s outstanding. Ashley has excellent people and organizational skills. As everyone knows who has hosted a wedding (or other major event), there are many moving parts that need to be synchronized. Ashley knows and understands the Jackson area extremely well, venues and vendors alike, in great detail. She is very effective in understanding her clients and appropriately connecting them to the right places and people. She manages the process extremely well. The true test came when something did not go as planned, inevitable with so many moving parts. We had very few glitches in our daughter's wedding, a testament to Ashley and those people she chooses to work with. When we had a glitch (with transportation at the wedding, NOT Ashley's fault!), she was on top of the situation and ultimately resolved the problem. She kept her cool (outwardly!) and made it clear to us that the issue was for her to resolve, not for us and that we should enjoy the wedding. We really appreciated that. We are writing about this because it is a true example of how she performs and executes under pressure – this should be important to anyone picking a planner. She merits an A+. In business, I have learned over the past decades that people make the difference. In the case of a wedding, no matter how nice the venue, no matter how fancy the food, no matter how expensive the arrangements, it is the quality of the people managing and staffing all of the events that make the experience special, no matter how fancy or how humble. It takes first rate, hard- working, nice people to make the experience meaningful. In our case, we could not have done better. It all started with Ashley. All of the vendors came through her, and every one of them was excellent and we would recommend them (even the transportation company that had mechanical issue on one of the days but ultimately performed). Ashley made a tremendous difference in our enjoyment of this life event. We recommend her with the strongest of convictions based on our experience.

needed to postpone the wedding for two months then changed venues moving the wedding to another state. Ashley seemed undaunted, readily switched gears, rearranged her schedule and even drove ten hours to the new venue without hesitation. Besides being professional, Ashley has a lovely manner that made the wedding all the more fun. I highly recommend and would hire Ashley again in an instant.

She thought of everything, took care of everything, Everyone always remarked to us that it seemed like we had an easy time planning our wedding, and it truly felt like that because Ashley made it so easy! Everything on the day of our wedding ran so smoothly, it was the wedding of our dreams! None of that would have been possible without Ashley. nator package. Which she lays out in full on her website. As a couple we put our creative minds together and came up with ideas and plans for our wedding weekend. Ashley didn’t create the wedding plan, but none of it would’ve been accomplished without her guidance, experience and huge amounts of forward thought. Although we didn’t opt for the full package, the balance worked perfect for us. She was there via email for any question, concern, challenge along the way. Checking in every month, and supplying us with timelines, support, encouragement along the way. She gave us vendor options to reach out to, that could help us achieve our dream. When things fell through (which they always will, just be ready) she was there with option B and C, and always with a little extra flare of an idea to make it even better then option A was!!! She never nagged or forced us along the way, rather she was extremely patient and still helped us meet our deadlines to make our weekend perfect! And ohhhh, it so was! When it came to the final month before the wedding, per the coordinator package, Ashley was even more hands on taking it on herself to check in with all vendors 2 to 3 times to confirm arrival times, wrap up times, payments confirmations and schedule all the gritty details that NO COUPLE WANTS TO DEAL WITH BY THAT TIME! I will say we were very hands on with set ups, to save on costs when the wedding weekend came. Ashley was there at every step to manage and physically create our wedding world! She added many beautiful touches and even some small surprises that were still within our aesthetic environment. It was awesome to work with someone so capable at guiding and facilitating our very layered wedding plan. We altered the wedding timeline, had a number of secret elements, and didn’t have a traditional officiant, but a group of them. She was entirely THERE for making it all happen, and our way! We can’t stress enough she is a very talented facilitator! We are not from the Wyoming area, but fell in love with it and all it’s natural beauty long ago. We knew it would be the perfect place for us to celebrate our family, friends, and of course marriage! We have always been lucky enough to feel safe in Wyoming, surrounded by good people. But as a same sex couple we had some fears and concerns about working with vendors we didn’t know. Ashley was, from day one, caring and conscious of that. Providing us with people she knew wouldn’t hold any prejudice. We felt safe in her hands, and because of that we were able to let go of that weight. Even in the aftermath, Ashley was still protecting us! We had one vendor who supplied glamping tents for guests. The tents where amazing and, honestly we would be happy to work with the company again, but what was provided did not have the full furnished package we had agreed to and paid for. We spoke to Ashley about it only once!!! Almost immediately the tent vendor had refunded a major portion of our payment with an apology. What more can we say, she is amazing!!!

we had 8 months to plan. Within a week's visit to Jackson we had a venue, catering, flowers, a photographer taken care of. We did engagement photos and got the save the dates taken care of. That same week, the world shut down and put into a motion an overwhelming course of events for us; a international move, home buying, relocating jobs, and delaying our wedding a full year. Ashley took care of everything involving our vendors for us and without her help we would have most certainly lost wedding related details in the chaos. Fast forward to a week out and everything ran like clockwork. Ashley had made all the arrangements for us to meet with our vendors and make sure everything was taken care of. Materials we had sent in advance were taken care of; including all the champagne! Ashley helped us with a welcome event in Victor ID, and our rehearsal in addition to the wedding itself. It could not have gone as well as it did without her. THANK YOU ASHLEY!!!

Enter Ashley - who immediately put us at ease, gave us a checklist of where to get started, and sent us around 20-30 vendors to help narrow our search once we told her what kind of wedding we were looking for. We planned with her for over a year, and she checked in regularly to make sure we were on track. When Covid resulted in our original venue cancelling, she immediately went to work to find another venue that suited our needs. And of course, on the day of, there were some minor disasters that she was able to handle and fix (for example, the babysitter we hired didn't have any record that they were supposed to come help!). Everything turned out so wonderful on our wedding day, I couldn't have asked for anything more and I am so grateful to Ashley for helping us have the wedding of our dreams. I would strongly recommend hiring her if you are looking for a wedding planner in Jackson.

at hard time. While we delayed the big celebration, we still decided to get married on our original date and Ashley helped us with that as well. We spent a beautiful, but long, day floating the snake river, followed by dinner and Ashley was a true saint. If anyone has ever dealt with the logistics of floating a river, you will understand how arduous it can be. Despite the long day, many logistics and raucous crowd, Ashley remained positive and calm through some situations that were outside the realm of a normal wedding planning job. We honestly can’t recommend her enough. She answered any questions I had leading up to the event in a patient and helpful manner. She steered me in the right direction when I felt like I was floundering. She was just a really lovely support system and I cannot thank her enough! The silver lining of the pandemic is getting to use her twice!
