Willow Creek Farm & Winery

Willow Creek Winery was absolutely phenomenal as our wedding venue. We are both plant biologists and wanted something that was rustic and natural but still felt elevated and polished. Willow Creek definitely delivered! It was absolutely beautiful. The food was very good - we received many compliments from guests on the appetizers in particular. The dinners came out quickly and were hot for all 170 people in attendance, which was a big concern of ours. Hamilton was amazing to work with - she was responsive and considerate. We were in a panic the week or two leading up to the wedding since we live out of state and the area for the ceremony was still finalizing construction. Hamilton made sure they finished on time and sent us pictures every few days to assure us things were moving along fine. The space finished on time and looked so lovely our photographers opted to take a bunch of pictures in that space. Such a dream! I wish I could do it all again.

We got married on 12/16/23 and had our reception at Willow Creek Winery. Hamilton and her team were wonderful to work with starting from when we first met them a year prior to our wedding. We added unique touches like table numbers on ornaments, a string quartet during cocktail hour, warm sangria as a signature drink, etc. and Hamilton was so flexible and encouraging with each suggestion we had. We received such nice compliments about how beautiful the venue looked, the service, and our food. Thank you Hamilton for encouraging and helping us create the magical winter wedding we always dreamed of! We can't wait to visit again.

When my husband and I first got engaged, I knew I wanted to get married on a vineyard. After a few weeks, we stumbled upon Willow Creek Winery by chance on our way to Sunset beach. We were absolutely taken the moment we laid eyes on it. Our experience at Willow Creek was nothing short of exceptional! The picturesque setting, excellent service, and super attentive venue coordinator made our wedding a dream come true. Everyone worked so hard to create a magical atmosphere for our special day. A heartfelt thank you for making our celebration truly five-star!

We were absolutely thrilled with our daughter's wedding at Willow Creek Winery. The venue was stunning, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Oh my goodness, I had the most incredible experience at Willow Creek Winery for a wedding! Since Willow Creek opened in 2013, I've always said this would be the most beautiful venue for a wedding. 6.3.23 I had my wedding at Willow Creek and it was more perfect then I could have imagined it all those years. The venue is obviously stunning, getting the entire grounds on the whole day to take pictures gave us time to take the most amazing pictures. From the beautiful vineyards, to the owners love for colorful landscaping, wood beams, leather couches, imported chandeliers, and pops of color throughout, this venue offers picture perfect scenery no matter where you are on the property. It is also a short drive to the beach, where we had our first looks and then had the rest of our pictures at the winery. We rented their Rose Room for an hour or two which was a great spot for the wedding party to hang and everyone to freshen up before the ceremony. We had our ceremony at the wine tasting building, which definitely makes you timeline a lot tighter, but Willow Creek has preferred vendors that are experts in working with the wineries timelines and will make sure that everything is ready to go by your start time. Hamilton is absolutely amazing. She is a quick responder to all questions and is so pleasant to work with. She made the stressful process of wedding planning a lot easier. Our guest raved about the food (the beef wellington hors d'oeuvre was a crowd favorite). And the party favors that come with your package are little wine bottles, which of course, none were left behind. Bonus: it's pet friendly through cocktail hour so we had our pup in the wedding! Willow Creek is a dream wedding venue and you wont be disappointed working with them for your big day.

Willow Creek is a really beautiful venue. We had both our ceremony and our reception there, and it was pretty much perfect! Hamilton, the venue coordinator, is amazing. She is incredibly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented. As we were planning, we had about 10,000 questions, and she answered them all in a timely and professional manner.

