They brought our vision to life and it was more beautiful than we could have imagined. From our initial consultation to the big day, every single base was covered. Cynthia + Evelyn spent A LOT of time with us – they were always available for advice, provided quick, responsive, and thoughtful answers to all our questions, worked within our budget, helped us find amazing vendors, coordinated the contracts, design, logistics, and everything in between. And on the day-of, the coordination was FLAWLESS. They are SO incredibly detailed and organized, every little thing was handled by them with professionalism, grace, and ease. It was truly a stress-free process, and that is not something most brides can say. We didn’t worry about a thing – we were able to just enjoy and be in the moment on our wedding day. There really aren't enough wonderful things to say about this dynamic duo and their planning abilities. When it came time for my husband and I to postpone/cancel our first wedding, we actually reached out for some advice on how to reschedule and go figure, they helped us right there on something that's the very opposite of what they do on a daily basis. It goes to show how much they truly care about helping brides and couples during such a crucial time, and they weren't even our planners at this point. Fast forward and they help us with what was wedding plan #3. We knew we needed help to keep our sanity, but more importantly, essentially plan everything out in 3 weeks. Cynthia and Evelyn were the most professional, organized, personable, and approachable planners. From the start they made us feel taken care of, and made sure everything was done in a timely way to minimize any unpleasant surprises and make sure this wedding happened the way we wanted. Anytime I was stuck between two decisions, they had an answer. When it came to coordinating vendors, paperwork, etc, they handled it all from A to Z which was fantastic since my career isn't the most conducive to wedding planning. On the day of, I could breathe and truly enjoy the day without worrying about details, things getting done, or everyone finding their place, etc, because they were so on top of everything. This was so important, since it meant our families and wedding party could relax and enjoy the day with us. I could go on about how wonderful Cynthia and Evelyn are. Even my husband who was a wedding planner skeptic initially is truly their biggest fan. We couldn't have had the perfect day if it wasn't for these two, and we are forever grateful. From our very first consultation through one-week post wedding, these gals were with us through thick and thin! Cynthia & Evelyn helped us successfully re-plan our entire wedding because of the current pandemic; that in and of itself was super helpful. They went above and beyond, made me and my husband feel *completely* taken care of from A to Z. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped us with decision-making, which I appreciated, as someone with no experience in event-planning, much less wedding planning, and they coordinated amongst the vendors, which was a complete relief for me, as my day job left little time to handle the minute yet time-consuming tasks of daily coordination and bringing the whole event together. Ohhh my goodness, where do I start? Well, let’s just say I didn’t lift a finger!! Once I saw their portfolio, I allowed them to work their magic, take full control and boy I’m so glad I trusted my gut! They handled everything with such perfection from beginning to end. Of course, right in the middle of our planning, Covid happens, but that was no problem for this SUPER team when we decided to move forward. Being the bride who had a million things on her plate, who still wanted to be super hands on in the planning process, I didn’t realize from the get-go, how much better my planning was going to go with Cynthia and Evelyn on our side. They put so much effort into getting to know us and what our expectations are, and how we work, that they knew what we were thinking before we needed to say anything! Before I even met Cynthia, she actually referred me to a wedding dress Boutique I had never even heard about after she found out how much trouble I was having finding ‘the dress’ and I walked into the store and my jaw dropped because the entire store was exactly my style. They just get it! Even the most stressful parts of planning felt completely manageable with their guidance, industry tools and referrals. Although I was nothing near being a bridezilla (my bridal party was shocked by how calm I was about everything), I was extremely picky which meant I wanted different rentals from different vendors, an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and all the works, which also meant there was so much to be coordinated. Cynthia and Evelyn took over all meetings with vendors, including the Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills which has very strict rules I didn’t have the time to learn all about, and they just handled it all. Like every bride will share, the most important thing about your wedding day is being really present to take it all in and enjoy every moment, and we honestly wouldn’t have been able to take in all the love and beauty of our wedding if it wasn’t for the girls managing everything behind the scenes. Honestly, I will never be able to thank Cynthia and Evelyn for everything they did to help our wedding day the wedding of my dreams, even with all the unexpected things that occurred. From our earlier planning stages, nerve wrecking days leading to the big day and final the big day, they made every moment feel special and completely in control. Most people prep you for the typical things that could go wrong on your wedding day, like forgetting your veil at home, but no one really ever tells you that your family members dress zipper might rip, a family member might be locked out of the house and your bridesmaid might get drinks spilled on her by three different people. Cynthia and Evelyn are more than just wedding coordinators, they’re literally magicians who can make problems disappear even before you realize they existed! From sewing dresses to arranging random requests from family members, they handled it all with a huge smile on their face. My entire family was amazed by them, and wanted to become best friends with them! It’s no wonder they are so loved in the industry and so well connected. My husband and I are eternally grateful for them and recommend them without any hesitation!

