I’m a plus size bride and really felt like I had great options to choose from too! I worked with Elizabeth and she was amazing! Her positive energy made me feel great about everything I tried on! I also appreciated the phone call a few days before the appointment just to get a better idea of what I was looking for. The whole experience was fantastic and I cannot thank you enough for helping me find my perfect dress!

t shopping. Anne was incredible to work with and I would recommend her and White Wisteria to everyone! I had found a dress at another store, but I wasn’t in love. I had a terrible experience from the second place I went and was beginning to be defeated. Stepping into White Wisteria, I was skeptical. I explained to Anne what I was looking for and she listened intently. She did research on dresses that were white in the store to see if they came in black, and pulled the black dresses they had already. Anne took me back to the dressing room, got my dress gang situated, and make sure I was comfortable with her coming in the dress room. Walking onto the pedestal, I had never felt so beautiful. Anne allowed me to take my time and for my family to take pictures, and even gave me accessories to play around with. Once I said yes to the dress, Anne gave my family and I time to celebrate and talk about how amazing I looked and felt. I left in awe of how I just found my dress and how I was treated as a bride and not as a “plus size bride looking for a black dress”. I am forever grateful for Anne and White Wisteria.

be buying my dress. When I was working with Hayley, I felt like we were long lost friends. I trusted her to work her magic, and she truthfully did. I ended up falling in love with a dress, and bought it that day. White Wisteria communicated well with me when it came to the waiting and arrival of my dress. They provided a long list of recommended seamstresses for all around the area. I loved my dress just if much (if not more) on my wedding day as I did the day I bought it. I would highly recommend White Wisteria to anyone looking for a wedding dress. As they have fantastic (and super friendly) stylists, and a large selection of dresses in all different price ranges.

You can tell she truly cares and loves what she does! Also, shoutout to Amy, the consultant in training, who kept everyone hydrated and brought out champagne when I said yes to the dress. bout it. I crossed my fingers and hoped I would find a dress I absolutely loved and I did! My consultant Bennet was beyond kind and helpful and made me feel welcome. She had a great sense of humor and made me feel comfortable at such a vulnerable time like picking my dress (i'm a bit self conscious ill admit). I found a dress (Olivia Bottega) that when I tried it on it just felt right and it wasn't anything I had expected to pick out in my wildest dreams. Not only did i feel like a queen but multiple consultants stopped by and told me how gorgeous I looked in the gown (my dad cried and he's not a crier yall! He also said the moment i walked out he knew that that was the dress and he was right) and I knew it was the one. We tried a few more after that dress and I just couldn't walk away without the second one I tried on, so of course we put it on again as the last dress and I knew without a doubt that that was my dress. Thank you Bennet and White Wisteria Crew for making that moment amazing and helping me find the dress I didn't know I needed but ended up with! 10/10 recommend and will recommend them to others in search of a dress! Great experience and amazing staff and consultants :)

She was very patient and helpful with all of my questions, and even though I didn't come in with any specific vision for my dress, she helped me figure out what I wanted. I was very interested in one dress during the appointment, but I couldn't commit to it yet so they set it aside in case I wanted to come back later that day to try it on again. Of course, I came back later and tried it on again, and I decided to buy it. In a stroke of good luck, the dress was available off the rack at a discount, and it was in my exact size and in perfect condition! As a plus sized bride (shopping at a store that is not exclusively plus size dresses), I really was not expecting to have such a great experience. Becca made sure we got the best deal on the dress, gave me some good advice on timing for my alterations as well as all the rest of our wedding wardrobe needs, and took cute photos of me and my mom and sister to celebrate choosing the dress. It was a wonderful, special experience and I could not have been happier with my dress!

The store itself is gorgeous and everyone there did seem like they love what they do. They had a lot of options to choose from and how they pick out dresses was fun and so nice! I could not recommend this place enough. Love everything about it and I cannot wait to pick up my dress!

tment to look at wedding dresses and it went so well that I canceled my other appointments, and pulled my bridesmaid dresses from another location, and ordered EVERYTHING from White Wisteria! They blew the competition out of the water! I've been a bridesmaid 8 times and been to other boutiques over the past 10 years. They were the BEST and I'm so thankful I booked there on a whim. Hayley was my consultant and she was AMAZING! She was so sweet, very easy-going, put my nerves at ease, and took the time to get to know me. When we started, I had no idea what style of dress to pick. I was all over the place. I showed her my Pinterest board, told her about the vibe of my wedding, and she was off to the races! She helped me narrow it down to fit-and-flare, and then she helped zero in on the embellishment/tiny specifics until she found the PERFECT dress for me. She didn't push me and she (and Rene) made me feel like they were truly invested in me finding the dress of my dreams. I went from showing up with no idea what direction to go, to confidently narrowing it down with her wonderful expertise and recommendations. She is so good at what she does! While there, I saw their bridesmaid dresses upstairs, fell in love, and ended up having all of my bridesmaids order from White Wisteria. Their bridesmaid dresses came in colors, fabrics, and styles that beat what I saw at the competition. The fabric looked more expensive, and the styles were way less frumpy, but the pricing was comparable to other stores. Same price, better dress? That's a win! Also, there were others I wanted to thank. The owner, Rene, was so so sweet and helped me with a special order request for my dress (and she popped in during my appointments and gave great input and feedback). Emma was really great with helping my bridesmaids order their dresses, too! She was so friendly, had wonderful energy, and made the appointments fun. Honestly, their whole team felt like family and gave me such a magical, special experience. Unlike other stores in the district, the entire shopping experience at White Wisteria was so much more professional, relaxed, and special. I cannot recommend the ladies at White Wisteria enough. Thank you for such a memorable, wonderful experience!!!

