Our wedding at Willowdale was truly everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we started planning, it was clear that the team genuinely cares—not just about their clients, but about every guest who walks through their doors. That level of care made our entire experience feel incredibly special.
Jeannine, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was so accommodating and almost never said no—instead, she always found a way to make things happen. She was there throughout the entire wedding day, but somehow managed to be like a ninja. She was always nearby when we needed her, making sure everything was running smoothly, without ever making us feel like we had to think about what was happening behind the scenes. Her calm, helpful presence made such a difference.
The entire Willowdale staff was incredible. The bartenders were fantastic—friendly, upbeat, and always happy to help. We also had Ethan (I believe that was his name—I'm sorry if I'm remembering incorrectly!), who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the night. Everyone we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we and our guests were having the best possible experience.
One of the things that really stood out to us was how seamlessly the staff blended into the celebration. At many weddings, you notice the wedding staff moving around and working behind the scenes, but at Willowdale, they were practically invisible when they needed to be and right there when we needed them. They never made the evening feel like an event being managed—they made it feel like our wedding.
Looking back, we genuinely wouldn't change a thing. Every part of the night felt thoughtful, effortless, and incredibly special. Willowdale was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding, and the people there played such a huge role in making it the best day of our lives.
We are so grateful to the entire Willowdale team for giving us a day we will never forget. If you're considering Willowdale for your wedding, we cannot recommend it highly enough. You will be in incredibly good hands.

A huge part of what made our experience so wonderful was our event coordinator, Alli. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Alli was incredibly organized, attentive, kind, and responsive throughout the entire planning process. She made us feel completely taken care of and gave us so much confidence leading up to the big day. On our wedding day, she handled every detail seamlessly, allowing us to relax, enjoy ourselves, and truly be present in the moment. We can’t thank her enough!

During the venue's Tent Season, between 125 and 240 guests can soak in the woodland ambiance under a handcrafted Sperry tent and tasteful lighting. The garden courtyard is ideal for large outdoor ceremonies, while across the grounds, a variety of intricate details offer enchanting backdrops. Intimate weddings are invited to embrace the rustic beauty during Mansion Season, with room for between 80 to 125 guests within the 1902 estate. We honestly cannot say enough good things about Willowdale Estate. We had our wedding there at the end of June and honestly saying that it was the perfect day is an understatement....
We wish that we could relive that day over and over! All of our vendors were fantastic and having Willowdale as our venue was an absolute dream especially with their incredibly helpful and wonderful staff. Our day-of-coordinator, Allison Delano, was the incredible! She made sure that everything went smoothly, kept us on track with our timeline, and helped us with anything we needed day of (and before). Throughout the planning process she was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions, offering her insight, and truly caring that our day was exactly the way we wanted it to be! Our guests have had only wonderful things to say about Willowdale as well - commenting on how beautiful the venue is, how elegant the wedding felt, and of course how delicious the food was (especially the cookies).
We also utilized the Coach House as our getting ready space for the bridal party and it was lovely! Our coach house attendant, Ethan, was incredibly helpful and made sure that our day got off to the perfect, stress-free start!
We could go on and on about how amazing Willowdale Estate is, but we cannot recommend it enough to help ensure you have the perfect wedding day! :)

have ever asked for! She was always available to answer my questions along the way and put my nerves at ease and she executed my vision PERFECTLY! It’s like she brought my Pinterest board to life I was obsessed with every detail! We have gotten so many compliments on the venue and the flow of the night (and the quick response to the rain). A friend asked us “so what’s the one thing that went wrong”, because inevitably something always does, and we couldn’t think of anything!! And that is a testament to how amazing Jeaninne and her team are. The food was incredible, the venue is gorgeous and they really do create the most seamless and stress free night, we had the absolute best time start to finish and would a thousand percent recommend getting married here!

