I did visit the venue one time to have a walk through prior to the wedding and the owner of Wild Poppy met me to go over my plans. She was super sweet, full of amazing advice, and really took her time which made me feel so much more comfortable about the entire process. The details, exquisite taste, and professionalism was astounding. I am very picky and definitely expect perfection, especially on my wedding day. Not only did Wild Poppy deliver, they exceeded all expectations! My guests were blown away! Every flower, frame, linen, and bow was just perfect! Everyone said the decor was the best they had ever seen. The pricing was also fantastic - especially considering they did a lot more for me than just flowers. Rebecca helped me plan out a lot of the details and even helped me book other vendors. It was definitely worth the money and priced very fairly. When I walked into my reception I was floored with the beauty and flawlessness of every detail. Sarah works with Rebecca and she is just as talented. I couldn't believe how nice, comforting and talented they were. They designed a glass orb chandelier for over the center of our dance floor to help with a "wow" factor and gorgeous is the only word I can use to describe it. I highly recommend any future bride to use Wild Poppy their work is simple elegance and they really care about their brides. I met with 3 other florists and not only did Rebecca and Sarah's personality win me over but so did their work and how fairly priced their work was. Planning a wedding is not cheap and it was refreshing to meet a florist that did beautiful work at a fair price. They were there to help me make the wedding of my dreams and did not try to change my vision or squeeze money out of us. My husband and I both live in Houston and I was traveling to Kansas for work every other two weeks. This made it hard for me to plan a wedding in Austin but Rebecca was there to help with all the planning and details that I did not have time to cover. Closer to the wedding, Rebecca provided a detailed timeline to all the vendors and was the main point of contact for any additional questions my vendors had (which made it much easier on me!). Her and her assistant, Sarah were amazing for the rehearsal dinner and wedding. There was the potential of rain on our wedding day but that was no problem! Rebecca had a different solution that ended up being more gorgeous than the original idea. I can't say enough how beautiful the venue looked and how smooth everything went for the wedding. Family and friends were coming up to me through out the night just gushing about how amazing everything was. Even the next day my family was telling me how amazing a job Rebecca and Sarah did. Rebecca HAND DELIVERED my flowers to the hotel room the morning of my wedding - keeping in constant contact as she was on her way to make sure she wasn't interrupting my time line. The flowers were very reasonably priced and were exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend their flowers for any wedding. Rebecca was so great to work with, I appreciated her honesty and reliability throughout the entire planning process!

There were so many intricate details involved with the floral design for our wedding and reception, and Rebecca created such a unique and intimate – simple, yet very elegant – feel, which is exactly what we were going for. I was so impressed with how she was able to piece together my description of the type of wedding I wanted and create arrangements that were absolutely beautiful! When I arrived at the wedding venue, everything was already set up. The centerpieces were complete, the wedding bouquets were waiting in the brides room in vases, and the flower girl's wreath, boutonnieres and mother's courages were neatly boxed and in the appropriate room. My only complaint about Wily Poppy is response time with communications. Because she is such a great florist, she's extremely busy and communication is not always timely. There were a few emails that I sent that did not receive a response for a couple of weeks, sometimes longer. Being a bride dealing with the stress of planning a wedding, a delayed response is not ideal. Overall, Wild Poppy is reasonably priced for the gorgeous arrangements they provide. If you're a high-stress bride who needs to receive responses back immediately, Wild Poppy might not be ideal. But if you're ultimately concerned with having a florist who exceeds your expectations in floral arrangements, then Wild Poppy is a perfect fit!

services. The flowers were STUNNING. As in, a catch your breath and try not to cry because they are so perfect kind of stunning. Every centerpiece was perfectly crafted, blended with each other, yet stood apart, giving the tables visual interest. My bouquet was so lovely, full of hydrangea, green berries, and all kinds of floral goodness. Rebecca even whipped my very antique handkerchief into a perfect flower to add to the bouquet. It was one of my favorite touches. As much as I rave about our flowers, let me tell you why you should hire Wild Poppy for your wedding coordinator. I have absolutely no idea how everything got done and when off flawlessly during our wedding --and that was because Rebecca and her team were taking care of everything without me even noticing. They would pop up now and then to tell us where and what we needed to do, and then melt back into the background to do their wedding magic! Every one of those ladies was worth their weight in gold, and if I had endless money, I would have doubled what I paid. We went with a Day of Coordinator package, but their services went way beyond the "day of the wedding." If you are on the fence about a day of coordinator, you should absolutely use Wild Poppy. They were one of the least expensive coordinators, but you get three times the value in their services! Okay, my glowing review is done, but I will tell everyone I know who is getting married anywhere in Austin, Central Texas, etc. that booking Wild Poppy is choice they will never regret. Wild Poppy, Rebecca, and the rest: You made my day perfect and let me be a blissfully happy bride. Thank you so much for that!

ith something you would see in NYC. Everything was so beautifully done, without the fussiness or pretension so typical of many florists who do weddings. They play on texture and color variance and the tiny details that just make each creation perfect. I went home and checked out the website and was surprised at how many different moods these girls are able to create with flowers, candles, and even sticks. They are no one-trick-pony. All I can say is how grateful I am that Wild Poppy was able to create such an inspired and ethereal environment for our sweet boy and his lovely bride.