I cannot thank Willow Creek Winery enough for the wedding day of our dreams. Getting married in cape may when you don’t live in town can be stressful, but after how many weddings Willow creek has done, they have it down to a T. The venue coordinator is incredibly attentive and responsive. There was never a stone unturned. My bridesmaids and I rented the rose room to get ready for the day on site, and yes it is worth it! It is clean and beautiful and spacious enough for 20 people. We were blessed with perfect spring weather so it never got too stuffy in the room with so many girls. When my groom arrived there were so many beautiful spots to take photographs. The ceremony site was well kept and stunning. We got so many compliments! Throughout the night my husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. No one approached us with questions, we only just enjoyed. Anything could have happened behind the scenes and I wouldn’t even have known! The staff during the wedding were incredibly friendly and did an excellent job! AND THE WINE!!! Delicious! I would also like to mention that there is a benefit to using vendors that are all local to cape may if getting married here. This is a small city, and our vendors were very close with each other and made planning very easy. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Willow Creek!! We will see you this summer for the delicious wine!

If you are planning to have your wedding down in Cape May,NJ and need a place to have your reception please look at Willow Creek Winery. We feel in love with it when it first opened and when we got engaged we knew that is where we wanted to have our reception. When we got a preview of the space before our guests I had tears in my eyes. It was the most beautiful setting it was classy yet elegant. Our guest could not stop talking about how beautiful it looked. I promise you this if you pick here to have your reception you will be be disappointed at all.

Once we toured Willow Creek Winery, my husband and I knew that it was the place we imagined for our wedding day. With its beautiful landscape and architecture, it was hard not to fall in love immediately with everything we saw. There are so many picturesque spots for guests and I loved that there was a bridal suite on site for my bridesmaids and I to get ready the morning of! The Willow Creek Winery staff were really friendly and attentive, not only the day off but also when my family and I visited for lunch multiple times throughout our wedding planning year. My husband and I got to know Hamilton really well and she was so patient with all of questions as we tried to plan out our vision for our wedding day. Thanks to her and her wonderful staff, our wedding day was one to remember not only for my guests and us too! The food was outstanding and we received numerous compliments throughout the night.

The estate lawn surrounded by beautiful vineyards was the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony and I highly recommend booking the Rose Room behind the main house for hair and makeup touchups and a place to relax before walking down the aisle. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the beautiful patio for cocktail hour; the stone outdoor bar and the elegance of the Grand Tasting Room. The food, the wine (recommend adding on the Sangria for cocktail hour), the atmosphere, everything was incredible and so customizable. We are forever grateful to Hamilton and her team who were so organized and professional to work with - all our meetings went smoothly and they guided us every step of the way, accommodating all our wishes. It truly was a memorable experience and we cannot think of a better place or a better team to help create the best day of our lives!

I am obsessed with Willow Creek Winery - it's a gorgeous venue and was the perfect spot for our dream wedding. Their communication was amazing and working with their team was so easy. They were so accommodating and it was all such a great experience. The food, the atmosphere, everything was incredible and so customizable. It was a long process due to COVID cancelling the first date in 2020. Shannon was very professional through the stress of rescheduling. Shannon is very genuine and kind. We could not have had such a beautiful wedding day without her knowledge and experience! The day of the wedding Shannon was there to ensure that every last detail was perfect! The venue was stunning! Another tip I would recommend is renting one of the cottages and staying on property beforehand. We stayed one year to the day before and it was a great opportunity to explore the beautiful grounds and of course enjoy the delicious food and wine! We had such a wonderful wedding day at Willow Creek! I can’t say enough amazing things about the venue and team that made the day completely unforgettable. The venue itself is stunning. Its such a beautiful backdrop guaranteeing a picture-perfect day. The staff was equally wonderful. Shannon was great to work with as we planned out every detail. Admittedly, I’m a bit of a control freak and like to have things in order right from the start. Every meeting with Shannon was great and I left it feeling at ease with all that was going on. She handled so much behind the scenes stuff and truly made things run smoothly. When the day finally came, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our guests raved about the appetizers during cocktail hour – especially the bacon-wrapped scallops! The bartenders kept up our guests who definitely kept them busy. Beth was one of our guests’ favorite bartenders throughout the night. She was fun and kept everyone happy and laughing as she served them. I highly recommend using the bridal suite on-site to get ready. It makes everything so easy when it comes time for pictures on-site. Speaking of pictures… ours are so beautiful with the stunning winery backdrop. Overall, it was a truly magical day for us!

