We had an absolutely amazing August wedding at Willowdale Estate! We were sold after our tour with Anna, who walked us through the venue while explaining how the day would flow. Her organization during the tour and attention to detail when explaining the special touches sealed the deal. The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and charming, and I loved the idea of a courtyard ceremony but also lovely indoor ceremony in case of rain. Our bridesmaids and groomsmen loved getting ready in the suites upstairs, especially since they are furnished beautifully and ready for our photographer! We worked with our wonderful coordinator, Julia. During the planning process, she worked with us and our vendors in making sure all of the logistics and small details (cake delivery, DJ set up, etc) were ironed out. We met virtually twice and emailed her countless questions, all of which were answered quickly and patiently. Our wedding day went seamlessly - we actually ate our entire dinner! Julia kept all of the events and vendors running smoothly and we literally did not have to worry about anything except being present in the moment. Our guests really liked the food, drinks, and chocolate chip cookies. Special shoutout to all of the staff at Willowdale who helped with dinner, bartending, directing traffic in the parking lot, and cleanup! I honestly could not have asked for a better venue or wedding planning crew!

Our winter wedding at Willowdale Estate was a dream come true, and we owe it all to the amazing team there. From the moment we began planning, Jeannine, our coordinator, made us feel like we were her top priority. Her patience, kindness, and genuine care shone through every step of the way. Jeannine even arranged for us to have some food in our own room right after the ceremony, so we could steal a quiet moment together. It was a thoughtful touch that meant so much to us. Booking at Willowdale was by far the best decision we made for our June 2024 wedding! They sent us a box of some of the best cookies we have ever had after we toured and.... we were sold. Yes, it's expensive. But you will enjoy your day without any of the worries that may come from a more DIY-venue. We worked with Julia D'Agostino , who was FANTASTIC. I had quite a few visions for our day and it seemed like my and Julia's brains were linked. Julia completely transformed Willowdale into the wedding of my dreams based off a few lists and pictures. Aside from the high level of organization and overall planning assistance from Willowdale in the years and days leading up to our wedding, the food was phenomenal and many of our guests were impressed with dinner and dessert. Overall, could not have asked for a better wedding experience and we are so grateful we discovered and were able to book with Willowdale for our special day!

My daughter recently was married at Willowdale Estate in Topsfield, MA. I want to thank the entire staff and a special thank you to our venue coordinator, Emily M. The setting was perfect! It exceeded my expectations. The rooms where the entire wedding party got ready were very comfortable and they were available to us throughout the night. One word about the food—DELICIOUS! The chicken was out of this world. Very large portions and I seriously wanted to bring home what I couldn’t finish. Emily kept our event on schedule and all reports from the guests have been that the venue was so unique and special. We picked up personal items the next day and everything had been placed back in our bins for easy transfer to our cars. Thank you again Willowdale for making my daughter’s wedding a night that we will never forget!

“Incredible venue” “Best food” “Incredible event!” These are just some of the compliments we have heard from our guests. All we can say about our July wedding was WOW! From the start the wedding coordinators at willowdale were beyond helpful answering all our questions as we navigated throughout wedding planning. We then got assigned Emily as our coordinator and she was wonderful making sure we had all details ironed out from start of the day to end of the night to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible. She was always quick to respond if we had any questions or needed advice on final details and was willing to always go above and beyond to help us. On the day of our wedding Emily brought our dream wedding to life! She made sure the decor in and outside of the house was our exact vision. We are forever grateful for Emily and the whole Willowdale staff who made sure me and my husband had everything we needed and made sure our guests were having an amazing time. Not to mention the food and drinks were SO good. It was an incredible day and we still are getting compliments on the day a few weeks later. We are forever thankful we chose Willowdale for our wedding venue.

