Windsor Ballroom at the Holiday Inn of East Windsor

The entire Windsor Ballroom team was extremely nice and professional from the beginning. They were always so quick to respond to any question I had and always seemed so happy to help. The overall experience was amazing. My brother had his reception here over 5 years ago and since then I knew I wanted my reception here as well. The food was amazing then and now. The recent updates to the ballroom are beautiful and they really helped make my vision come to life. Everything was perfect! On my wedding day I wanted to take a menu as a keepsake and I forgot, I reached out to them and they printed an extra menu for me ready to be picked up that day. Definitely a team I would love to work with again! I would highly recommend the Windsor Ballroom!

I would have given a 4.5 if that was allowed because a whole point off feels harsh. Overall i loved our venue it was an incredibly stress free experience. Anjelica and Amanda were super responsive and supportive through the whole entire process. I have just a couple issues that disappointed me. 1) I booked my MOH in the hotel room that has a connecting door to the bridal suite. I called and emailed several times confiriming this with the venue. the morning of check in they informed me that the room was occupied and they would have to move my MOH all the way down the hall. Now obviously not the hill im going to die on but still pretty annoying. 2) at the end of my reception i told the maitre d that i wanted the cardbox and gifts brought up to my room that night as i wanted to know exactly where they were overnight instead of picking it up in the morning. he told me it would be brought up with a slice of our wedding cake and a bottle of champagne. none of the above was brought to our room and it took hours of banging on peoples doors for us to find out that he allowed our best man to bring it to his room without telling anybody. im of course grateful it was left with someone we trust but how did the maitre d know he was trustworthy? the cake and champagne was delivered to someone elses room so pretty upset we didn't get to have our cake and champagne on our wedding night. but again, not a hill to die on. 3) my only other complaint was from when i brought in my final deposit. i scheduled a day weeks in advance to come drop off the cash. When I showed up there was nobody there from the events department to accept my payment. this was only super annoying because i live almost 45 minutes away so i couldn't easily just come back another time. Besides my small annoyances, the venue was stunning and perfect and I would highly recommend it to another bride!

Windsor Ballroom is a great place, we just had our wedding in June, 2023, the ceremony area is really beautiful! And all of my guest told me the cocktail hour is amazing, I feel sorry I didn't get a chance to get a bite. And the meal was awesome! The two choice is popular and all of our guests finished it. And the cake is wonderful, some guests even had extra slides! Thanks to Anje and Amanda, they are so nice. Every time we talking about the details of my wedding, they can get my idea really quick and it turns out the way I want it! I will highly recommended Windsor ballroom to my friends.

I just had my wedding here Sunday Mar 26th. I CANNOT rave enough about this place. My family can't stop talking about the FOOD and service, the elegance and décor and the convenience. Anjelica, Marvin and Amanda were extremely helpful for the entire process from start to finish and always were in touch with me when we needed them. I still can't believe how magical my wedding turned out!!!!!!

Windsor Ballroom is not only a beautiful venue, with great food and service, but it also is budget friendly compared! The pricing is definitely reasonable. We also LOVED the fact that it is located inside a hotel which made things so much more easier on not only us but our guests.

They were great in every aspect. The food was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding, it was a beautiful venue and they were always there to answer our questions.

Our guests stayed at the hotel but the wedding was at a different location. We had a brunch for 65 guests on Sunday Morning the 28th of August. Maria Alvarado and Angelica helped with the arrangements. The Brunch was amazing everything worked like clockwork the food was delicious. We were extremely pleased !! kudos to the team!!

My husband and I were treated with respect, patience and compassion. It was like they were planning their own wedding too. They understood if we changed our minds. They didn't make us feel bad. Specifically Maria, Anjelica and Amanda! Thank you ladies so much for everything you have done to help make our wedding day a huge success. Everyone is still talking about how beautiful everything was, they comment on how clean the venue was and THE FOOD!!!!! The food was a HIT!!! We could not have picked a better venue with better staff and better food! We truly appreciate everything, including the amazing staff who assisted the overnight guest in the Holiday Inn portion of the space, like Matt and even Mick for the reservations. Everyone became like family!!! Everyone contributed in some way to our day!!! Lastly, Maria and Anjelica were super amazing when it came to needed help that they did not have to provide as it was outside of their duties.. . They helped out when my "Wedding planner" dropped the ball numerous times, they were comforting when I informed them that I miscarried 3 months prior to our wedding. I was a bit nervous when I was told a whole new team would be taking over at the Windsor Ballroom after already establishing a rapport with the previous team. Anjelica and Maria did not miss a beat! They were so welcoming and accepting of all previous agreements made and were so easy to work with. They talked us through all the concerns we had and made us feel at ease every time. We cannot thank them and their team enough for putting together such a wonderful night. The ballroom was beautiful, food great, and service excellent! I don’t even know where to begin because this venue was absolutely by AMAZING!! Anjelica, Mollie, and Elizabeth made the whole planning process as stress-free as possible. They helped create our dream wedding and answered any questions we had super quickly. Our day of team was Stacey and Anjelica and they made our dreams truly come to life!!! They were right by my side anytime I needed anything and made sure my guests were having the best time! They were incredibly organized and were on top of everything….even setting up all of our little details and decorations! They both need a raise because they were truly phenomenal!!! The food was also incredible. We had the exclusive wedding package and it included all of the food we wanted and our guests are still talking about it! We cannot thank the Windsor Ballroom enough for making our dreams come true!!!

