When choosing my wedding dress, Winnie Couture exceeded all of my expectations! I was anxious and overwhelmed when it to start shopping because I never was one of those girls who daydreamed about wearing a wedding gown. Winnie Couture is the most elegant bridal shop I've ever seen, with top-notch customer support! When we got there, we were given a fantastic day and entertained like kings and queens. I had a beautiful wedding dress and I cannot thank enough Winnie for being such an angel to me. A must visit bridal salon!

I could not say enough to Winnie Couture. Their service is absolutely wonderful and a they have a reasonable pricing. I bought my dress in one visit and feel like I got a great deal! I was assigned to a very fantastic and highly professional bridal stylist. She is really knowledgeable and was extremely patient and helpful to us. She is well skilled about the production of all Winnie Couture wedding dresses, including their lace types and what alterations are possible if ever. I am quite tall and she immediately recognized which outfits would look well on me. She also asked all the correct style questions and was able to choose dresses that suited my personality. My friends and I were there for an hour, and she was wonderful the entire time. I highly recommend Winnie Couture if you want a great wedding dress on your day!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Winnie Couture!!! I was tense about wedding dress shopping because I've never felt comfortable in front of mirrors. And honestly, I had spent all day in the city going from shop to shop at that time, and I was struggling and worried I wouldn't be able to find my dream dress. I was thinking that I was totally lost and hopeless. But then my friend mentioned that she spotted a store named Winnie Couture on Instagram, so we visited to their website and fell in love with the designs! They have ballgowns, A-line dresses, mermaid style and many more! So, I scheduled an appointment within a week, and the entire experience was terrific! When I have questions about the progress of my custom dress, they respond quickly to my messages and are very humble and understanding. Even though I'm posting this review late, I already told two other brides how much I enjoyed my bridal experience here at Winnie Couture. Everything you expected from them have come true. I swear to God! You feel as though your wedding is the most significant wedding they have, because of the stylist’s attentiveness and patience. I only got positive feedback about my appearance and I so LOOOVVEED my dress because it was literally my ideal! I didn't even get to pick my wedding dress. 😊 When I tried it on, I started crying with happiness because my stylist had chosen it for me. I have nothing but praise for this bridal store. I highly recommend Winnie Couture Forevverrrr!

My Winnie Couture wedding gown was the most exquisite gown I'd seeeeen so far. I had seen it in somewhere online, but it hadn't really caught my eye since I had imagined me wearing a more fitted style of dresses to really get the features that I loved the most. I actually like KEZIAH dress as it’s so perfect for me but in the end, the TWYLA gown was the very last dress I tried on and I immediately fell in love with it…I mean… it was so comfortable for me and it was like… it’s design for me and I’m the chosen one. The white color was so beautiful, the plunging beaded deep V-neck with a layered tulle skirt finished with a horsehair hem were also pretty all together. 😊 I know that they offer alterations and so we needed to do some to achieve a great fit, but I kinda actually loved it so much just the way it was, but yeah...we need to have some. 😊 I was concerned about the timeline because my wedding was four months away, but gladly I received my gown within 2 months, during which time she sent me updates and photos of the gown in production. She has kept me updated every step of the process. Loved her so much! I was overjoyed that my dress was from Winnie Couture and not from a much larger store where anybody might have your similar outfit. If you're getting married soon or in the near future, this is the PERFECT place to purchase your dress. You won't be disappointed! They were truly able to help me find the dress of my dreams!! Walking to Winnie Couture is an overwhelming experience... 😊😊😊I went to this store to have the wedding experience that every bride wants and I honestly did not expect to find my dress here [I purchased the dress CAIRO]. I felt bad for a long day of dress shopping when I arrived at 1:40 for my 2:00 appointment and was not catered until after 2:45pm. When I met my bridal stylist, however, I knew this was going to be a fun experience. And it really was!!! She was absolutely incredible I must say. She then pulled out a few dresses after I told her my budget but I turned down some of them before even trying them on as I can see that it’s not really for me. However, the first dress she chose was so amazing that it had already surpassed the dress to beat in my ideals. She let me into the room full of gowns and as I looked around, I noticed a dress that really caught my attention. At first, I wasn't going to take it out because it had floral prints, which I didn't think I liked, so I took it but eventually had to really buy the CAIRO one as I liked very much. All I can say, is that I felt very lucky to have been partnered with her. I'm a difficult shopper actually, but her kindness and patience make me feel so at ease and so then I kinda had fun with the shopping thing! Yay! 😊 Anyway, I strongly advise you to schedule a morning appointment rather than an afternoon, which a thing I did not do. Lmao! Also, when she tries to sell you something you don't agree with, just be open-minded and be prepared to say no... So, I would absolutely recommend Winnie Couture to any bride coz they are a 5 star!! Worst possible experience buying a wedding dress. I ordered my dress with the recommendation that I go up a size and pay extra for the hem to hollow fitting. Having never purchased a wedding dress before, I assumed a place that sells $4,000 couture dresses would know what they were talking about but that wasn’t the case at all. The dress came back a total train wreck and a completely different neckline. It was so heinous, they offered to make corrections to the dress at their third party tailor who somehow made things WORSE. However, corporate flat out refused to talk to us so it was just a back and forth with the poor girl who wasn’t even the one who sold me the dress. Even after weeks of our professional seamstress working on the dress, I look at the pictures of my wedding and am so disappointed that this was the dress I said yes to. Don’t fall for their price tags! They certainly won’t make you feel like a blushing bride when things go wrong.

