I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Ricki and her team at Will and Rose Events. We purchased the full planning package from Ricki and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. I'm very detail oriented and type-A but I knew I couldn't pull together a huge event like a wedding along with working full time. From the beginning, Ricki helped put our minds at ease and every time we chatted with her throughout the entire process, I felt better about how our wedding would come together. Ricki's patience with my numerous emails and texts was so appreciated as I tend to worry and she helped assuage all of my concerns with grace. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who is planning a wedding. We interviewed 8 wedding planners and she was by far the best. I have already recommended her to a friend and she is helping to coordinate their wedding now, as well. Book her! You won't find someone better.

Ricki and her team were amazing planners from start to finish! We hired Ricki for full event planning and could not recommend her more. Her prices were extremely reasonable and she helped us prepare a fair event budget. Ricki helped us locate potential venues and vendors within our budget. Her recommendations met our criteria and she has great taste as well. My husband and I got married in DC at the Daughters of the American Revolution and the event was absolutely gorgeous. If anything went wrong, I was completely unaware because Ricki and her team were such professionals and handled things seamlessly. Both Ricki and one of her assistants (Hadley) were present for our big day. Everything was perfect. You should hire Ricki right away!

We loved working with Will & Rose Events for our October 2023 wedding. We primarily worked with Ricki for the planning across our two-year engagement where we used the partial planning package. Ricki was great at finding us hotel blocks, a hair and makeup vendor and more! They even pulled off a miracle when our photobooth vendor back out 2 days before the wedding. They found someone for almost the exact same price, and we had the new vendor booked within 12 hours of the first vendor dropping out. In the planning process they created documents to help keep us organized between timelines, item lists, vendor contacts, etc. which were great for keeping everything running smoothly on the day of. For our day of our lead Coordinator was Hadley assisted by Risse. Hadley & Risse did and amazing job of making our day run smoothly behind the scenes! We had some unexpected turns between our ceremony site being unusable because of a pipe burst, our backup choice being rained out, and having to move to an indoor location, some issues with our caterer, our photographer changing their schedule, etc. But Hadley did a great job of making sure everything was handled and only things we needed to make a decision on got back to us. They did a great job of setting up all of the DIY decor I made, moving things around when we had to move our ceremony site, and assisting with dress issues when we realized part of my bustle got broken during photos. At the end of the night, they lead clean up and got everything we needed back to us. I honestly could not have had a better coordinating team for our big day and would highly suggest them to anyone looking for a coordinating team for their wedding!

Ricki and her team (our day-of coordinators Amy and Hadley) were amazing! We had a long, several-year engagement, and had slowly booked our vendors over a a year or so. We realized that the completion of the planning process was going to be more difficult and time-consuming than we thought, and we decided to look for a planner. Ricki made us feel like we were in good hands from our initial phone call, took over our decor design for us, and helped us tie all the loose ends together over our long planning process. Amy and Hadley were great on the day of and made sure the final timeline came together seamlessly - so many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran! No detail was forgotten or out of place. We can't thank Will and Rose Events enough for being an integral part of our special day. Thank you Ricki and team!

Ricki and her team absolutely killed it at our wedding! My wife and I did not have to make a single decision or worry about anything the day of! They are so good with thinking on their feet and helping us through! The engagement process was so easy with Ricki helping us find vendors and talking to them for us so all we had to do was say yes or no! You cannot go wrong with picking ricki and her team to coordinate your day! Would suggest them to anyone that wants their day to be seamless and just as they had imagined all these years!!

Absolutely the best at what she does! We worked together on a wedding where I was the photographer and her stellar job planning made the day effortless for everyone in attendance. I've had the pleasure of working with many planners and Ricki really blew it out of the water ensuring I was prepared for the day and serving my couple the best way I could. She shares my passion for being excited for couples and that is not always easy to find. I strongly encourage adding Ricki and her team to your big day!

Rickie Lee executes her planning with robotic precision allowing only limited time per call for questions. It was also made clear early on that the questions from the MOB were unimportant and she would address them in her timeline. Unfortunately, in our case that had the MOB researching a shuttle for the wedding the week of the wedding. We asked for advice on things and she sent us to the Knot to research for ourselves. I supposed that it was not made clear that we should not expect advice or guidance on these items. If I pressed for additional information she made me feel as if my request was bothersome. The day of the wedding the MOB had to ask the day-of coordinator to follow up on the shuttle for departing the venue. The response was "Oh, I guess I should call the driver." We had hoped that paying for the top package for the wedding planner would make the Bride feel special and warm and reduce the stress for her and the family during the planning process. This was not our experience.

Ricki Lee was our day of coordinator and she also had her assistant Cailin there. They were both so helpful and a joy to have around. Ricki Lee helped me with any questions that I had and she created an exceptional timeline & various other documents. She is organized, timely, and on top of it! Our wedding would not have been possible without Ricki Lee. I highly recommend her. Thank you for everything!