Our wedding was originally supposed to be in April of 2020, so through the multiple postponements, we couldn't help but be extra anxious finally going into the big day. Thanks to the helpfulness and professionalism of the entire staff of Windsor Ballroom and the Holiday Inn, the day went beautifully and smoothly. Our coordinator and servers were constantly checking in with us to keep things running seamlessly and to make sure we had everything we needed, including reminding us to eat! :) Those may seem like little details, but when you're running around all day trying to make sure you greet all your guests and that they're having a good time, knowing you can rely on and trust the staff to take care of event flow/food is SO valuable and a huge thing to not have to worry about when you're already stressed. The staff were all extremely courteous, sweet, and attentive, and our guests were all raving about how great the buffet stations were. We highly recommend the Windsor Ballroom for future events, and want to again extend our gratitude to the entire staff for helping make our special day so worth the wait!

My original wedding date was November 2020, due to Covid we had to postpone, they were great during this whole process! While getting closer to my wedding date.. Elizabeth went way beyond in making sure my day was perfect! No matter how many times I called or emailed her she was always there for me to make sure all was perfect! I can’t thank her enough! You are in great hands with her! Everything was beyond amazing for my wedding date.. everyone raved about EVERYTHING! The Windsor ballroom is beyond beautiful! My wedding was more perfect than I could imagine! The guest are still talking about it!

My nephew (singletary family) had his wedding at this hotel at it was to die for. The staff, food, atmosphere was delightful. We had appetizers before we sat down and ate, and i was full just off those. Hamburger , hotdogs, pasta alfredo, fresh fruit table, elegant cheese and crackers set up. For our dinner was filet mignon asparagus wrapped in a carrat blanket. Champaign on each table i can go on and on but im texting from my cell phone.. The young staff that waited on us made me feel so important..these kids nowadays be on there cell phones at work its a shame..NOT at Windsor Ballroom..They was spot on. From the very beginning the team at The Windsor Ballroom was a delight to work with! From our initial meeting to even after our wedding day every detail was thought of, every question was answered, and every need was met! We originally planned our wedding for April 2020, then (for obvious reasons) rescheduled to September 2020, and then again, and FINALLY, to March 2021. Through each step of the process the team at Windsor Ballroom was there and available to help any way they could. The day of everything went flawlessly! We had our ceremony, “cocktail hour”, and reception on site. Even with all of the changes and precautions in place, the quality did not suffer. They have found an efficient and effective way to continue hosting events. We have heard nothing but rave reviews about the food, and the whole night, from our guests!

I cant rave enough about Windsor Ballroom and their amazing staff! From Andrea their wedding consultant, to Nemo my maitre d, and Jordan at the front desk, my experience exceeded all my expectations! From the very first email to Windsor Ballroom, Andrea has been the greatest factor in making our decision, and an easy one it was! She was always very prompt and patient with answering all emails and questions making us feel as comfortable and confident in our decision-making as possible. The day of the tour, we walked into a beautiful venue that Andrea had all staged for us to see! It was easy to picture our special day taking place at the Windsor Ballroom! So excited for next year to come!

Andrea was absolutely amazing! She provided us with every single detail and had an answer for every question we had! She gave us lots of time and privacy to discuss it with my family and fiancé because we decided to book the venue the same day as our tour! The Windsor Ballroom was gorgeous and we fell in love at first sight! We are beyond excited to be getting married here!

We reached out to Windsor Ballroom back at the end of October and were able to schedule a viewing of the venue early November. We were emailing back and forth with Diana but the day of the tour, we met up with Andrea. I fell in love with the ballroom during the tour and all the extra benefits Andrea told us! She answered all of our questions that day and then all the other questions we had via email afterwards! We loved that we were able to have the viewing before the wedding that happened that night. It truly helped us envision what we would be able to do with our special night! We are so excited and love the space where the cocktail hour will be held, it’s separate but big enough for our guests to mingle. We can’t wait to start working with Andrea and the team for our night in 2021. We know we can trust them with their expertise!

