ed. Willow Creek definitely delivered! It was absolutely beautiful. The food was very good - we received many compliments from guests on the appetizers in particular. The dinners came out quickly and were hot for all 170 people in attendance, which was a big concern of ours. Hamilton was amazing to work with - she was responsive and considerate. We were in a panic the week or two leading up to the wedding since we live out of state and the area for the ceremony was still finalizing construction. Hamilton made sure they finished on time and sent us pictures every few days to assure us things were moving along fine. The space finished on time and looked so lovely our photographers opted to take a bunch of pictures in that space. Such a dream! I wish I could do it all again.

ld have imagined it all those years. The venue is obviously stunning, getting the entire grounds on the whole day to take pictures gave us time to take the most amazing pictures. From the beautiful vineyards, to the owners love for colorful landscaping, wood beams, leather couches, imported chandeliers, and pops of color throughout, this venue offers picture perfect scenery no matter where you are on the property. It is also a short drive to the beach, where we had our first looks and then had the rest of our pictures at the winery. We rented their Rose Room for an hour or two which was a great spot for the wedding party to hang and everyone to freshen up before the ceremony. We had our ceremony at the wine tasting building, which definitely makes you timeline a lot tighter, but Willow Creek has preferred vendors that are experts in working with the wineries timelines and will make sure that everything is ready to go by your start time. Hamilton is absolutely amazing. She is a quick responder to all questions and is so pleasant to work with. She made the stressful process of wedding planning a lot easier. Our guest raved about the food (the beef wellington hors d'oeuvre was a crowd favorite). And the party favors that come with your package are little wine bottles, which of course, none were left behind. Bonus: it's pet friendly through cocktail hour so we had our pup in the wedding! Willow Creek is a dream wedding venue and you wont be disappointed working with them for your big day.

Willow creek has done, they have it down to a T. The venue coordinator is incredibly attentive and responsive. There was never a stone unturned. My bridesmaids and I rented the rose room to get ready for the day on site, and yes it is worth it! It is clean and beautiful and spacious enough for 20 people. We were blessed with perfect spring weather so it never got too stuffy in the room with so many girls. When my groom arrived there were so many beautiful spots to take photographs. The ceremony site was well kept and stunning. We got so many compliments! Throughout the night my husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. No one approached us with questions, we only just enjoyed. Anything could have happened behind the scenes and I wouldn’t even have known! The staff during the wedding were incredibly friendly and did an excellent job! AND THE WINE!!! Delicious! I would also like to mention that there is a benefit to using vendors that are all local to cape may if getting married here. This is a small city, and our vendors were very close with each other and made planning very easy. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Willow Creek!! We will see you this summer for the delicious wine!

d and when we got engaged we knew that is where we wanted to have our reception. When we got a preview of the space before our guests I had tears in my eyes. It was the most beautiful setting it was classy yet elegant. Our guest could not stop talking about how beautiful it looked. I promise you this if you pick here to have your reception you will be be disappointed at all.

all in love immediately with everything we saw. There are so many picturesque spots for guests and I loved that there was a bridal suite on site for my bridesmaids and I to get ready the morning of! The Willow Creek Winery staff were really friendly and attentive, not only the day off but also when my family and I visited for lunch multiple times throughout our wedding planning year. My husband and I got to know Hamilton really well and she was so patient with all of questions as we tried to plan out our vision for our wedding day. Thanks to her and her wonderful staff, our wedding day was one to remember not only for my guests and us too! The food was outstanding and we received numerous compliments throughout the night.

The estate lawn surrounded by beautiful vineyards was the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony and I highly recommend booking the Rose Room behind the main house for hair and makeup touchups and a place to relax before walking down the aisle. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the beautiful patio for cocktail hour; the stone outdoor bar and the elegance of the Grand Tasting Room. The food, the wine (recommend adding on the Sangria for cocktail hour), the atmosphere, everything was incredible and so customizable. We are forever grateful to Hamilton and her team who were so organized and professional to work with - all our meetings went smoothly and they guided us every step of the way, accommodating all our wishes. It truly was a memorable experience and we cannot think of a better place or a better team to help create the best day of our lives!

unning. Its such a beautiful backdrop guaranteeing a picture-perfect day. The staff was equally wonderful. Shannon was great to work with as we planned out every detail. Admittedly, I’m a bit of a control freak and like to have things in order right from the start. Every meeting with Shannon was great and I left it feeling at ease with all that was going on. She handled so much behind the scenes stuff and truly made things run smoothly. When the day finally came, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our guests raved about the appetizers during cocktail hour – especially the bacon-wrapped scallops! The bartenders kept up our guests who definitely kept them busy. Beth was one of our guests’ favorite bartenders throughout the night. She was fun and kept everyone happy and laughing as she served them. I highly recommend using the bridal suite on-site to get ready. It makes everything so easy when it comes time for pictures on-site. Speaking of pictures… ours are so beautiful with the stunning winery backdrop. Overall, it was a truly magical day for us!

