n anything were the attention to details provided by the Maitre ‘D, Luis and the bridal attendant, Monserrat. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and Monserrat even went as far as sewing my bustle when it ripped. They were amazing and really made a tremendous impact on our whole experience. We could not have asked for better staff.

We had our reception along the beautiful scenic views of the lake, officiated by Uncle Frank of Windows on the Lake. He personalized our ceremony and brought tears of joy to many eyes. The cocktail hour was outdoors in a fabulous patio courtyard with the most delicious foods and huge selection that everyone cannot stop talking about. The reception entrees were equally enticing and we enjoyed every bite. The cake was decorated exactly as we requested, picture perfect. We had purchased the vendor package which hooked us up with the DJ, MC, photographer, and videographer accustomed to working on the premises, knowing all the ins and outs of this venue which synchronized the whole night. We looked at many venues before selecting this one and know we made the right choice. We highly recommend this venue, and look forward to returning there for future life celebrations.

They did so much to make the entire day special. The service, Attention to detail and professionalism was top notch. The owner Anthony is wonderful to work with and he delivered beyond our expectations. The food and bar service was exceptional. My bridal attendant Vickie was outstanding and she made sure we were taken care of throughout the day. Our maitreD Luis Rios was super professional and kept us on schedule. They made sure everything was running accordingly, they brought us food and drinks without having to ask. Matt our captain provided excellent service to us. Our guest let us know how delicious the food was. They packed up food for us to take home to enjoy before leaving for our honeymoon. I absolutely love this venue and I look forward to visiting for other events. I would highly recommend them for taking care of your most special day!

This staff and venu provided a level of trust that you knew you had nothing to worry about but to enjoy one another. They created trust from the moment you walked in. Smiles as you were greeted, pulse checks to ensure you felt served appropriately and consistently and outstanding communication. The food was absolutely delicious and had a variety of choices. The bar tenders created a flow that had individuals served and moved on to the next to prevent traffic at the bar. Michael the matir'd had everything flowing the way you would expect. He absolutely showed experience with his level of professionalism and eagerness to make it a night to remember. When you see the joy from the Birthday girl light up you know the team behind making the night magical made it happen.

Everyone was raving about the food and dessert displays! Toni-Anne the bridal attendant went above and beyond for my daughter! No need or want was left unattended! The wait staff was great all around and was so efficient and friendly! I have no complaints whatsoever and the reviews I have been getting from my family and friends tells me I chose the right place when I chose Windows on the Lake!

d. The cocktails were watered down and they only had 1 bartender. The waiter spilled a whole tray of red pasta sauce on the brides dress. They were very unprepared and it was a horrific experience.

She ensured every decoration was placed according to plan and made sure we felt so cared for, even sending me HUNDREDS of photos after the wedding. Our Captain Matt made sure everyone left full with empty plates. And to top it all off, our venician hour was the most gorgeous set up, especially with the surprise reveal to our guests that Bill created for us. We can go on and on about how perfect our day truly was. Huge thank you to Danielle as well. She was so attentive and would get back to me every day within a couple hours. We also had some special traditions, for me a cake that was important to my family’s culture. The in house baker created it! It was absolutely perfect! We were just smiling the entire day watching all of our plans come to life. We went with their vendor package, which made our planning SO much easier. The flowers from Rob Montano were exactly what I wanted, down to water bead details on roses. Mark of Elegance was awesome to work with and we upgraded to their Escalade, which was perfect for our HUGE wedding party. Our 4th Generation DJ had the task of a multi cultural wedding - they CRUSHED IT! Everyone was up dancing the whole time, our MC was amazing as well. Finally our videographer, Mike was so kind and payed attention to every detail. I can’t wait to see our video. We did not use ADA photos- we used our own photographer. Frank was our officiant, and he created the most incredible ceremony for us. He talked to us, really got to know us, and made our ceremony feel so personal. We even got to honor my late father in law, which definitely meant the world to my mother in law. Everything about this venue was just so perfect. My parents got married here 25 years ago, and for us to have the same amazing experience 25 years later just goes to show the true meaning of good business. Thank you so much Windows! We can’t wait to work again with you for other events in our future, and will be recommending you to everyone we know!

Their display (linens, plates, silverware, etc.) were high quality, and they had a multitude of options to choose from when it comes to style and color. Taking advantage of their tasting at their headquarter location is a MUST as you will learn about the entire process, you'll be able to try several dishes, and meet their friendly and helpful team.