The venue has a great mix of indoor and outdoor spaces used throughout the evening. The ceremony was outside in the courtyard, the cocktail hour was inside in the Conservatory, the dinner and dancing in the large and beautiful tent. We highly recommend this venue. You really need to visit it yourself to see how amazing it is.

te when we first toured thanks in particular to Anna Schirripa who walked us through the property, including the getting ready spaces, beautiful ceremony courtyard, cocktail space and of course the tent for reception. We could see early on that Willowdale could accomplish the vision we were looking for. Anna then followed up by mailing us their famous chocolate chip cookies which helped seal the deal! Anna’s thoughtfulness and responsiveness to all of our questions (rain plan, food options, wheelchairs accessibility, vendors, etc.) gave us the confidence that Willowdale Estate was the right venue for us and we could not have been more correct.
Working with Jordan in the weeks leading up to our Wedding day, we could tell she was the perfect person to help us stay calm and present during our wedding day. She was responsive to all of our questions and helped us plan and execute the exact timeline we were looking for. On our wedding day, Jordan helped keep us calm when there was a chance of rain and helped our guests stay dry when there was a sunshower five minutes before our ceremony was set to start. She and the Willowdale Estate team immediately ensured our guests were dry with umbrellas and moved folks inside and then back into seats again in the courtyard within ten minutes and our ceremony started right on time and never missed a beat. Throughout the cocktail hour Jordan ensured that we had food brought to our suite so we could actually eat and then made sure our night flowed perfectly.
Our guests continue to rave about the food at our wedding and were so impressed with the team throughout the entire evening. We absolutely recommend Willowdale Estate to anyone looking for a wedding venue!!!

perience was for my partner and I. Our coordinator, Julia (provided by willowdale) had the timeline organized and took care of all the communication between vendors. My partner and I didn’t need to take care of any logistics. During dinner and cocktail hour my partner and I were quite busy mingling but the service team would keep checking in to make sure we had enough food and drinks.
The location is beautiful and one of a kind. Very accessible for less mobile people. The food was delicious. I couldn’t recommend willowdale enough.

wdale, choosing a Mansion Season wedding there was a no brainer.
I never felt stressed during the planning process because the Willowdale team was there for me every step of the way. They were responsive and nothing but supportive and kind in the months leading up to the big day.
The actual wedding was an absolute dream come true x1000. Every room in the estate was so gorgeous, the staff were so friendly and warm, the food and of course the cookies were incredible and the party was hopping. We feel so lucky to have enjoyed the best day of our lives at the most stunning venue.
And I have to give the biggest shoutout to Jeannine, our day of coordinator, who made us feel so well taken care of. She was incredible - she managed communication between everyone, she kept the flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception running smoothly and she also found time to check in on my husband and I throughout the night to make sure we were doing good. She is truly magic and also a superhero because she saved the day by figuring out the bustle on my dress in no time flat when no one else could. Thank you, Jeannine!!

Jordan was our day-of coordinator and though we only had her for a short time, she knew what we wanted to do every step of the way, connected with our vendors to ensure flawless execution from each and every one of them on the day of, and made our night feel extra special with her tuned in attention.
I would recommend Willowdale and Jordan, as well as Rachel who helped us at The Coach House, to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding venue. My guests were truly blown away by the venue as well as no one had ever seen anything like it nor experienced such great service. I'm still getting texts about how amazing the wedding was, and the food during cocktail hour and throughout the night! Willowdale and their staff absolutely knocked it out of the park.

em. We never felt like we had too many questions when it came to signing with Anna. When planning stated Julia was amazing and made all the stress and worry disappear, we knew we were in excellent hands. We honestly can't say enough good things about Julia, you can tell she loves what she does and is there to make your day as seamless as possible. They made planning a breeze with a list of suggested vendors that they had experience in working with in the past as well as a vendor meet and greet for upcoming couples to help find any last vendors you might need to finalize. This helped us find our baker for our cake! Every need and want was heard and attended to. The food was beyond our expectations and we heard nothing but rave reviews about the staff on wedding day. Willowdale will feel like your home even for the short amount of time that we were there, we were able to make it feel like our little place. There is nothing we would change about our experience with Willowdale and we are excited to tell friends and family if they are looking for a place to hold an event in the future.