This was our second stop and Jacqulin was amazing! She picked out dresses for me that she thought I would like prior to my appointment and that was in my budget. My party had a wonderful experience here and I highly recommend!

The professionalism and knowledge of Michelle was incredible, Then it gets even better , They treat you as family . the store is upscale chic with a wonderful selection of dresses to choose from . They made my daughter choosing and selecting her dress a absolute dream ..

Our experience at Winnie's was amazing! Both visits Michelle Morales was great and fun! I first visited a few months ago with my friends and fell in love with a few dresses. I visited another store just to try other styles on but came back to Winnie's with my mom, my aunts, and my cousins to say "yes"! The aesthetics of the shop was very modern and bridal. Big mirrors and great lighting! Also champagne! Winnie advertises that they have "classic, modern, & vintage style" which I felt to be 100% accurate. I would consider my personal style to be chic minimalists and I found the perfect dress that was simple with a touch of lace and bling. I tried on dresses that were more dramatic that I did not favor but they were still beautiful... basically they have various styles that fall within "classic, modern, & vintage!" I liked that during my first visit Michelle put me in dresses that I said I would not like but ended up liking... I highly suggest trying on multiple styles your first visit because you never know! I always thought I would go with a basic dress (no lace, no bling, just satin material) but once I tried on dresses that had a little touch of bling and lace I fell in love. Once Michelle knew what I liked/disliked, she was able to bring out styles I loved. Michelle was great and never pushed me to say yes to a dress. She provided useful input and helped me decide on the one but was never pushy. She did send me follow-up texts asking if I wanted to make another appointment after my first one which was very helpful. I was finishing up a summer class and working full time so it was nice to have texting as a form of communication... Michelle was able to text me videos of dresses as well! Also, my dress has a cape which I fell in LOVE with.... the other bridal store I went to did not have capes... so if you really want a cape I would check out Winnie Couture!

while I ended up getting my dress elsewhere, I just wanted to say how amazing the experience was. staff and stylist were super nice and knowledgeable about what was in store. We told the stylist out budget and she stuck to it. The one time there was a dress out of our limit, she asked if it was okay to show me the dress.

I bought my dress on a second visit back to Winnie couture. I had gone to more bridal boutiques and did not see anything close to the beauty and design of the gowns I saw at Winnie. On both my visits I never felt pressured or rushed. I never thought I wanted a lace gown, till I found my dress at Winnie!

After visiting 5 bridal salons around town, Winnie Couture was the next one on my list. The shop itself is very cute! I loved their décor and the ambiance in the store. Everyone was super friendly. I had worked with Lindsey, and she was awesome!! She was extremely attentive and inquired questions to help me narrow down my style. The store's selection was quite large. She was very knowledgeable of the store's inventory and recommended me dresses that were my style. I ended making 2 trips to this store before I found "the dress." During my first visit back in Nov-17, Lindsey had informed me their newest 2018 collection will be released soon. While I saw there was a dress that I could have said yes, I was very intrigued with their new collection. Lindsey was awesome, and she did follow up with me at the end of Jan-18, informing me the 2018 collection was now available. I excitedly set my second appointment during Feb-18, which I had a feeling I would find my dress. Woohoooooo and I said YES to my dress!!! What differentiates Winnie Couture from other bridal salons is that Winnie Couture offers their customers customization of the dress and custom sizing for an additional fee if interested. I ended up updating my dress from a strapped dress to a strapless dress. In addition, because I am only 5'4" and was not planning on wearing crazy 4 inch heels, I requested the dress to be made at custom length. I love the customization flexibility. Once again, thank you to Lindsey and the rest of the Winnie Couture team for making my bridal dress shopping memorable and amazing!! I would highly recommend this bridal salon!