The Windsor ballroom was our dream come true for our wedding! We had a 14 month commitment to paying off our wedding, we booked in August of 2018, and we got married October 5, 2019. From the beginning, Diana was incredible for all of our booking needs, always answering any random questions we had, offering her advice and keeping on top of the schedule. Ty was the most amazing blessing we could’ve asked for the day of the wedding! He made sure everything was decorated to our vision and he kept our day running smooth so there was no added stress. The food was incredible, we had everyone complimenting our wedding for weeks afterwards!

Amazing Venue amazing people and coordinators ...and did I mention amazing food!!!! We had a 2 year commitment to paying off our wedding we booked them back in 2017. They were on point with everything!!!! Diana and Kelly were so helpful and so was the booking room coordinator since we live in North Jersey a big amout of our guest had to get rooms. They were super helpful and when we hit our limit blocked they released some more rooms for us. Ty and Irma were great when it came to wedding day Irma always checked up on us and asking us if we needed anything. It was so weird to have people serve me and ask me what i needed. I couldnt get used to it. They were all so great and friendly!!! The food was amazing I was told by many of our guest and our cake was a awesome aswell! Overall great experience! And the workers there are on point with transitioning from cermony to cocktail hour to the reception! Thank you East Windsor Ballroom for making our day so memorable!!!!

From the moment we met Diana and toured the Windsor Ballroom, we knew it was where we wanted to get married.  From the second we met her, Diana made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Her genuine smile and bubbly personality matched so well with us as a couple. She listened to our needs and worked with us to create the best possible package.  The excitement we felt that day carried us through the year, as we continued the planning.  So many people told us the planning would be so stressful, but Diana took that away from us by being the best coordinator we could have possibly asked for.  I could go on and on about how amazing she is at what she does!  Yes, it is her job, but she excels at it!! Throughout the process, the entire team was there for us every time we had a question or concern.  Between Diana, Ty, Kelly and Andrea, they made wedding planning so easy.  Every time it was time for us to have an appointment, they were right on top of it. When they say no stress wedding, they mean it!  I was confident going into our big day that everything would be perfect.   The day came and they did a fantastic job making my vision come to life. I was blown away by how put together everything was for us.   Ty and his assistant Yazmin did an excellent job, and our head wait Florie was on top of us all night making sure we were well fed and had what we needed. At the end of the night, everything was packaged up for us to pick up in the morning. The ease of everything from start to finish made for a seamless weekend and a very happy bride and groom.   Our only complaint is the hotel; we hesitated to add this here because I don't want to take away from how amazing the ballroom is or how much we loved our wedding day.  That said, when you contract your wedding here, you get a hotel suite for bride and groom and a room block for your guests.  As amazing and organized as our ballroom team was, the same cannot be said for the hotel.  I went through four main contacts and had a lot of unnecessary back of forth to get things right.  On the day of, we had multiple issues with rooms- non-smoking rooms smelling like smoke and in two rooms, issues with mold.  Our friends didn't want to upset us so we didn't find out until the next morning when we found out that some of our guests left that night, instead of staying.  This just cannot be overlooked.   Ultimately, the pros of booking here far outweighed any negatives.  We had considered a few other places, but I am so happy we went with the Windsor Ballroom. The only change we would make is staying at a different hotel, even if it meant paying out of pocket for the suite.  It is shame that they are connected because the quality of the ballroom far outshines the hotel.   The Windsor Ballroom has a package for every budget and they really work hard to make sure you have the most perfect day.  Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything looked, the amazing selection of food and huge dance floor!  One last note: our cake was included from Chocolate Carousel and it was honestly the most amazing cake I have ever had!  It was unique to us and tasted amazing!   All in, we would not change having had our wedding there.  Our day was simply the best and I only wish I could do it ten more times!

The Windsor Ballroom was highly recommended through an email and I remembered attending there for a friends wedding in 2015 and I remember the food was amazing. When I got an email reply back of being interested in touring the place, my wife and I were so thrilled the venue was connected to the hotel making it very convenient for us by the end of the night. We also loved how close it was for our guests. The wedding packages were great and the food was still as amazing as I remembered it. Most importantly my wife loved the place. Honestly we spent maybe 3 weeks researching venues and The Windsor Ballroom was the only place we physically toured and we booked our wedding the same day. Ty, Diana, Kelly, Andrea and Sue (before she transferred) were amazing. They were on top of everything, very professional and fun to plan with. They really enjoy their jobs and I think it really makes a positive difference. The ceremony and reception both went well without any issues and would highly recommend The Windsor Ballroom to anyone.

