Willow Ridge Manor

We had the most amazing experience having our wedding at Willow Ridge Manor. Gregory and Lawrence are so knowledgeable and experienced and have seen it all, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing leading up to the day. The day of, Gregory was so helpful as we were setting up and even helped us hang our neon sign when we didn’t know how to. He made sure the day ran smoothly and served as a day of coordinator, too. Plus, it’s so affordable compared to other venues in the area! I wouldn’t have wanted to have our wedding anywhere else and will recommend it to everyone I know.

Gregory and Lawrence were amazing owners, very communicative and helpful in many ways. They have an extensive list of vendors that work with their location, making it very easy to coordinate. They also act as wedding coordinator, eliminating the need for you get your own. The venue itself is gorgeous, we ended up having a beautiful clear day in mid-April and have the ceremony outside and the celebration inside. The red rocks provide a great background for photos and ambience, plus plenty of parking in the lot and across the street. Many hotel options nearby for guests, and not too far from Denver or the mountains.

Wow what an incredible venue and even more incredible hosts! From signing the contract to our big day, Greg and Lawrence were so great. Greg is one of the most knowledgeable people in the wedding business! His experience is unmatched. The venue is so beautiful. You can’t find a better location! Greg was so amazing on our wedding day! He was great helping all day long and even helped us to find the kids something to do when they got bored waiting for the day to kick off.

We are so happy we chose Willow Ridge as the venue for our ceremony and reception! We booked the full day and were able to get ready and relax in the large bridal suite upstairs. The owners Gregory and Lawrence were invaluable. We didn’t hire a wedding planner and our knowledge of weddings were slim, so it was fantastic to have someone help guide us through the process and coordinate the big day. The historical mansion is beautiful and we have already received so many compliments from our guests. Thank you Gregory and Lawrence for making our day so special!!

On July 16, 2022 I experienced the happiest day of my life at Willow Ridge Manor, my wedding! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience. Owners Gregory and Lawrence were collaborative, supportive, and absolutely instrumental during every step of the process. Using their lists, I found vendors that were familiar and comfortable in the venue and with one another. This led to a seemingly effortless ceremony and reception without any hiccups! Gregory manages to use his humor in conjunction with professionalism to run an efficient (and hilarious) rehearsal and ceremony. Not to mention Lawrence was kind and empathetic as I nervously waited to walk down the aisle. Lastly, the venue speaks for itself as it sits on an absolutely stunning piece of property in the foothills that mean so much to me! I will forever be grateful to look back on this day whether it be in my memories or these stunning photos. The arrangements for this wedding were all made online because of the out-of-state locations of the bride and groom and the bride's family. Our trust and confidence in Gregory were well placed, and we could not have asked for better! His knowledge and assistance were invaluable, and he was fun and personable at the rehearsal. His experience prevented us from making seemingly small decisions regarding the ring bearer, flower girl, and location of flowers that unknowingly could have otherwise allowed for wedding day problems. The bride and groom wanted an uncommon ceremony with unique participants. The suggestions Gregory provided accommodated their desires while fully keeping the formal celebration of the day. The wedding was beautiful, and the day flowed perfectly. The dressing suite for the bride and the dressing room for the groom were large and allowed for good photo opportunities before the wedding. The outdoor scenery was magnificent and the heirloom quality of the interior made the ambience truly remarkable. There was nice handicap access, the views from the dining/dancing areas were wonderful, and the food/catering areas were very welcoming, accessible, and roomy. The mansion is a perfect setting for a wedding and the cost is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this venue!

We absolutely loved getting married at this venue. Everything about it is beautiful. Our guests loved taking pictures near the red rocks or on the balcony. Gregory was wonderful to work with. He answered my many questions and made sure our day went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this venue.

A great venue at an affordable price and easy drive from Denver. It was very easy to work with Gregory and Lawrence, even through the pandemic. My favorite part of the venue is the outdoor space. A perfect location for cocktails and a CO sunset. Don't be too quick to judge some of the outdated aspects of the venue. You can rent the space for the entire day at an amazing price and turn the space into something MAGICAL. I was stunned when I walked into our reception. It was everything I wanted for our big day. We had a fabulous time! Wish we could do it all over again!

I am a photographer/videographer who has worked at Willow Ridge Manor at least 100 times in my 20 year career and my experience is always the same, Great! Gregory & Lawrence have an amazing venue, help with the details of the big day and have been working with couples during the 2020 pandemic to reschedule their event with dates that were still open on their calendar. Every couple that we did photo or video for at Willow Ridge Manor this past year had nothing but awesome things to say about the venue. You can not go wrong by choosing this venue to host one of the most important days of your life! Beautiful views, lovely venue and a staff that takes care of their clients!