We LOVE Willowdale! First of all, the booking process was very easy and our sales manager, Anna, was super thorough and answered all of our questions. My partner and I got engaged and married within 8 months, and when we visited Willowdale as part of our venue shopping experience, we fell in LOVE. It was also super convenient that they provide food and alcohol, and all of their enhancements are so beautiful and really helpful as well. All of the tools the events team provided were very helpful and made us feel super at ease and also excited for the wedding day! The planning pod (their software) is super easy to use, and we were very easily able to make seating charts, view our itinerary, etc. We really appreciated the gratuity guidelines and planning documents that helped us organize which checklist items we needed to complete in the proper sequence. We want to give a special shoutout to Jeannine LaVasseur - she is absolutely amazing and is not only perfect at her job, but also a wonderful human being. Throughout the wedding, we would look to her and ask her what we should do, and her response was always "do whatEVER you want, it's your wedding!", which honestly made the day so much easier and less stressful. She allowed us to have the wedding day be as "us" as possible, and we could not have asked for anything more perfect. She is also very communicative, despite her busy schedule coordinating weddings and working with so many couples, and super easy to talk to, kind, and understanding. We also received so many compliments from our friends and family, about the venue and how beautiful it is, the vibes, and let me tell you, the FOOD is to die for. So many people told us that this was the best wedding food they've had, and it's all thanks to the chefs that work onsite so that the food is fresh and delicious. Not to mention the homemade chocolate chip cookies. We didn't even need to spend on a wedding cake because the cookies were THAT good. So many of our guests raved about the h'ors d'oeuvres, and we loved them too. (Our wedding coordinator also made sure we were eating throughout the night, god bless her, because we would not have wanted to miss out on the food). Overall, we would definitely recommend all of our friends who want to plan a wedding in the greater Boston area. Our photos came out so beautifully and we are so grateful that we got to have our wedding at Willowdale. :)

We got married at Willowdale in May 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, and all of the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Our wedding coordinator, Veronica, was extremely helpful and patient during the entire process, helping us work through all the minor and major details so we could feel at ease on the day of our wedding. From the moment we arrived to Willowdale on our wedding day, Veronica made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing and was very organized, calm, and made sure everything went smoothly the entire day. The estate is very well kept and has beautiful flowers, especially surrounding the outdoor ceremony space that we used. Our guests were raving about how amazing the food was and also loved the chocolate chip cookies. The inside of the estate provided a unique experience for the wedding party to get ready in and for all of our guests during cocktail hour. We couldn’t be happier with how everything went - thank you to Veronica and the team at Willowdale!

We had an amazing experience at Willowdale and recommend them very highly. They know exactly how to surprise and delight guests - small touches like chocolate chip cookies and a handwritten note after our visit, cucumber mint water served to guests as they walk in, hors d'oeuvres brought out to us while we were taking photos... The entire team is fabulous, and we had an awesome experience with our coordinator Julia who is efficient, knowledgeable, and very supportive. Beautiful venue, incredible hospitality. We absolutely loved our June wedding at Willowdale Estate! We happily booked the venue about 18 months in advance, and were so grateful to Willowdale’s team for expertly guiding us through the wedding planning process. We hosted our ceremony offsite, but from the moment we arrived for the reception, we were expertly taken care of! Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the property, the warmth and professionalism of the staff, and the superb quality of the food (many guests reached out to say it was the best wedding food they’d ever have - we’re inclined to agree!). Julia, our coordinator, helped us every step of the way, and made our day nothing short of spectacular. We had an absolutely amazing wedding at Willowdale. The facility is gorgeous, the staff is amazing and everything was perfect. Throughout the planning process, we always had someone to help us with questions (both big and small) and always felt supported. They also helped us with planning & coordinating with vendors. On the day of, our coordinator, Jeannine, was an absolute hero!

