White Chimneys Estate

White Chimneys Estate is beautiful venue. I got many compliments from my guests. Jessica and Miriam are very supportive. When I couldn't find the right vedenfor, and she assisted me to reach out them. That's a big help for me because I'm not native speaker. Many wedding customs are new to me. Miriam explained to select the best option for me, and she was very flexible to handle the unexpected things. I highly recommend this venue.

(2.5/5 ⭐️) I want to start this off by saying that the venue itself is absolutely beautiful & the supporting staff was wonderful. I also don’t normally write negative reviews, but I need to speak up for other brides. I was assigned the co-owner of the venue (Jessica) as my coordinator last minute. I had not worked with her in any planning meeting beforehand (I had previously worked with Miriam who was great). I assumed my previous meetings would be fed to her regarding what I wanted & my vision, but the rehearsal would figure everything else out. At the start of the rehearsal, she was nowhere to be found to give direction. Once she finally showed up, she was texting on her phone the entire time and offered no suggestions or feedback as to how people should walk, where they should stand, etc. She generally looked miserable the whole time & I have her in the back of many pictures just on her phone. She then rushed us out after exactly 1 hour, even though we started late because of her. On my wedding day, it was raining all morning & I could not set up the outdoor portion for the ceremony, to which I was told multiple times “don’t worry about it, I’ll handle it.” She was again nowhere to be found all day, except for when she was giving tours to other prospective couples. What she did set up was rushed & not as planned (and she never came and asked me anything). She was walking around in the parking lot on her phone when the ceremony was to begin & my husband had to run up to her to ask if everyone should start (she was supposed to escort us all to our stations - I had to send a bridesmaid to figure out how to get to our starting point without having guests see me) to which she just shrugged and said sure. She had the DJ set up in a totally different place than originally discussed so I couldn’t hear my cue to walk down the aisle. Once she finally arrived, I asked her if I should start walking and all she said was, “well is this your song?” Once it was cocktail hour/reception time, they also did not light a single votive or candle or string light. We were also told she would have heaters outside if it was too cold & my mom had to find her to demand where they were, as people were outside shivering (surprise, she was inside on her phone). I had MULTIPLE people (including other vendors, bridal party, parents AND some guests) complain about her attitude & inattentiveness. We also went through 2 “preferred” DJs, one who took our money and ran & another that never responded to us. The DJ we finally chose (from friends) then had problems hooking up to their equipment, even though we had to pay an extra fee to “allow” him to use their sound system. Luckily, most people did not notice the things that went wrong, but I spent lots of $$$ on all these details that were completely disregarded & she was nowhere to be found for the majority of the day (and charged a hefty fee for her “services,” which was not quoted ahead of time & we were told to just bring her a blank check). So overall, again, beautiful venue, the rest of the staff (and Roaming Libations led by Miriam as the bar staff) was absolutely amazing, but the owner really put a bad taste in peoples’ mouths. I had heard negative things about her from other weddings there but I didn’t really have a choice & thought she would want to do a great job as the owner. I was wrong to not push back & request another coordinator (and if you have your wedding there, request anyone other than Jessica).

We planned our wedding a year and a half in advance due to all the Covid backed up weddings, and we compared every venue to White Chimneys so that is why we went with that venue. Our initial meeting with Jessica went very smoothly. She gave us a booklet and provided us a grace period as to determine if we want to move forward with that venue or not. We did accept because she was very welcoming. However, in the planning process, she did have a planner who was very upfront about doing things in a certain manner to which we were kind of put off on. I did want a certain vision and it did come to fruition in the end however, our wedding day planner Hannah was so accommodating and nice that I could not give her a higher accolade because she does deserve that! The wedding day ran so smoothly because of her, and it was a perfect day, and the best venue to have an outdoor wedding. I could not tell you the amount of feedback we got from the venue being gorgeous. I would recommend this venue for your wedding, but I would also recommend Hannah as your day of planner!

My husband and I were married at White Chimneys back in May and it was a Wonderful and Beautiful experience. The atmosphere was breath taking and the Staff was so attentive and professional. Our guest are still gushing about how Amazing our Wedding was!

