We can't pose candid events such as these as we have no control over that situation. The remarks about not having creativity/direction is absolutely not something that should ever happen, however I know your photographer and yourself did not mesh well (and this almost always turns into couples hating their entire gallery if their wedding day went badly in general). It's important to also take time to separate the day from the photos (speaking from experience on my own wedding) and taking the photos as a separate substance from whatever went wrong on the wedding day, to love those as they are - a memory of your wedding day and all that happened. If you only find 2 or 3 couple's portraits to love and hang up on the wall, that's normal as well (at least that's what we did from ours). If there are any missing photos that is NOT normal, and something we can check on with a list of what is missing. This is easily fixable. Overall, unfortunately a lot of these complaints are not in our control. The mark about the photos "look like they were taken on an iphone" is pretty snide and unappreciated, as well as the editing comments. However, this usually tones down to picking the wrong editing style - something we give couples complete control over. We're of course glad to give you samples of other styles if you'd like to have them re-edited.

Afterwards, not only you but your vendors emailed us AT LEAST 5x, asking us to publish. This was very alarming and disrespectful to our team and our photographers. We declined publication all 5x very kindly for the below reasons. This is not just a one-person/owner choice, but a team choice to not be published on this wedding, and we need to respect our photographers and our team. There was a vendor in your wedding who is known for not paying their employees, and we did not want to be published with or by them. It's very disappointing that our team of artists' wishes were not respected in this instance and instead bashed. We do not reply or tolerate client rudeness or hounding, thus the lack of reply after we told you no very politely 5x.