Willowdale was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding - beyond our wildest dreams. My partner and I met in Boston and lived there together for about 4 years before getting engaged, but then we were about to move out of the state. We decided to get married in the Boston area to have a good excuse to come back and see friends and family. We toured one other venue before Willowdale but fell totally in LOVE with Willowdale as soon as we saw it. My partner said, "I want to marry a special woman in a special place," meaning Willowdale, and that closed the deal! The house itself is beautiful, you have access to all of the upstairs getting ready rooms throughout the whole night, the courtyard where the ceremony happens is just magical, and even the tent is very tasteful and doesn't ruin the aesthetic. Willowdale staff were very organized in sending us documents about the food/drink options, decor rental options, recommended vendors. We booked nearly every vendor based on their recommendation and we were totally blown away by everyone (we used Karla Cassidy for florals, Joe Carson for DJ, Shane Godfrey for photography, and Black Tie Limo for transportation). Willowdale also has an easy to use online planning tool called Planning Pod that you use to make all selections and payments, it was very straightforward. My partner and his brother attended a food tasting about 7 months before we got married, they had a great time and had a lot of nice food options served to them! Luckily at Willowdale you can pick a variety of entrees and appetizers and I think we met everyone's needs. We also opted to do dessert through Willowdale rather than get a cake and that worked out perfectly, everyone was so impressed. About 6 weeks before the wedding we were paired with a wedding coordinator, Emily McTeague, who was AMAZING! She was super responsive and attentive, gave us good advice for things we didn't know how to do, corresponded directly with our vendors as needed, and more. We had a zoom call with her about a month before to finalize our details and then another meeting with her the week of the wedding to double check everything. We were SO impressed with everything she did, especially on the day of. Neither of us had to worry about anything, we just showed up and everything was exactly where it was supposed to be, at the right time and in the right way. She went above and beyond for several things, including but not limited to making sure my MOH had somewhere to store an extra baby bottle of breast milk in the fridge and sending one of the staff to Macy's to buy us a replacement champagne glass when one of our special ones for the sweetheart table broke as they were setting up - we had no idea that they would go to such lengths to ensure we had an awesome experience. We highly recommend this venue!!

Willowdale and our coordinator Emily exceeded our expectations. Willowdale was more beautiful than we could have imagined (even in the rain), the food was phenomenal, and our guests had a great time. Emily answered our abundance of questions leading up to our big day and was flexible and we had last minute changes. Perhaps most important, Emily kept our day on track without ever rushing our moments. We could not recommend Willowdale and all the staff enough as our wedding was a level above perfect.

My wife and I got married at the Willowdale Estate in April 2024. The wedding, the staff, and the entire experience was exceptional for the entire Wedding. The beautiful venue, the ethereal vibes, the delicious food, everything was wonderful. Our guest we're talking about wedding (again the food is incredible) for many months after, and still do. Veronica our event coordinator was awesome throughout the planning process and on the day of, and didn't hesitate when we needed to pivot minor things to make the experience seamless. I could go on and on about how amazing the day was, but simply said it's an 11/10 on the scale of being spectacular. I give it my full endorsement.

The best decision I made as a bride-to-be was booking Willowdale as our venue. Not only was our wedding genuinely perfect, exactly as I imagined and hoped it would be, but all of our guests complimented us on the venue itself and all of the little details that our Coordinator, Jeannine, and her team brought to life. The level of customer service throughout the entire process, including towards our guests on the day of, is unparalleled. On our tour, we were immediately blown away by the effortless beauty of both the inside and outside of the estate, and the sales manager (Anna) answered all of our questions with ease. Throughout the planning process, as more questions arose, the Willowdale Events team was always quick to provide answers and helpful planning resources. Willowdale's provided Vendor List connected us to a team of top-notch vendors I'd also recommend in a heartbeat. Since all of these vendors have worked with Willowdale before, everything felt effortless on my end throughout the entire planning process. Everyone tells you to expect everything to go wrong on your wedding day, but absolutely nothing went wrong on my wedding day, which I credit entirely to Jeannine and Willowdale. My wedding day experience was entirely stress-free and fun because Jeannine handled everything for me, which allowed me to relax and fully experience and enjoy my wedding day. Our guests are still raving about our wedding, stating that it's the most beautiful, enjoyable, and overall best wedding they've ever attended (not to mention equally rave reviews about the food and cookies alone)! I cannot recommend Jeannine and the entire team at Willowdale enough.

