Carly and Summer were a godsend! From the beginning they were supportive and organized. On the day of they were with us every step of the way! It’s hard to find a down to earth planner who’s also affordable. I can’t recommend them enough.
Summer was our lead coordinator on our wedding day. She was very professional and easy to work with. Summer and her helper did a wonderful job coordinating our wedding and making sure everything went smoothly. From setting up the tables to restocking the desserts and running to grab my bouquet before the ceremony, they were amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better team. Summer made sure she constantly checked in with us throughout the day to see if we needed anything. We couldn't have done our wedding without them and definitely recommend Willow planning for your wedding planning needs!
Carly was so easy to work with and she helped make our day of exactly what we envisioned! From helping contact and negotiate with vendors, to making sure everything went off without an issue on our wedding day, Carly and her team were wonderful. Carly always responded quickly and professionally, she recommended vendors and she weren't above and beyond to make our planning even more special.
Best money I spent in my entire wedding budget! We were lost in the beginning of planning, but once Carly jumped on, we got organized and excited for the big day. It's so nice to be able to enjoy everything without worrying about the little things. Thank you to Carly and her team!!

Choosing Patchwork Planning as the day-of-coordinator for my August wedding was the best decision I ever made. Our wedding was on private property two and a half hours away from NYC where we live, and was a complete blank slate venue. Candice helped every step of the way, handled everything from power issues to making sure every detail looked perfect. Before the wedding she was available for any questions from wedding day things to questions about the neighborhood. She visited the property and helped map the whole thing out. She ran the entire day seamlessly, charmed my entire family and made sure I had the stress-free wedding of my dreams. I wish I could hire her to coordinate every day of my life.
My wedding would have never happened without Candice’s hard work and patience. My husband and I chose a wedding venue quite a distance from our home, and a place where everything had to be brought in. Very quickly after securing the venue, we realized that there would be NO way that we could do this on our own. That is where Candice came in. For a year and a half Candice worked tirelessly with us to ensure that our dream wedding came to life. She connected us with the most amazing “friendors” and we all worked together as a team; meeting multiple times to discuss vision and design plans. The comfort and appreciation I felt knowing that my wedding and vision was in such great hands was indescribable; she had my full trust. Candice was always accessible by phone or email, came with us on our meetings with other vendors, and always knew how to keep me calm (which at times, was not an easy feat). It was an absolute pleasure working with Candice and Patchwork Planning. I would highly recommend Patchwork Planning, because as cliché as it sounds, my wedding day was the best day of my life. Candice helped us with our day of coordination. We had an outdoor wedding where everything from food to tent were brought in by ourselves. It should not be called just day of coordination because came to onsite visits and spent time with us going over every detail before the big day. She helped us think of things we hadn't even paid mind to. On the actual day of Candice and her team did a great job making sure everything was set up the way I had asked and made sure my husband and I enjoyed ourselves even when it started to pour! So thankful for her and her team, we could not have done it without them!
The many reasons why I appreciate Candice and her day of coordination,
1. When I contacted vendors and they didn't respond, she would contact them and magically they would respond!
2. She worked for me -- asked me about decisions my parents would try to go behind my back and make without me haha
3. She told me I had to cut the cake when I did even though I didn't want to because she said the guests were eyeing up the table and wanted dessert (something I would have disregarded without her direction because I wanted to DANCE)
4. Protected me from hearing about one of my 3 bathroom stalls (during a 230 person wedding) getting locked and being unable to open -- stressful
5. Protected me from hearing about a groomsman who got too belligerent to be part of the ceremony
6. When I wasn't happy with the way my flowers for the tables turned out she took it upon herself to go to wegmans to purchase correct ones before the next day's ceremony
7. She made sure I ate...no really she stood by my table until I ate.
8. She was able to read me well enough in our few encounters before the wedding to know that I was way too type A and neurotic to let any part of the planning not go past me first that she even checked in 2 hours before the ceremony to ask me questions about details she knew I would want to know about haha