My wife and I had an amazing wedding at Willow Creek! Anisa was a great partner throughout the entire process helping us iron out all the details and advising us on the best decisions to make to ensure our wedding was a success. All our guests commented on how much fun they had and how beautiful the space was. Our wedding was early November and Willow Creek was just as beautiful as ever - so don't be afraid of booking them for a later date. The food was amazing (possibly the best wedding food overall we've ever had) and all the preferred vendors that Willow Creek recommended were great to work with. Planning a wedding is stressful, but honestly, Willow Creek made it a lot less so, which we really appreciated!

I 100% recommend booking Willow Creek for your wedding! My husband and I held our wedding reception at Willow Creek on 10/23/21 after planning our wedding since March 2020. We worked closely with Anisa on the events team throughout the entire process. Anisa was super quick to respond to our emails and helped make sure we were on track with all the details needed through consistent check ins and coordination with our wedding planner and team of vendors. We relied on her recommendations and guidance throughout the process and truly loved working with and getting to know her! Our wedding reception was absolutely gorgeous and everything went so smoothly. Our families and friends raved about the fabulous and picturesque cocktail hour on the patio, the amazing bartenders, servers & food during the reception, and the overall beauty of the property itself. Anisa was so sweet and checked in on me and my husband throughout the night - she even saved us a plate of appetizers at our seats & took our entrees back to the kitchen to make sure they stayed warm while we were mingling during dinner. This allowed us to really get to take a moment to ourselves and enjoy our first meal as husband and wife when we were ready, which is uncommon for the bride & groom! Willow Creek is truly the perfect wedding venue and a hidden gem in Cape May that will wow your guests, and their dedicated events team will support you throughout the way to make sure your vision comes to life and your wedding goes off without a hitch!

Shannon and the Willow Creek Team helped my husband and I plan the wedding of our dreams in less than three months. They were incredibly flexible with any changes and made us feel at ease during our planning process. Shannon ensured our big day went so smooth and that our guests were all enjoying themselves. I am happy to share that we had a 5/5 star wedding at the Willow Creek Winery this summer!! The day was a bit dreary but the bride and groom and the winery sparkled from the first cocktail to the last goodbye! Even though the winery ran a typical retail day prior to our event, they were completely buttoned up and ready for our guests. The the grounds, the outdoor cocktail area and the reception area were stunning. They worked seamlessly with our vendors to get the decor in order. The food wound up exceeding our expectations and received great reviews from our guests. We did bring in a separate vendor for a raw bar which was a hit. The service staff was attentive and on top of all aspects of the event. The bars ran very smoothly. The planning process with the winery was fairly smooth, considering a reschedule due to COVID. There were some bumps along the way that seemed kind of silly/petty, but the Wedding Coordinator, Shannon, was in our corner helping us achieve our ultimate goals. She was fantastic and made sure that we wound up with the amazing event beyond what the bride and groom envisioned. Loved every minute of the party. Thank you, Shannon and Staff!

We are so happy we chose Willow Creek as our wedding venue! We had the most beautiful early October wedding and the whole event truly couldn't have been more perfect. The evening had an elegant and romantic yet laid back vibe which is exactly what we were hoping for. Anisa was amazing as our venue coordinator and so much fun to work with leading up to and on the wedding day. OMG!!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about Willow Creek Farm & Winery. It was our daughter's dream to get married in Cape May as it holds a dear place in our hearts. My parents owned a B&B there in the 90's and we have continued to vacation there ever since. We discovered WCW about 5 years ago and fell in love with it. When AnnaLisa got engaged to Amir our 1st stop was WCW! Shannon was Phenomenal from the 1st second we met her. We just knew that this was the place for their wedding. Shannon and the event staff went above and beyond the entire way to bring their wedding vision to life. From the 1st tour and countless calls and emails straight through the event to even the next day. All of the guests were absolutely blow away by the food and the venue! We had a blended wedding Italian-Persian, Shannon and the team were very accommodating! It was just perfect!!! We also need to give a special shout out to our girl Patricia! Thank you!!Thank you!! Thank you!! My only regret is it went by too fast!!! I want to rewind and do it all over again!!!

