We had a bit of an unusual wedding with a lot of moving parts; as two biologists, we wanted to reflect a lot of natural themes in our wedding but still keep things tasteful and elegant. Coralie took the time to get to know us personally and to understand every little detail about what we wanted, and all of her suggestions and vendors were absolutely perfect. Most everything she suggested was absolutely ideal, but when we wanted to go in a slightly different direction she was flexible and gave us lots of other options to choose from. In the end, everything was just perfect, from the style of our photography to the bridal bouquet to the way we entered the reception. And every time we met with a vendor she was right there with us, offering advice and taking care of things behind the scenes. On the wedding day she made sure everything ran smoothly and stopped at nothing to make sure everyone knew what to do. At one point she even sprinted (in heels!) after a trolley to make sure the right people had gotten on it. You are not going to find that level of dedication wrapped in such a friendly and approachable package anywhere else. I would get married five more times just to work with Coralie, my only regret is that I didn't reach out to her sooner. We were able to get in contact with her anytime we needed. She always responded in a timely manner and was always professional in her approach. She kept the pace of the day and everything went as planned without any hiccups! She helped set up and cleaned everything up at the end of the night creating a smooth pick-up process for the next morning. Kind, friendly, and funny, Coralie made such an impact that we almost wish we still interacted with her—though we get it, we only hired her to coordinate our wedding, not our lives! But honestly, after everything, we felt a real connection. She went above and beyond, staying with us to laugh, dance, and celebrate. No matter the time—day or night—she was responsive and treated us like family. Her priorities were ours, and she handled everything with such grace that we’re sure there were problems we never even knew about because she was already on top of them. am wedding perfectly and paid attention to all the little details, like making sure we were always hydrated throughout the entire day and our favors were restocked when empty. We were able to direct any questions people had throughout the day to her, taking major stress off of us. She communicated with all our vendors weeks leading up to the wedding and even ensured those giving speeches were prepared!