Our wedding at White Chimneys was amazing! I might be biased, but I truly think our wedding was an absolutely perfect day. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but Jessica and the WC staff were so incredibly helpful and accommodating -- not only on our wedding day, but also throughout the whole wedding planning process. In the weeks and months leading up to the wedding, Jessica kept us on track and organized and we felt so grateful that she was also our day-of coordinator! We had a few moments on the wedding day where we were totally unprepared and Jessica fluidly took charge and saved the day. Both my husband and I felt pretty calm and stress-free the entire day and I think that's due in large part to Jessica. We knew she had it all handled and because of that we could relax a little and just enjoy our wedding.  White Chimneys is a stunning venue: The gardens, the barn, the bridal suite ... all of it. You couldn't take a bad pic if you tried! We also loved how much flexibility and choice we had in planning the wedding. We chose our own caterer and food truck, purchased exactly what and how much alcohol we wanted (And saved a ton of money while doing so, btw! The BYOB aspect of WC was a game-changer), had a fantastic band, and were able to utilize essentially every part of the property that we wanted. Plus we had a shot donkey which our guests still can't stop talking about!  Our main goals for the wedding were (a) to get married and (b) show everyone a great time. It may sound like an obvious objective, but making sure all our guests had fun was so so important to us and Jessica and the WC staff really did help us achieve that tenfold. One month out, we're just so happy with every aspect of the wedding.   To all the engaged couples searching for a venue, I genuinely cannot recommend White Chimneys enough! (Though I'm jealous of anyone else who still gets to get married there! I want to re-do and re-live our day over and over and over again!)

White Chimneys is a gorgeous venue with an incredible staff. From day one, Jessica and Miriam made me feel as if my wedding was the most important event. They professionally listened to my concerns and provided the best answers and recommendations. On the wedding day, Miriam made sure we were on schedule, rallied the guest, corralled the wedding party, and took all the stress out of the big day. The venue was absolutly beautiful, with flowers, the fountain, the little pond, the best greenery, and two adorable cows. My guest are still taking about how lovely my wedding venue was over three months later! I want to thank Miriam for making my special day even more special. Miriam has an eye for color and decorations. She can talk you into or out of something, depending on your needs; she has seen it all! Also, she owns Roaming Libations, a bartending service that can be added on, she did an amazing job with the alcohol estimates and has experience making delicious and creative cocktails to add an extra special touch to the big day. She makes a great sangria and spicy margarita! 10/10 would get married here again.

We started out as strangers and we turned into family! We toured many venues but White Chimneys felt like home. We met Jessica for a tour & fell in love with her & the venue! This is a family affair & it shows in everything they do. The barn is gorgeous and spacious. The patio with the tent is a dream, looking out at the surrounding gardens and fields is gorgeous. We toured White Chimneys in the winter. The wedding was June 4th. A summer wedding is spectacular but it would have been spectacular anytime of the year!The bridal suite is incredible. There was enough space to accommodate my daughter & eight bridesmaids, all getting hair & make up done.. They spent the day laughing and giggling-just relaxing & enjoying the day. They were free to wander around, inside and out. It made for a relaxing day. The groom & groomsmen had plenty of space to gather in the groom suite. They were free to play cornhole, sit & chat on the patio, do whatever they desired. The event planning was easy. Jessica made everything simple & kept us on target. One of our goals was to not have to do anything but show up & get dressed on the day of the wedding. She understands & is prepared to get that done. There was no need for a wedding planner as she does it all. We did hire a day of planner, Patty (supplied by Jessica), who was amazing the day of the wedding. She kept everything running smoothly & stayed connected all day. Patty made sure we were where we needed to be at the right time, but she never seemed in the way. We loved her! Jessica has an incredible sense of what is needed & what might be a waste of money. She told me several times, “yes, you can do that, but I think you will find it to be a waste of money.” I am glad I always listened to her advice. She does not nickel & dime brides & families. She has assorted items to add on, but does not do any high-pitched sales. The venue the day of the wedding looks just like the tour. You are not paying separate for the drapery and lights like many other places. The venue is decorated beautifully with the draperies, lights, etc. If there is anything you want or need, ask Jessica, she either has it or knows where to find it. Jessica also supplies a list of preferred vendors but does not require you use them as many places do. We used several of her vendors & were quite delighted with all. Roaming Libations does the bar service, & the bartenders did an amazing job! I was concerned over the bar area as we had approximately 200+ people however, the bartenders were fast, efficient, and friendly. The venue accommodated all our guests easily. There was more than enough room for everyone to gather and dance the night away. Never did we feel as though we were crowded. Should you not be able to use the outdoor space due to weather, don't worry, Jessica has a plan. This is important as she can’t control the weather, but she can control how the events take place. The patio is tented & is large. If forced inside, we still would have had plenty of space for our guests. We had so many compliments about how nice everything turned out. Along the way, we met the entire White Chimneys family, & they are all a delight!!! They just want everyone to enjoy the celebration! Jessica’s dad stopped me many times during trips to the venue and the day of the wedding to see if we needed anything or just to see how we were doing. It is just incredible how much they love what they do! We definitely had the party of a lifetime.

