We were initially nervous when hiring a wedding planner because my partner and I have such specific aesthetic tastes and wanted a non-traditional wedding in our home. Lindsey stayed true to our vision, while guiding us every step of the way, keeping us calm, and saving us from potential missteps.
Lindsey is a true leader and a ton of fun to work with. It’s no wonder she had relationships with the very best vendors (florist, calligraphy, catering, etc.) who were all extremely motivated and excited to work with her again. Don’t underestimate the power of a wedding planner with strong relationships! It can make or break your wedding.
Lindsey and her team paid attention to every detail (for example, our desire to serve cocktails up with two cherries on a pick) and helped with last-minute challenges the week of (for example, steaming my dress at the last minute). If you’re looking for a planner who truly cares and will make the process of wedding planning a delight, look no further! Lindsey is your gal :)
There are no words to describe how absolutely amazing of a human being Lindsey is. At the beginning of our wedding planning, my husband and I went back and forth on whether or not a wedding planner was worth the cost. After we met with Lindsey, we knew immediately that we had to work with her. I can now honestly say she was worth every single penny. There were so many times throughout our planning that we would look at each other and say “what would we do without Lindsey?” Yes it cost money to have a wedding planner, but when you think about all the benefits that come with having a planner like Lindsey…it is honestly so worth it. We gave her our budget and she was able to take that and make it look like a 6 figure priced wedding. It had such a luxurious appeal because she was able to research and find incredible vendors that worked with our budget. Not to mention Lindsey has one of the most incredible personalities. You literally cannot help but to be happy and laughing when your with her. She not only made the wedding process exciting and enjoyable but she also made sure we were relaxed and able to enjoy our wedding day. We dropped everything off to Lindsey the night before the wedding and from that point on we did not have to lift her finger. The day of, my husband and I were treated liked king and queen. I asked for water at one point and Lindsey asked for some over her headset and I literally had 4 people standing in front of me with all different variations of water all within 5 minutes. She gave us the greatest gift of a lifetime which was actually getting to be present and enjoy our wedding. One of my favorite moments of all time was just before I was about to walk down the aisle. Lindsey stopped me and said “Jess take a moment to be present. This is one of the greatest moments of your life. Take it all in.” I literally get chills thinking about that moment and I don’t know if I would have taken the time to really appreciate it for what it was if it were not for Lindsey. At the end of the night, Lindsey and her team cleaned and packed everything up for us so that my family and I can continue on enjoying the night. Do yourself the absolute best favor you can and book this gem of a human to plan your wedding. I can guarantee you that you will not regret it.
After being a bridesmaid in a wedding that Lindsey had planned, I knew she would be one of my earliest calls when I embarked on my wedding planning journey because of how smooth that day had gone and also how stunning the wedding was (in hindsight, I wish we had hired Lindsey before even looking at venues). So it was not surprising to me that working with Lindsey became a true highlight of the wedding planning experience insofar as I was deeply uninterested in actually planning a wedding. I sort of knew the day I wanted to have but didn't know how to execute the vision. Enter: Lindsey. She took the time to get to know myself and my husband, our personalities and preferences, and plucked the most beautiful design from the depths of our brains that I didn't know existed. To say that we had the PERFECT wedding day is an understatement, and we owe it all to Lindsey's impeccable design, efficient timeline, and the vendor team that she put together. I really can't imagine what the day would have been like if Lindsey didn't connect me with the most amazing photographer and coordinated with a florist whose flowers and greenery I am still giddy over. If there were any logistical challenges on the day, we never noticed them. She even managed to deliver the most beautiful weather. We were able to be fully present on the day, which was all we ever really wanted. Lindsey was also responsive and engaged throughout the process, which made even the most tedious tasks fun and easy, and was an excellent problem solver when need be. She was an absolute joy to work with and brought the most incredible energy to each and every call we had -- the perfect advisor, friend, confidant and occasional therapist who was transparent about the process and took our considerations into mind for each aspect of the day. We knew the wedding was in her very capable hands and it allowed us to relax and enjoy the time leading up to the wedding. I couldn't be more thankful for Lindsey and her team.
How to possibly sum up the amazing Lindsey and her Wildflower team..! Words cannot express how wonderful they are! First of all, we spoke to a number of planners during the interview process and none were as down to earth, fun, kind, and cool as Lindsey. She is someone we can deeply trust and she is upfront and real about everything throughout the wedding planning process. She understands, respects, and alleviates the emotions and intensity that goes into planning a wedding. Plus she truly cares about her clients and always made us feel like she had our back. We got married at Cedar Lakes Estate, which is definitely a beast of a venue to plan for, and Lindsey and her team went above and beyond! I can say that the planning process was made fun and lighthearted because of Lindsey. AND she has such an eye for design and creativity. All of our guests commented on how well everything flowed and how there was so much attention to detail and personal touches - all of which I credit to Wildflower. The vision we dreamed up truly came to life in every way possible. Finally, the vendors she recommended were superb and truly perfect. Every single one. I am obsessed with our wedding and sad that it's over because we have LOVED working with Lindsey :) Anyone who works with her is lucky to have such a gem of a human planning their wedding.
