Gorgeous flowers! Excellent service! My bouquet, and the ceremony decor Jackie designed really made the wedding absolutely breathtaking and minimalist which is what I wanted.

The Wolf Weddings team was incredible! Wolf did both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. I want to specifically thank Jackie who brought out vision to life and was such a joy to work with. We booked both our florals and our day-of wedding coordinator with Wolf Weddings! I can tell you that when we got access to communicate with our wedding coordinator a few weeks before the wedding, we had so much stress taken off our backs. Calista, our wedding coordinator, was attentive and just all around amazing. She was able to give us ideas with placement of decor and was very knowledgeable about all things weddings. It was also nice that she could coordinate our florals as well since it was all the same company. My husband and I got married close to New Years. Getting in touch with vendors around the holidays can be difficult but the Wolf Weddings team remained reliable and professional the entire time. We had no issues and I 100% would recommend them!

We worked with Wolf Weddings for floral, DJ (Look Entertainment), and coordination and had the absolute BEST experience. Working with Ravin and her team was a dream come true, as they were attentive to our requests, prompt with responses and always available to give guidance and offer support in any aspect needed. Our flowers were everything I could have dreamed of and more, and I am blown away with how the floral team brought my vision to life!! Our day-of coordinator was Amanda and she was such a dream to work with. She radiates joy and is incredible at what she does. From the 6 week mark up until wedding day and beyond, Amanda was insightful, knowledgeable, and supportive through the planning process. She is organized and professional and allowed our big day to be completely stress free and run smoothly! I had Amanda as my day of coordinator and she was AMAZING! I can’t say enough great things about her. She started discussing things with me six weeks out and guided me through everything I needed to do and she handled the rest beautifully! She was very kind, professional, and also fun to be around! 100/10!!

We absolutely loved working with Wolf Weddings for our Indian pre-wedding events at the Hyatt Hill Country. We cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and time. We were so impressed with all the decor. They helped us play around with our vision and helped create exactly what we pictured. What amazing florals we received for our wedding!! Ravin and her team were recommended by our coordinator as being very reliable and she was that and more! Just by giving her pintrest ideas, Ravin knocked it out of the park, and we were just blown away at the beautiful centerpieces and bouquets. We actually had 2 ceremonies, and with short notice for 2nd ceremony, Ravin was able to give me exactly what I envisioned! We were very blessed to have Wolf Weddings on our team! I cannot say enough good things about working with Ravin on the florals for our wedding. Talk about JAW DROPPING. In the planning stages she did such an excellent job of listening to what I wanted and considering the budget so that I didn't have to compromise in the end. I cannot recommend DJ Maro more! He had everyone on the dance floor the whole night! Listened to everything we wanted and executed it perfectly! We could have danced all night long! He was so nice, professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking for the perfect DJ!

WOW WOW WOW!!! Look Entertainment and DJ Maro we’re FANTASTIC for our wedding this past Friday! We could not have found a more perfect DJ. He played the perfect mix of new and classic music and kept our guests on the dance floor all night. On top of that, Maro was kind, professional and energetic. I had Wolf Weddings for my Day-of coordination as well as set up for all of my DIY decorations and they did absolutely amazing! Everything I had crafted they made look so nice and elegant at our wedding. Any questions I had no matter how small, Ravin was right there to assist and find the answer. Wolf Weddings came as a recommendation from our Vendor and I am so happy I went with them. I also added DJ services and man did Aaron make it a party. Everyone had great things to say about the music and set-up. Highly recommend their services!!

The flowers for my daughters wedding were GORGEOUS! They were exactly what she hoped for. Beautiful for a fall wedding. One for the first thing people mentioned at the wedding were the beautiful flowers. They respected our budget and went above our expectations.

If your even considering- SAY YES! The best florist ever. Ravin was so accommodating throughout all the changes I made. The flowers at my venue was absolutely phenomenal. I’m so glad to have had her. Yes, yes yes!

Ravin was absolutely amazing!! I needed help setting up our reception since it was almost an hour away from our ceremony and none of our bridal party or family would have been able to make it there and back in time for our ceremony. Not only did she do an amazing job with the lighting and drapery but she also made sure our favors and table decor were all set up perfectly! In addition, our ceremony ran longer than anticipated AND our limo driver got lost! Ravin did an amazing job of getting us back on track with our schedule—making sure we still got some pictures but made it back inside in time for our grand introduction and first dance. In addition to ALL OF THAT she also used a spread sheet I made and made sure all of our guests received the meals they had chosen via their invitation (chicken/steak/fish). I literally could not imagine how we would have made it through the day without her. She brought the calm when I was stressed from being so behind and made the party something I was able to enjoy. She is amazing and such a fantastic person to work with!

If you're thinking of booking Ravin for event planning and/or floral services - DO IT! I cannot state how grateful I am for Ravin and her team. Like many other couples, our plans changed several times before our wedding day. Ravin was there for us every step of the way. She was so understanding, and she was always available to answer any questions I asked (which was a lot!). Our day was absolutely perfect. The flowers were STUNNING and everything went off without a hitch thanks to Ravin's amazing attention to detail. I will highly recommend Wolf Weddings & Events to anyone needing event planning or floral services in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything Ravin!

