Hiring Safiya (Azinga) as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. She is organized, friendly, a clear and prompt communicator, and has lots of experience in t...
he wedding industry and gives great advice on all aspects of wedding planning. We felt so much calmer and more confident heading into our wedding because we had Azinga. On the day of the wedding, she deftly handled any hiccups that occurred and it was almost like they never happened. For example, our seating chart sign had pieces that kept falling off, so she made an entirely new seating chart for us from scratch an hour before the wedding. We also had an unexpected allergy risk at the reception and she made sure all the necessary people were informed and on alert. White Glove Picnics and Events sets very reasonable prices and the value to you get is phenomenal. I highly recommend them. The pre-wedding advice and the help and peace of mind we received was worth every penny and then some.
If you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, you do, and you don't need just any coordinator, you NEED Safiya from White Glove Picnics & Events. She was absolutely fantastic...
during the lead up to and day of our wedding. She was knowledgeable, professional and just all around great to work with. We met several times virtually in the months before the wedding to discuss all of the details, she came to the final walkthrough, rehearsal, and was with us from noon until the end of the evening at our venue. She set up all of our things such as bar signage, flower petals, etc., she wrangled all of our vendors, and packed up all of our things after the wedding. I can't even list all of the things she helped us with. Do yourself a favor and work with Safiya!

She would patiently check-in a few minutes before we had to begin the next moment. When I saw her I knew it was time to get ready for whatever was next. I highly recommend hiring someone to coordinate the day and definitely would suggest Safiya & White Glove Picnics & Events.