My husband and I had a perfect summer wedding at Willow Creek (one year delayed due to COVID) and were very happy with the venue. Shannon, the wedding coordinator extraordinaire, was truly amazing and very patient through our rescheduling process and into our actual wedding day. Shannon advocated for us and was a fantastic sounding board and giver of sage advice! Willow Creek was the most gorgeous backdrop for our outdoor wedding with lush green vines and winery views. The food was fantastic, the venue was vast and held our 200 guests with ease! We will forever remember our perfect wedding day. Thank you Shannon & Willow Creek!

I have to give the Willow Creek Winery 10 Stars. If you are looking for a beautiful setting for a wedding reception this is the place. Everything was amazing from the venue tour right up to the wedding day. Shannon, in the Special Events Department, is an amazing person who really went above and beyond to make our daughters wedding day such a memorable event. Our guest continued to rave about the Willow Creek Winery and how beautiful the location was. We honestly could not have picked a better wedding venue for our daughter’s special day. A special thanks to the staff at Willow Creek Winery for making it such a magical day. They rocked it.

We got married at Willow Creek in June of 2021 and we could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding here. We choose Willow Creek for the beautiful acres of vineyards and the impressive venue which hosts gorgeous hanging chandeliers. We were even more impressed when we went for our trial food tasting, the food is outstanding. For a couple not from the area (about 3 hours away) planning could have been a challenge. We were lucky to work with the wonderful coordinator, Shannon who assisted us with every detail from wine selection choices to creating an itinerary of all the important moments of the day. She is truly an expert and amazing at what she does. The day really does go by incredibly fast but my husband and I had a blast from the beautiful cocktail hour outside overlooking the vineyard to our kind appointed bartender always making sure we had a drink in hand. We are thrilled with our decision and will forever love our Willow Creek crew!

When the shutdown hit in March, our wedding was 2 months away (May 16th) and needless to say we were devastated that our one special day was up in the air. I checked in with the amazing events coordinator (Shannon) when I was feeling overwhelmed, but understood this was new for them like the rest of us! When the time was right, they worked with us to pick a new date...again with so much unknown and so much out of their control (the governor makes the decisions, not the venue), we had to roll with it month by month and week by week! Was it the wedding we envisioned at Willow Creek? Absolutely not. But was it the most perfect day surrounded by our family and friends? Absolutely! Everything was moved outside for the safety of our guests and given the location it was beautiful with or without one extra piece of decor! Our guests said it was the most “normal” day of 2020...thank you to the Willow Creek staff for all they did to make our special day happen despite the many curveballs thrown at us! 💕

My husband and I held a pandemic wedding at Willow Creek Winery, and overall, we had a positive experience. Though there were some hiccups in communication during the planning process, we had a dream-like wedding day, so all of our worries truly washed away. We feel so fortunate that Willow Creek worked with us to make our October 2020 wedding happen safely ... and boy was it beautiful and a lot of fun! We cannot wait to return and relive our wedding day with some delicious food & wine ... it will forever be a special place to us.

