbands boutonniere a few times until it sat perfectly on his lapel. We were already working with Whimsical Events for our wedding planners and although we met with other florists, we just love their company so much we knew we had to go with them for every aspect we could. Would absolutely work with them again and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

In my bridal bouquet she suggested to add pops of color that just enhanced the beauty of the antique rose color and soft pink peonies. Working with Whimsical Events was flawless throughout the entire planning process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The florals that Whimsical Events did for my wedding BLEW ME AWAY!!! I cried when I saw my bridal bouquet because it was so, so, so gorgeous and my guests couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful the flowers were. They perfectly executed my vision of a "spring wedding" and brought my dream wedding day to life. The greenery and florals that they hung on the chandelier of my venue (Iron Manor) was absolutely gorgeous and it truly felt like I was transported to a little secret garden. I LOVED the variety of flowers and colors they incorporated into the design and I will be dreaming about those flowers for the rest of my life. I really appreciated Melanie's responsiveness to my inquiries, her fast turnaround, and her professionalism! She is enthusiastic and gave me great suggestions on the overall design. Overall, I couldn't praise the work that Whimsical Events did for me more and I highly recommend them to any bride looking for wedding coordination and floristry! 10/10!

Whimsical Events was great to work with. I did most of my florals on my own but I wanted a real bouquet for myself and the corsages for my moms & grandmothers, so we went with Whimsical Events. I had Elyssa as my consultant and she was the best. We had 2 lengthy calls about what it is that I wanted and what my vision was for my cascading bouquet. She was very thorough and my bouquet came out beautiful. It was everything I wanted and everyone commented on how beautiful it was.

We used Whimsical Events as our planner and florist for both our "micro wedding "and larger wedding celebration. We planned a ceremony with 20 people and a party with 150 people two weeks later. Honestly, we had a limited vision going into the planning and weren't sure exactly what we wanted- nor did we have any idea of colors or anything else. Karli stepped in and helped put together the event we didn't even know we wanted, hitting on all of the little details, and was special to us in the ways that mattered. She helped us to come up with a vision of what we wanted and brought it to life perfectly. We had the most beautiful black and white formal ceremony and a reception full of color! The florals were STUNNING. As a bride who didn’t know anything about flowers I couldn’t have been more relieved to have their help! Karli helped us to come up with the color schemes/vision boards and Melanie brought the flowers to life. They took their time helping us figure out what we liked and then refining things with our feedback until we were so happy with the plans. The florals at each event were so much more than we could have ever hoped for. We were lucky enough to have Melanie with us on our wedding day and Karli with us for the reception. They both were so incredible! The girls and their team made everything come together SEAMLESSLY on our wedding day and made sure all of the stress of the logistics and coordination of both days was perfect. They really took care of us and made sure we were able to have an amazing time with the people we love. As a bride and groom, we threw a blank slate at them and they made it all happen for us. We are so thankful for their great work for us!

We used Whimsical Events for florals and decor for our wedding on 2/13/22 at Meekermark. Melanie was with us through the entire planning process. The team created some absolutely beautiful arrangements that matched exactly what we asked for. We added greenery around some of the pillars in the reception space, and it completely transformed the space in the best way. Thankful for them, highly recommend!!!

Melanie and the entire Whimsical team really helped to make our wedding beautiful and the success that it was! We knew we wanted to have a Summer-themed floral environment and we loved leaning on their expertise and creativity to come through with a fantastic vision. They were very engaged in making sure that we were happy the entire time, quick to respond to any emails and texts, very accommodating with any suggestions and changes (they helped make adjustments even up to the week of the wedding), and above all they were the kindest and sweetest group that really helped make our special day stress free and full of smiles. We booked Whimsical Events to do both our wedding planning and florals because a majority of our wedding decor was to be flowers as opposed to rentals and we wanted to make sure that our florist understood our wedding vision exactly! We figured what better way to ensure they understood than to have the same person do both. The flower arrangements they were able to produce despite the flower shortage and high demand (our wedding was on Mother's Day weekend) was just so amazing and beautiful, that I was in tears when we entered the venue for the very first time! It was everything I imagined and more! Everything was just so beautiful it felt like entering a different, magical world! I wanted something whimsical, romantic, and dreamy and Whimsical Events more than delivered! I remember entering the room thinking how in the world did Melanie put this all together and stay within our budget?! The flower arrangements were so beautifully well done that it literally looked like we broke the bank! Our guests kept gushing about how gorgeous the place looked! Even my mother, who loves everything bigger, louder, and ostentatious, was left speechless! She was originally worried since we told her that our decorations were only the florals, but she literally could not stop talking about how gorgeous everything looked after the fact! It just goes to show when done right, you don't need an abundance of crystals to exude class and elegance. The flower arrangements were so gorgeous on their own that they didn't need to add any rentals, they stood on their own as GORGEOUS centerpieces and decor! I mean I could go all day talking about our flowers, but you'd be reading the same words over and over again because there are literally no words to describe how amazing and beautiful our arrangements were! Thank you so much Melanie and the team at Whimsical Events for producing the wedding of our dreams!

Our photographer recommended Whimsical Events as a florist. I worked with Melanie and she was able to create exactly the look I was going for. On the wedding day, they came to the house where I was getting ready and showed me photos of everything they had set up for the ceremony and reception which gave me peace of mind. My only comment is that some of the greenery in my bridal bouquet was a little brown and wilted, and a few of the leaves had some bug holes. Overall though, I’m very happy with how everything came out! They were a joy to work with, very communicative, and did a great job in making my dream wedding a reality!

Not only is Melanie so friendly and helpful, but overall pricing was very reasonable and competitive. I knew how I want the flowers to look, but I truly didn’t know how much we needed and where they would need to be placed. Melanie really helped me through this process and, in the end, we came up with some great ideas - we were even able to repurpose some arrangements by moving them from the chapel to the reception which I thought was amazing. We were on a relatively tight budget for florals and we were able to do everything we wanted and more without going overboard. We wanted lots of greenery and romantic flowers and that’s exactly what we got! The floral work was absolutely stunning.