We just celebrated our wedding this past Friday, August 9th 2019 and just wow. Diana an Ty were so caring and attentive. The decor was exactly how I envisioned it! I gave them the vision for our wedding and they did exactly that. Everyone was thrilled with the good and service. The artenders were great and servers were awesome. So happy with it all.

Kelly is a an awesome Catering Sales Administrator for the Holiday Inn! She is very caring and honest and wants to see the engagement/marriage succeed with much joy and happiness. She is very thoughtful to the needs of her customers. She exhibits great hospitality and she is a great asset to the Holiday Inn! The Windsor Ballroom of East Windsor is the PERFECT place for your PERFECT day! From the moment Kelly came out to meet me, she was FABULOUS! Her energy and excitement for MY day was AMAZING!! One of the biggest things for me was the fact that everyone that would be part of my wedding team took the time out to come introduce themselves to me!! THAT WAS HUGE!! We got married at Windsor Ballroom recently and I can not emphasize enough how great the staff, food, catering, venue- EVERYTHING was. Along with being one of the most affordable venues in the area, the quality of production, setup, timing, food/drink, and everything else exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Windsor Ballroom for anyone having a wedding/party in the Princeton area!

We toured the Windsor Ballroom this past weekend and had a great experience! Diana and her team were very communicative from the start, and we liked that they asked us a lot of questions ahead of time so that they could prepare for our visit. We were relieved that The Knot had listed them as LGBT friendly, and they certainly were! They had Mrs. and Mrs. glasses served with some cold cuts, which immediately put us at ease. Diana walked us through all the details and worked with our budget to make sure we could get everything we hoped for while still being affordable. Alisa then gave us a sneak peek of what the rooms in our wedding block would look like, which we were also very grateful for. So of course we booked with them and are really looking forward to rest of the planning, food tasting, and of course, the reception with the help of Diana and her team!

The Windsor Ballroom was beautiful, classy and elegant with a touch of modern ambiance. The food is excellent and there are a ton of fun stations to add to cocktail hour and dessert. Andrea, Diana and Ty were helpful and professional, from answering all of our questions to making sure every last detail was perfect. They took care of everything and were an integral part of our wedding day. The banquet Captain, Irma was also amazing. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we ate, drank and enjoyed ourselves! We cannot say enough great things about The Windsor Ballroom! I have to say that from start to finish, Andrea M. at the Windsor Ballroom was amazing! She had everything that myself and my future husband could ever want in a venue. And, she made us feel like family right from the start. We ultimately chose another reception spot purely because the time we would have wanted was already booked. Amazingggg customer service and an amazing venue! As one of the maid of honors for my cousins wedding, I was charged with finding a venue for her Bridal Shower. This process was a bit harder than I thought it would be. However, when I came to this venue with the second MOH to view the space and catering menu. After seeing everything they had to offer, we knew that this was the right place for us. Andrea, Sydney, Rachel, & Ariana were nothing short of wonderful. They worked with us and our budget to ensure we had everything that we needed. The day of the event (May, 2018), was hectic but it went so well. All of the guests raved about how beautiful it was and how yummy all of the food was too. They enjoyed the open bar (I did too) and many are still talking about it to this day. This is review is long over due, but thank you for helping us make our cousins dreams come true by having the most beautiful Bridal Shower I've ever seen. We HIGHLY recommend this venue!!

Ty and Irma we’re amazing . Both cut from the same cloth of excellence. Exceeded all expectations, could not have more of an magnificent wedding. The entire wedding event coordinating team was on point through the entire planning stage. Everyone was phenomenal from the bell hop to the front counter management team. Our guest felt special and taken care of the entire weekend. I plan on only getting married once and I can say with out a doubt we chose the best team!

When my husband and I initially booked the Windsor ballroom, we had a long 2 year engagement! Within those two years the staff answered all of my questions within hours of me sending them emails; welcomed us into their offices when we wanted to drop in for payments and other questions, and had FUN with us as if they knew us for ever! Andrea and Diana really invested in us and our wedding and ensured us that whatever we asked for was done. They were so incredibly flexible and understanding! The day of our wedding our girl Irma and Ty really took care of us and our guests! IRMA IRMA IRMA MVP!!! Our wedding was the best day of our lives because of these people and we recommend them to anyone looking to have an amazing wedding!