There is nowhere else I could have ever imagined getting married. Gregory and Lawrence, along with the amazing views, make this the best venue in the Denver Metro Area! My husband and I got married here on 9/7/2020 after having to postpone our June 20, 2020 wedding due to COVID. Gregory and Lawrence were the absolute best when it came to rescheduling. There are no two people I would have rather worked with for the biggest day of my life and the most stressful situation we have all been put in when it comes to COVID. The day of the wedding Gregory and Lawrence were so wonderful. They made sure I wasn't stressed, they stayed calm, and they really made every single one of my dreams come true. My husband and I have many single friends in the Denver Area and we have highly encouraged them to go with Willow Ridge Manor when their big day comes! A truly added bonus is the STUNNING scenery all around the mansion, we have the most amazing wedding pictures! This venue is breath taking. Gregory and Lawrence were absolutely amazing to work with. Their venue provided the best backdrop for our steampunk themed wedding.

My fiancé and I just had our wedding here, and it was more than I could have hoped for. This venue is absolutely stunning, and Gregory and Lawrence were both very friendly, accommodating, and extra helpful the day of, and throughout planning! Gregory was there to greet us in the morning and stayed throughout the Ceremony. He assisted with setting up and helping the vendors get setup as they arrived. I would definitely recommend this venue for your wedding.

Willow Ridge Manor is an absolutely stunning venue!!! The combination of elegance and outdoor beauty was exactly what we hoped for. From the first time we met Gregory, we knew we wanted to host our wedding at Willow Ridge. Gregory immediately put us at ease (after a very lengthy venue search) and made us feel like the wedding of our dreams was possible. In the coming months, Gregory was so helpful in responding to any and all questions we came up with! He responded promptly and always assisted us by offering advice and good solutions. The wedding day itself was Pure Magic. Gregory and Lawrence are an outstanding team, and made the entire wedding day so smooth! Their expert guidance made the day one to remember! Lawrence was so wonderful in helping carry my cathedral length veil. Gregory made sure the processional was properly timed. The advice and the experience these two have is unmatched. All of our guests loved being at Willow Ridge. Not only is the outdoor location wonderful, but inside we all felt like we were at a friend's house, having an epic celebration. Gregory and Lawrence made our experience better than we could have imagined! The place is absolutely GORGEOUS and we were helped all along the way in picking out great photo spots to the timing and schedule of events for our wedding (perfect for us-there we’re a ton of things we hadn’t even thought of!) Our guests had a great time, and we had a beautiful scenic spot to say our “I Do’s”. Highly recommend!

We got married here on September 20th, 2019 and it was perfect! Gregory and Lawrence know what they are doing and know how to keep the party rolling. From day one they were organized and made us feel welcome at their venue. They provided suggestions for caterers, djs, photographers, etc. We chose this spot because of the views, location to Denver and the fact that we would be the only wedding that day. The place is clean and there was plenty of space for our 160 guests. I highly recommended Willow Ridge Manor!

Willow Ridge Manor is a great venue. We were blessed with amazing weather for a beautiful outside ceremony by their wooden altar. Inside the reception was wonderful as well. Gregory and Lawrence are a killer team. They will prepare you for anything and everything, especially things you haven’t even thought about. They will calmly help you through your day with an extra smile. Our guests wanted to befriend them. Also, the venue is beautiful and super convenient for any wedding day activity. ALSO they helped our dog to be the best ring bear there ever was!!!

Willow Ridge Manor was the perfect venue for us. Gregory was the cherry on top! The venue and its views are stunning. The ceremony spot is absolutely gorgeous. The reception space for our guest perfectly and allowed us to all dine together and party afterwards. The rooms where I dressed with my bridesmaids were so quaint and we created some life long memories together there. One of the other great aspects is you provide your own liquor to be served which made it possible for us to do an open bar. Go check them out, you will not be disappointed!

Willow Ridge Manor is the most amazing venue owned by two amazing people. Gregory and Lawrence the amazing owners, made the entire planning experience a great one. Thier years of industry experience translates to their passion of hosting beautiful events. From the initial meeting, final walk-thru, rehearsal and day of, they both made me and my guests feel welcomed, special, and calm! They truly have everything under control. The venue is beautiful and surrounded by the glory of the mountains and Red Rocks formations. I appreciated that they provided us with recommendations for partner vendors. By having a list of recommendations we truly found vendors with great services and ability to leverage long standing relationships with Gregory and Lawrence. Again - a smooth, worry free experience. Our guests loved the venue and had a great time at our wedding and ceremony. Thanks to Willow Ridge Manor, our wedding day was everything I could have wished for and more.

