My fiancé (now husband) did not want to hire a coordinator and that all changed the minute we met with Jennifer and the White Rabbit Team! From the moment we met Jennifer, she felt like an old friend we had known for years. Her energy and passion for weddings came through as she walked us through the packages offered and what the process of our day would look like! Her prices were fantastic and the benefits of the partial planning package that we chose were superior to other that we looked at…and we looked at a ton! As the months went by, we remained in constant contact and the planning software she had was easy to use.
Fast forwards to the month of our wedding…we were stressed, but Jennifer killed it and made a very overwhelming situation seem like just another day. She had calls with us and we met in person to complete a venue walkthrough and that is where the final vision came to life. She helped to lay out the entire day from 7am to 10pm. We knew where we had to be and when we had to be there. We were so overwhelmed, but she had everything under control. She had contacted all our vendors and everyone within our wedding party to ensure they knew the full details of the day.
Once our wedding day arrived, Jennifer and Dianna proved to be worth every penny and so much more! The thought of having to set up our ceremony on one side of town, get down the aisle, and then ensure that our reception venue was set up in the way we had envisioned on the other side of town makes us want to curl up in a ball and cry in a corner. Thankfully, the only tears that day were from happiness and laughter because we hired the White Rabbit Team! Dianna pinned boutonnieres, handed out flowers, and ensured we made it down the aisle to say our I DO-s! Then she grabbed our welcome sign and booked it across town to meet Jennifer who was setting up our reception at the second venue. Not only did Jennifer pick up our decorations from our suite, but she also picked up donuts on her way for our donut wall. She laid everything out to perfection from conversations and an inspo-photo. She helped to welcome our guest and when we arrived, she made us feel like celebrities.
As the night went on, Jennifer and Dianna worked the room and made sure each event went off without a hitch. They adapted to a few last-minute changes with our special guests and ensured that the surprise we had for all our guests was able to have the impact we hoped it would have ( they kept them off of the itinerary). Once the night wound down, they helped us break down our décor and pack it away before saying goodbye. It was an amazing night… We laughed , we cried, and we bounced to Zombie Nation with Knightro. The White Rabbit Team helped us to make sure the day and the evening were everything we hoped it would be and more. So do yourself a favor and tell your fiancé that hiring the White Rabbit Team will be the best money you spend….even if they aren’t sold on a coordinator like my fiancé. Jennifer made believers out of us!

I could have not been any happier with Jennifer and the rest of the White Rabbit Events team for our wedding! She was on point with every aspect of planning. My husband and I just recently got married last weekend (4/20/24) at Moss Estates and had the pleasure of working with White Rabbit Events for our big day. We had Diana Beardsley as our Day of Coordinator, and let me just say, we would’ve been absolutely lost without her during this entire process and day of. Not only did she help coordinate with all of our vendors starting a few weeks out from the wedding, she provided fantastic recommendations and advice, and most importantly was a BLAST to work with. Jennifer was excellent! We hired white Rabbit for day of coordination, as our wedding was a micro wedding of 25 guests. We needed help with the setup and tear down, and Jennifer delivered! Having her coordinate the day was such a relief as I did not have to worry about the events of the day; we had Jennifer assisting us! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Diana and White Rabbit. They were so helpful and responsive as our Day-Of Coordinator. Diana came on board about 30 days before our wedding and was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. She was meticulous, organized, prompt and above all, so kind and thoughtful! On our wedding day I didn't have to worry about a single thing because she took care of it and our day would not be complete without her. She also seemed genuinely excited to be there for us :) Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying Jennifer Browne from White Rabbit Events is an absolute superhero and incredible to work with!
From the get-go, she was organized and receptive. She gave my wife and I a ton of ideas but didn’t push if we absolutely didn’t want something. She directed us to amazing local restaurant vendors because we didn’t want to go with a generic wedding catering company or hire a chain. She gave us resources for everything from décor to invitations, to lawn games.
She constantly stays in the loop of her venues, which was invaluable to our event. About four months before our big day, she saw our wedding venue was up for auction, and basically helped us plan an entire back-up wedding in case our original location fell through, something we both never realized could happen!
Everything ended up working out with our first choice, and on the day of the wedding, Jennifer and her team turned our venue into a wonderland. Every detail was on point, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing.
If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, let me tell you, Jennifer Browne is THE ONE. She'll make your special day feel even more magical than you could ever imagine. My wife, parents, and friends still talk about our wedding and how amazing it was, and we owe a huge chunk of that to Jennifer and her incredible team at White Rabbit Events.