We used this venue for our wedding and reception. The staff was phenomenal and made everything run smoothly. We got so many compliments from our guests. There are plenty of photo sites on the property. And they are their for all of your needs.

White Chimney was the perfect venue wedding! We did not want cookie cutter and were looking for a place we could bring in all our own vendors and create a vision that fit us. We were able to do that with the guidance of Miriam and Jessica. They were easy to work with and so very helpful. We had about 200 guests and the indoor and outdoor space was able to accommodate this.

Jess, Miriam, Patty and staff were the best! We had the most amazing day thanks to them! Couldn't have picked a better venue!!

Jessica and Miriam were amazing to work with and showed such care and intentionality in every little detail. My daughter was married at White Chimneys this past Saturday. It was the most glorious spring day, made even more beautiful by the sheer elegance of the venue. History, ambiance, and gorgeous views surrounded us. Jessica, Miriam, and their team went over and above to make everything effortless for us. Everything was done with a touch of class. Patty, as our day of coordinator, handled everything seamlessly. My daughter and her husband had the day they always dreamed of, and White Chimneys made that possible. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding.

I cannot speak more highly of this venue and Jessica the owner. Jessica quite literally saved my wedding as Conestoga House and Gardens cancelled on me with 2 weeks notice. Jessica was so kind to work with me and help me to reorchestrate my wedding and give my mom and I a tour with hardly any notice. The venue has every option you could dream of for pictures and set up with a nice garden, farmhouse, and barn. The barn is classy with gorgeous chandeliers and is heated! The venue was gorgeous, clean, and perfect for my intimate 25 guest wedding! Thank you Jessica for everything!

You definitely want to get married here ! Not only around the grounds stunning but the barn is magical inside. The staff is amazing. You absolutely NEED Patty (the coordinator) she made sure everything went smoothly and that we were enjoying ourselves, anything we needed or didn’t even know we wanted she made happen. Cannot stress how amazing this venue is !!!

We had the very best experience with White Chimneys! Besides the venue being absolutely beautiful (no seriously, I lost my breath the first time Jessica opened the fence doors to the garden), the staff is great and really allows you to customize your ceremony and reception however you want it. Jessica was wonderful from start to finish and was always kind, helpful & always willing to answer our questions. Our day of coordinator Patty was fantastic. She was so on the ball with keeping everything organized and running smoothly. She really helped us feel at ease on the big day, which is so reassuring when there’s so many moving parts. We got tons and tons of compliments on how beautiful everything was from our guests too! Would recommend White Chimneys over and over again!

This place is an absolute dream!!! Highly recommend using this venue for your wedding. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing, making the day go off without a hitch. We had rain during our ceremony but we’re able to move the ceremony under the tent and still have the gardens as a beautiful background. It was so intimate and romantic. Just as our first dance by the Lilly pond was. I would 100% recommend using their day of coordinator Patty. She is amazing. She took everything off my shoulders and kept everything running smoothly so I didn’t have to think about anything but soaking up every moment of our day. She was amazing and so sweet, I couldn’t recommend her enough.

After touring a handful of venues for our wedding we decided to go with White Chimneys - the main reason why is because after the tour we got in the car and we both said "OK Jessica (the owner) knows her sh*t, this is not her first rodeo". That said, the process was really easy coordinating the bar (Roaming Libations), our outside catering and the band because Jessica was always available to answer questions or offer advice. The venue is absolutely beautiful and requires minimal decor if you choose to go that route (we did). We also hired Patty, the day of coordinator through White Chimneys, and at first I was skeptical because we weren't doing anything over the top as far as ceremony and decor but it's been 2 weeks since our wedding and I'm still talking about how amazing Patty was. 10/10 hire Patty!!! TL;DR if you are looking for a beautiful venue that knows what they are doing and has the day of down to a science - go with White Chimneys!