Our guests have not stopped talking about the food—the culinary team truly delivered an unforgettable experience. And the cookies… they were so delicious! In fact, they might have contributed to our selection of Willowdale after we first visited, and they did not disappoint on our wedding day. Total crowd pleaser.
We also chose several vendors from Willowdale’s preferred list, and every single one was spectacular. It made coordinating everything so much easier knowing we were working with trusted, high-quality professionals.
The venue itself is simply stunning. The mansion provides such a unique and elegant atmosphere compared to other venues we visited, and there are endless beautiful backdrops for photos. Our guests continue to tell us how much they loved the setting and how seamlessly everything was executed.

woods with classic New England undertones mixed with a warm history! Willowdale provides the perfect spot for a celebration! We worked directly with Rachel prior to the event. She and her team exceeded our expectations, helping us design the space before guests arrived- executing every detail as we had envisioned it! Everyone raved about the mimosa station, the sun pouring into the conservatory, the buffet choices and of course the epic chocolate chip cookies. Yum!
Rachel and her team kept us on schedule making the transitions seem effortless! From appetizers, to meal time, to bridal shower games, etc! No one wanted to leave. It was a cozy home like feeling.

Julia, our wedding coordinator, understood our vision for our wedding immediately from the initial meeting. She made the logistical process of picking out décor, selecting menus, and setting up timelines easy! She was responsive to any questions we had and offered advice when we needed some (e.g., good restaurants nearby). During the wedding, Julia made sure everything went as it was planned, from before the ceremony to the end of the reception. She kept everything organized and every transition was incredibly smooth. Further, the waitstaff and bartenders were awesome to work with. Everyone was very kind, professional, and personable.
The food at the Willowdale was some of the best food we have ever had. Specifically, the filet mignon and the mini chicken pot pies were our personal food highlights. We have some “foodies” in our families and every single person in attendance was impressed with how tasty the food was. We are still receiving compliments on the food over a month after our wedding. We also had many guests with gluten allergies and the various gluten free options (including the cookies!) allowed us to accommodate. Our friends and families who typically may not get to eat at weddings were able to fully enjoy themselves!
Additionally, we booked the Coach House for the bridal getting ready space before moving over to the main house and would highly recommend the space to anyone having an event at the Willowdale who may be looking for a getting ready space. The space itself is beautiful, there is ample room for hair and makeup, and room to relax. My niece and nephew, who are three and four years old, also had a lot of fun spending time in the space.
The Willowdale, all around, was well worth the investment. If we decide to renew our vows with a formal ceremony, we may just have a second wedding at the Willowdale!

They worked seamlessly with our vendors as well as with others contributing to both the ceremony and reception. Finally, the food was SPECTACULAR!! We loved the hors d'oeuvres, especially the gnocchi and the chicken and waffles. Perhaps the biggest hit, however, was the ice cream sundae bar - we almost did not need a cake.

The mansion and surrounding park showed off for our fall wedding - the landscaping was impeccable, the set up under the tent made our mouths drop, and the team (with special shout out to Jeanine) executed every one of our many details. The food was delicious - like actually good not just good for a wedding. The whole team at Willowdale was calm and knew how to execute on the day-of. They made having our pup there for the ceremony easy and meaningful. They also have a great list of star studded vendors (especially our DJ - Mark Dixon!). The team also ensured we could incorporate cultural traditions seamlessly. And the cookies!! Could not recommend more highly! One tip for the brides with a million details - the Willowdale team is incredible, but they do not have the capacity to plan all your details (they are too busy killing it for the couples getting married that month at the venue). If you have a lot of moving parts, might be worth a planner.

Aside from how incredible Allison and her entire team were, the venue itself is gorgeous and to this day everyone is still raving about how good the food is.
They say people get wedding regret and venue envy, seeing other weddings but if given the chance, we would choose Willowdale 100x over. If you’re considering getting married here, you won’t regret it, and know if you get Allison as your day of person, you’re in the most wonderful hands.

Jeannine, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute superstar. She thought of every single detail, kept everything running seamlessly, and made us feel completely supported from the moment we arrived. We honestly couldn’t believe how effortless she made the entire day feel. We felt so cared for, and it meant the world to us.
And the food… incredible. Our guests are still raving about everything—the appetizers, the dinner, and especially the cookies. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The waitstaff was also amazing: attentive, kind, and on top of everything all night long.
We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue. It exceeded every expectation and gave us the perfect wedding day we’d always hoped for. For the price point, you want the venue and catering to be flawless, and we were somewhat skeptical it could be worth all the money and effort, but our experience at Willowdale kind of blew us away. They're truly professionals. It was a night we'll remember forever, and we heard the same from our guests.
Our planner, Julia, was a perfect fit for us. Matched our energy and provided helpful suggestions during planning and even during the event that honestly helped perfect the night in ways we'd never have thought to ourselves. Can't recommend her highly enough!
And of course we have to give a shout-out to the house-made chocolate chip cookies they sent us after our initial tour. They really sealed the deal when selecting venues and getting to take a giant box home after the event was a great full-circle moment.