I am writing this review because of the disrespect we were shown and have still been receiving from Willow Creek. My wife wrote a review on here which you can view below and the response from Willow creek. If you would like to fact check this with Willow Creek’s response to my wife I encourage you to do so as it reinforces some of my points. It is very telling how upset they are due to her review, as the continued blame of what we’ve done to them or how they did so much for us (sarcasm) continues. I could write a lengthy review about how they’ve blamed me for going into a fit of rage because of their mistakes or that they’ve said how awful our guests were and how awful our wedding was to deal with. They continue to try and say how we’ve angrily contacted them, rightfully so may I add. I could even talk about how their unprofessional and inappropriate bartender had to be removed from our by our wedding coordinator because of inappropriate comments towards female guests, as well as rude behavior towards my best-man and his father, which they told us never happened. They’ve even tried to blame us for situations regarding the bridal suit but forgot to mention my father-in-law went the next day by himself to clean the area. I could also talk about how while all 145 guests were at the venue they falsely claimed to the public over social media to be closed because they were deep cleaning. I could even say they used our wedding video as marketing on their social media while never attributing it to us. What I will do is give a forewarning to the next couple that hopefully if you deal with them you’re wedding goes smoothly. If it does not, anything that goes wrong will be your fault they will never admit one thing they could’ve done different and any an every issue will be more money out of your pocket. Please refer to their response as a prime example of continuing to blame someone else. As we stated I am local, I grew up two miles away picked pumpkins in the fields next door during the fall, rode my bike through those backroads. Take it from someone from around there who knows how welcoming and helpful most people in South Jersey are, they are not. They are out for your money plain and simple. Refer to their response to just reinforce my point, they are not about your service. They do not care about you or your wedding. They, specifically the owner cares only about lining her own pockets with your money and feeling as if she’s the Queen of England. They may respond with the same response as they did to my wife and that’s okay the people from South Jersey and the service businesses know who they are. Don’t just take my word for it, just ask around, any wedding vendor/venue in the area will say what Willow Creek is like to work with. Hopefully regardless of their response which will most likely include attacking my character, dramatizing scenarios to make my family and I look despicable, continued denial of the above referenced situations or their conscious effort to save face for a dollar rather than have respect for you and your wedding party, this will give you insight into what you may have to deal, and I pray they do not put you through what they put my wife, her family, my family and myself through, thank you.

My husband and I got married here in August 2020. I will start off by giving them one positive. The venue itself is beautiful and will be a great backdrop for photos. We decided in November 2019 to get married here. We were paired with a young wedding coordinator. She was wonderful and very timely and on top of communication. She then left the job at Willow Creek. We were then given to a different coordinator. We were blown off many times from the start and would go weeks with out an answer to emails or calls. At this time we were already signed in with contracts so we met with the owner to see how we could make this work. After the meeting we were still left with very little communication. I took it upon myself to hire my own outside coordinator and it was the best decision I could have made. She was the only reason our wedding day went somewhat smoothly. When Covid came into the picture in March we reached out to see how we could modify and make our wedding day happen and not post pone for a whole year. I was ok with doing an outside reception as long as the details were planned out. We met with the owner and Willow Creek coordinator and they assured our families over and over that we could have an inside reception with open air, windows, and doors. They kept up this charade until the day of my wedding!! I was informed during my hair and makeup from my own outside vendor that Willow Creek was setting up our reception outside. They did not have the decency to even tell me that there was this major change hours before the wedding. Our families and wedding party were treated horribly. The day was filled with many many lies, hiding, and pointing fingers. I found out after our wedding day that many of our guests were treated rudely by Willow Creek staff. It has now been over 4 months since the wedding. We have made many attempts through phone call, email, and certified mail to meet and go through the events of the day. We have not even received a response from the owner. I would not recommend this wedding venue to anyone. It will be a headache the entire planning process and you will end up doing the work by yourself. Our families are all local to Cape May and I would love for this to be a sentimental place to celebrate anniversaries or other life events but I can assure you that we will not return.

We absolutely LOVED our experience with Willow Creek Winery. We had a winter wedding there and it was beyond perfect. Shannon and the staff were so accommodating, kind, and went beyond the call of duty to deliver us the perfect winter wedding. Additionally, our guests loved every minute of the wedding and the wine was superb! Our guests enjoyed Cape May and the winery so much that many of them already booked vacations to Cape May, so they could go back to the winery. We highly recommend a winter wedding at Willow Creek Winery and definitely ask for Shannon.