Spectacular!!! We got married at White Chimneys 8/28/21 and it was everything I imagined and more! Jessica, the owner of the venue, was so much help throughout the planning process. She was easily reached and quick to respond. Once you book they give you a binder that helps you plan all the big and little details you need for the big day. They have a multitude of rentals available helping you avoid having to purchase items you’ll only need for your wedding day. Patty, the day if coordinator, was EXCEPTIONAL! She’s helpful, detail oriented, and most of all such a kind, funny, and warm person. If something went wrong I had no idea because she understood my vision and ran with it. Mariam, the owner of Roaming Libation Mobile Bar, and sister of Jessica, was truly our VIP. We had constructed a full rental kitchen able to feed 150 guests. She was the key part to making my (chef) husband’s wish to cater his own wedding possible. The day ran smooth, the entire staff were friendly, dedicated, and helpful beyond what was required of them. The venue is a stunning slate that you can do whatever your heart desires. I wouldn’t have changed one this about my wedding, the planning process, or the people we hired to help my it come true. Thank you White Chimneys for hosting the beginning of our forever!

I 110% White Chimneys if you are in need of a wedding venue! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! The outdoor ceremony site is so beautiful and elegant! The barn is the perfect place for your reception and it makes the most beautiful ceremony site if it is raining outside! There is so much space for a large number of guests (we had about 150). Also, the barn has air conditioning and heat which makes it the perfect venue for any time of year. They also have the most gorgeous bridal suite. It is HUGE and has so much space for getting ready. Jess, the owner is amazing to work with. She is so kind and wants to make your day the best it can be. She is constantly adding new things to the venue. You can tell she loves what she does. We hired the day of coordinator from the venue named Patty and oh my gosh she was amazing. She made the day go off without any issues. She kept us on time and made sure it was a perfect day. I cannot recommend them enough! Please please please have your wedding here. You won’t regret it!

Planning a wedding is hard. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is even harder. White Chimneys was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. They expanded the patio and added a larger tent, which made for an amazing outdoor/covid friendly space for our guests. Patty was our day of coordinator and did a fantastic job in making our day stress free. She took care of everything we needed. I couldn't have asked for a better venue! I highly recommend White Chimneys to anyone!

We absolutely loved White Chimneys. The grounds are gorgeous all by themselves and are well kept all year round. The staff was absolutely amazing, our wedding day could not have gone more smoothly. Jessica is excellent, extremely organized and responsive. Miriam was excellent at organizing the the bar and cocktail hour for us. Patty made sure I didn’t have anything to worry about on the big day. I got to sit back and get ready with my bridesmaids knowing that everything was under control. Could not have had a better experience, especially during a pandemic!

I can't begin to thank Jessica, Miriam, Stephanie, and Patty for the fantastic service they provided for our daughter's wedding! COVID changed our planned White Chimneys reception and we decided to host the wedding at our home. Miriam was so awesome in helping me think of all the details, down to silverware! They were flexible and provided the most wonderful ambiance off-site in a creative way. They brought the Roaming Libations bar- what a fantastic service!! Everyone commented on it! Our daughter and her husband were thrilled. The White Chimney Team is fantastic and you can't go wrong choosing their beautiful site and working with their marvelous staff.

Jessica and her team at White Chimneys provided such a hassle free experience while planning what was supposed the most stressful day ever. They were available whenever we had any questions or concerns about the wedding, no questions for them was a dumb one. During all of the concerns with COVID while planning the wedding they were very supportive and reassuring. We would not have been able to handle the stress without having such an amazing team helping through everything. My husband and I strongly recommend Jessica and the rest of the White Chimney team while planning your wedding, we cannot imagine using anybody else.

Words cannot describe how happy we are with this venue and these people! Jessica was so easy to work with and made all our requests a reality - pictures with horses, a warm fire pit, a perfect venue that got ENDLESS compliments! I am beyond impressed with everything. When the wedding day was approaching and the uncertainty of how Covid would effect our big day, Jessica ensured us that her and her staff would be on top of sanitizing and maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our guests. We had a lovely outdoor ceremony with the guest chairs distanced away from each other. They had also set up many tables outside after the ceremony so that guests could enjoy sitting out there and spaced out. Jessica made the whole planning process at ease and it was the day we dreamed it would be. My husband and I are so thankful for all the work and time that Jessica and her staff put into allowing our wedding happen. We hired Patty as our day of coordinator and she was very attentive and on the ball! She would already know what we were going to need before we could even ask her! We would highly recommend White Chimneys! We had heard from most of our guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been too and I am confident that one of the main reasons was how comfortable and safe everyone felt due to the venue taking all those precautious to keep our guests safe.