Upon touring Willowdale Estate, my now husband and I knew that this is where we were going to be married. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and we loved that it was within a state park surrounded by beautiful pine trees and chirping birds - the epitome of peace to us. Once booked, our coordinator from the estate, Veronica, was so easy to work with as she communicated with us often, answered all of our questions, and provided helpful recommendations. The food was also a hit - every guest we spoke with mentioned that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding! It's been a month since our wedding and it's taken us this long to write a review, not only because we're still coming down from the high, but because it's difficult to express how perfect the day was and how grateful we are for everyone at Willowdale Estate - from the catering team, to the event staff, and most of all Jeannine and the care she put into helping us plan everything. We definitely threw some curveballs, but with every unique request came an enthusiastic response and flawless execution. The list of vendors they provided were fantastic and outside vendors we found blended perfectly with the staff. The food was incredible to the point we had comments from guests that it was the best wedding food they've had. We just had our BHS senior prom at Willowdale. The kids had an amazing time, and it was a perfect night. The food was excellent, and the service from the staff was outstanding. Everyone I worked with leading up the the event was professional, and passionate about making sure our seniors had a night they won't forget. Thanks!

January 2024 We fell in love with this venue the second we walked through the Willowdale Estate. This venue represented who we are as a couple, so we didn't have to seek any further than Willowdale Estate. Our wedding coordinator was available at every turn. She took care of everything and were readily available if I needed anything. This was a second wedding for both of us. She was accepting to our wishes to break tradition. We did not want a wedding cake. Instead, she and my husband produced a desert room. Our guests were elated to have so many choices. Majority of our guests have told Brian and I this was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Several of our guests have mentioned Willowdale Estate's venue, the helpful staff, the incredible food, and the many details incorporated into our dream wedding. Our 1st photographer fell through the week of our wedding. Willowdale contacted a photographer they have worked with many times. She was amazing, absolutely amazing. Our wedding was a dream wedding. Choosing The Willowdale for our wedding was the best decision we could have made! Thank you to our coordinator Julia who made sure all the fine details were in place while planning and the day of. All of the staff were amazing and many of our guests mentioned to us how great the bartenders/ wait staff were as well. Our guests have not stopped talking about the food, it was all so delicious! The top sirloin and salmon were perfectly cooked. The bar tenders worked quick and there was never a line at the bar, our signature drinks were great (old fashioned and French 75)! We had so much fun and the venue was absolutely beautiful just how we imagined. The day was perfect and even though it was raining (our ceremony and reception were both indoor) our guests kept commenting about how the rain just enhanced the beauty of the venue overall. Nothing but good things to say about The Willowdale, it truly is the most amazing place to get married! We wouldn’t change a thing about our day!

I had the pleasure of working with Veronica Menna throughout the planning process and she was amazing. She made sure my decor vision came to life without me even being there to help put it out. She took all of the stress away from me which was a big deal. The venue is absolutely stunning and the food/service is top tier.

We recently hosted a baby shower for my daughter and I can’t think of enough superlatives to describe our experience! Allison (Alli) Delano was the Event Coordinator for our event and she ensured that every little detail was executed with perfection. The wait staff were amazing also and I received comments from some of our guests that they thoroughly enjoyed their “service with a smile”. Willowdale is a lovely old estate with an elegant building (former manor house) and lush grounds. There is absolutely nothing I could imagine changing to make our event more perfect and I highly recommend that you choose Willowdale for your event.

I hosted a baby shower at Willowdale in May of 2024. Every step in the process was made easy by their coordinator, Alli. The food was delicious, and you can't beat the venue for ambiance. On the day of the shower the servers were warm and welcoming and helpful. They all seem to enjoy working there which is a sign that the Willowdale is well run. We had some allergy concerns so they clearly marked the foods which was most useful. The cons? There aren't any!

Willowdale Estate, their team, and our event coordinator Emily, were truly the best and most outstanding venue we could have chosen. Their attention to detail, food, packages, and general flow of the day and staffing made us and our guests feel like royalty. I can not recommend them enough!

We cannot say enough about Willowdale Estate. The entire experience from the initial tour of the Estate, to our wedding day and everything in-between was top-notch. It felt as if every one of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how perfectly it fit our personalities. Willowdale felt like a home that we invited our guests into. The food was also excellent. As a Chef in the industry, I am fully understanding of the difficulties of executing large functions with allergies and other dietary restrictions. The culinary team did an unbelievable job and the food was just as good the night of our wedding as it was when we had our tasting. If good food is something you value, Willowdale will knock it out of the park. Not to mention, they have the best cookies I have ever tasted. Thank you Willowdale, Emily, the front of house team, and the culinary team for all of your efforts to make our day special and something we will remember for the rest of our lives!

