White Manor was a gorgeous wedding venue. We chose White Manor not only because of the beautiful ballroom and bar, but the fantastic service by Carina. Her expertise helped us to make informed decisions that made our wedding day run so smoothly. She was always quick to respond to any question we had throughout the planning process. She was very organized and informative. Carina was a wonderful day of coordinator. It was a hot summer day in July and it rained during our ceremony at the church. We were a bit concerned with getting pictures outside, but Carina had a few places mapped out on the golf course to take pictures that ended up being more beautiful than imagined. She kept the day running so smoothly in a way that didn’t feel pressured but more natural. Morgan was a huge help with the day of implementation as well. Our guests continue to compliment how great the food was! The short rib, crab cakes, pasta station, and taco station were all hits! Carina and Morgan helped to make sure we had an opportunity to eat throughout the night as well. It was so nice that they allowed us to collect the decor and anything left over the next morning so that we could continue our wedding day fun even after the reception. We are so grateful for Carina, Morgan, the chef, and all staff for making our big day so special and for making it the perfect day!

The groomsmen even were able to use the golf simulator that morning. Carina was absolutely amazing throughout the process but especially day of. On a day that can be stressful she was always there with a smile ready to help. She worked with grounds to make sure a path was cleared of snow so we could still take pictures out on the course. She made the day run extremely smoothly! Our guests also loved the food! We would definitely recommend White Manor for your wedding!

White Manor Country Club is a golf course wedding venue located in Malvern, PA. In 1962, the land was purchased by the White Manor Country Club and turned into a luxury golf course designed by Bobby Weed. Because of the COVID restrictions for indoor dining that were enacted in mid-July, my original venue could no longer accommodate my wedding three weeks before the event. Cancelling...

that close to your wedding is incredibly stressful. In came White Manor and Rebecca to the rescue. Rebecca booked and accommodated my new wedding vision in such a short manner of time and was completely flexible with having a shorter guest list outside. With how frequently COVID has been changing event and dining restrictions. I highly recommend White Manor as a beautiful place to have your wedding. My original venue was not able to adjust at the last-minute, but this venue was. The value in having that type of assurance for your wedding day cannot be overstated.

our hair and makeup vendors. The guys got to hangout in the members space with plenty of TV's, pool table and games to keep them entertained until they were needed. They also provided us with snacks, drinks and lunch throughout the day while we all got glamorous. Ceremony was very beautiful with lots of flowers on the grounds and great locations for pictures! We thought the food was wonderful and heard rave reviews from our guests. Rebecca, our coordinator, was very helpful and knew what she was doing. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and we didn't miss a beat. We were on time the whole time. We are truly happy we picked this location to have our wedding and would highly recommend the venue!

ried anywhere else if I had to re-do it all again. The whole team at WMCC was beyond exceptional! The staff was willing to answer questions we had, whether it be small or big. Their help made the planning experience so much more stress-free. On the big day, we did not have the best weather, it was cold and rainy. Even though we got married inside, it was gorgeous. ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS WE CHOOSE THIS VENUE WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD A "PLAN B" TO UNPREDICTABLE WEATHER! The staff really helped to make sure that my fiance and I just relaxed. They gave us our own server to follow us throughout the evening to make sure we had whatever we needed. During our rounds of "hellos," the guests could not stop commenting about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was and how friendly the staff was. WMMC went above and beyond my expectations. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENUE TO EVERYONE!!

ove and beyond to customize dishes based on the wide variety of dietary restrictions within my family. They were responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them. An added plus is that the ballroom can open to the terrace, if you want an outdoor cocktail hour; and actually has gorgeous windows and natural lighting - a rarity, it seems, but especially welcome when looking out onto a beautiful golf course. They gave the bridal party golf carts and escorted us around for photos, which led to some great shots. They also didn't "kick us out" as soon as the reception ended, but graciously allowed the lights to come on slowly and guests to say their good bye's and leave without it being awkward and immediate. As a note, we had around 150 guests and they fit comfortably with a big dance floor space. The ballroom can hold a lot more, yet was a very comfortable size for our guest count.

The staff that works there, just the icing on the cake. Catering manager, Kim Lehman exceeded all my expectations of someone I would like to work with while planning my special day. Not a detail was missed, not a error was made, and everything was done with the utmost professionalism and enthusism that any couple could only hope for.

It was recently updated and the ballroom is nicer than any other venue I've ever seen. We got great photos out on the golf course and golf carts were even provided so we didn't have to walk out there. The food was also incredible and their appetizer stations are so creative. All in all, White Manor went above and beyond to make our day even more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. I'd highly recommend them to any bride!

the venue was beautiful and we got so many compliments on how great the food was! I can't say enough nice things about this place. We had our ceremony there as well and lucked out with beautiful weather to have it outside. They can accomodate indoor ceremonies as well. Kim was so helpful in planning everything, I really felt like I didn't have to do that much. Having everything in one place was a lot less stress as well. The bar area is very large which is great for allowing your guests to not feel cramped during cocktail hour as they setup the dining room. The prices were very reasonable compared to what we looked at to have our wedding at other venues that not only charged a catering fee but a bar fee/venue fee/furniture rental fee. With the savings we were able to hire our awesome band and everyone is still to this day saying our wedding was the best they had been to!

orked with us to create a wedding menu that was exactly what we wanted. They were very flexible and accommodating with any special requests we had. One of our main requirements for our wedding was excellent food and White Manor exceeded our expectations in this category. The food during cocktail hour was excellent - the cheesesteak bar was absolutely phenomenal and our guests are still raving about it. Everything about the served meal during the reception was fabulous. Our guests absolutely loved the food and we had several people tell us that the food was the best wedding food they ever had. For dessert, White Manor allowed us to bring our own wedding cake which was served with a slice of White Manor cheesecake, and it worked out great. The bar room is spectacular and the service even better. We had close to 200 guests and there was plenty of space for everyone to maneuver around. Our guests never had to wait for a drink and the staff was extremely friendly. The country club setting was beautiful. We were able to take great photos on the golf course. They had a large group of golf carts for us ready to drive us out on the course as soon as we were ready. And the ballroom, again just a great space. The dance floor was large enough for everyone to be out dancing the night away. White Manor allowed us to come the day before our wedding so that we could set up our centerpieces exactly how we wanted them. They also let us finalize the centerpieces on the morning of the reception with flowers. White Manor took care of setting up all our menu cards as well as the place cards. They did a beautiful job. When we walked into the finalized room just before the guests went in, we were blown away, it was spectacular. Overall, a perfect venue for a wedding reception.

ddings recently!) The facility itself was gorgeous and was decorated beautifully for the event. The servers and bar staff provided quick and friendly service throughout the evening. The food was delicious. Our entire table could not stop raving about how great everything was. We were all amazed that we could cut our filet with a butter knife! I would definitely consider hosting an event at White Manor in the future!