I am so beyond happy I found this venue! Seriously so beautiful especially if you want a rustic look but also want come class! Jessica, the owner was amazing to work with, and was open to coming by to look at the venue whenever you wanted! She gave me so much hope during this whole COVID situation and had a solution for EVERYTHING. Patty, the day of coordinator, could not have been better. She had everyone where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and she was stern to the boys (who DEFINITELY needed it...sorry Patty 😅) the bartenders were also fantastic! I could not talk more highly of this place! I recommend it to anyone who asks! 😊

This venue is absolutely stunning! It will add so much beauty to your wedding photos. There are many different places you can have the ceremony and reception, you can choose whatever is most fitting and beautiful to you! Having my wedding at this venue took away so much stress because so many things are right there, you don't have to haul everything the day of the wedding. They have tables, chairs, table cloths, decor, ect. everything you would need, available to rent. Jessica and her team where so helpful on my wedding day. They set up all the tables and chairs, they helped set up wherever they were needed. You also get a list of all the food trucks, caterers, MCs, etc. so if you don't have anyone in mind yet, they have people to recommend! The girls prep room is stunning with an amazing amount of space and mirrors. There is a bathroom and half kitchen attached so you can put snacks, water, food somewhere as you get ready. The men also have a fun space in the upstairs of the barn to get ready in. There is a TV lounge area for them so they won't get bored ;) Having the ceremony and reception together is so much less hassle and is so perfect. Everything you need for a wedding is right there or can be recommended to you. It is a perfect place for a beautiful wedding. White Chimneys made my wedding perfect. I loved meeting up with Jessica as we figured out the details.

This venue was everything we could have dreamed of! Not only was this venue BEAUTIFUL the staff is amazing!! Jessica adores her space & you can tell with every detail she puts into it! Our guests were in AWE at our wedding due to the beauty & wonderful staff! Jessica and Miriam helped us every step of the way! Get married at White Chimneys! If you are considering touring this venue - do it! From the first day that we toured here Jessica was so kind and helpful. We had lots of questions, probably too many; busy or not, she answered them all. They did all this while not pressuring us into doing anything and supporting whatever choice we made. We chose to have our wedding here. Best choice we ever made. We booked this venue before Covid, changes occurred, however the team at white chimneys adjusted to the world and was able to make this venue a safe and beautiful place even during a pandemic. They even added a new bridal suite - go check it out!! WOW! Jessica and Miriam communicated with us over the year as we planned our wedding, going above and beyond the service they needed to provide. Jessica just wants you to be happy and give you everything and anything you might want. She did that for us. Miriam and her bar staff were also incredible too - can't not mention them! This was a day that we will forever remember! The grounds are beautiful and perfect for pictures - spots everywhere!!! Thank you Jessica and Miriam for being so easy to work with and for making our dream come true.

My husband and I toured White Chimneys and immediately fell in love. We couldn't get past the gorgeous gardens, fountain, and barn. White Chimneys had the perfect vision we were looking for, a bit elegant and rustic. We are very pleased with what White Chimney's offered. The newly added bridal cottage was definitely a highlight when my girls and I got ready. Since White Chimneys allows you to bring your own vendors, we were able to get ready onsite and avoid rushing around. The staff went above and beyond with helping us plan and layout our dream wedding. Jessica was beyond helpful when suggesting any local vendors, decorations, and more. Any questions we had were answered with ease. I would recommend White Chimneys to any couple planning to get married. For us it helped create the absolute perfect wedding!