Working with Lindsey was a dream! My husband and I would confidently recommend her and her team to any couple planning a wedding. Hiring Lindsey was absolutely the BEST decision we made for our wedding. She was incredible in all aspects and we cannot say enough good things about her!
Firstly, she is creative and passionate about design. She listened to our ideas and vision for our wedding and brought them to life. She created an incredible ceremony and reception space for us and introduced us to a team of vendors that produced stunning work.
Second of all, she is an expert in working through a plan and timeline. Lindsey was crucial in helping us navigate through the process of postponing our wedding due to Covid. She also worked carefully with our vendors and venue to ensure that our wedding day would run smoothly. She would instantly tackle and solve any problem that would arise and created a stress-free environment for us. I had full faith that our wedding would run smoothly because we had Lindsey in our corner.
Lastly, Lindsey was simply amazing to work with as a person. She became more than a wedding planner, but rather a best friend making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it when we wanted it. She answered her emails and texts immediately and was so fun to be with all of the time. We literally miss talking with her weekly now that our wedding is over.
Our wedding was exactly what we envisioned and hoped for largely due in part to Lindsey and her entire team. They will go out of their way to make any wedding spectacular and we cannot recommend Wildflower enough!
Lindsey and her team at Wildflower really were “the best ever” to work with, and we can’t rave about her enough!
We found Lindsey and Wildflower early in our planning process, first through a Google search, then by chance we met her in-person at a wedding expo not long after. We were already impressed with Lindsey through our initial email correspondence, but that in-person interaction really sealed the deal for us. Lindsey’s excitement about us as a couple, and her and vibrant, positive attitude, along with her design aesthetic, really made us feel like she would be the perfect fit for us as our wedding planner.
Lindsey is genuinely interested in ensuring her clients’ vision is reflected in her planning and execution. She gave us several options of vendors to choose from, and never pressured us to select anyone in particular. She always gave us her honest opinion if she thought a vendor wasn’t a good fit, and seamlessly served as the conduit between us and the vendors, so we wouldn’t have to deal with the back and forth. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she remained organized and on top of deadlines throughout the process. Lindsey made sure to check in with us, even when we weren’t under any particular deadline, and was always responsive to any of our questions. She always made us feel special, and like we were her only clients. That personal touch really is just *chef’s kiss*. It truly feels like you have a friend by your side the whole way through.
Our wedding day (120 guests) was beautiful, and I know my wife and I were less stressed on the day of, because we trusted that Lindsey and her team would get sh*t done! The aesthetic — from the signage and flowers, to the table linens and sweetheart table — was exactly what we had discussed, and it was even more gorgeous in execution than I ever expected it to be. The day was scheduled and planned in great detail, and everyone who was a part of the wedding knew what to expect, and when, thanks to Lindsey’s communication and preparation.
Of course, any large-scale event will have its bumps, and when our cocktail hour band had car trouble and didn’t make it in time, and our ring bearer injured himself before the ceremony, I felt confident that Lindsey would help us figure it out —and she did! She even helped us get refunded for a mistaken charge to our credit card weeks AFTER our wedding.
Lindsey’s a rockstar, and I would recommend her and her team at Wildflower to anyone!
Lindsey of Wildflower is an absolute gem who we were honored to have as our full service wedding planner for over a year. The moment I found Lindsey on instagram and got an adrenaline rush drooling over photos of her creations, I knew she would be our dream wedding planner. I was beyond giddy when we booked with her.
Not only is Lindsey beyond talented as a planner, organizer, and designer, but also she is a truly wonderful person. She is extremely funny, warm, easygoing, compassionate, and cares about getting to the real core of each couple and making the event overflow with their essence. I felt like I was getting to know a new friend, bonding over similar interests and values. It didn’t matter one bit that we were planning a CT wedding from the West Coast, as she had everything covered.
On the day of the wedding, she conducted the day amazingly while staying completely calm and patient, putting us, our guests, and vendor teams at ease. We were truly speechless on the wedding day, marveling at all of the details so perfectly crafted into reality from our cumulative vision. It was like a fairytale. Many of our guests said it was their favorite wedding they had ever been to and were blown away by how uniquely personal and intentional it was to us. My new husband and I recommend Lindsey endlessly and would seize any opportunity to work with her!