We had a wonderful wedding day at Willow Creek. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself. The vineyard is immaculately maintained and it looked perfect during our early summer wedding. Despite some challenges early on with an event planner, (that left the company mid-way through our planning process) everything went smoothly once we started working with Shannon and Sarah. They were incredibly flexible, responsive, helpful and honest with us and made the process as stress free as possible. Our day was perfect, and our friends and family continue to talk about how beautiful and unique the venue was. Can’t wait to go back to celebrate our anniversary at Willow Creek for years to come! :)

My sister and her husband were married here in May 2019, and I cannot express how amazing it was from start to finish. Shannon Vail was the MOST accommodating coordinator, and helped my sister and I have a stress free Wedding day and an all around GREAT, no, AMAZING time celebrating with family and friends. I would absolutely recommend this venue for anyone looking for an event that is perfectly catered to their wants/needs. A+! Love Willow Creek!

Willow Creek Winery was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. It is beautifully rustic and glamorous all at the same time. During our first visit to the winery we knew right away this is where we wanted to have our wedding reception. Our wedding day at Willow Creek exceeded all of our expectations. During our whole planning process Shannon and Sarah were so helpful and made sure that we were ready to go on our big day! They both made us feel totally at ease, and we didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding, because we were confident they would handle it! All of our guests still rave about Willow Creek, from the cocktail hour outside to the beautiful rustic vibes inside, and all of the delicious wine and food. Everything was truly perfect.

Willow Creek Winery MADE our wedding day! Our wedding reception went off without a hitch because of the very thoughtful event planners, Shannon and Sarah. The cocktail hour was outdoors thankfully we had gorgeous weather along with a scenic backdrop of the vines with the sun setting. The dinner entrees were perfect and the staff that served at the bar and during dinner was spectacular. Word of advice: Use their liquor vendor so you don’t have another thing to worry about. I wish we did. My husband and I try to visit the winery whenever we’re in Cape May. Willow Creek Winery will always have a special place in our hearts!

I am a very hands-on person and they answered all of my questions, made suggestions, and offered a list of preferred vendors (DJ, photographer, tent rental). I am so glad we chose to have our wedding at Willow Creek! The GIGANTIC dance floor was perfect for my ballroom dancing soul and the room is so elegant on its own that you don't need to go crazy with extra decor! Simple, beautiful, professional staff! Willow Creek Winery was the most beautiful and picturesque wedding venue that we could've imagined for our wedding day! We had been coming to their vineyard for years to enjoy their wine, so it was a natural first choice because we were familiar with the property. Shannon and her team of event planners were fantastic! They truly cared about the details of our special day and they went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Willow Creek is a venue that gives you the opportunity to DIY and really make your wedding day unique to your specific vision. The time we spent with the event team leading up to our day was great, but the best part of our planning experience was our wedding day itself. It was perfect, seamless, dream-like, and we had no complaints the entire day. We can't praise Shannon's team enough! They were professional, organized, and overly friendly towards our guests. They truly accommodated everyone we invited. We hosted our ceremony on the front lawn in front of the estate and it was a fantastic set up. Our pictures turned out amazing! The reception space is naturally gorgeous with their updated decor and hardwood floors, classic chandeliers, and warming fireplace. There was very little that we even needed to do to this space to make it dressed up for a wedding reception. Willow Creek provided the tables, table cloths, gold chairs, couches, and several other enhancements to make this a beautiful space to entertain. They advised us throughout the entire wedding process and coordinated with our vendors to make sure there wasn't any added stress or worry leading up to our wedding day. Willow Creek is the perfect venue to celebrate your most important day! We love the staff, farm, vineyard, and venue so much and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