This was our absolute dream venue and I really couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. The atmosphere, amenities, and staff are amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful, clean, and put together the venue was and we were told by many it was the best wedding they've ever been to (even coming from past DJs who have attended hundreds of weddings). We were so happy with Jessica, Miriam, Patty, and the whole team at White Chimneys... with their help and all the hard work they put in on our wedding day, and long before that (we booked our venue about a year and a half before our date) we didn't stress one bit and couldn't be happier with how our day went. They were so helpful during the whole process of planning and getting things ready and really made sure our day was perfect and the fairytale I've always dreamed of. Jessica and the team went above and beyond and helped me think of ideas of how to organize things and make the process go smoothly so I didn't have to stress at all on the day or in the planning process. Whenever me, my fiancé (now husband), our parents, coordinator, or vendors had questions they were so quick to respond and offer options and suggestions. Even when I had crazy ideas, they made it happen. While I was planning, I saw pictures of donkeys on Pinterest with cooler packs on their backs all decorated and cute carrying beverages for cocktail hour, and knew I wanted this for my wedding but didn't have a clue how to make it happen. Jessica and her team have a donkey, ponies, and other animals on the property and they practiced for days and days with their donkey, Biggie Smalls, and their pony to make this happen for me and make sure the animals were on their best behavior. (Just FYI, we didn't overload the donkey or ponies' packs with drinks. White Chimneys had 2 lovely ladies with them at all times so the animals stayed safe, they restocked the coolers when they ran low and made sure the coolers weren't too heavy for the animals). Also, the staff helped to make sure every shot our photographer and videographers got was picture perfect!! I'm in love with the previews we got back and can't wait to see more. Compared to other venues in the area, White Chimneys is a more elegant barn and outdoor garden wedding venue and their prices really are competitive and much lower than others in the area when you think of all the things they have to offer and the beautiful picture-perfect grounds they work so hard to upkeep and manage. Before choosing White Chimneys we must have visited at least 4-5 venues and as soon as we stepped foot on White Chimney's grounds, we knew that was where we wanted to get married because it was different than all of the other venues we visited. Also, getting married this August, in 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, they gave us peace of mind that no matter what we had to do, we'd get married, have COVID friendly options for our guests so everyone felt safe, clean, and that the day would go on, and that it did. I wish we could have our wedding day again and again.

My husband and I got married at White Chimneys in late October 2019, and it was perfect! We were looking for a venue with lots of flexibility so that we could DIY some things and hire our own vendors, and White Chimneys provided that while giving us the option to rent whatever we needed and hire their day-of coordinator, bartenders, and staff. They were able to accommodate every request we had, and even though our wedding had many moving parts, it came together so smoothly. The option of an indoor or outdoor ceremony was perfect (although we got lucky, and it was a beautiful fall day), and the covered cocktail hour area and beautiful barn were great for our 180 guests. We booked a few nearby hotels in Strasburg (Carriage House, Holiday Inn, and Clarion) and hired some school bus shuttles since most of our guests were from Philly or New York, and it worked out great. We wouldn't change a thing!

Really excellent venue space. All my guests loved the atmosphere, and Jessica couldn't have been more helpful and gracious in helping me set up and organize everything. I'm so glad we used them!

We chose this venue for its natural beauty and charm, and we got so much more than we asked for! Jessica and her team were excellent communicators, very organized, and service oriented. And the gardens! They are ever-blooming, picturesque, and fragrant! The patio and tobacco barn are equally as elegant and beautiful and very comfortable spaces for a party. The venue itself is perfect for a ceremony and reception in one; the FLOW of the layout (outdoor and indoor) contributed to the flow of the events. All of our vendors were able to make our vision come true in this venue because of the professionalism of Jessica and her team. Finally, the photos speak to the natural beauty of this place, no filter needed!

The venue itself is beautiful. However the owner Jessica and Miriam (bartender) are extremely unprofessional. My husband and I chose to use outside vendors for China and decor and Jessica had an attitude with us the entire experience. The day of the wedding, she stepped on and ripped my gown right before I walked down the isle and then wouldn’t open the gates to let me walk down the isle ‘because she knew what she was doing waiting for another song to play’ which was not correct. Then she vanished. She was not there the rest of the night. During the season we had our wedding a Tent was required for cocktail hour. We had heaters under the tent and NONE of the heaters worked and the tent was not properly secured down. When we tried to locate Jessica to resolve this issue, she was nowhere to be found so during cocktail hour everyone went into the reception space because it was cold (no working heaters) and it was very windy (tent not secured down properly). At one point in the night the bartenders both took a smoke break at the same time and no one was there to serve our guests. Multiple people after the day told us they were both extremely rude and unprofessional and when they ordered drinks they rolled their eyes and acted like it was going out of their way to do they job. also during the night, a man who looked to work at the property came in dirty, in overalls and took food and sat in our wedding and ate food. He was not working the wedding and this disturbed me greatly. At the end of the night the bartender Miriam came up to asking to resolve the tab, I just advised her to talk with my father since he was handling all payments. A few moments later she came up to me again, at that point I walked her over to my father. Again the venue was beautiful but management needs to change their tone. They hosts weddings and needs to at least fake a smile, and not allow their attitude or own problems come into appointments.

