y consultant for the day. She was absolutely wonderful. She helped calm my nerves and took the pressure off. She told me to pick out what I liked and didn’t like about each dress. She helped me pick out my dress and was my personal hype women. When it was between two dresses, she could tell I was having trouble with the decision and gave me perfect advice, “if you don’t let yourself love the dress, then you will never fully LOVE the dress.” After that pep talk, I walked out and she put the veil on and a bouquet in my hands and told everyone, including me to shut our eyes. On the count of three we all opened and started crying because I had found my dress. Without Jordan I wouldn’t have been able to say yes to the dress!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Renay knows her stuff and she MADE my experience at Whittington bridal. Icing on the cake was being greeted with mimosas. I’m a Whittington bride and darn proud to be one! 👰🏼‍♀️❤️

Very patient, kind & really seemed to be listening to exactly the style I wanted. I found SO many dresses that I liked & ended up saying yes to the dress! I went to Whittington Bridal with an idea of what I wanted in a dress. I was pleasantly surprised that the boutique had so many dresses similar to what I was interested in. Jordan did a great job by pulling dresses with details that I was looking for in a dress. I also loved that Jordan had me try on a few dresses that were completely different than what I thought I wanted. After trying on a few other dresses, it solidified that I was saying yes to the right dress! I had a great experience at Whittington Bridal and I am certain that you will too!

I was having trouble finding dresses that I could see as the one at first and she helped me settle in. She asked questions, brought ideas, and even asked if I had any pictures to help. I knew I wanted something with sleeves and a certain neckline and man did they deliver. The dress that I ended up getting was actually one that I had pinned twice to my Pinterest wedding board! When I put it on it all suddenly became so real and when I put the veil on my mom and I started to cry! I have never felt so special and beautiful! I can not recommend this shop enough! Everyone was amazing and Jordan talked me through all my hesitations and gave me so much information no other shops compared!

Prior to my appointment, I was able to go online and create a portfolio based on their inventory (this helped me to narrow down my style for sure). While I found a dress that I instantly fell in love with and knew was “the one”, I wished it had a bit more volume. Ellen suggested adding a petticoat to the dress to build the skirt; it was the best recommendation! It added the volume that I wanted to the dress and gave me the “princess” look that I was going for. After being “jacked up”, I knew that the gown was for me! Ellen was amazing, attentive, and so sweet! The experience was great and would recommend Whittington Bridal to any bride!

Nina agreed that it sounded like I found my dress, and handled the whole situation very professionally and gracefully 💗 My only critique about the store is that I wish there had been more plus size samples available to try. It didn’t make the experience bad, because they make the smaller sizes work, but there were some I couldn’t even try because I couldn’t get the waist over the hips 🥴 All in all, a lovely shopping experience!

She was so patience and understanding of my concerns and was even the fan favorite with my bridal party. With not finding my dress the 1st time, I immediately booked another appointment to go back the following weekend. Throughout the week, Angela helped me narrow down my budget for over 50+ dresses and helped me in preparing for my 2nd appointment. And let me just say, she was just AWESOME about it. Going into my 2nd appointment, I was helped by Danielle and she was just the most sweetest, amazing helper ever. She understood that I meant business going into it for the 2nd time, and kept the dresses coming. Some that I had from list, as well as ones that she thought were great options. She was sooo patient and very knowledgeable when it came it certain dresses and designs and what stood out and what didn’t in a dress. After about 20+ dresses that 2nd appointment, I said yes to the dress! It can be whirlwind experience when it comes to picking the magic dress for your big day but these ladies knows just how to help a bride in search do so. Thank you sooo much to Angela and Danielle. Y’all have made this fellow bride incredibly happy.

The dress ended up coming a little later than expected due to shipping delays from the dress company, but the whole Whittington Bridal team was so helpful in ensuring it made it in on time and with enough time to get all my alterations done. They even reached out to their recommended seamstress directly to ensure that she could help me get my dress altered within a week of receiving it. I am extremely happy with my experience at Whittington Bridal with Danielle and would recommend it for any other brides in the Houston area!

n it came down to my decision of which dress I wanted, Angela and another bridal specialist Danielle took the time to listen my concerns and listed pros and cons for me to be able to choose a dress. I’m forever grateful and in love with my dress!

fter leaving and going to lunch, I decided on one. I went back into the store and Angela helped me into the dress again and we tried on veils without me having a second appointment. I totally did not expect that, but it made me feel like Whittington was willing to go above and beyond to make my experience special.

We made my mom and dad cry (yes, my dad went with us!) and the entire staff at Whittington was soooo enthusiastic and excited for me! It really made me even more excited for my wedding and the appointment went by so fast! They didn’t pressure me at all and I left with the biggest smile on my face! I would 1000% suggest you go here to find the dress of your dreams especially if you’re wanting the full experience!

as I walked in I was amazed but how big it is. I was lucky enough to get to work with Danielle, she was so sweet. I was a bit nervous about trying on the sample dresses because I knew they would be too small, but Danielle said she could squeeze me into anything and she meant it lol! She made me feel extremely comfortable which is important considering these people have to get in your personal space. I found my dream dress here, I wasn't expecting to but I did and I am so excited for my big day! Thank you so much Whittington Bridal and thank you again Danielle :) Also, bonus points because they have champagne! Lol

. She gave me a tour and run down of the place and how the appointment was going to go then gave me four clips to choose dresses to start with while she made us mimosas. I feel like she really understood my style and what I was looking for! Even though I was looking for an A Line dress, she pointed me to ball gowns because the petticoats can be taken out (something I didn’t realize). There were only about two dresses I tried on that I didn’t love because she really got a feel for who I am. There was one clear winner (which happened to be a ball gown) and when it was clear that dress one, she had me and my mom close our eyes while she put a veil on me. She counted us down to open our eyes and of course we cried. She asked me if I was saying yes to the dress and when I said yes, everyone cheered and there was a champagne toast! I really felt so special and celebrated! I’m absolutely thrilled with the dress and veil we bought but my experience at Whittington Bridal is also something I’ll always cherish. They really do give you your moment. The dress selection there is gorgeous!! And it was one place where I didn’t have to feel the stress and pressure of wedding planning but got to really just enjoy being a bride. Plus, they were partnering with a nonprofit I really care about and getting my dress meant donating to this nonprofit. That was very special. I can’t gush enough about this place!

I was interested in and was so accommodating to me and my guests that were with me. She knew exactly which dress to pull next and was never pushy to sell. She was honest and knew what styles would look best on me. When she knew I didn’t like something, she never tried to convince me to like it, which is something I can’t say for some of the other salons I went to.