cked inside Bradley Palmer State Park. From the time we began planning our wedding, the staff at Willowdale was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and professional. Whether we reached out by phone or email, they were always quick to reply and ready to answer questions or offer advice.
About two months out, we were assigned a dedicated wedding coordinator. We are so grateful for Allie. From answering all our questions about wedding planning, to communicating with our vendors, to helping our big day run smoothly, we truly couldn’t have done it without her.
The food they served was amazing! Guests were welcomed with beverages upon arrival, and following the ceremony, there were passed hors d'oeuvres. We loved the presentation of everything. The summer salad was refreshing, and for our main entrée, we chose to upgrade one dish to the filet mignon with truffle potato, creamed spinach, and kale—it was spectacular.
My wife needs to eat gluten-free, and Willowdale was extremely accommodating with their gluten-free options. We loved their gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and mini donuts—we couldn’t even tell they were gluten-free; they were absolutely delicious.

For months leading up to the big day, Julia made herself available to answer our questions over email and phone, so we were thrilled when she was paired with us as our day-of coordinator. Not only did Julia offer great advice/recommendations on vendors, she never stressed us out or made us feel behind with our planning. On the day of the wedding, she managed our timeline (and us) so well, pulling us away when needed to stay on track and checking in periodically to see if we needed anything and to ensure we were enjoying ourselves.
Aside from the logistics, Willowdale Estate is an absolutely stunning venue. Food and service were amazing (we received many compliments on how great the hors d'oeuvres and dinner were). The courtyard and grounds by the tent are immaculate and really lent to the summer garden vibes. I truly cannot recommend Willowdale Estate enough for making this the best weekend of our lives!

The coordinator and staff were amazing and really helped bring our vision to life. They made the whole process easy and were there whenever we needed something. Another huge perk was having a suite for both the bridal party and the groomsmen to get ready in private. That made the morning so much smoother.
The estate itself is beautiful. Our wedding was a colorful garden party and since Willowdale is already in bloom in the summer, it really popped with all of our flowers and decor. Our guests kept saying how gorgeous everything looked.
One thing to be aware of is the enhancement guide. They are clear about what they offer, but it’s worth taking the time to go through it and build those items into your budget. As a small suggestion, it would also be nice if the dessert could be displayed outside. The cookies are some of the best I’ve ever had, but a lot of guests didn’t realize dessert was out.
Overall, the vibes of Willowdale are incredible and they really know how to throw a great party. Worth the costs!

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning details like the beautiful wood, stone, and stained glass accents that makes it feel like a little castle in the woods. Our guests have not stopped raving about the incredible food, even 3 months later! I would say the top 3 reasons we chose the venue (and reasons we loved it during and after as well) were the amazing food (we are big foodies!!), the intimate fairytale castle in the woods feeling (like a highly elevated romantic backyard fairytale wedding!), and the benefit of less decisions (so much decision fatigue in wedding planning, and Willowdale has so many in house options, including catering, that we really felt we could handle it ourselves even while both working full time out of state). Julia, our venue coordinator, was stellar - she helped us with all the decor drop-off and eased any wedding worries we had along the way. The entire team kept everything running so smoothly and on schedule, without a single hitch. We loved every moment--10/10 no notes!!!!

We were the first couple to use their newly renovated Carriage House, which was a beautiful and spacious spot for me and my bridesmaids to get ready. Even when the AC wasn’t working correctly, the team jumped in right away to assist and made sure we were comfortable.
Our coordinator, Jordan, was an absolute rock star from start to finish. She made the planning process so smooth and brought the best energy to what could have been a stressful day—especially when I had some hiccups with my photographer. By the end of it, saying goodbye to Jordan honestly felt like saying goodbye to a friend.
The Willowdale team also went above and beyond with the details on the wedding day itself. They executed our décor perfectly, the serving staff kept drinks flowing, and the food was out of this world. Months later, our guests are still texting us about the menu—especially those incredible homemade chocolate chip cookies!