Gregory did an excellent job the day of the wedding and the location is just outstanding. The sunset over the mountains is amazing! For the price, this venue is great. There is space for the bridal party, excellent photo opps and the room has just enough space when the weather is nice.

Willow Ridge Manor is a wonderful venue! The owners, Gregory and Lawrence, made sure the day ran smoothly and attended to all of our needs. The venue is beautiful and you get the mountain feel without having to travel too far from Denver. We would recommend booking the venue for the entire day as it provided ample time to set up, get ready, and take pictures without stress. It is also great that you get access to the whole venue. They provided us with great recommendations for catering and a DJ. Both had extensive experience working at the venue making the day run without a hitch. Gregory was very timely with all communication. He always called me back and emailed me within a few hours of reaching out. They were very accommodating to us visiting the venue several times to measure things and take pictures as we DIY most of our decor. All of our guests loved their experience here and so did we! Our wedding day was perfect! Thank you Willow Ridge Manor!

All in all, Willow Ridge was a good venue and I would recommend it to others. I do wish that Gregory were more organized as I think he could have provided us with things like a floor plan and notes on the A/V set-up when we booked instead of making us chase him for those items and could have reduced our stress and mitigated issues we knew could arise. Aspects of the venue need an update, but they are mostly the upstairs areas where guests don't go. PROS - Gorgeous views, outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, indoor reception - All-in-one location for the entire wedding - Good value for the money - Venue is pretty much a blank slate so you can really make your wedding feel unique and yours with minimal decorations - Attentive venue owners CONS: -Multiple weddings in a single day means you have limited set-up and dance-floor time. - Gregory is eccentric, which wasn't an issue for us, but we did hear from other people who had their weddings at Willow Ridge that he gave guests lectures on drinking before the ceremony and other sort of off things. - He's very responsive to emails and calls you remind you about payments and rehearsals, but doesn't always answer the questions you ask and answers questions he thinks you should ask instead. - He wasn't very prepared for our walk-through and wasn't sure if there was a wedding the night before or morning of our wedding, so I had to stay on top of details like that (thankfully, I had asked him in advance of the walk-through and was prepared). - He called a couple of days before our wedding to tell us someone else had a wedding the night before so we couldn't do a rehearsal, which we had known for months and noted at that walk-through so that he would know we were doing the rehearsal elsewhere, which was not a big deal but just a little disorganized and a weird call to get. He is VERY protective of the venue, so no kegs are allowed, decorations have to be minimal, and he or his partner Lawrence are there at every turn telling you what you can and cannot do, which again wasn't an issue for us but does limit what you can do and felt a little oppressive on the day of when they would just be standing there watching you when we were just trying to take photos and enjoy the day. - WRM/Gregory does not have an outdoor sound set-up,although there are outdoor speakers that he had set up when we did our walk-through by the cocktail hour area, so make sure your DJ has the right plugs and cords to ensure your laptop or ipod can plug into their (the DJ's) system for cocktail hour. Despite repeated emails to our DJ and Gregory, this question was never answered and we were just told to relax--and then no one had the cords and we couldn't play our playlist. It ended up raining and we had to move inside so it didn't matter as the DJ was able to just play his own songs, but had that not been the case and he was inside setting up during cocktail hour, our guests would have been outside in the silence because Gregory et all couldn't answer this simple question. - The 1980s Laura Ashley getting-ready rooms and creepy piano room. With some minor updates (new curtains, get rid of that piano and make it a sitting room for older folks who want to talk and sit away from the loud dance floor) this space could be really incredible. I didn't want to take getting ready photos here because it was so tacky. - One bathroom for guests downstairs. - Gregory could only fax us a floorplan--this should be emailed w/contract.

Willow Ridge Manor was absolutely wonderful and was a five-star wedding! The owners, Gregory and Lawrence, are amazing and very detail oriented. They ensured we had vendors we could trust and were very responsive and helpful. The view of the foothills, mountains and red rocks is phenomenal and brought a mountain feel to a wedding just outside of Denver. Gregory and Lawrence took a lot of time to meet with me and were very responsive whenever I had questions throughout the planning process. They helped coordinate many things during the wedding to ensure it went smoothly, provided backup plans and have really thought through making the venue beautiful with top of the line chairs, arches and decor for ceremony and reception. They also are helpful with budget and allow you to BYOB alcohol which really provided a lot of savings vs. other venues in the area. We were so thrilled with how everything turned out and would truly recommend Willow Ridge Manor.