My now-husband and I had a bit of a difficult time finding a coordinator that was LGBTQ friendly but luckily we found Jennifer at White Rabbit for our month-long wedding coordinator and she was nothing short of fantastic! She was super friendly and amazing to work with and excellent at communication. She’s very creative and was open and helpful to us breaking the status-quo for our wedding and adding our own touches! From doing the exhausting job of wrangling the vendors we picked to giving us a neat list of tasks to complete before the big day our wedding was FAR more organized that it would have been without her. Absolutely everything went without a problem. Even the day of she was able to plan and coordinate on the fly with our unexpected rain. We were very grateful to have had her!

Jennifer and her team were amazing!! i have nothing but good things to say about this team. Jen is so nice and understanding! I got married on April 8, 2023 at Moss Estates and the recommended White Rabbit for my Day of Coordinator. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From my first planning call with Jennifer to the final planning and day off with Melinda. Melinda and my husband knew each other from high school and we all had such a good time that day. While I’m grateful to all the vendors that made our day special but Diana was an ANGEL!! I cannot imagine how the day would’ve gone without her. She had the best energy and it was honestly a pleasure to work with her and her assistant. Wedding planning can be a nightmare (and was at times), but this experience alone was so nice. Without a doubt, the best wedding planner we could have asked for. From day 1 to the day after our wedding, Jennifer took care of us through everything. Being quite Type A, stressing about the wedding and all the planning was something I knew would happen regardless - but Jennifer took a lot of that stress away. From the pure passion she has for her job, to the amazing online portal we had access to, to the vendor recommendations, and personal touches she provided. We not only had a wedding planner, we had a friend. Our original plan was to have an outside wedding, but of course in true Orlando fashion, the DAY OF we had hurricane-rain and had to move the wedding inside. We had no idea how this would work, but Jennifer rolled up her sleeves and made it look absolutely beautiful. We were beyond amazed by her efforts and unwavering support. Working tirelessly from set up, to keeping us on track, to packing up at midnight. Truly, she was amazing, and one of the main reasons why our wedding was everything we wanted and more. I worked with Jennifer as my Day of coordinator! And she was absolutely wonderful! Answered all my questions and was there every second of my wedding day. My family and friends also loved her saying she was so sweet! 100% would recommend Jennifer and this company!

I had my wedding in October of last year 2022. Jen Browne and her associate Melinda Stonitsch did an amazing job as my day of Coordinator. Everything was taken care of and I was able to focus on enjoying my big day. They especially took care of my mother on my big day making sure she could relax. My mom who had been fighting her second fight with cancer passed away later the following week so it meant alot to me that she was able to enjoy it as much as I was. White Rabbit Events is worth every penny you spend on them, you won't regret it!

I was super nervous about planning my wedding. Like the control freak I am, I was trying to plan it all myself and handle all the details. After a few suggestions from my loved ones I started looking for help. Luckily I found Jennifer and her team and I was instantly put at ease. Jennifer is so professional, sweet, and extremely adept at her job. She went over our expectations and was able to suggest a few things instantly that we hadn’t thought of. Because we had already booked all of our vendors (we got married at the Orlando Science Center and they have a preferred vendor list that cut down on some of my work), Jennifer assigned us to her coordinator Diana for our month of and day of coordination.
White Rabbit uses an online portal that helps immensely with planning of the event. You are able to create floor plans, upload pictures, and see/edit your event timeline. There’s a checklist feature built in that I found extremely useful. You have so many little details to think about and it’s not like most of us have done this before so it was nice to have a concrete checklist to look at. It even had cute reminders like “drink water!”
My planner Diana was truly amazing. She started by having me fill out a few very detailed questionnaires that helped facilitate our first meeting. We went over a basic timeline and all the vendors at that time. She gave great suggestions for timing of how long certain things (like hair/makeup, pictures) normally take. She also went over common things that people normally incorporate in weddings (first look, receiving lines, bouquet/garter tosses, dollar dance, etc) to see if they were a good fit for our event. The week before our wedding Diana was in overdrive for us: she was finalizing an extremely detailed timeline and contacting/communicating with all the vendors.
When it came time for the wedding I felt like I was actually able to enjoy the day. I wasn’t worried about setting up any decor, Diana and her assistant handled everything from setup to breakdown. I had leftover food, desserts, all of my belongings, and decor all loaded in my parents car. The night ran SO smoothly and I was never bothered for anything. My parents RAVED about Diana and her assistant. They were so impressed by how detailed she was and how much fun the rest of us were able to have because it was so well managed. I cannot thank the White Rabbit Events team enough for working so diligently on making our day, seriously, the best freaking day of our lives!! We are forever grateful and would HIGHLY recommend their company for your special day :)