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Chimney's! It was absolutely our dream wedding venue. My fiancé and I toured Big Canoe during for a bridal expo in January 2019. We fell in love with the The Chimney's location because of it's beautiful intimate setting overlooking the lake and under the trees. Most of our wedding guests and family would be coming from out of town so we loved the option to book cabins in Big Canoe and making it a relaxing destination wedding. Our wedding took place in early September, we couldn't have asked for better weather under the gorgeous canopy of trees and a light breeze blowing (we paid extra for the breeze 😉). The staff were all so sweet and accommodating making sure that the bride and groom actually ate during the wedding. We hired Talk of the Town and selected the BBQ option. I had several people rave about how wonderful the food was - especially the Mac and Cheese!! The passed Hors d'oeuvre during the cocktail hour were also a huge hit. We didn't have any leftovers whatsoever because people kept going back for seconds and thirds. Kristen was our main point of contact at the Chimney's and she helped every step of the way in making sure every detail was taken care of. Overall our experience with both the Talk of the Town and Chimney's was such a delight, it was my dream wedding and they helped make it happen.

Beautiful venue, but make sure you have a really thorough clean up crew that triple checks everywhere, because if you forget some of your items/decorations there, they won’t return them to you. We tried reaching out several times about things that were left there and received no reply. When they finally answered back, they told us that they would mail them to us, but our wedding was almost 3 months ago and we still haven’t gotten anything in the mail. Other than that, our wedding day was beyond amazing.

Jessica has been so amazing to work with since day one! My fiancé and I loved the venue, it is so breathtaking!!! It has everything we were looking for in a wedding from garden to tent to a beautiful rustic barn. We couldn’t be happier!!! The prices are affordable and Jessica is the best at her decorations, she also recommended a few people we will be using for the wedding day and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much Jessica for letting us enjoy your beautiful venue!! We are forever grateful & we recommend her to anyone getting married or even thinking about marriage. You won’t regret it!!!

White Chimneys gave me my dream wedding! I will sing their praises until I'm blue in the face. You NEED to get married here! The property itself is gorgeous. Lots of amazing places to take pictures, plenty of room for guests to dance and mingle, beautiful barn, the cutest little bridal cottage, and so much more. Jessica was everything you could hope for in a venue owner! She and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for my husband and I. I fully trusted her judgement on everything. She is kind, caring, and insanely accommodating! For instance, she heard I was having trouble finding a seamstress that could bustle my wedding dress, so she helped me find someone who was able to do it THAT DAY! And she even got down on the ground to help me bustle it on wedding day because my bridesmaids and I were having trouble doing it ourselves. My wedding was the most perfect and beautiful day ever and I truly believe it wouldn't have been that way without Jessica and her wonderful family and staff.

Jess was so wonderful to work with and got back to texts quickly. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day one to remember. All the guests said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to and who could say different with the beautiful upkeep and farmland property with a European garden feel. Words cannot describe how enchanting White Chimneys truly is!!! I love it!

Our Daughters wedding ceremony and reception was held September 8, 2018 and our experience at White Chimneys was excellent. Jessica and her staff keep beautiful and meticulous grounds with plenty of photo opportunities. Our daughter's wedding reception was held here in August, 2018 and it was fantastic! The grounds are gorgeous and the inside of the barn is stunning. The staff were great to work with prior to and on the day of our event. We've only received a few sneak peek photos from our photographer, but each one is stunning! There are so many great photo spots!

Jessica is amazing to work with and the property is breathtaking! Every single other vendor we worked with from DJ to catering etc was so happy to work with her and had nothing but the best things to say. Jessica is very personally invested in the events that take place at WC and really wants to make them the best they can be. I live in Germany and planned my wedding from abroad and Jessica was so flexible and helpful. I can't imagine having worked with anyone else!

Whitney Chimney is a rustic diamond in the rough! Jessica was an amazing vendor crew contact. She was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the process of me planning and coordinating my sister’s 50th Birthday Party. My decor went well with the event and anytime I needed to visit or gain additional information Jessica was timely in her responses and available to support me. I would recommend this venue to all I meet.

This venue was breathtaking. I was told there would be no coordinator on site, which was fine with me since I was planning my entire wedding anyway. However, the owner, Jessica, was extremely helpful when booking the venue, responding super quickly to emails with my questions, and was thorough when it came down to the last minute details. Her sister, Miriam, was there on the day of our wedding and she was a gem! The barn and bridal cottage was air conditioned, which was a big plus for us when it came to a wedding at the end of July! Highly recommend.

