My husband and I bought both of our wedding rings from Windsor and he also got my engagement right from them. We worked with Michelle all the way and she is what sold it for us! Great customer service and she made ring shopping fun (even for my husband I swear, she had him cracking up every time). They were great and I definitely recommend visiting them if you are looking for fine jewelry.
My husband chose my engagement ring online, the diamond sold by Ritani, and went to Windsor Jewelers in Winston-Salem, NC to have their help in comparison, buying, etc. The staff there is phenomenal. They are all about helping you buy your jewelry, and not pressuring you into something just for their own commission. I bought his wedding band there, they clean our rings for free, they helped him buy my wedding band as well... Honestly, I can't say enough great things about Windsor!