Working with Wildflower was hands-down the best wedding planning decision I made. Planning a wedding initially felt daunting and overwhelming to me, but Lindsey made the whole process feel completely manageable — and even fun!
I was planning my wedding from 300 miles away, and juggling a whole lot of other life stuff at the same time. I was able to trust Lindsey 1000% to make decisions that were completely aligned with our wedding vision, without having to sweat the little things. If you’re a busy bride/groom looking for someone you can rely on without question, Lindsey is your person.
Lindsey and the Wildflower team (shout out to Monique and Rosemary!) were beyond amazing on the day of the wedding itself. Their experience really shines: Lindsey and her team anticipated potential issues before they happened, and when little hiccups inevitably did occur, they solved them so expertly that we never even knew they happened. Lindsey ensured that we were able to be fully in the moment of our wedding, without ever needing to worry.
In short, working with Lindsey is like planning your wedding with your best friend, if your best friend was somehow incredibly organized and well-connected with all the best wedding vendors in the area. My entire family now considers Lindsey an honorary member! Trust me: you want to work with Wildflower.
I followed Lindsey on social media long before I was engaged, admiring her aesthetic and attention to detail from afar. It was only fitting that she was one of the first vendors I reached out to after becoming engaged. I originally hired her to plan the design and decor aspects of my wedding but later (when wedding planning stress continued to increase) also asked her to provide her month of and day of coordination services. Honestly, I wish I had hired Lindsey to 100% plan my entire wedding. So a word of advice for any newly engaged, HIRE THE PLANNER, TRUST ME.
Lindsey is the real deal. Not only is she kind, down to earth and easy to talk to, she is extremely talented at what she does. She is organized, honest, responsive and takes initiative. Her aesthetic eye cannot be learned and she has created so many unique design visions and executed them flawlessly for so many couples. Her design ability is truly a gift. For our wedding, she recommended so many incredible vendors to create varying aspects of the wedding design, from watercolor invitations and day of signage, to unique linen and flatware rentals and elements that were truly one of a kind. I had so many guests comment on all the "beautiful details" after my wedding. She created such a unique, one of a kind experience for us.
In addition to her design expertise, she was outstanding in her role as month-of and day of coordinator. Behind the scenes she was working so hard to connect with all of my vendors and ensure that everyone was on the same page leading up to the big day and come wedding day itself. She was quick to respond to emails with myself and with other vendors and I always felt that I was a priority. Our in person meetings, phone calls and detailed day of timeline really put me at ease. The last month as a bride is the most stressful and I can't imagine not having Lindsey's help during this time and knowing that everything was being taken care of was such a relief.
It is a given that there will be hiccups and unexpected surprises of issues on your wedding day, however, with Lindsey and her team, you will thankfully never be aware of these issues. She worked so hard to keep my now husband and I focused and having the time of our lives.
Even after the wedding, Lindsey will continue to advocate for you as her clients and truly goes above and beyond as a planner/coordinator.

Absolutely loved getting the opportunity to work with Lindsey for my micro-backyard-wedding! We wanted a classy and intimate feel to celebrate with our closest family and friends and Lindsey & her team delivered with perfection! We worked together on design and she matched our style and personalities with our vision for the day. Day of I knew I could sit back and enjoy because Lindsey had EVERYTHING covered. We used Lindsey as our day of planner for our wedding and she was so wonderful. She was extremely organized leading up to the wedding. The timeline she put together for our day was awesome, she had such great suggestions and we were so happy we let her take the lead! She not only helped with day of coordination but also had an answer for every question I had. Spray tans? Chargers? Hair and make up issues? She knew where to go & what to do. Planning a wedding during covid was insanely stressful and she was so calm the entire time. Highly recommend!

Lindsay and her crew were absolutely amazing. It’s one thing for an event coordinator to be good at their jab (which Lindsay absolutely is), and it’s another thing for them to be invested in the people they’re working with. Lindsay, Monique, and Jess were attentive, relaxed, encouraging, and clearly cared. They were dancing, crying, and laughing as much as any other guest at the wedding. What a great group of people. I would definitely recommend them.
It was pure fate that we met Lindsey at a vendor fair! Not only professional and confident, but endlessly kind, considerate, and flexible. I was maid of honor for my sister's wedding and I was in awe with how perfectly everything ran under Lindsey's careful attention. Through the entire process (including dealing with a pandemic), Lindsey made sure everything ran flawlessly by contacting vendors, organizing the minutia of every single aspect of the day, and making sure my sister's every dream came true. We could *not* have had the perfect wedding without Wildflower!!