Our wedding was early November and Willow Creek was just as beautiful as ever - so don't be afraid of booking them for a later date. Planning a wedding is stressful, but honestly, Willow Creek made it a lot less so, which we really appreciated!

This allowed us to really get to take a moment to ourselves and enjoy our first meal as husband and wife when we were ready, which is uncommon for the bride & groom! Willow Creek is truly the perfect wedding venue and a hidden gem in Cape May that will wow your guests, and their dedicated events team will support you throughout the way to make sure your vision comes to life and your wedding goes off without a hitch!

cocktail to the last goodbye! Even though the winery ran a typical retail day prior to our event, they were completely buttoned up and ready for our guests. The the grounds, the outdoor cocktail area and the reception area were stunning. They worked seamlessly with our vendors to get the decor in order. The food wound up exceeding our expectations and received great reviews from our guests. We did bring in a separate vendor for a raw bar which was a hit. The service staff was attentive and on top of all aspects of the event. The bars ran very smoothly. The planning process with the winery was fairly smooth, considering a reschedule due to COVID. There were some bumps along the way that seemed kind of silly/petty, but the Wedding Coordinator, Shannon, was in our corner helping us achieve our ultimate goals. She was fantastic and made sure that we wound up with the amazing event beyond what the bride and groom envisioned. Loved every minute of the party. Thank you, Shannon and Staff!

rents owned a B&B there in the 90's and we have continued to vacation there ever since. We discovered WCW about 5 years ago and fell in love with it. When AnnaLisa got engaged to Amir our 1st stop was WCW! Shannon was Phenomenal from the 1st second we met her. We just knew that this was the place for their wedding. Shannon and the event staff went above and beyond the entire way to bring their wedding vision to life. From the 1st tour and countless calls and emails straight through the event to even the next day. All of the guests were absolutely blow away by the food and the venue! We had a blended wedding Italian-Persian, Shannon and the team were very accommodating! It was just perfect!!! We also need to give a special shout out to our girl Patricia! Thank you!!Thank you!! Thank you!! My only regret is it went by too fast!!! I want to rewind and do it all over again!!!

For a couple not from the area (about 3 hours away) planning could have been a challenge. We were lucky to work with the wonderful coordinator, Shannon who assisted us with every detail from wine selection choices to creating an itinerary of all the important moments of the day. She is truly an expert and amazing at what she does. The day really does go by incredibly fast but my husband and I had a blast from the beautiful cocktail hour outside overlooking the vineyard to our kind appointed bartender always making sure we had a drink in hand. We are thrilled with our decision and will forever love our Willow Creek crew!

When the time was right, they worked with us to pick a new date...again with so much unknown and so much out of their control (the governor makes the decisions, not the venue), we had to roll with it month by month and week by week! Was it the wedding we envisioned at Willow Creek? Absolutely not. But was it the most perfect day surrounded by our family and friends? Absolutely! Everything was moved outside for the safety of our guests and given the location it was beautiful with or without one extra piece of decor! Our guests said it was the most “normal” day of 2020...thank you to the Willow Creek staff for all they did to make our special day happen despite the many curveballs thrown at us! 💕

We feel so fortunate that Willow Creek worked with us to make our October 2020 wedding happen safely ... and boy was it beautiful and a lot of fun! It is very telling how upset they are due to her review, as the continued blame of what we’ve done to them or how they did so much for us (sarcasm) continues. I could write a lengthy review about how they’ve blamed me for going into a fit of rage because of their mistakes or that they’ve said how awful our guests were and how awful our wedding was to deal with. They continue to try and say how we’ve angrily contacted them, rightfully so may I add. I could even talk about how their unprofessional and inappropriate bartender had to be removed from our by our wedding coordinator because of inappropriate comments towards female guests, as well as rude behavior towards my best-man and his father, which they told us never happened. They’ve even tried to blame us for situations regarding the bridal suit but forgot to mention my father-in-law went the next day by himself to clean the area. I could also talk about how while all 145 guests were at the venue they falsely claimed to the public over social media to be closed because they were deep cleaning. I could even say they used our wedding video as marketing on their social media while never attributing it to us. What I will do is give a forewarning to the next couple that hopefully if you deal with them you’re wedding goes smoothly. If it does not, anything that goes wrong will be your fault they will never admit one thing they could’ve done different and any an every issue will be more money out of your pocket. Please refer to their response as a prime example of continuing to blame someone else. As we stated I am local, I grew up two miles away picked pumpkins in the fields next door during the fall, rode my bike through those backroads. Take it from someone from around there who knows how welcoming and helpful most people in South Jersey are, they are not. They are out for your money plain and simple. Refer to their response to just reinforce my point, they are not about your service. They do not care about you or your wedding. They, specifically the owner cares only about lining her own pockets with your money and feeling as if she’s the Queen of England. They may respond with the same response as they did to my wife and that’s okay the people from South Jersey and the service businesses know who they are. Don’t just take my word for it, just ask around, any wedding vendor/venue in the area will say what Willow Creek is like to work with. Hopefully regardless of their response which will most likely include attacking my character, dramatizing scenarios to make my family and I look despicable, continued denial of the above referenced situations or their conscious effort to save face for a dollar rather than have respect for you and your wedding party, this will give you insight into what you may have to deal, and I pray they do not put you through what they put my wife, her family, my family and myself through, thank you.