I had such a great experience at here. Lindsey was super helpful and so sweet. I really felt like she had my best interest in mind and wasn't trying to pressure me to buy anything. The dresses are gorgeous, and they have so many different styles. The store itself is so cute and felt quite relaxing, which is important because dress shopping can be stressful. This was probably the 10th store I went to (embarrassing, I know) and I finally found my dress here. I would definitely recommend this store to any bride-to-be.

My Mom and I had a great experience at Winnie Couture! Samantha was so wonderful. Everything was so beautiful and she helped me make the best choice for my wedding and for my vision as a bride. They even had a Black Friday Sale! I’d recommend this shop to everyone!

I can't say enough good things about Winnie Couture and specifically, Amanda who works there. From the moment I walked in the door, I had a feeling that I would find my dress there. The store is pristine, filled with beautiful dresses, and smells amazing. The staff is so sweet and helpful and will accommodate any want or need. With help from Amanda, I found the most gorgeous dress that she custom fit to my body and I even got a discount because it was over a holiday weekend. I have been back multiple times for various things and the staff was always welcoming and helpful (side note: they have great hours!). Closer to my wedding date, I wanted to get the dress altered at John's next door and Winnie Couture even assisted in that too! Out of all of my wedding vendors, Winnie Couture was one of my absolute favorites. I highly recommend it and guarantee they have the perfect dress for every shape, style, and size imaginable!

My sister had bought her dress here almost 8 years ago and since then I knew I would go back for mine one day! Sure enough their way of treating all bridal parties is to truly great! I am in the servicing business myself and aside from GREAT quality in dresses their wonderful customer service is really why I’m writing this. The girls are so patient kind and really interested in what you have to say. I felt I was listened to and even when it came to the smallest details!Samantha and her her co workers ( I can’t remember the name of the other girl: blonde, spoke Spanish) they did a great job with helping me choose my dress! I purchased my dress with Winnie Couture this weekend and I can't brag enough about how perfect my experience was. My stylist was Samantha and she exceeded my expectations! While this was my first store visiting, Samantha made me very comfortable and helped me figure out what style and silhouette I liked. Once I put on my dress I immediately knew that it was the one. My family had some favorites and of course they were a little opinionated but Samantha helped and chimed in when I found "The one"! I did not purchase the dress immediately as I had another appointment later that afternoon. The girls weren't pushy and didn't pressure me into purchasing the dress immediately. They understood that I was going to look elsewhere and respected my wishes. Needless to say, the second store I visited was totally opposite. I felt very pressured and the dresses didn't compare at all to those of Winnie Couture. After my visit I immediately called Samantha to let her know that I was coming back to purchase the dress. Upon my arrival she had my dress hung up with a "I said Yes to the Dress" sign. The icing on top of the cake! I had the best experience with Winnie and would recommend this beautiful boutique to anyone. Thank you sooooo much Samantha. You are a wonderful stylist and such a sweetheart. I can't wait for my final fitting!

I purchased my wedding dress from Winnie Couture and was very pleased with how everything turned out. I didn’t know exactly what style or design I wanted and had a hard time making a decision. I was a very indecisive bride and needed a lot of help. Lindsey at Winnie made me feel very comfortable and helped me throughout my shopping journey. She helped me figure out a way to create the best of both worlds with a dress and skirt combo. My dress for the ceremony had a skirt that clipped on and was able to be removed for the reception for a more casual/fun look. Guests thought I had two different dresses. I spent more money than I would have liked on my wedding dress but it was very pretty. I would encourage brides to shop early and not feel like you can’t shop around. I was ultimately happy with what I purchased but did have some guilt for the price tag being higher than what I would have wanted. I received tons of comments about how beautiful the dress was. Winnie Couture Houston is a very clean, nice shop so it creates that special atmosphere. I can’t thank Lindsey and her team enough for being so patient and accommodating!

