Shauna was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day! She went above and beyond as both our decorator and day-of coordinator. Every detail was flawless and the day ran so smoothly thanks to her. Not only is she incredibly organized and professional, but she's also one of the nicest people we've met. Her warm and calming presence made us feel at ease, knowing everything was in great hands. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help bring our vision to life, and we highly recommend her to anyone planning their big day!

From the moment of our first meeting, we knew Shauna had to be our day of coordinator for our wedding. As my now husband and I were walking out the door from the meeting he whispered in my ear, "Hire her now!" I had a unique vision in mind and Shauna got it immediately. She took my vision and ran with it. She listened to my ideas, gave suggestions when needed and brought my vision to life better than I thought it would be. We had a few minor and major hiccups with the venue and Shauna was quick on her feet to improvise and made very stressful situations less-so. Shauna and her staff were amazing to work with from the beginning to the end! I originally inquired about décor rental with set up and break down and ended up with not only the décor rental, but coordination as well. The services were worth every penny and Shauna was there for us every step of the way. There are many décor options available to satisfy every style you may want. There were many compliments from guest on how pretty the décor was! The professionalism and communication that we experienced shows the passion that Shauna and her team have for what they do. The day of the wedding was seamless- and if it wasn’t I would have no idea because it was handled without me having to know. We had a runaway flower girl and Shauna did not bat an eye and held her through the whole ceremony while still making sure everything was going to plan. We had many compliments from guests with how on top of it the team was! Do not think twice about selecting Whitewater Weddings and Events if you want a stress-free wedding day!

Shauna was absolutely amazing to work with! We hired her for the day of coordinator as well as decor. She nailed every single detail! I gave her my Pinterest board, told her "dark and moody" at our very first meeting and she ran with it! And if anything went wrong on the actual day of my wedding, I don't know about it! We were ahead of schedule by an hour all day, which actually gave me and my now husband time to relax and enjoy cocktail hour and mingle with our guests. Couldn't recommend her more!

Shauna is amazing to work with! She takes your vision and makes it come to life! Everything was absolutely perfect. From the table decorations to the signage, the arch and the Photo Booth, everything flowed so well together. The colors were spot on what we envisioned and then some. I can’t thank her enough for how beautiful everything turned out. The Photo Booth was definitely a must have! I’m so glad we decided to add it! The best part was not having to take anything home with us afterwards! The arrival, set up and tear down were all taken care of and took some stress off of me during the planning process. Shauna is highly organized and even brought up questions/suggestions we didn't even think of when planning. Shauna's presence at the rehearsal made the whole rehearsal move seamlessly. She communicated with our DJ to work out the timing for the entrance of the bridal party. As the mother of the bride it was wonderful to have someone to help with all of the details. Shauna and her team brought my daughter's vision of the reception to life with all of her beautiful decor choices. Shauna was instrumental in keeping the flow of the reception going and communicating with all of the vendors. I can not say enough about how wonderful it was to just focus on my daughter's wedding and not have to focus on the small details in the moment. If you could do anything for your wedding, you NEED to hire Shauna. Shauna made my ENTIRE day go so smoothly and she even made it more beautiful with decor than my husband and I could have ever imagined! It was SO worth it hiring her because we literally did not have to worry about a thing decoration wise -- she came early and set up, did my whole day of coordination (our ceremony ran 45 minutes over but she was so calm that I wasn't even worried about it), and then also tore down everything and my family and I did not have to worry about anything -- what a huge stress relief! She was on it with communicating back to us as well. Also, the decorations were absolutely above and beyond what I could have ever asked for... people were RAVING about how beautiful our venue was... all because of her and her husband (who is also awesome!) She is so talented and is such an awesome woman all in all. Seriously... sign a contract with her for your special day... she makes all your wedding dreams come true with such a great price!!! Our day was amazing because of Shauna. Thank you Shauna!!!

We were having our wedding at a private venue with not much help so we finally decided to hire a day of coordinator. When I say it was the BEST decision ever! Shauna took care of everything and I finally got the chance to relax once she took over. She coordinated everything with my vendors, handled all the little details I had been stressing, and when I had a surprise SNOWY wedding day, Shauna made me feel at ease knowing she was handling it all. Shauna was amazing throughout the whole experience. She responded in a timely manner and was extremely flexible when it came to meeting up to look at her decor or go over different ideas. The decorations at my wedding were beautiful and I got so many compliments from guests and also from my venue’s event coordinator about how great she was. She was very quick to make contact on initial interest, was very flexible in making time to meet with me, and provided excellent information and insight.