Our wedding at Willow Creek was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We were nervous when choosing a venue because we had invited over 400 people and we weren't sure who would be able to fit a wedding of our size. When the finally tally came in at 315 people, Sarah and Shannon helped us come up with a layout that worked perfectly for our wedding!! We used the main estate for the ceremony and the backdrop of the estate and the vines (which did have leaves in May!!) was absolutely stunning. The bartenders were so friendly and quick to get out drinks. We know it's hard when the first wave of people come to the bar, but cocktail hour went smoothly and the drinks were served quickly, food was passed around and the night began without hesitation. The meals we chose were Filet, Crab Cakes, or Vegan dishes and everyone we talked to the next day said they were extremely tasty! Sarah and Shannon even made sure that we ate (as a lot of people lose track while talking to everyone!) One of the best things we did before the reception was to take a few minutes to ourselves to see the room before the guests entered. We did our dance privately at this time, and without a lot of people in the room, it was awesome to see how beautifully set up it was. As I mentioned earlier, our biggest concern was wondering if the room would feel tight with the amount of tables we had, but it was PERFECT. Sarah and Shannon helped us tremendously throughout the entire process. They completely understood our vision, and they executed it perfectly. They were quick to answer e-mails and texts, and always met with us whenever we felt the need to come down and go over more details. We had the most memorable and amazing experience for our wedding. Willow Creek is the perfect mixture of is rustic Napa met Tuscany. We would recommend Willow Creek to anyone we know as a 10/10!! Had our wedding at Willow Creek last September. It was such a beautiful experience. Ariella and her team were amazing. On top of everything to make sure things ran smoothly and made sure my husband and I had a chance to eat. She definitely looked out for us and made sure our wedding was unforgettable. My husband and I got married at Willow Creek in December of 2017. As soon as we walked into the venue, we knew it was exactly where we wanted to have our special day. Ariella, the event coordinator, and the other staff were extremely helpful, organized, resourceful, and knowledgeable. We met 4-5 times before the big day to get organized and every meeting was useful and productive. On the day of our wedding, we didn’t worry about a thing because we knew Ariella had everything under control. The food and wine were delicious, the venue was beautiful, and the space was perfect. The staff at Willow Creek made our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be and more.

Our daughter's wedding was held at Willow Creek Winery and our experience was extremely disappointing. *The grape vines, patio bar, firepit and chandeliers are lovely. The menus options are extensive. *The planning process was inefficient and we were left with questions after meetings. Their Event Director (ED) wasn't prepared for meetings. She sat in front of her laptop and waited for us to ask questions. *Despite paying $3500 for a 30" early start, the cocktail party started 10 minutes late since they were not ready for us. *They agreed to set up rented Champagne glasses on the coasters we bought. When we questioned the plain wine glasses there the ED we didn't pay them to use the Champagne glasses. Petty. *The day before, our planner asked them to clean the fireplace, which was covered in dust/ debris. When our florist came to set up it was still filthy. The floors had food and debris from the night before. Our planner asked them to sweep up and was met with scowls. The squashed pastry by the cake table they blamed on our baker was there before he arrived. *They were inefficient at getting the people into the event and didn't point guests to their seats. Team members just stood around, including the ED. Our planners had to do most of this. It took forever to get the meals out. They waited until all toasts and blessing were done to get the entrée orders. They were supposed to serve the head tables with drinks but didn't. My filet was overcooked/dry. WC said the steaks would be larger than the ones at the tasting. They were smaller. The groom said his was like eating roast beef. Embarrassing. When I complained about dinner service, the ED blamed it on the cocktail party, which was their fault. No ownership of anything. Guests gave the food mixed reviews. Everyone liked the appetizers. The meals, especially the filets, were inconsistent with some getting larger, nicely done steaks, and others much smaller. *At planning, we asked them to serve the vendors when they served guests so that the band and the photographers could get back out there. They agreed but at the event, they refused. This delayed the band getting back in and the energy in the room dropped. They left dirty plates on tables an hour after dinner service. *We made thank you hang tags for the wine bottle favors. Our planner offered to set them up several times. WC said they would do it. It wasn't done at 9:30 when some of our older guests were leaving. They had to leave without a favor. *During the event there were servers and team members standing around. In the photos from the photo booth we were surprised to see pictures of the WC staff. They didn't have the time to run our event professionally, but had the time to play around. Our planner overheard the ED say to one of her staff, 'Let's get this thing over with'. Our daughter's wedding was an inconvenience and they weren't committed to make it a success. *We had a sparkler send-off at 10:30 PM, but we had the winery until 11 PM. We didn't want them to clear things, as guests had full drinks they expected to be there when they went back in. They also closed down the bar early, despite the fact they started our event late. When confronted the ED said, 'I didn't close the bar.' The lights were out and the bartenders gone. They shorted us at the beginning and the end. We did contact the venue owner and they agreed to check into our complaints and get back to us. 3 weeks later, we have not heard back. Stay away.