Willowdale went above and beyond our wedding expectations. We can't say enough good things about them! They were professional, attentive to detail, and did an absolutely incredible job. The servers were sensitive to our guests with severe food allergies, and let them know during dinner that they were aware of them and had modified their plates. (This put several of them who had bad experiences at other weddings at ease). They also knew our names and the names of our parents, and checked in with all of us throughout the night to make sure we had the drinks and food we wanted. Our wedding coordinator Emily McTeague did an absolutely incredible job of executing our vision, and taking care of us the day of. Everything ran like clockwork. We would absolutely recommend it!

Our coordinator Julia and the entire staff at Willowdale made our whole planning and day of experience so easy and fun! They were there every step of the way and very quick to answer any questions and help to make our wedding unique. Our guests loved the food and drink from the welcome drinks all the way to the dessert. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a one stop shop venue that has everything you would need day of your special day.

We had the privilege of having our wedding at Willowdale Estate in January. With a short engagement, we were grateful to have availability for our date. During our first visit, we were introduced to Julia who toured us through the beautiful home. The venue is honestly gorgeous, with cocktail hour taking place in tucked away, yet connected rooms- the library is so lovely. The space for dinner and dancing had incredible flow, and there was perfect access to rooms tucked away, should I have needed a moment. With an indoor, winter wedding, warmth and cozy was important. Fireplaces made for perfect ambience. The wedding day was just perfect. Julia greeted us, and every guest with hospitality and warmth. It really felt like home to us while we were there, and so many people couldn't stop talking about the great venue. Also, the food was amazing. I am realistic about a venue trying to get 110 plates out within a tight time frame, and know that it's difficult. The salmon was perfectly cooked and so was the steak. They offer courses that just kept coming out, and everyone loved it. And, I know so many rave about the chocolate chip cookies. They are delicious, and again, adds layers to the coursing! The magic of snow flurries was the perfect way to end our evening. Our wedding was perfect, reflected us as people, and we were just so grateful to Willowdale, and specifically Julia for the way they managed every detail from the initial meeting, until the time we did a pick up after the wedding. Such a unique and gorgeous place Thank you!