Winnie Couture was my second dress shop appointment after a disappointing first appointment with another dress shop that was very underwhelming so I was feeling a little discouraged but as soon as I walked into Winnie, everything did a complete 180 turnaround and it was like the red carpet was rolled out for my girls and I! Not only is the shop beautiful and sparkly but we were greeted with champagne, big smiles and hugs, AND we were the only appointment so we had the entire shop to ourselves! Lindsey was my consultant and she made sure my experience was the Cinderella moment every bride dreams of having when shopping for their wedding dress. She is extremely customer service focused but she is also the sweetest and most sincere person ever! She told me to grab any dress in the shop that I wanted to try on so I was like a kid in a satin, lace, and crystal candy store. "The dress" ended up being the first dress I tried on that one of my bridesmaid's actually picked out for me after she saw it in the window and I was reluctant to even try on, I had THE moment when I walked out in the dress (totally shocked how in love with the dress I was) and everyone cried, then Lindsey helped me try on all the other dresses without rushing me or any pressure what so ever. I put back on the first dress and she helped me get "jacked up" with a veil and shoes, I looked at Lindsey and asked her what she thought and she said very sweetly "The smile you have on your face in this dress says everything". So of course, I said yes to the dress and we all toasted with a glass of champagne. Every dress at Winnie is customizable so Lindsey helped me customize my dress by adding cap sleeves and extra length so I had a one of a kind dress. You can also order your dress to your exact measurements so that takes out any alterations if you go this route. I bought my dress end of May and my wedding was in November so had to rush my order but my dress ended up arriving a month early and it was even more STUNNING then when I first tried it on. Lindsey answered any questions I had even after I purchased my dress, text me updates throughout the entire process and she even text me a heartfelt message on my wedding day! She truly went above and beyond to make me feel super special, I'm grateful for all her assistance and kindness which helped make my wedding day absolute perfection. Oh and someone I met after I purchased my dress had just gotten engaged so I told her to go to Winnie/Lindsey and she ended up buying her dress there too and guess what, I received a surprise $100 check in the mail from Winnie Couture for the referral I sent them! Not gonna lie, after the wedding my new husband may have come home from work and caught me sitting on the couch in my Winnie wedding dress a few times. ;-)

This was the one and only place I looked and fell in love with my dress! It was such a comfortable environment. They were so sweet and helpful! So happy with my choice. When I found "the dress" we had champagne and celebrated!

I bought my gown here at there sample sale. I first tried on the gown on Friday, spoke with the manager about the price, but didn't want to buy it right away. So I came back the next day, still liked the dress, and decided to buy it. I purchased the dress and signed their form saying all sales are final, no returns or exchanges. When I reviewed the form later that day I noticed they had charged me $40 more for the dress than we had discussed the day before, which is not that much money given the total price of the dress was $2500, but it should have been a clue as to what lay ahead. The next day the salon began calling and harassing me 3 or 4 times a day, telling me I owed them even MORE MONEY! Apparently they made the mistake of not charging me sales tax. I spoke with the store manager Samantha who did not apologize for the mistake, but instead accused me of stealing from the company and threatening to send me to collections for not paying the sales tax. She then told me she was just going to charge my card, and I told her she was not authorized to do that, and she threatened to charge it anyway! This is completely illegal! There was no apology for the mistake they had made in regard to charging more for the dress than we agreed upon, OR for their mistake in forgetting to add the sales tax and creating this situation in the first place. There were nothing but accusations and threats to me over a measly $200, from a nationwide company who sells dresses well over $10,000, and after I had already paid them more than $2500! At the end of the horrible conversation with Samantha I asked if I could return the dress and be done with this horrible company, and she said "NO! ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES". If all sales are final, why in the world are you calling me, harassing me, and telling me I owe you more money?? Bottom line is these people are awful and are going to squeeze every penny out of you they can with their threatening tactics. If they had been the least bit apologetic about their multiple mistakes, and willing to hear my side of the story I probably would have just paid them for the mistake THEY made, but Samantha was nothing but rude and accusatory. Don't waste your time or money here the customer service is beyond awful.

