You could tell that she truly cared about making sure that our wedding day was everything that we wanted it to be (this is essential in my opinion). We did have a hiccup with our photographer who didn't show up on time and Shauna handled the situation on our behalf so I didn't have to worry and I could enjoy my wedding morning with family and friends. On top of the coordinating services, she provided all of the decor for our wedding and handled setup/teardown of those items. The whole evening was made seamless and it's all thanks to Shauna and her business. 100/10 would recommend her to everyone!!

t the perfect fairytale wedding for our little girl.  I only have one daughter and she has always been by beautiful princess.  As we began planning her wedding, we found ourselves in the situation that we would be 5 hours from home and 9 hours from the wedding location due to current work situation.  To compound the stress of this issue for me, I had always worked in a catering business for our family owned business and wedding venue. My daughter found Shauna through the Knot, as she did many others recommended.  We did phone interviews and narrowed down choices with zoom calls.  We both decided pretty quickly that Shauna is who we wanted to work with.  She was not only highly professional, but relatable as a Mom who had been on this journey before.  She offered a wide array of decor packages and offered to mix and match to create a look tailored for us.  Her portfolio quickly revealed that she was detail oriented and created beautiful looks for each occasion.  We also decided to hire her as our coordinator for the event.  This was a decision that would prove invaluable! She was so organized and would present us with timely checklists to keep us ahead of the game.  These lists often brought us to ideas that would have been easily overlooked but helped the day run seamlessly.  As the days grew closer, she had a master plan that had everything/everyone where they needed to be, when they needed to be there.  She took over communications with vendors to keep them on time and on task.  She and her husband were there for rehearsal, the ceremony and of course set up, execution and tear down of the reception.  Her husband Kevin and herself were there for everything that was needed, even tasks that were not necessarily “contracted.”  They were both helpful and encouraging.  They were enthusiastic the entire time and helpful and courteous to all guests and staff. Again, I could not say enough about their services or the people they are.  This is coming from someone who did not even know their names a year and 1/2 ago. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and made the event the perfect fairytale we had hoped for.  They allowed for me to be present in each moment of the day, knowing all the details were taken care of by them. Shauna goes above and beyond your expectations.   She did not miss a beat to making sure that this wedding was the start to my daughter’s happily ever after!