Where do we even start with Lindsey & Dara?! They are truly the absolute BEST! My husband, Ryan & I met with Lindsey for coffee to get to know her and Wildflower a little bit, and immediately we hit it off -- chatting about all things life, work, and of course, wedding. We immediately felt like fast friends thanks to Lindsey's kind, friendly demeanor and her unbelievable passion for her work. After we left, Ryan & I decided that we HAD to hire Lindsey & Dara as month of planners. We are now realizing that was probably the best decision we made for the wedding! We originally had a wedding of about 150 guests at a nature conservatory in NW Connecticut, but that was changed to an intimate ceremony in my backyard due to changes with COVID-19. This would have been a really stressful time, but Lindsey & Dara were there to handle everything with care and compassion. They helped keep us on track, organized, and focused on what was most important -- Ryan & I getting married (Lindsey told us countless times in the month leading up to the day that all we needed to worry about was getting married and enjoying that time together). We thought we hit the jackpot leading up to the wedding, but Lindsey & Dara truly hit it OUT OF THE PARK on our day of! They were rock stars on the day of, our guests couldn't stop talking about how kind, helpful, and excited they were throughout our wedding day! From Dara's kind, calming energy, helping me blow dry my dress after some first look photos in the rain, to Lindsey's positive attitude and out-of-this-world organization, we had the absolutely perfect day, and a lot of that is definitely due to all the time, effort, and work that Lindsey & Dara put into our wedding day. We can't recommend Lindsey & Dara strongly enough; you won't regret working with them for your ceremony!
I cannot recommend the Wildflower team highly enough. My fiancé and I decided to get married within about 6 months of getting engaged and when we first started researching coordinators and planners we mostly found people who charged upwards of $10k and only did day of or everything. We really wanted something in between and within our budget. Luckily, we booked the amazing Ke-Li Photography team who recommended Lindsey and Dara to us for our Newburyport (Boston area) wedding. Lindsey and Dara are the best people to have on your team as a stressed out or overwhelmed bride. Rather than waiting for month of, they started helping me plan and book vendors and get organized right away! They thought of ALL of the details most brides don’t even know to think of and found me the best vendors from hair and makeup to tent rentals. They did so much to help, are super organized and also have amazing taste from a design standpoint so I seriously recommend picking their design and planning package if you can. It’s well worth the cost. Dara and Lindsey put up will all my antics and stressed out phone calls. One of my favorite parts of working with them is they were helpful with real talk about how much it would cost to achieve my wedding vision but they helped me stay as close to my budget as possible and never pushed me to use more expensive vendors or do things in way that I didn’t want to or couldn’t afford. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were in preparing for the big day, I couldn’t have done it without them. Most importantly, we could not have had the amazing wedding day we did without Lindsey and Dara running everything. The day was flawless. I’ve never been to a wedding where everything ran on time from vendors to guests to food. But that was our day! I expected to be so stressed on my wedding day after all the months of planning but Lindsey and Dara were super organized and by our wedding day I just fully trusted them to pull it all off— which they did. I will tell all of my friends hire Wildflower in the coming years and highly recommend them! These women are awesome!
We can’t begin to express how wonderful it was to work with Wildflower for our wedding! We hired Lindsey and Dara less than five months before our wedding, when we finally realized we were in over our heads trying to plan on our own. The two of them jumped into the middle of our half-finished plans and ideas with enthusiasm, and quickly brought order to the chaos. They kept us on track for all deadlines, pointed out aspects of the wedding we had completely overlooked, and had the most wonderful ideas to bring our jumbled vision of our wedding to life. Our wedding was cross-cultural, Indian and American with a Hindu ceremony, and they met the new challenge with enthusiasm. They were eager to learn about and meet the needs of our ceremony, and did a lot of research on their own on top of being receptive to all the information we gave them.
All of that said so far doesn’t even speak to how well they handled the actual day of the event. Lindsey and Dara worked perfectly together and with our vendors so that we didn’t have to worry about a single aspect of logistics. They were always around and immediately accessible whenever needed, without ever feeling like they were in the way or hovering. Lindsey kept me blissfully distracted and feeling productive when it turned out that pieces of my husband’s and his brother’s suits were left at the hotel. Dara had a sewing kit to me in seconds when needed, and immediately stepped in when I was underwhelmed with the DJ’s music choices to get things back on track.
From our first meeting with Lindsey and Dara, my husband and I could honestly not stop saying “hiring them was the best decision we made in this process,” and I still think that holds true. Their design ideas were exactly what we wanted, they found amazing vendors within our budget, and they kept everything running beautifully on the day of the wedding. We absolutely cannot thank, or recommend working with, Wildflower enough.
There was a simplistic-graceful-yet-wildchild vision I had when I pictured my baby shower. Wildflower captured this vision impeccably, plus some. Every detail felt like it was hand crafted just for me. They were easy going while attentive, fun; and freakin funny as heck. If there is ever cause for another celebration in my life you can bet Wildflower will be planning it.