I cannot recommend Will and Rose Events enough! Ricki was AMAZING and did so much to help us have a perfect wedding. We used her partial planning package and day of coordination services. She acted as a consultant as we planned and always had great advise for us. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant Nicole were fabulous. We had so many small unpredictable issues during the day (e.g. surprise major rainstorm) and she made everything go SO SMOOTHLY. She was great at coordinating the other vendors and making sure that everyone was on the same page. Would recommend her to anyone.

We booked Will & Rose events about a year and a half before our wedding. We were living in FL and then RI so Ricki handled all wedding details in DC and pointed us to all the right vendors. We could not be more grateful for her and her team! Every vendor she recommended we work with was perfect. Also anytime I had a question she would get back to me quickly. She went above and beyond on the wedding day. We were not stressed at all because she handled every little detail. She found the venue for us, the florist, the photographer, DJ, valet company, hair and makeup and even the tux rental. Ricki and her team went above and beyond on the wedding day and we couldn’t be more grateful. I recommend her to anyone getting married.

Ricki was amazing on our wedding day! She ensured that everything went smoothly and we felt that we could relax and enjoy the day because she was behind the scenes taking care of everything. In addition, Ricki and her team were flexible and able to gracefully handle changes to the schedule on the wedding day. Throughout the entire planning process, Ricki was professional, kind, and extremely prepared for all venue meetings — we really felt that we were in great hands!

Ricki and her team, Savannah and Amy, were absolutely amazing! Ricki was there for every venue walkthrough and took care of all the logistical items to help a very stressed bride. On the wedding day, Savannah and Amy made sure everything ran perfectly. We had to make some last minute changes due to uncooperative weather and we were running behind schedule, but Amy and Savannah came to the rescue and made sure everything ran smoothly. They were always by my side when I needed help and they saved the day when my dress bustle wasn't holding up. Most importantly, they frequently checked in on my husband and I to make sure we were having the best day of our lives. Ricki and her team ensured our wedding day was absolute perfection and I cannot thank them enough!

Ricki is the best! She made our wedding day absolutely seamless and thought of every possible detail. I am extremely glad we decided to book Ricki and her team for full service planning. I was a fairly indecisive bride who needed help creating a vision and managing the details and Ricki was perfect for the job. I highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Ricki Lee is an actual super hero. Our wedding day was completely stress free because of her and her assistant. Starting from helping me pick some awesome vendors down to setting up my DIY projects. She is kind and patient and can roll with any situation. As weddings go, there were hurdles but she handled them with grace and assertiveness to make our day the best day of our lives. My spouse and I had Will & Rose Events as our day of coordinator and we are so thankful for Ricki and her staff. When you hire Will & Rose events, you hire a fierce advocate for you and your spouse on your wedding day. Our wedding was everything we had pictured AND MORE, much to the thanks of Ricki and her team! I (the bride) was pretty specific on how to set up all the decor, but I was also open to whatever within the guidelines/vision. Our venue was set up BEAUTIFULY! My spouse and our families totally enjoyed our wedding while Ricki executed our day. Ricki made sure to check on us throughout the day and came prepared! So many little touches like helping the bride fix her hair, undoing your buttons of her dress, and so much more I am probably unaware of! While in the month-of stage of putting all the final pieces together, we hit a road block with how I booked our vendors (for clarity, my spouse and I booked the vendors). Ricki came back to my now husband and I with a solution and a path forward. We are so thankful to Will & Rose events and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Can't wait to see all the amazing things Will & Rose Events will do in the future!

Ricki Lee Mares and her assistant were absolutely the best wedding coordinators I have ever worked with! From the time they arrived dressed to a T with Name tags and how they assisted the bride & groom, parents of the bride and groom, the wedding party and all of their family and friends to the vendors was so professional and so personal and with a smile on their faces. They stayed well after the event to assisted the guests outside for a bubble send off to helping the couple with all of their items to their vehicles! You could not ask for a better wedding coordinator team then Ricki and her assistant! I guarantee you that if you retain them you will not have to worry about anything on your wedding day! Ricki is the best of the best. She is prompt, informative, helpful, kind, genuine, and just all around enjoyable to work with. Ricki was absolutely amazing to work with. We found W&R about 6 months before our big day with nothing but a vague vision for a fun, non-traditional wedding celebration at a music venue. Ricki. Made. It. Happen. The planning process so easy. Ricki helped us find great vendors and worked directly with them to make sure every detail was exactly what we wanted. On the big day, we got to enjoy every minute of the day because Ricki and her team were working behind-the-scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly (and on-schedule!). We made a lot of great decisions for our wedding, but hiring Ricki was the truly the best one. Thank you, Ricki!

Will & Rose Events was without a doubt the best decision we made in planning our wedding. From our first conversation Ricki made it clear that she was prepared and could handle literally everything - and she did! We planned a wedding from across the country and I truly believe it wouldn't have happened as wonderfully as it did without her support. On wedding day Ricki & her team exceeded all expectations. From handling little things (like making sure the groom had the appetizers he wanted during photos!) to ensuring we stayed on time but also had a great a time, they did it all. While I don't miss the process of planning a wedding across the country, I do miss our check-ins with Ricki! If I could do it all over again, I'd hire Will & Rose in a heartbeat and we're honestly hoping we'll be able to when my sister gets engaged!