Lindsey was super nice! I got my dream dress..the quality is amazing, the fit is perfect! they made my dress for me...not even a mannequin wore my dress. everything was made proportion to me and being short person that was important. because how the dress looks like on the model it looked like that on me. When I booked my appointment and had my try-on it was ONLY me. no one else. it made the moment special. and I had Lindsey's help 100%...also i went to other bridal shops. and everything was uncomfortable and itchy. my dress is so lightweight and the bra and everything is built into the dress so i don't have to worry about anything shifting and moving. GO HERE! you get 15% off for buying the dress that day. I recommend just taking your mom and sister or best friend. keep the group small. so that you pick what YOU want.

This store was wonderful to me. I tried on so many dresses and they kept patient. I was so impressed with the quality of the design and wouldn't have gone anywhere else. If you're a bride, I would highly recommend getting alterations at their recommended place; this is imperative because their alteration store knows THEIR dresses unlike any other shop. These girl really know their stuff.

I went bridal dress shopping with my mom, sister and dad here a couple of weeks ago. I had just started and this was the first place I looked. The experience started out really wonderful, but the end kind of took the joy out of it. The Good: -The boutique is beautiful -Connie, my stylist, was warm and helpful and very knowledgeable The Bad: -the first isn't so much a "bad", but I was trying to stay under $2K, and they don't have much in that budget range. I went during a sample sale, so they steered me towards the samples, which I understand. -The samples available for sale, though they were up to 60% off, were in awful condition. There were stains on the bottom of the dresses, make up and yellowing on the inside top of the dresses, rips in the lace, etc -HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS TO CLOSE THE DEAL I found a dress I really liked. They offer a 20% discount if you buy on the first visit. Since the sample was not in great condition, we talked about ordering a new one. The dress came in silk or satin. The silk was what I liked, but satin was closer to what I could afford (even with the discount, the satin would come in over $1K over what I wanted to spend). I explained that it was a big purchase and I wasn't comfortable buying right then not having shopped anywhere else. Connie was sympathetic, but another woman came over--I am not sure if she was the manager or what, but she started out helpful--what is stopping you? Do you want to keep looking to see if there is anything else? I explained I hadn't looked anywhere else and I wasn't comfortable making such an important decision at that point. Out came the high pressure sales techniques--What do you think you will find anywhere else? I don't know what you are waiting for. The 20% discount is only good today, etc. It got very very uncomfortable, and I just wanted to leave. Completely ruined the experience. At the end of the day, I am SO happy I didn't buy here. I ended up shopping another weekend with just my mom, going to about 6 other shops. All were beautiful, kind and not one other place gave me the high pressure sales deal. AND I found 2 other dresses in 2 shops I decided between that were similar in style, but 1. within my budget 2. better made (both were real silk, and one was hand crafted) 3. i liked the details better on both of them I recommend visiting them last so you can take advantage of the incentive 20% off, without feeling you haven't been anywhere else and have shopped enough other dresses to know what is out there and what you want. If you find your dress here, congratulations and that is awesome! I think that is great! If you have a bigger budget, they have really pretty dresses. But if you go and have the experience I did, don't cave in to the pressure. It is too big a purchase and decision to feel bullied into it. I promise there are other shops that make you feel as special and beautiful. best of luck to you all!

I've tried on over 100 dresses and visited 15 bridal salons and Winnie Couture Flagship Houston was for sure the best! I absolutely LOVE my dress!!!! Everytime I look at it,I fall in love with it again and again! The service was exceptional! I love the entire team!

I found my dream dress at Winnie Couture and I couldn't be happier! I was able to customize a dress by combining the top of one gown with the bottom of another gown which made it truly unique. I came in with a vision and Winnie Couture made it a reality. The service was top notch and the dress came in ahead of schedule. It fit perfectly and didn't require any alterations! I was amazed! I would recommend this salon to anyone as it was truly a princess experience!!

Winnie Couture was such a fun and easy experience! Amber Williams made me feel so comfortable is was great to have part of the experience. The gowns are gorgeous and are worth every penny! They are not looking to just make a sale, they create a relationship throughout the entire process! I could not imagine getting my gown from anywhere else!

I had a first-class experience with Winnie Couture. I worked with Angel and she was so attentive, informative, and such a pleasure to work with. My dress was so unique and beyond stunning. I actually liked the front of one dress and the back of another - they were able to combine the two! If you're looking for a gorgeous dress that isn't cookie-cutter, make sure to put Winnie Couture on your list!