From start to finish our entire wedding planning and event experience with Willow Creek was amazing! Ariella worked with us every step of the way to answer any questions I had in the process in a timely manner and facilitated productive check in meetings that made it easy for us to deliver the information they needed to hold a unforgettable ceremony and reception. The day of everything went smoothly thanks to the event staff's attention to detail. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the food from Southern Mansion catering was amazing too. We received so many compliments from guests on the beauty of the space saying it was the best wedding they have been to and they didn't know New Jersey had wineries like this. It was such a memorable night for everyone that couldn't have gone better!

I wish I could get married again, just to have an excuse to go back to the Willow Creek Winery! I cannot say enough amazing things about Ariella and her team at Willow Creek, and I am so grateful to have worked with them throughout the entire process. First of all, the natural beauty of the winery is indescribable, and there really isn't much you need to do to decorate (although I did splurge with hanging bistro lights across the interior ceiling beams and underneath the cocktail hour and ceremony tents, in addition to tons of greenery and candles all over the table/bar tops, in the entryway, and in and around the fireplace). Second of all, the professionalism and dedication I experienced with Ariella and her team was incredible. I had a LOT of questions, and each one of them were answered professionally, patiently, and in a timely manner. Chef Brian Parker worked with us through Ariella, and any questions regarding the menu was quickly communicated and answered. The food was AMAZING. Seriously, so fresh and just absolutely delicious. Both of our families are HUGE foodies, and pretty tough critics, and everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about the food- from the cocktail hour through the reception. Cocktail hour food kept coming until the very end, and the portions were very generous. Ariella and her team worked with us on what we could afford, and although we did wind up exceeding our budget (by our choice), it was ALL worth it. I cannot say enough amazing things about the food, the venue, the service, and the general experience. A friend of ours recommended we check out Willow Creek for our wedding reception, and I am so happy she did! Our October wedding was nothing short of incredible - a night that we will always remember. The venue is stunning and the Willow Creek events team went above and beyond. Ariella is so talented at what she does. She kept our pre-wedding meetings on track, helped to calm any nerves and made sure everything went according to plan the day of. We've received so many compliments from our guests, saying it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended - particularly from a service standpoint. The one word I can use to describe this place is perfection. My husband I were married at Willow Creek on Saturday and it was hands down the best day of our lives!!!! From the moment you have your consultation to the moment you leave Willow Creek after your wedding is over, you feel as though you are the only couple he is working with. Kevin and his staff are hardworking, trustworthy, and did everything in their power to make sure that everyone had the night of their lives. My husband and I live in Philly now but we were raised as summer babies in Cape May. When it come time to look for reception venues, we never even looked outside of the island. We stumbled on Willow Creek Winery one day and my husband and I had that instant feeling. The outside is gorgeous, peaceful, and sprawling. When we walked in, I heard piano music and laughter. I saw the beautiful woodwork against the sparkly chandeliers and knew this was it. I started to cry! We needed to celebrate our big day here!! After meeting with Kevin, we just knew this was it. He and his team at Willow Creek made our wedding what it was. They were professional, attentive, knew exactly what I wanted before I even thought of it myself. They treated me like a princess on my wedding day and I never felt more special. We can't thank them enough for making our day the best day ever.
