was very responsive throughout the planning process. I love that she could walk me through everything with her expertise so I didn't have to worry about anything. She was easily able to accommodate my group's dietary restrictions, which was a huge plus. The food tasted amazing and so many of my guests went out of their way to say so during and after our event which made me feel so great on the decision to use Wine and Dine Us. We're already planning to use her again in the future and are so glad we found her!

e while we relaxed and watched a movie — it was such a fun and luxurious experience. Every course was perfectly timed and beautifully presented. Appetizers like bruschetta with three different toppings, ahi tuna (which she made spicy for us on the fly after learning we love spicy tuna at sushi restaurants), oysters Rockefeller and more. For the dinner courses we had duck with a blueberry glaze that was to die for, lollipop lamb, filet mignon and lobster tail. She even gave us each different sauces because my husband doesn’t like blue cheese but I love it. She catered to our individual tastes and also wrapped up anything we couldn’t finish. Jillian curated the menu thoughtfully and gave us a little bit of everything we love. My husband said he felt like a rockstar the entire evening. It truly felt like dining in a high-end restaurant, but in the comfort of our own home. If you’re looking for a unique and unforgettable experience, we can’t recommend Jillian enough. She made our anniversary one we’ll never forget!

someone in my family with a severe allergy (Jillian assured us there would be set aside portions for this family member). As requested by Jillian, we pushed back the start time of our reception by an hour despite us paying the venue for this time, so her team had ample time to set up. Her team arrived over an hour late and blamed it on the rain. They then spent quite a while preparing flowers to go on the tables instead of getting to the food. Our guests were served over an hour late. In the time they were being served, my wife and I were having wedding photography done. By the time we returned to the dining room, there was hardly any food left. Let me be clear- Jillian only supplied us with half the food that was agreed upon. Multiple entrees, sides, and desserts were not present despite us agreeing upon a menu months in advance. The family member with the food allergy could not eat anything because Jillian did not follow through on her word of making allergen friendly food, therefore we had to order from a restaurant to feed one of our guests while everyone else was included in the catering. Please also note that several guests informed us there was hair found in their food- I assume there was more, but they did not want to upset us as we had put so much into this reception and were most excited for our custom menu. We paid for 4 hours of buffet service, they showed up over an hour late, took about an hour to get ready, and left about an hour early. We recieved 1 hour of the 4 hours paid for and only a portion of the food. The remaining food was packed up and taken with them (not that I would have wanted it). Jillian will not respond to my wife who tried contacting her after the wedding to review these disappointing instances but refuses to contact us back. I strongly encourage anything thinking about getting her services to look elsewhere.