November 2019 to get married here. We were paired with a young wedding coordinator. She was wonderful and very timely and on top of communication. She then left the job at Willow Creek. We were then given to a different coordinator. We were blown off many times from the start and would go weeks with out an answer to emails or calls. At this time we were already signed in with contracts so we met with the owner to see how we could make this work. After the meeting we were still left with very little communication. I took it upon myself to hire my own outside coordinator and it was the best decision I could have made. She was the only reason our wedding day went somewhat smoothly. When Covid came into the picture in March we reached out to see how we could modify and make our wedding day happen and not post pone for a whole year. I was ok with doing an outside reception as long as the details were planned out. We met with the owner and Willow Creek coordinator and they assured our families over and over that we could have an inside reception with open air, windows, and doors. They kept up this charade until the day of my wedding!! I was informed during my hair and makeup from my own outside vendor that Willow Creek was setting up our reception outside. They did not have the decency to even tell me that there was this major change hours before the wedding. Our families and wedding party were treated horribly. The day was filled with many many lies, hiding, and pointing fingers. I found out after our wedding day that many of our guests were treated rudely by Willow Creek staff. It has now been over 4 months since the wedding. We have made many attempts through phone call, email, and certified mail to meet and go through the events of the day. We have not even received a response from the owner. I would not recommend this wedding venue to anyone. It will be a headache the entire planning process and you will end up doing the work by yourself. Our families are all local to Cape May and I would love for this to be a sentimental place to celebrate anniversaries or other life events but I can assure you that we will not return.

During our whole planning process Shannon and Sarah were so helpful and made sure that we were ready to go on our big day! All of our guests still rave about Willow Creek, from the cocktail hour outside to the beautiful rustic vibes inside, and all of the delicious wine and food. Everything was truly perfect.

They truly accommodated everyone we invited. We hosted our ceremony on the front lawn in front of the estate and it was a fantastic set up. Our pictures turned out amazing! The reception space is naturally gorgeous with their updated decor and hardwood floors, classic chandeliers, and warming fireplace. There was very little that we even needed to do to this space to make it dressed up for a wedding reception. Willow Creek provided the tables, table cloths, gold chairs, couches, and several other enhancements to make this a beautiful space to entertain. They advised us throughout the entire wedding process and coordinated with our vendors to make sure there wasn't any added stress or worry leading up to our wedding day. Willow Creek is the perfect venue to celebrate your most important day! We love the staff, farm, vineyard, and venue so much and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

be able to fit a wedding of our size. When the finally tally came in at 315 people, Sarah and Shannon helped us come up with a layout that worked perfectly for our wedding!! We used the main estate for the ceremony and the backdrop of the estate and the vines (which did have leaves in May!!) was absolutely stunning. The bartenders were so friendly and quick to get out drinks. We know it's hard when the first wave of people come to the bar, but cocktail hour went smoothly and the drinks were served quickly, food was passed around and the night began without hesitation. The meals we chose were Filet, Crab Cakes, or Vegan dishes and everyone we talked to the next day said they were extremely tasty! Sarah and Shannon even made sure that we ate (as a lot of people lose track while talking to everyone!) One of the best things we did before the reception was to take a few minutes to ourselves to see the room before the guests entered. We did our dance privately at this time, and without a lot of people in the room, it was awesome to see how beautifully set up it was. As I mentioned earlier, our biggest concern was wondering if the room would feel tight with the amount of tables we had, but it was PERFECT. Sarah and Shannon helped us tremendously throughout the entire process. They completely understood our vision, and they executed it perfectly. They were quick to answer e-mails and texts, and always met with us whenever we felt the need to come down and go over more details. We had the most memorable and amazing experience for our wedding. Willow Creek is the perfect mixture of is rustic Napa met Tuscany. We would recommend Willow Creek to anyone we know as a 10/10!!