We got married on 12/10/2023 and for the past 3 months, I have been completely unable to put into words how perfect my experience was at Willowdale Estate. We toured Willowdale in October 2022 and knew immediately that it was where we wanted to be married. On top of being beautiful, the environment is just so warm and welcoming, and it was perfect for a cozy winter wedding. Once we began planning, the team at Willowdale was so helpful and responsive to every question we had about the planning process and coordinating with our vendors. We also opted to select all outside vendors from Willowdale’s preferred list (which made our life so much easier) and they were all great and so familiar with the property that our wedding day went seamlessly. In the lead-up to our wedding, we began working with Emily as our wedding coordinator, who I can’t thank enough for being so wonderful!! She was kind and organized and made all of our stress disappear. The day of the wedding was a dream. Emily kept everything on schedule and managed all of our vendors and family so we could just relax and enjoy the best day of our lives. The ceremony was beautiful, the food amazing, and the party was so much fun! Every single person we interacted with at Willowdale was kind and helpful and made the day feel even more special. I absolutely recommend Willowdale Estate for your wedding. If I could go back, I would do everything all over again without changing a single thing. Excellence, professionalism, attention to detail, courtesy, Open communication at all times and accommodating is how I would describe the entire staff at Willowdale Estate. I definitely would recommend the Chicken Statler, everything was cooked to perfection. there was so much food and just about everyone told me the food was the best meal they have ever had at a wedding . Their homemade chocolate chip cookies are the best I ever had. Sunday February 11th 2024 was also the Superbowl and we made it back to hotel for last play in overtime. Go Chiefs. I will recommend Willowdale Estate to anyone planning a wedding on the north shore. I am also thinking about having a anniversary party there. We fell in love with the allure of the mansion and the romantic courtyard / tent space in the back. Our wedding, in September 2023, went perfectly and we have the Willowdale staff and our coordinator (Jeannine) to thank for all their hard work. The Willowdale team provided all the answers to our questions throughout the planning phase. When the wedding weekend finally arrived, Jeannine did an amazing job of coordinating with every vendor, setting up all of our decor, and making the day run smoothly. She was attentive to all of our needs and alleviated any of our concerns so we were able to cherish every moment of the day. Every guest we talked to had rave reviews for the food, the tent, and the space. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I had our wedding in late December 2023, and it was an absolute dream. From the moment we saw the estate we fell in love. Willowdale Estate is a stunning property inside and out, full of character and charm making it the most magical wedding venue. Not only does the estate speak for itself but the staff is just as incredible. Each member of the Willowdale staff was professional, accommodating, and kind. We were lucky enough to work with Julia as our event coordinator. After our first meeting we knew we were in great hands. Julia took the time to go over details, answer any questions, and offer suggestions. We were blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She took care of all the details and décor seamlessly all while making sure everyone knew where they needed to be. Julia is fantastic at her job it was such an honor getting to work with her. The food and drinks were delicious! Our guests were so impressed by the quality and variety of food offered, and of course the chocolate chip cookies were a big hit. Having our wedding at Willowdale Estate was the best decision we made! From the venue, to our coordinator (Jeannine), the food, and the cookies.. everything was perfect. They focus on so many meaningful details to make your special day a dream. The best part was the desert table with the ice cream bar! Our friends and family still talk about it six months later. The food was 10/10 in my opinion. Everything was delicious! Jeannine went above and beyond for me the day of my August wedding. There was a chance of rain which would push us inside for our ceremony. Seeing how I was a little upset about this (also pregnant and emotional) , Jeannine set up two ceremonies in case the rain held out. I was so appreciative of all the hard work the staff did! Can’t say enough about how beautiful this venue is and how amazing the staff is. Highly recommend!

From the very start, Willowdale was nothing but a dream. My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the venue on our tour and knew we had to get married there! There is a level of charm and character in the venue that you luckily don’t need to bring much to have a beautiful event. Especially if you plan on having a summer wedding in the courtyard like we did! We got married in September of 2023 but booked January 2021 with the plans to have a long engagement. From day one, the team at Willowdale was always quick to answer any questions, clarify any contract details/add ons, and be someone to bounce ideas off of even though our wedding was so far out! The team was so nice any time we were in the area, they alway let us walk the grounds just to get more of a feel for the place. This let us meet more of the staff more casually and get to hear about ideas from their past experiences! The food is insane. Not only does it taste delicious but we had a wedding of around 200 people and the teams were so fast and efficient getting the food on the table so many of our guests were impressed! (Shoutout to the amazing cookies for dessert! I know everyone mentions them but it's for a reason!!!) The bar does phenomenal as well! With our size wedding, we had a single bar with I believe 3 bartenders that started inside and for the reception, moved outside to the courtyard. There was not a single time I did not have a drink in my hand. And I know being the bride that might be expected, but we had several guests tell us how the staff basically had remembered other orders and had them at the ready. The only time there was a line for drinks was during that transitional period from moving the bar but it took place during speeches, and the tables also had wine service during that time. Lastly, I cannot end this review without shouting out our phenomenal coordinator, Jeannine. We met about 6 weeks before the wedding. Since we had such a long engagement, we had a lot of things already figured out by then and just passed everything over to her. She executed everything BEAUTIFULLY! No detail went unnoticed by her and most importantly she took the time to check in with us to not only give the updates of things going smoothly, but to make sure my husband and I had moments for ourselves. She dove head first to handle any mishaps that may have come up and diverted any issues away from being our problem. For example, I had a bridesmaids dress ripped to the point of it not being wearable before walking down the aisle, and Jeannine became an instant seamstress???? And fixed it to the point the bridesmaid didn’t have to worry about it the rest of the night. Amazing!! All in all, things are going to happen on your wedding day that you can't control. And it can be hard to not stress about it and take it into your own hands to fix. But at Willowdale, those getting married are not the host, but the guests of honor. I would not change a single thing about my wedding (ripped dress included) and that is all thanks to the team and beautiful venue at Willowdale Estate.

