My wife and I were very excited about catering services with Jillian after making multiple phone calls to customize our wedding menu and ensure there was allergen friendly food for someone in my family with a severe allergy (Jillian assured us there would be set aside portions for this family member). As requested by Jillian, we pushed back the start time of our reception by an hour despite us paying the venue for this time, so her team had ample time to set up. Her team arrived over an hour late and blamed it on the rain. They then spent quite a while preparing flowers to go on the tables instead of getting to the food. Our guests were served over an hour late. In the time they were being served, my wife and I were having wedding photography done. By the time we returned to the dining room, there was hardly any food left. Let me be clear- Jillian only supplied us with half the food that was agreed upon. Multiple entrees, sides, and desserts were not present despite us agreeing upon a menu months in advance. The family member with the food allergy could not eat anything because Jillian did not follow through on her word of making allergen friendly food, therefore we had to order from a restaurant to feed one of our guests while everyone else was included in the catering. Please also note that several guests informed us there was hair found in their food- I assume there was more, but they did not want to upset us as we had put so much into this reception and were most excited for our custom menu. We paid for 4 hours of buffet service, they showed up over an hour late, took about an hour to get ready, and left about an hour early. We recieved 1 hour of the 4 hours paid for and only a portion of the food. The remaining food was packed up and taken with them (not that I would have wanted it). Jillian will not respond to my wife who tried contacting her after the wedding to review these disappointing instances but refuses to contact us back. I strongly encourage anything thinking about getting her services to look elsewhere.

We hired Jillian for a 70th Birthday Dinner for 4 adults. She is very sweet and accommodating. Her personality is upbeat and pretty jazzy. She set the table beautifully. The food was exceptional as well as the presentation. We all ate too much. We highly recommend her.

I can't say enough good things about Jillian!! She was amazing!!! She was so flexible with the menu and the start times (which kept changing). This was a destination wedding that required a special dinner for those attendees who were traveling home right after the ceremony. Everyone has very different tastes and to be able please all 32 people without ever taste testing the food first was a feat in and of itself. It was honestly the best experience I have ever had with a caterer handling an event. THANK YOU Jillian for all of the extra special touches....the beautiful setup, the delicious food, and the flowers!!! It was PERFECT!!

We had a great experience with Jillian and the tasting was amazing. She was very sweet and accommodating and we were telling our guests the food was going to be absolutely amazing! We had really high hopes and were excited about hiring them. Day of the wedding the food was not up to standard and nothing like we had in the tasting. First the salmon with pineapple salsa had bones in the fish and the salsa was gross. It was like store bought salsa with huge chunks of pineapple added. The boneless chicken thighs had pieces of bone in it which I almost chipped a tooth. It was supposed to be key lime chicken but there were lemons in the chicken, not lime. And the vegetables that we ordered which should have been sautéed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. Only thing we got was only undercooked large pieces of broccoli. They never even contacted us following the wedding to get any type of feedback.