To be honest, our wedding was perfect! Going into the wedding, I figured there would be a handful of things to go wrong (was setting my expectations properly), but honestly, everything went perfectly. Gregory and Lawrence were so kind, helpful and organized. They had a plan for everything. Clearly, they have had tons of experience with successful weddings. The views and scenery were beautiful also. If you're looking for a very "Colorado-esque" wedding without going deep into the mountains or paying a ton of money then this is the place to go. While the bridal party was taking pictures with our photographer, all of our guests were taking their own photos on the rock formations...they couldn't believe the views. Thank you, Gregory and Lawrence for making 8/24/18 the best day ever!

Gregory was very helpful in the whole process. He recommended other vendors to use and even told us which ones he prefers and why. The setting is beautiful for pictures and all of our guests commented on what a great venue it was.

Gregory is truly scam I can’t believe this guy is in a customer service industry especially specializing in events that are supposed to be once-in-a-lifetime and memorable. However what will be memorable is my terrible experience trying to book with this venue and being hung up on on multiple occasions and being lied to about who’s actually coordinating and managing this facility . So again thanks to Gregory my fiancé and I are missing out on our planned wedding date, because of his ignorance and terrible management and coordination skills. If you’d like to deal with frustration confusion and bluntly tons of lies book through this venue or try too LOL, if only I could leave a -5 star it would suit them great !!!

There were only two things that were a little stressful the day of the wedding: One being that there was some tension between Gregory and the photographer. They were having trouble communicating with one another before the ceremony and during family pictures. Another thing that was kind of stressful is when Gregory and Lawrence decided to rearrange our ceremony processional 20 minutes before the ceremony. Everything worked out well for the ceremony, but arranging the processional would've been nice to do during the wedding walk-through. Other than those two things, the wedding was beautiful and very organized! Lawrence and Gregory did a great job coordinating the ceremony and even provided umbrellas to guests when it started raining. Some of my friends arrived late to the ceremony, and Gregory and Lawrence made sure to have them quietly enter after I made my walk down the aisle. The venue was clean for the reception, and my husband and I enjoyed the spacious suites upstairs.

Willow Ridge Manor is absolutely an amazing place to have a wedding. Gregory and Lawrence are with you every step of the way from the rehearsal to the end of the wedding. Our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever attended. They said Gregory treated them like family and by the end of the evening he must have had his picture taken a thousand times with the guests! If you want an elegant, beautiful venue with amazing views that's close to Denver, Willow Ridge Manor is the place!

The venue itself is gorgeous with fantastic polices ( BYOB saves tons of money) . I felt right at home on the wedding day. It was like my own personal white mansion for the day in a fairytale. We had our wedding at Willow Ridge Manor July 29th, 2017 and could not have been more pleased with the experience from start to finish! Gregory and Lawrence are beyond helpful making a wedding planner nearly unnecessary, I didn't run into one problem! The landscape around makes for a great atmosphere and views yet still conveniently located. I highly recommend Willow Ridge Manor for your special day!

We just loved Willow Ridge for our wedding. A truly beautiful setting no matter what the weather, which is especially why we picked this for our April wedding. I new it would be lovely, snow, rain or shine. Gregory and Lawrence are very experienced with weddings and very professional. No need for a wedding planner or coordinator with these two. They give a full list of suggested vendors that work seamlessly with them, making everything super easy. They put high demands on the vendors you choose and well worth it. I was so nervous about how everything would actually come together and what fires I was going to have to put out on the day of. But it was so easy from the bride's point of view. No snags, no hiccups. Everything was flawless.

Our wedding on 6/10/17 was absolutely beautiful! Not only was the venue itself beautiful but the scenic views were out of control!! Gregory and Lawrence made sure everything ran smoothly. As far as I know the only hiccup was that no one wanted the dancing to stop! I highly recommend this venue to everyone!!

My wedding was 04/08/17, and everything was absolutely perfect. Gregory was super helpful from day 1 when it came to any questions regarding the wedding planning. On the day of, he and his partner Lawrence were basically our personal wedding coordinators and made sure everything ran smoothly. All of our wedding guests loved Gregory and the venue as a whole. Willow Ridge Manor was the first venue we looked at for our wedding and after meeting Gregory and seeing it in person we knew this was the place for our wedding! Gregory was so amazing to work with, he was so helpful in giving advice during the planning process and I always felt like he truly cared about what we wanted and that our wedding went perfectly! Gregory does not just think of you as just another bride and groom, he takes the time to get to know you and made our day perfect! I'm so glad Gregory was there to assist with the rehearsal because we would not have known what to do without him! Lawrence was equally amazing the day of! Willow Ridge was the perfect venue! I loved that we could have the ceremony and reception at the same place! Most of our guests traveled in from out of town and could not believe how beautiful the location and views were, especially at sun set! I would not think twice about recommending Willow Ridge Manor to anyone for their wedding, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the manor itself and Gregory & Lawrence!!!