I purchased my wedding dress at my first bridal salon appointment at Winnie Couture. I went during a sample sale and got my dress 60% off! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I ended up picking the second dress I tried on! You can use their website before your appointment and add styles you like to your "my closet" so your stylist can see your preferences. My stylist Danielle was the best! For quality dresses go to Winnie!

After having thought I found my dress at another store, I went to Winnie just as a fun trip. I originally was just going to try on silly dresses that I had no intention of picking. However, the selection was so amazing I quickly found myself picking out dresses I actually wanted. Without even realizing it, I had picked out the gown I would wear. The gown was amazing, as was the staff. The other vendor had been a little rude, and so we were willing to pay the extra money for not only an amazing dress, but for the wonderful treatment we received while shopping!

Every person that has commented on the service of this store - here and on other sites - is 110% correct. The dresses are beautiful, but the way they handle their customers is going to come back to bite them big time one day. I, like most people, found a beautiful dress at Winnie. But I also felt very pressured to buy. This was only the second salon I visited. My consultant, Gina, was pushy. Long story short, I ended up buying. I had a freakout moment after because I just felt maybe I should have taken more time. I finally got past that, which didn't help anyway consider what's happened since. When my dress came there were many problems. First, it was way too tight. Gina measured me and mentioned I was almost exactly a standard size. Little did I know how exact that was. I couldn't sit AT ALL in my dress. Other workers in the salon tried to give me advice to shimmy the dress up - not getting the fact that it was literally about to burst at the seams, thank you very much. Luckily, the dress does have some "give" built in and that's something the tailor (the one they recommend to everyone) is helping fix. What CANNOT be fixed is that Gina recommended I get the hollow-to-hem alteration since I am short, which I agreed would be good. She DID NOT explain that this would have various effects to the torso area, which has beaded detailing at the neckline and then at the waist (with space in between the two areas of detail). Forgive me for not buying a wedding dress every day, but all she said is it would help make the dress the right length so that I wouldn't need to hem it when it came. Well, the result was that the beading on the neckline now touches the beading at the waist, and the fit on my upper body is much different. The tailor (that they recommended) told me he can't change these things. When I complained to the manager of the Winnie store, I get the standard response that nothing was done "incorrectly" per the contract and that any of these issues are just "personal preference". And, I was told that these things changed because the size I tried on was too large and of course it will be different in my actual size. First, yes, I would prefer my dress to fit and look like it did when I tried the sample, isn't that what they're for? Second, I would imagine that the MODEL online with the same dress is wearing the correct size, and hers also looks like the original I tried on in-store, so something clearly is unintentionally different about the one I received. I have not seen Gina since I got my dress, and the manager that I have been working with since is sweet, but not helpful at all. She offered to go to the tailor to talk to him about changing the beading issue by removing some beading at the top, but that's not a solution to get to the original style - it's a compromise to mimic it. I've learned the "personal preference" bit is common throughout all Winnie stores. I am starting to wonder if my hollow to hem may just not have been measured correctly and truly is a mistake. Either way, I have tried emailing corporate and posting to FB and Twitter with no response anywhere (but they sure do keep up with their advertising on the same sites). So now I am posting reviews everywhere I can in order to make a point that when something comes in different than what is presented to the customer, it is NOT acceptable practice. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I absolutely love my dress I got at Winnie Couture. Was it worth $3000? It was hard to spend that but it is a very well made dress and something very unique. The service was not the best compared to other salons we went to but I fell in love with the dress.

I purchased my wedding dress from Winnie Couture in Houston and I am so happy with it! They had such an amazing selection and I found the perfect dress for me. I also found my jewelry and veil there as well which was so nice. I worked with Lauren and she was so sweet and helpful. I recommend looking for dresses here!

I loved my wedding dress and got many compliments, only through my alterations though. After dress shopping one weekend, I knew exactly what I was looking for. Winnie Couture happen to have the dress I was looking for. We enjoyed the experience there but I was hesitant about it taking 6 months to come in. Luckily, it came in early, about 5 months. When I tried it on, it was the dress I had ordered, but didn't fit as properly as it should. I ordered it custom fit and I wish I hadn't paid the extra money knowing I'd still have to do as many alterations as I did to it. I wish the shop would have been more honest about what was really needed. I don't change sizes, I'm the same size today as I was when I ordered the dress, it's just they wanted to get more money that way. Once the dress was altered, it was perfect...it should have been nearly perfect though when I received it.