Wedding, engagement, shower...you name it With a Flair Events can make it happen to a perfection! Early last year when my husband proposed to me I started thinking about our wedding and how I wanted it to be. He is Armenian and I am Indian. We both have very beautiful cultures and wanted our wedding to respect both cultures authenticity. After meeting with Cynthia and Evelyn and letting them know our vision, we had the utmost peace of mind knowing they would be able to help bring our vision to life! I forgot to add that they had never planned an Indian wedding before! To tell you their dedication...they spent hours researching online and watched videos on YouTube just to understand and pick up every detail not only impressing me but my entire family! We had a 3 day event: Mehndi, Hindu Wedding Ceremony & cocktail night, Armenian Wedding & joint reception. Their planning was so hands on! We had several meetings and conference calls leading up to your celebrations. But it didn’t stop there. Days leading up to the weddings, as all brides do...I had a breakdown! To show you how connected they were to us Cynthia called me out of the blue just to check in on me and helped me through my moment! This team is a team that cares! Bringing two cultures and multiple events to life is no easy task but Evelyn brought our vision to love so flawlessly! Dreamy, pastel florals, and romantic was the theme on one day and bright, heavenly and white was the theme for the other day! Evelyn shopped vendors for us and let us know the different prices so we can decide who to move forward with! This was so refreshing...usually planners don’t even give you this option! Now let’s talk about the days of!! They were phenomenal to say the least! They had planned for everything! If there was an issue...they had a solution! For example, I had a jewelry malfunction from my Indian wedding set. When I thought nothing could be done boy was I wrong! Cynthia moved mountains and somehow was able to fix my Indian jewelry problem! Wow!!! The coordination from one location to another on these days were seamless. Cynthia, Evelyn, and team were there from start to finish...and by finish I mean 2am on Sunday when our reception ended! To this day our families and friends cannot say enough words of praise for this team! We love them so very much beyond words can describe. We will be using With a Flair Events for all our special occasions and wholeheartedly recommend you do too!! ❤️

These girls are EVERYTHING. I worked with them for the entire year leading up to my wedding and they were seriously perfect— professional, kind, patient, and went beyond the call of duty. My wedding day and the whole experience leading up to it was perfect. They handled EVERYTHING for me. With a flair events helped to make my wedding day dreams come true and I couldn't be more thankful for this professionalism and expertise in wedding planning! We started working together about 3 months before my wedding and they truly helped me keep things on track and finalize details. They were always quick to respond if I had questions - and having questions was rare because of how wonderfully they communicated and how proactive they were at getting things done and keeping me informed. As the wedding got closer I thought I'd be a mess trying to get last minute things done but everything was super organized thanks to all the tools, tips and guidance they provided. From the reversal to the day of I was calm as a cucumber knowing that I had these ladies to take care of everything! The day of the wedding they walked in to my wedding suite and it was like a scene out of the movie The Wedding Planner - they came in prepared for anything and everything! And because everything had been discussed prior to the day of and we were on such a tight schedule. I didn't get to see the ball room prior to our grand entrance, but when I walked in for the first time I realized why I had trusted with a flair events with my wedding. They ball room looked amazing and there wasn't a detail that had been left out from my vision! On top of that my wedding guests were commenting on how on it my wedding coordinators were - especially when my father-in-law went up to do a toast and forgot his champagne glass and without skipping a beat there was Cynthia with a new one to replace it and keep things going. Obviously I can't say enough about how amazing they were. I rarely write reviews but these ladies exceeded every expectation I had for wedding coordinators and I highly recommend working with them to make your day stress free and the best day of your life!