I had my wedding at the Willodale Estate in Nov 2023, and I can't say enough great things about this venue! The food, staff, holiday decor & overall service really is 10/10. My coordinatorJeannine LaVasseur was extremely attentive, and helped our day go smoothly. Everyone that attended our wedding said it was the most beautiful wedding that they ever attended (and the most fun!) The ONLY feedback I would give Willowdale, is to please allow for the wedding party to use the the upstairs suites earlier in the day! I would absolutely recommend anyone have their wedding here, especially during mansion season.

As soon as we did a tour of Willowdale Estate, we knew immediately it was where we wanted to get married and no other venue would compare! We wanted a winter wedding and got married on 01/06/2024. We knew it would be a beautiful wedding, but the staff and atmosphere at Willowdale is absolutely exceptional. We had Julia as our wedding coordinator and she made sure we had everything we needed ( down to every detail! ) for our big day! She answered every question, on the day of the wedding she made everything run so smoothly in such a nice calm happy manner. I didn’t have a care in the world on my wedding day, which is a huge relief as the bride!! We had dropped off some wedding decor without a real idea of where we wanted it to go. The time and effort Julia put in to decorate and set every detail up was amazing!!! She has a great eye and amazing taste! I was so thankful! She even did my bustle for my dress, made sure the groom and I got to try every hor d'oeuvre inbetween pictures, and that we were set with drinks for the night. Every staff member at the estate was kind, caring and calming, my guests raved about how delicious the food was, I can’t say enough how grateful we are to have had our wedding there. The venue is so unique and so much fun, our guests thoroughly enjoyed our wedding at Willowdale and we are so happy!! You won’t ever regret your choice to get married here!!

Choosing Willowdale Estate for our wedding venue was hands down one of the best decisions we made in our planning process. From the hospitality we received when we came for our initial tour to the post-wedding gift the team sent us after our date, we could not have asked for a better experience. The venue itself is beautiful with its historic charm, and it was made even better with the seasonal holiday decorations that were up for our December wedding. Willowdale had everything we needed for our wedding, including two sizable groomsmen/bridal suites, handicap-accessible entrances and bathrooms, and an amazing staff that was SO helpful leading up to and during our wedding. Several of our guests the next morning even commented how fantastic and accommodating the staff was throughout the day and night. Another major highlight at Willowdale is the food. Throughout the night we had multiple guests come up to us and tell us that our venue had the best wedding food they've ever eaten. And we wholeheartedly agree. The hors d'oeuvres were incredible (we also had many options to choose from), and the dinner was absolutely delicious. The food at Willowdale is a true differentiator from other weddings. Finally, we have to commend our wedding coordinator, Emily, and the entire staff at Willowdale for helping us throughout the day and making sure everything was perfect. Emily was completely in control and on top of every detail, and frequently checked in with us to see if we needed anything. She even made sure that, after our ceremony, we had a few minutes alone to have some apps and relax before the rest of the night. She and the entire Willowdale staff decorated the venue perfectly and worked with us to accommodate special requests. We're very grateful that we had such a great team who helped us have an amazing wedding.

We could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate our wedding! Neither of us ever imagined we'd get married in the winter time, but the second we stepped into the Estate it just felt like it was meant to be. The truffle ricotta gnocchi appetizer was a huge crowd-pleaser, as were each of the incredible entrees. And let's not forget the pecan chocolate chip cookies – an absolute must have. Beyond the menu, the staff's professionalism and attentiveness truly set Willowdale apart from other venues. The servers and bartenders ensured that every guest felt taken care of, contributing to the warm and inviting atmosphere of our wedding day. Words cannot even describe how perfect our special day was at Willowdale Estate. We knew from the minute we toured the venue that Willowdale was the right place for us - from the incredibly genuine people to the gorgeous venue site (especially for our cozy winter wedding). The day was seamless - our coordinator Jeannine was AMAZING, always available to answer questions leading up to our big day. Our wedding at Willowdale Estate was truly as close to perfection as it can get. We had the absolute best wedding experience at the Willowdale. The food was incredible (not just "great for a wedding" but actually great) and they tackled all of our dietary restrictions easily. The venue was really well laid-out and made for both a beautiful and meaningful ceremony and also a fun and memorable reception. Our coordinator, Jeannine, had everything completely managed and timed down to the minute with backup plans upon backup plans so we could focus 100% on being in the moment. One of the reasons we initially looked at this venue is that they had a really easy backup plan if there was bad weather, but we learned that this was just the tip of the iceberg in terms of how well thought out everything is. There are little things like moving the guests through different parts of the grounds during different parts of the ceremony/reception so they get to spread out and enjoy the venue. But also things like having windows that overlook the outdoor ceremony so you can see the guests arrive. Our guests really enjoyed how it felt like they did a lot during the wedding but at no point did they feel rushed. This is 100% due to the experience and thoughtfulness of the staff. We would highly recommend the Willowdale to anyone looking for a stress-free, wonderful wedding experience!