We just had our wedding reception here and it was beautiful! The grounds and refurbished barn are breathtaking and all of our guests loved how unique it was. The tented dancing and cocktail area was perfect. We were able to be outside without worrying about any rain in the forecast. Jessica was a great help the day of our wedding. She made great recommendations leading up to the wedding, and went above and beyond the day of the wedding. We loved that is was more diy and that we could bring in our own vendors and alcohol. The grounds we gorgeous despite being rainy the day before. Our photographer had a field day with backdrops. It is truly a hidden treasure! Thank you Jessica for making our day one we will never forget!

White Chimneys is the perfect place for your special day. Our guests are still RAVING about the amazing setting for our wedding. Our wedding was in late June and the grounds were just so spectacular, we really didn’t need to add much to the outdoor beauty. Jessica has a variety of fun furnishing pieces inside the barn. We used her antique oven to display our cupcakes and it was just perfect. A few of my other friends have had rustic weddings at other Lancaster and Chester County venues and they were impressed with all White Chimneys had to offer. I KNOW we got our money’s worth! No hidden fees either, which is rare. Throughout the planning process, Jessica was in touch to answer my questions and allowed me to check out the property when I wanted. And with all of the planning that goes along with a wedding, something is bound to go wrong. A bit before the ceremony, Jessica noticed that the bartender that I had hired had yet to arrive. She immediately got on the phone and found a contact who was able to come bartend for us (on a Saturday night) right away. Talk about a lifesaver! My husband and I enjoyed watching everyone have a blast at White Chimneys. From the dance party on the patio under the tent, to the folks who enjoyed the quieter, cooler tables inside the barn, to the folks taking in the sunset and scenery of courtyard, White Chimneys is truly one of a kind.

My wife and I were married at White Chimneys on June 10th, 2016. It exceeded all of our expectations. Jessica, the owner, was a great host and I highly recommend this venue. Our wedding was on a Friday afternoon. Since no wedding had been booked for Thursday (6/9), we were allowed to come in and set everything up the day before. This was a huge benefit to us as Friday became a relaxation day instead of a stressful one. We held a rehearsal dinner at the venue Thursday evening, which Jessica happily allowed at no extra cost to us. As we arrived on Thursday, Jessica and her crew were working hard landscaping and prepping the gardens for our wedding Friday. They were out there all day in 90 degree weather edging and mulching. Everything was immaculate - they did a fantastic job. We arrived early Friday morning to finish up the small details. Jessica was readily available and answered any and all questions we had. The wedding was perfect. Everyone had a blast. No drama, no problems. It couldn't have gone any better! I have read a few negative reviews on this venue and Jessica personally - It seems as though some people may have misunderstood, or misinterpreted the owner's role here. From day 1 when we visited the venue, everything was extremely clear to us. She is NOT a coordinator... she just merely owns the property. Her down-to-earth, straight forward personality was refreshing to us as most venues/hosts can be stuffy and uptight. Jessica is a straight shooter who will give you her professional opinion (which was very helpful) if she feels it can be done better/easier/faster. We loved working with her. Highly recommend this venue!

I recently had my wedding at White Chimneys. I absolutely loved my wedding and the venue is gorgeous. However, the customer service is horrible. The owner, Jessica, did not make herself available to me in person or via email. I would have to send her three to four emails before getting a response. On the evening of the rehearsal, she was nowhere to be found, even though she knew what time we would be rehearsing. On the morning of the wedding, I (the bride) walked in and she did not even say hello to me. We got ready in the bridal cottage, and it wasn't until everyone was ready that she came in and offered to put in the AC unit. She came back one more time to send us all down the aisle for the ceremony, and I did not see her again for the rest of the night. It is unfortunate to have such a beautiful venue with an owner who does not seem to care about what she does, or how she treats others.

Exactly what my husband and I were looking for! The venue to very accommodating, one thing I like is that you are not limited to using a caterer they choose. Grounds and barn are beautiful!!!

My husband and I found White Chimney's at a wedding show and fell in love. Jessica and Anthony LaCorte could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We were able to meet with Jessica several times before the wedding to iron out the details. We were able to set everything up on Friday and everything went off without a hitch the day of the wedding. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and wowed all our family and friends. For what they have the price is excellent in comparison to similar types of venues. We recommend them to anyone who is asking for a nice place to get married. We don't regret it at all.