I can't even begin to explain how much I love my wedding dress. Truth is I wish I can wear it again!! My dress was a sweetheart lace mermaid/fit and flare style with a Swarovski crystal belt. I had a specific idea of what I wanted my dress to look like and Lauren at Winnie Couture took me under her wing. I picked out several dresses that I thought looked great and would be fun to try on. The very first dress I tried on I absolutely loved then I asked for the price which was out of my budget. Heartbroken as you can imagine, Lauren quickly jumped to the rescue and said she had a very similar dress for a substantial less price. We pulled it tried it on with the same exact belt and BINGO it looked even better than the first dress I thought I loved. I was speechless and began to cry. Not only was it the dress I always envisioned, but it was within my budget of 1,200. I didn't want to spend over 1,000, but that extra 200 was well worth it. The dress took about 6 months to come in and looked amazing. I didn't have any problems whatsoever. My dress was stunning and a huge hit at the wedding. It definitely fit the modern vintage feel we were going for. The best part was my husband said that was the perfect dress. When he would think of me walking down the aisle to him that was the dress he envisioned. Winnie Couture will not disappoint.

My experience at Winnie Couture was nothing short of amazing... The service provided by Nicole was unmatched. She was attentive, helpful, professional... went above and beyond. Although the dresses are a bit more expensive than some, their quality and style is unmatched. A gorgeous dress... Was perfect for our destination wedding!!

My wife’s dress was custom made by this salon, to meet her sizing needs. She said they charge extra for this… but it helped her to avoid the hassle and extra expense of alterations. Also, when she went to pick it up, the clip at the top of the zipper was broken. But, WC paid for this to be fixed by their alterations guy (in the same shopping center). Also, even with a custom fit dress and having lost a little weight for the wedding, she complained towards the end of the night that she could hardly breathe… (Although you couldn’t tell by looking at her that she was uncomfortable). So, when they measure you for the custom sizing—be sure to inhale (to get a tiny bit of extra room to allow you to dance). All in all, she looked radiant. Amazing dress, superb quality, and the dress fit like a glove. Really looked like that dress was MADE for her body. I recommend.

Winnie Couture was the first place I went to look for a wedding dress, and where I fell in love with what ended up being my wedding dress. I tried over 70 dresses in the entire process, but I kept on comparing all of mine to one of the first ones I had tried on at Winnie and knew I had to go back. Winnie Couture is very expensive, and that wasn't exactly what was in the budget, but when you try on your dress, you know. One of the nicest things about Winnie Couture is that the ladies at the shop are never pushy, and very friendly. The atmosphere is chic, quiet, and a great place to try on dresses without feeling constantly pushed to purchase anything. I strongly recommend trying on dresses here, as the quality of the dresses are excellent, and you do get what you pay for. It gave me a dress I absolutely love!

The consultants need to listen and be aware of what optioins are available to the bride. They were able to customize the dress to my liking, or so I thought. However, one of the consultants calls me 2 months later to tell me that based on my measurements, the dress would have to be ordered one size large unless I paid $450 for customizing. Well, I paid for the bust and the length to be customized, why did they not tell me I needed to customize the entire thing?? Budget was at it's limit and ordered the dress the one size up. When the dress came in, it was 2 sizes larger! Not good. The dress had to be altered so much in the back that the ruffles lost their appeal. then sleeves were not done correctly and the lenght was never customized.

I got my dress here because it was the best quality dress for I could find for the price and it was an amazing experience. The shop only has a couple dressing rooms making it a more personal experience. They have a great variety and selection in the type and prices of dresses available. I absolutely loved my dress. I chose one dress I liked and was able to add a detail from another dress. The staff made it easy to do and everyone was great. The only thing I would say is that think twice about getting the bustle through Winnie. I had to get mine redone by alterations because the spots where the bustle go did change after it was altered. Then, my alterations ended up putting colorcoded bustle marks that Winnie didn't do. Don't pay twice for something you don't need to!

they only want to make a sell and most certainly do not care about you. my wedding dress moment was ruined and I can never get that back.

LOVE this store! Yes it is pricier than David's or some of your other stores, but you truely get what you pay for! Also, try their once a year "sample sale" you still get a brand new dress but can get it up 50% off original cost! If you are going to splurge anywhere as a bride it should be on the way you look and this place will make you look FABULOUS!!!!
