Literally had no part in the ring-making process (now-husband decided to be sneaky 😉), but Wilson Diamonds still made such a beautiful ring! My husband said they were great to work with and made his vision for my engagement ring come to life at such a great price. I eventually did get involved when the time came to get a band custom-made to go with my ring, and was able to see their great customer service first-hand. Would recommend Wilson Diamonds in a heartbeat! ☺
Love my ring. A little too expensive but great service.
When my daughter and her then fiance went to look for an engagement ring, they were looking for something a little different. They found exactly what they wanted at Wilson. The ring is one-of-a-kind that couldn't have been more perfect if my daughter had designed it herself. The ring had to be sized down to almost half the original size and as a result some of the tiny diamonds have fallen out. However, Wilson has been happy to replace them quickly and without charge. The surprise for my daughter was that her fiance had his late mother's diamond placed in the ring before he officially gave it to her. It is unique and stunning piece that will be cherished for a lifetime and more.
When it came time for my daughter to choose the groom's band, she knew she wanted to work with Wilson again. The band they both liked the best was out of her price range. They helped to find a band that was similar and polished it in a way that made it look very much like the more expensive band. They were both thrilled with the results and the service.
Wilson Diamonds was wonderful to work with. They only have engagement rings and wedding bands so they are specialized and seem to know their stuff. They have many designs and really do not pressure you or smother you like other places. The stone on my ring was slightly crooked, so they fixed it for free and in a timely manner.
We got our wedding bands here and we had a good experience. There was one miscommunication getting my husband's band in, but we made sure we had plenty of time before the wedding so it didn't turn into a problem, just a little frustrating. The staff was friendly the whole time, though some were more knowledgeable than others.
Not a day goes by that I don't get a handful of compliments on my ring! They have competetive prices and a nice staff. Although my ring took a few extra weeks to be delivered and my groom's ring had to be sent back after they sent the wrong size. If you use this jeweler plan ahead to allow yourself the extra time for mistakes. Looking back the rings we got were worth the wait!!
My husband picked out my ring without any help, and he could not have picked a better ring! He was able to surprise me on Valentine's. It is rose gold with an antique looking band and solitaire diamond. He said Wilson's gave him a discount and a great payment plan. Great place to work with.
i got a discount because my fiance got my ring here too. it turned out amazing.
I love my ring, but we did NOT have a good experience with Wilson Diamonds. After we met with the initial salesperson and picked out the setting and diamond we wanted, they said it would take 2-3 weeks. They gave us a loner ring with a CZ stone in it so my boyfriend could propose.
After 3 1/2 weeks, we had heard nothing from them so we called and no one had any record of our ring. We finally got a hold of the salesperson, who said he was taking care of it.
After another few weeks, they called and said we needed to bring in our loner ring so they could get our diamond out of it. Wait, what?? We told them we had been given a loner with a CZ. They were emphatic that we had the real diamond and needed to bring it in. Once we brought it in and they looked at it, they realized it was a CZ (like we had told them). So, if you thought that we had the diamond, then where is the diamond we picked out and paid for?
Later that day they said they had "found" our diamond, but then called a few days later to say they "broke" our diamond.
And what was their solution? For all this trouble, they offered us a lower quality diamond because they didn't have the same quality on hand in the store. I don't think so!!
Finally, we ended up with a diamond one grade up from what we had originally bought (did not pay extra) 9 weeks after we had originally ordered the ring. Although I finally ended up with what I wanted, it was NOT a good experience. Once we paid our nonrefundable deposit, their staff was very disorganized and unprofessional throughout the whole process.
I went to eat next door at Zupa's with my sister and we stopped in Wilson diamonds since my husband and I had started to discuss getting married. I'd browsed there a few times before and there was never any pressure and no hounding and not a million questions.
I was really impressed with the rings and liked many of their designs. I'm more of a simple kind of jewelry girl rather than all out bling and found one that fit my personality. I had my husband come down and look with me shortly after and we ended up getting the ring.
They were really nice and it seemed free of pressure. They also give a discount on the men's ring if you buy the engagement ring there. I'm pretty sure it's 40% off--it's quite substantial whatever it is. They were knowledgeable about diamonds, taught us about the different grades, colors, etc. They also let us look and examine what imperfections the diamonds had. It was nice to work with them.
The salesmen were very nice and friendly but they did not ambush us as soon as we walked in and push the expensive rings. They listened to what we wanted and did everything they could to get us what we wanted for a good price. The best part is that none of their employees are commission so they are not obnoxious in any way. They were quick to get our rings back to us and because my husband bought my engagement ring there, they gave me 40% off on his wedding ring. This place is great!
My ring is GORGEOUS and the price was amazing! I am extremely satisfied and impressed. They are not pushy but very helpful.
They were very helpful in giving us an honest answer and helping us learn more about diamonds and settings. I love my ring and so does my husband. We've gotten so many compliments. They also provide the whole deal on services. Their workers are also very kind and helpful.
Not pushy, extremely helpful and everyone was there to help you find the perfect ring. I would recommend them to everyone!
Such a friendly staff!
Not only are all of the employees incredibly sweet and great to work with, the made a custom piece for my fiance and I that turned out better than I imagined. Loved them!!
Jake and I loved Wilson's Diamonds! He bought my engagement ring from them and I bought his men's band from them. They were so helpful to us. We both love our rings and loved the service they gave. Our salesperson even took time to write us personal thank-you cards!
Being a groom shopping for a wedding ring is an intense experience.
That said, I wanted to surprise her with the ring - none of this ring shopping together nonsense. I decided to be a man and pick out the ring by myself. My thoughts on the matter? If you don't know her well enough to pick out something that will make her cry, you haven't dated long enough.
That said, I checked out this place first on the recommendation of a female friend who had great luck here. I met with the owner of the store, who spent an hour with me personally - he explained the gradiations of diamonds, and how to get the most for your money. No nonsense sales here. He was super kind, super understanding, and helped me along every step of the way.
Once I found the right band for her, I selected the diamond myself - which might not mean much to you, but once you know what you're looking at, you can pick one that is perfect. There are many ways a diamond is graded, and some affect price more than beauty. You can find the right one for your price range and leave totally satisfied.
Plus, if you buy your bride's ring there, they give you 40% off on your ring - which made my gold band totally affordable.