From wedding planning start to post wedding end Willowdale did the MOST. Everything was so seamless, easy, beautiful, and delicious. We have received so many compliments on our wedding and we had the best day. It was the perfect venue and I can't say better things about the staff and estate. The getting ready areas were so relaxing and comfortable before the ceremony and the venue was cosy and bright for my December day. 10/10 wedding coordination services, we felt taken care of and important on our special day. Wish we could get married here all over again.

Willowdale was nothing short of perfect for our November 2023 wedding, and our coordinator Emily was a gem!! The entire planning process was so organized and streamlined, which took a huge weight off of our shoulders. Emily handled many day-of details with ease! She kept an eye on the entire execution, while also checking in with us throughout the entire day. Overall, the venue was stunning, food was absolutely delicious (definitely not a given for all weddings!), and the entire experience was everything we hoped for. The food is phenomenal, all the staff was amazing, and everything was seamless from the time we booked until the end of our wedding night. I did not worry about a single thing the entire wedding day! From our first visit we loved the venue and were very impressed by the professionalism of the team at Willowdale. Throughout our planning they gave us excellent support. We knew that everything on site would be taken care of on the day, so we got to focus on the other details that were special to us. Emily, the event coordinator assigned to us by Willowdale, was meticulous in taking care of every detail of the day, and was highly efficient in her communication with us. Although it rained on the day, the team quickly implemented a rain plan in the background while we got ready with no stress. We couldn't recommend this venue and team highly enough!

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful from start to finish! My husband and I are over the moon with how it all turned out. Truly something out of a fairytale. We got to work with the best vendors and best staff! The coordination was impeccable and the details and work that went into it made our day so special. We got to work one on one with Willowdale’s finest, Jeannine, and she made sure everything ran smoothly. She was thoughtful and so helpful, and even fed us in a bathtub during our photoshoot to make sure we got to taste our apps lol such a team player :) !!! The venue itself is absolutely dreamy and perfect in every way. The drinks and food were out of this world and a hit with all of our guests. The cookies are amazing. We were sooooo thrilled they packed us a to go box for our honeymoon! I truly cannot say enough good things about this venue and their team!

We had the absolute best wedding day and are so grateful we chose Willowdale as our venue. From the moment we saw Willowdale, it was an immediate yes from us, but it was the continued support and service Willowdale provided that made our day there so special. We had the pleasure of working with Julia over the past year and she was absolutely amazing!! I remember showing up with car loads of decor being so nervous how it will all turn out and Julia was so calm and collected that I left with one less thing to worry about. And let me tell you, Julia and her team exceeded our expectations. The estate looked beautiful inside and out. Julia was so organized and worked with us to accommodate our Muslim guests with halal meat and our Lebanese Zaffe performance. Our guests still talk about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was, especially the cookies. 10/10 venue!!

I got married on 10/20/23 and it was single handedly the best day of my life. Being an event coordinator and sales manager for another venue made my expectations so high and they were meet in every single aspect. I have wanted to get married at Willowdale Estate since I can remember, and it was just a dream come true. Now onto my coordinator Emily she exceeded all my expectations. She made it all so easy through the planning but most importantly she perfected every single vision when it came to my decor. Emily had food and a drink for me every time I turned around.
