Wixon Jewelers came very highly recommended by all of our friends and family, and they did not disappoint! We wanted a custom ring that felt unique to me and was comfortable to wear. Kristine walked us through the custom design process and answered all of our questions about style and durability. We never felt pressured into a higher price point, or steered away from our ideas. She truly helped us narrow down all of the options to get us closer and closer to the design we wanted but couldn't quite articulate. Although their diamond selection was stunning, I really wanted a sapphire. I couldn't believe how incredible their sapphire selection was--all shapes and colors from deep blues to bright white sapphires. I only had a few general ideas of what I was looking for, but our designer Nicole took those ideas and really ran with them. Her design capabilities go far beyond patching my ideas together: she truly blended the different elements that I wanted into a gorgeous cohesive design. The moment I looked at the wax mold of the ring, I knew it was MY ring--but better than anything I would have come up with on my own. We also got a wedding band to match my new engagement ring and I can't stop looking at them. The entire process was so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be going back for our next bit of sparkle.

My Fiancee and I went for our wedding bands and we were beyond pleased with the level of service and knowledge! They made the experience so easy for us and it was a very welcoming experience, treating us as if we were old family friends. They had an excellent selection and we were very happy with the end result and speed of service! We even got our bands back several weeks before they were due to be in, such a convenience!

Kristine helped us to create the most incredible engagement ring! Classic, yet with a special twist that made it uniquely our own. There was a significant last minute change that we threw at Wixon Jewelers, which they were quick to accommodate with no hesitation and no issues! Even with all of the changes, the ring was still delivered two days before the deadline. No matter what request we had, the response from Kristine was always "yes!".. such a refreshing experience! The customer service, open mindedness, individual attention, and prompt responses made Wixon Jewelers, and Kristine specifically, the person and jeweler we will go through for our future purchases! We can't say enough good things about this experience!!

Wixon has been my go to place for custom work for a long time (almost 20 years). When it was time to rework my engagement ring, they were there to help. Their prices were right, the service is amazing (as always), and the ring turned out perfect. Barry, the goldsmith, is a perfectionist and an artist - exactly what the stone needed. Jessica is a delight to work with and makes me smile every time I work with her.

I stopped in to have my ring cleaned and lost my sunglasses. I went back in and Shawn McKenney said he did not see me leave them on the counter. I got a call later from Shawn saying they had fallen underneath the counter. They were found. Shawn was very nice and showed some rings while waiting for my own. I love this place the customer service is outstanding.

This place is incredible. The instant you walk in, you're greeted with coffee, treats, and wine. It's like paying a visit to an old friend. The next thing you'll notice is the warm, but elegant atmosphere with a stunning display of rings, earrings, and watches. It's seriously fun just to walk around and window shop. When I was ready to buy, Debrah made picking out an engagement ring a breeze. She worked with me to find the exact style and helped me track down the perfect diamond even though it was extremely rare. When I finally did pop the question, my fiance and her friends were stunned. It was the perfect ring. I would definitely go back here for future luxury jewelry needs. Thinking of a watch next :)

I have been shopping at Wixon Jewelers for many years now. I have always worked with Deb, who is super smart, patient and offers great advice! I just bought a Rolex from her and have also bought a Panerai and a Baume & Mercier, as well as a wedding ring. Every time has been a fantastic and fun experience. Everyone else at the store is also very friendly and helpful! Where else are you offered a drink and cookies while you get the "I wants" browsing the cases?! Thank you Deb!

We absolutely love Wixon! Such a great experience. The people who work there are amazing (especially Deborah). They really love what they do and know their stuff. They make you feel welcome right when you walk in the door. There was no pressure and it was really fun. Deborah let us take our time picking our wedding bands and was so personable. I worked with Wixon twice before my wedding. I had my engagement ring resized and a watch for my husband engraved. Both were done in less than a week! Very friendly staff and very professional. I will continue to use them as my go to jewelers in the future!

Wixon Jewelers created an amazing custom engagement ring for my fiance to propose to me with. I am beyond satisfied with my ring. It is uniquely beautiful! The customer service at Wixon exceeded my expectations. They were amazing to work with from engagement ring shopping, to wedding band shopping, to soldering my engagement ring and wedding band. I love my ring and I know my husband loves his band as well. Of note, I live 45 minutes away from Wixon but love them so much I make the drive whenever I need more diamonds! Please consider Wixon Jewelers even if you live outside of the Bloomington area. You will not be disappointed!

The service of this jeweler is fantastic. They special ordered items for us just to view them before we ordered them so we could see if it was really what we wanted. There is no pressure when you're in their store which is so refreshing as pushy salespeople is a peeve of mine!

My husband and I had a great experience working with Wixon! We first went there to check out their collection of Claude Thibaudeau engagement rings. (I fell in LOVE with a design from Claude’s Pure Perfection line. His designs are most definitely worth checking out!!) They do have other designers in their collection and I believe you can even work with them to create your own design. Customer service was great at Wixon. All of the staff were very helpful and professional. We mostly worked with Kristen, who was great! Not at all pushy. She helped us find the design that I loved and get my finger sized. My husband went back later to pick out the diamond for my ring. Wixon had such a large selection of diamonds that it took nearly an hour for my husband to decide on one! But Kristen was very patient during the process, showing and explaining the different qualities of each diamond. (And the diamond he did pick looks stunning!) After the engagement, we went back to Wixon to get my matching wedding band. Wixon was also able to do engraving on my wedding band. It was a little tricky, due to the curve of my band and the length of the phrase we wanted to engrave. But Wixon made it happen and it looks great! We looked at their selection of mens bands which was a bit smaller than their women’s engagement though it was still a nice selection, but my husband didn’t find anything he really liked. We checked out a few other jewelry stores but we never got quite the level of customer service that we got at Wixon. In the end I bought his band from a vendor on etsy. Even if we didn’t get my husbands band from Wixon, I am sooo glad we got my engagement and wedding rings there! If you do end up looking there, be sure to ask for Kristen!

Very happy with the service and quality product provided by Wixon Jewelers. My husband chose this vendor for my engagement ring. I loved the ring, and the diamond was gorgeous! The ring even appraised a higher than he paid for it. Service was impeccable...loved working with them.

Wixons is the best all around. A family business with employees who love what they do. They work as a team to make you feel special. My experience with Wixon was better than I expected. I was nervous going in because I knew they were a premium jewelry store, but they didn't treat me like a checkbook, they treated me like an old friend. I had no idea what I was looking for and Jessica and Jason helped me understand the difference in diamond cuts, quality and pricing, as well as about styles of rings. I didn't buy the first time I was in and they didn't seem to mind (they aren't on commission) which I liked because I never felt pressured. I took my time and finally found a beautiful engagement ring for my (now) fiance and I think I got a nice price on it. Thanks guys!

We LOVE Wixon's! The service you get at Wixon's cannot even compare to one of the "big box" stores. Working with Jason has been absolutely wonderful.