I highly recommend White Rabbit Events ! Our big day went so smoothly thanks to Diana B. We opted for the day of coordinator and thank goodness we did . Diana went above and beyond . There aren’t words for how grateful we are. I enjoyed the creative aspect when it came to planning my wedding, and certain elements such as the decor & music were extremely important to me. So staying organized was vital in executing my vision. Diana was well organized and took the time to understand my goals and aided in making my dream wedding come true. She was a tremendous help throughout the whole process from: answering any questions I had, creating a solid timeline, assisting with vendors , and the setup and taking down of decor. She truly stayed on top of everything and paid close attention to detail. I also enjoyed that we used aisleplanner and the portal to communicate, organize, and plan everything for the big day. We hired White Rabbit Events for our wedding and Jennifer was AMAZING! I can't imagine doing this without her and her team. The website she uses for planning is very helpful, and the todo list that rolls out new tasks as the wedding date approaches made everything more manageable. A month out before the wedding, I was very stressed because I realized how much little things still needed to be done, but Jennifer and Aneshka provided lots of information, guidance, and got a lot done, so my stress was short-lived.
A few weeks out from the wedding, a new vendor reached out with a promotional offer and Jennifer secured a deal with them, and negotiated so that we could get the most out of the promotion!
Jennifer and Aneshka were life savers and prevented me and my husband from being too stressed for the wedding. Our wedding day was perfect and nothing went wrong, and we have these ladies to thank. I 1000000% recommend them, our wedding wouldn't have been a success without them!

I absolutely LOVED working with Melinda with White Rabbit Events! She was the best decision I made when it came to the start of my wedding planning. She felt like a genuine friend the entire time we worked together and was ALWAYS there to help with literally anything I needed! If you’ve planned a wedding, you understand how stressful it can get, I genuinely do not think I could have survived without Melinda there to support me. From chasing down non-responsive vendors to providing planning outlines for seating/decorations, she was THE REASON my wedding went as smoothly as it did. We worked with two different planners from White Rabbit Planners, Jennifer and Melinda. Jennifer helped us when we initially hired her as a Day of coordinator. She was very thorough, organized and made some helpful vendor recommendations. When I came down with Covid two days before the wedding she went above and beyond to help us reschedule on a day when all of our vendors were available.
She was not personally available on our new date so we worked with Melinda for the rehearsal and Day of. Couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! She was so sweet and enthusiastic. I didn't have to think about anything because she had already taken care of it. She made it easy for me and my partner to just enjoy the day.

Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were able to hire her well under budget and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! The website she used had a large variety of features that allowed us to stay organized and communicate our needs in the weeks before the wedding. The seating chart tool was very important to coordinate an indoor chart in case of rain! She was very easy for us to work with and handled everything very professionally.
Our wedding day was a huge delight all around, and Jennifer did an excellent job herding all of the wedding day cats around. She took all of the stress out of the logistics, and even helped bussle the bride's dress! She made sure we were comfortable and having a great time.

Jennifer's passion for events started when she was very young. Inspired by her mother's love for hosting gatherings and throwing the best children's parties, she pursued a Bachelor's in Event Management at UCF Rosen College. With over ten years of experience in venue and catering management, she is blessed with a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and understands what it takes to create extraordinary events.
While not running the business, Jennifer spends most of her time spoiling her Belgian Malinois. Jennifer's other lifelong fascinations include cosplay, video games, anime, and fantasy novels.