is journey, we visited White Wisteria twice. First we were assisted by Beth on Feb. 18, 2024. Our bride found a dress that was her potential top pick but wanted to continue looking. We returned to White Wisteria on April 6, 2024 after finding a new top contender at a different shop in the district earlier in the day. Our bride wanted to try on the dress she loved again so were assisted by Becca; Beth joined when she was available. Trying on the dress again at White Wisteria didn't give her the feels she had before and she was torn. The care and support these ladies showed to the bride was amazing! They listened to the conflict in our bride's feelings and offered support - not by pushing more dresses in their stock on her but by actually encouraging her to go back to the dress she had as her top pick now - a dress at a different shop. This was even more commendable when the bride did end up going with a dress from another shop because Beth and Becca "cheered" her finding her dream dress. These ladies focused on the BRIDE and NOT the sale! Their goal was clearly to help the bride find what made her feel everything she should! After going through the bridal gown shopping experience both with my daughter and her bestie; seeing at least 50+ dressed tried on at 7 different boutiques and seeing 2 dresses purchased at different places, White Wisteria hands down was the most impressive experience of them all! Even though White Wisteria didn't have THE dress for either of the special brides I love, I hope every bride that visits the Reading Bridal District visits them. Their customer service is the absolute BEST!

t and prepared. At my appointment, Becca talked to me about everything I wanted in a dress and about my budget. She was very mindful not to pull any dresses out of my budget, and picked several beautiful dresses for me to try on. I absolutely fell in love with the first dress I tried on and also tried on a few more which were all gorgeous. I ended up picking the very first dress and got to put on a lovely cathedral length veil with it so I could say yes to the dress. Throughout my appointment Becca was so personable and took time to get to know me and make sure I felt comfortable and beautiful the entire time! My experience was absolutely magical for both myself and my bridal party and we even got to do a little toast at the end. I am so thankful for Becca and the rest of the amazing staff! If you plan on getting your dress and want the best possible experience, White Wisteria is the place for you!

started the appointment by sitting down and just taking note of the styles I liked and what my vision for my wedding is so we could find a dress that fell perfectly in line. She was so personable and such a beautiful person. She told me she had a dress in mind and her choice is my wedding dress. When I mentioned wanting to go to my other appointments just to be 150% sure of my decision, she was so nice and encouraging about it. I felt heard and beautiful working with her which is something I didn't feel at other boutiques in the area. Everyone else seemed to be only interested in the sale whereas Becca seemed so personally invested in the care of the bride. My Bridesmaids even talked about how wonderful she was. I'm beyond in love with my dress and so happy to have gone to White Wisteria and worked with Becca. It's a part of wedding planning I'll hold dear to my heart.

On the day of my first appointment she was so great at listening to what I liked and didn't like about different dresses and did a great job trying to lead me in really solidifying what I was looking for. I did not find the dress after my first appointment, however Becca did check on me after my appointment to ask how my experience was going and we started to really be able to narrow down what I was looking for. I did look at several other boutiques but nothing compared to the customer service experience I had at White Wisteria. Coming into my second appointment a few weeks later she again checked in with me telling me how excited she was to see me again. We got right to work! During the appointment she did a fabulous job making the experience so upbeat and fun, and when the time came that I found THE dress she made me feel like I was on top of the world. I want to thank White Wisteria and especially Becca for making my dress dreams come true and for giving me the best experience while shopping!

gowns. My consultant Emily was wonderful! She made me feel so comfortable and it felt like I was shopping with a friend. She set the bar high for bridal appointments! She listened to my wants in a wedding dress and pulled the perfect one. With it being a smaller shop, I got more personal attention, and the experience was more special. I also wanted to state they had a huge selection of dresses, and the entire staff was friendly! I went to a few other shops, but ultimately returned to White Wisteria. I highly recommend them and I'm so happy they helped me find my perfect dress!!

Becca was my specific bridal consultant and she made me feel super comfortable trying on different dresses. She hit the nail on the head and I ended up going with the first dress and veil that I tried on. She even had good tips for me on how to make it more comfortable and accommodated all of the changes I wanted to make and my questions. They really took care to understand my desires and my no gos and brought up gowns and veils that were exactly what I was looking for within my price range. Seriously recommend white wisteria for any of your bridal needs and for a great day feeling like a princess 😄