An amazing venue! We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception here. Lots of room and space and such gorgeous scenery! Affordable and easy to work with!

What a perfect day we had here on 10.17.15. Gregory was very personable and knowledgeable. He made viewing the venue, signing the contract, and any appointments we needed to make at the venue seamless. He kept in constant communication with us about the venue and changes that happened. After booking the venue we had heard several rumors about the venue and we called Greg immediately and he put those to rest. He always answers his phone or promptly calls back. We were directed to a new list of vendors we could choose from for the catering since the exclusive caterer closed their business. I actually liked that we were able to pick from a group vs. having to use their exclusive caterer.. He knows the meaning of customer service. Greg also provided us with a recommended vendor list. We did not need to use it but it was still nice to have. The venue has a beautiful area upstairs in the Manor House for the Groom and the Bridal party. When I arrived the day of the wedding, Greg showed us to our suite and was available to help with anything and everything. Also in the room is a steamer if you need if for any of the dresses. I did have a wedding coordinator, Julie Gambrell of Classic Creations who helped with everything and did an incredible job communicating with Gregory to make sure my day was perfect. Gregory helped lighten the mood during photos and was easy to talk and laugh with! The venue is beautiful and the Flower House of Denver did an incredible job transforming the ceremony space and reception space into a beautiful rustic/fall theme. It was incredible. Lawrence helped me when I was about to walk down the aisle with my train and made sure I looked flawless walking with my dad. We had a great day, thank you!

Absolutely perfect venue! Willow Ridge Manor was the first place we looked at and we both loved it instantly. Greg was such a pleasure to work with and made our wedding day very memorable. He made sure everything was set up as planned and was such an amazing host. The ambiance in the ball room can't be beat. The mountain views from the outside ceremony area were breathtaking. Gregory and the staff of Willow Ridge Manor and LifeStyles Catering were PERFECT, and I can't emphasize that enough. I had my wedding here in November of 2014, during a week hit by a "polar vortex." Gregory was ready to take care of everything in case of bad weather, but thankfully our wedding day was the only day during the week that wasn't snowing or bitterly cold, and was actually sunny and beautiful and nice enough that we still were able to have the ceremony outside in the beautiful scenic setting that Willow Ridge Manor has to offer. The red rocks were capped with snow, the sun was bright, and Gregory had cleared off the seats and bowery and walkways so that it was clear of snow. The venue is classic and beautiful and felt special, rather than other generic wedding venues. This one has charm and age and beauty that we and our guests adored. I received so many compliments about the beauty of the ceremony and the venue!! The reception was equally perfect. The staff was attentive and made sure that everything proceeded as planned, and were quick with set up and take down of the buffet, the passing of champagne to guests. The dance floor was great to have in place, and the reception hall is so pretty that we didn't have to decorate with anything extra! If anything, the staff were too attentive, and were very strict about the end time of the reception and last call and last song! The party was so awesome and everyone was having so much fun, that we were sad to end it! :) I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Gregory is absolutely wonderful and was great to work with! The cost of the venue is very affordable for all the great amenities they offer, and we booked off season and received amazing value! I would 100% recommend Willow Ridge Manor to others!

Gregory and team did a wonderful job with our vintage summer wedding! The staff ensured everything went off without a hitch from the ceremony to the send-off. Gregory is such a character and had everyone laughing throughout the process. He told me the first time we met that he only employs the very best staff, and they absolutely did not disappoint. Coupled with Lifestyles catering, everyone involved was friendly, precise and attentive. I admit unabashedly that I am the worst planner and was completely out of my element with a 160-person event. Gregory and his crew took the stress off me for the day, ensuring that everything came together perfectly. The shining moment that really sealed the deal on my satisfaction with Willow Ridge is when I came to the horrifying realization that I had left my garter set at home. Holy crap, right? Gregory, in all his Gregory glory, saved the day with a garter he found nestled somewhere on the premises. Crisis averted! Thank you, thank you, thank you Willow Ridge. You made my day a total success.

Willow Ridge Manor was the absolute perfect setting for our wedding, and we could not have asked for a better staff! Gregory and his team are absolutely incredible, paying attention to every little detail to ensure all goes as planned. Gregory went above and beyond for my husband and I, along with our wedding party -- from the rehearsal to the day of, he was fabulous and we received so many compliments from our guests not only in regards to "the party of a lifetime" but also for Gregory's attentiveness and hilarity!
