Whittington Bridal

ir website, and upon arrival, Randi knew exactly which gowns I was searching for! It was exciting that they didn’t already have the gowns pulled for me; instead, I was able to still do a walkthrough and clip the four I wanted to try-on first! This made the experience much more personal, as I was able to make my own choices on my first try-ons (in case they varied from my online choices). Ultimately, I clipped the four that I had marked on their website and Randi made the try-on process so easy! I tried on my favorite first and knew she was the winner! Randi was never pushy, made me feel very comfortable, was very upfront, and most importantly, REAL! I felt as if she was truly looking out for me, rather than just selling a gown. During my research, I had emailed Whittington to see if they price match, and was INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED when I was ready to purchase and told they do! Not only did they price match my lowest quote, they took it a step further, and were able to get my dream Justin Alexander gown to even lower! I am so pleased with Whittington Bridal and would highly recommend brides to do their research to have the best experience possible! I had my dress mentally picked before I walked in, tried it on, mentally purchased it, tried on a few others, and purchased my first choice within ONE HOUR! The STUNNING ambiance of Whittington is an added bonus, and is truly meant for the girls! So many cute photo opportunities, breathtaking decor, and great inspiration ideas for your venue/reception! Brides, if you put in the work to do your research ahead of time, it will save so much time, frustration, and money later! A huge THANK YOU to Whittington Bridal for making my experience so wonderful 💜

ation that it would need minimal alterations (because that’s what the salesperson told me after she did my measurements), and it would be here 7 months before my wedding. What I picked up in December (7 months before my wedding) was a massive dress that would not even stay up without clips (which they couldn’t use because they didn’t want to risk damaging my dress). I had buttons added to the dress (extra cost) and those were sewn on CROOKED. I couldn’t believe the dress was 10 sizes too big and the custom buttons were not sewn on properly for $7,000. I asked if they could reorder my dress in a different size and they said they couldn’t because it could take 8 months to get here. I didn’t understand how an error of this magnitude could possibly happen. They took my measurements, so why on earth would they order me a size 12?!!!! It made no sense. Jordan recommended that I go to Montrose Tailors and they would be able to fix my dress and make it work WELL BEFORE I needed it for bridals. I took the dress to the tailors in January (like they recommended) and they told me they’d need to do multiple rounds of alterations because the dress was so big. I saw how much the dress was going to need to be altered and I immediately called Whittington. They reassured me it would be fine and to trust them. I let them know the dress wouldn’t even be ready until 2/18. They offered me a partial refund (roughly 10-15% at most) and said they’d cover alterations. February 18th comes around and I go try my dress back on. It is even more of a disaster than before. The work was sloppy and it looked horrendous. At this point I know that I need to find a new dress fast because my July wedding date is approaching and most designers need 5-6 months to come in. Jordan said they’d be willing to work with me to make this right, and this was not made right at all. They said they’d refund me my money, but that doesn’t account for the fact that I can’t take my bridal photos or do my hair and make up trial (as I was going to do my trial and then take bridals) because I DON’T HAVE A DRESS!! I came 2/19, after having to take the day off work, to try to figure this out, and they are not even willing to expedite a dress or offer any discounting on a new dress, knowing that I cannot get the dress of my dreams because of how long it would take to get here. I asked to speak to the owner, but they wouldn’t not speak to us despite being in the store. I’m still in complete shock that after all of this stress and how terrible this process has been that they don’t have the decency to speak to us. I would NEVER recommend Whittington Bridal to anyone. I’ve been more than patient with them and I truly trusted them. They ruined my wedding dress experience. I don’t have a dress now. Think twice about getting a dress from here because they don’t care about you or your wedding.

s to find the exact dress that we loved. We are very appreciative of their team, and especially Jordan who went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this shop to any future bride.

pecial with a champagne toast. The cost of their dresses are a bit on the medium end price $$ but my dress and the experience was absolutely worth it!!! I wouldn’t have wanted any other place now.