I cannot recommend Wolf Weddings enough, Ravin was personable and easy to work with through a year of wedding planning. She was always quick to respond to any of my general questions and get me pricing for additional pieces. The execution of my day was truly better than the Pinterest photos I sent in as my inspiration. Ravin understood my vision quickly in a few phone calls and emails. Wolf Weddings brought the wow factor and all guests took notice! They brought every aspect of my dream wedding to life within the budget we set and Ravin was always helpful to bring input in to help keep us within our budget. It takes a skilled professional team to execute your day like you envision within the time parameters your venue sets, Wolf Weddings is that team. Hiring Wolf Weddings was the best decision we made while wedding planning!

15/10 would recommend!! They are so organized throughout the wedding planning process, but never made me feel overwhelmed. They were very strategic with calls/conversations and made sure to ask everything they needed in those few calls, knowing that there are quite a few other people we needed to connect with. They made me feel so comfortable about the whole day and never once did I not feel confident about their ability to make the day perfect. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend. They are an awesome team!!!

I wish 10 stars was an option because Wolf Weddings hands down deserves it!! Ravin & Ryan are the most professional, impressive, and enthusiastic wedding planners you could dream of. I was a COVID bride, our ceremony was supposed to be in Hawaii with a big reception with Wolf Weddings afterwards. 5 weddings dates later, my MIL and I reached out to Ravin with a months notice and they were ready to help make our entire wedding happen locally. Our decor- STUNNING. Flowers- JAW DROPPING. Coordination on the day of? FLAWLESS. Our guests couldn't get over how beautiful everything was, and neither could we. My bouquet was bigger than my waist and this bride was about it!! It was truly our dream wedding. So much better than Hawaii could have ever given us. You might as well stop researching other planners & florist because Wolfs Weddings is where it's at. We hope to use them again for other celebrations!!

Ravin was wonderful. I would recommend getting a wedding planner and using Wolf Weddings to anybody who is getting married. We hired them for day-of coordination and it was money well spent. The W in Wolf Weddings stands for WOW! I used them for day of coordinating and entertainment - DJ and Photo Booth - and it was the best decision we did for our wedding. We had the privilege of working with Alexa Vaught as our day of coordinator. She was the absolute best from day one till kid you not two months after the wedding (when I couldn’t find certain items after our wedding I would text her and she would be so so helpful). She listened to what we wanted and how we wanted things for our wedding and made it happen. She spoke with all our vendors leading up to the big day which was a huge relief for me. She took charge of decorating the reception and made everything look so beautiful. Lastly, Alexa also made sure everything ran smoothly the day of and made sure we were on schedule for everything. Our wedding day was so perfect (I know weddings can’t be “perfect”) but everything that Wolf Weddings helped with was, in fact, perfect. Our DJ was DJ Rizz and he was great, player all the best music to keep everyone on the dance floor and everyone loved our photo booth... but hey what’s not to love. Something fun that we got from the photo booth was a scrap book filled with copies of all the photos our guest took with sweet messages. I would definitely recommended using Wolf Weddings for your wedding because they are AMAZING!

One of my best friends had Wolf Weddings do their entire wedding, at the time it was Ravin and her husband doing the whole shindig. Everything was beautiful and ran so smoothly, I remember being in awe of the decor. Fast track years later to now, when it came to planning out my own wedding and figuring out who to choose my mind instantly went to Wolf Weddings. I met with Ravin along with her team and was just blown away and excited. They did all the decor for my ceremony and reception and I couldn't be happier. Everyone was raving about all the flowers and the details they had thought out. I booked Our wedding day wouldn't have been smooth sailing had it not been for Haylea and her assistant. Over all, I'm 1000% happy with choosing Wolf Weddings! They were all very communicative and helpful! They made ths girl's wedding a dream come true!

Ravin Wolf contacted me and urged me to reconsider my original assessment of her work, and I will. We hired Wolf Weddings as our day-of coordinator. Later, we added their floral and linen services out of convenience. When it comes to their floral and linen services, I acknowledge that they deserve a 4 star rating. The floral arrangements were beautiful, and I would absolutely recommend their Hendrix Arch for the ceremony. We continue to get comments on how nicely it added to the entire set-up. I’ll admit I would have liked to have had someone handling the floral who would have provided me feedback regarding the floral selections so that we would have better understood that our boutonnieres wouldn’t stand up to the heat and that the peonies, which we had emphasized were so important to us, would potentially not be available. To me, that type of feedback is the difference between a 5-star and a 4-star rating. (There’s not a lot you can say about linens. They were set up as expected.) When it comes to the day-of coordination activities, I stand by my statement that attention was not paid to the discussions we had, the decisions that were made, our e-mail exchanges, etc. While I do not want to go into a laundry list of my concerns, I will provide one to explain my thoughts. At the rehearsal, it became very clear that Wolf Weddings had not reviewed the ceremony script and prepared accordingly. Throughout the rehearsal, I had to point out the order of the activities, I had to explain the processional, I had to point out that they were playing the wrong music, etc. All of these details were provided, in writing, in advance. I do not think it was inappropriate for me to expect that our day-of coordinator would prepare for our ceremony accordingly. So yes, Wolf Weddings did a very nice job with the florals and linens, and I would feel comfortable recommending them for those services. But I would not feel comfortable recommending them for day-of coordination based on everything I had read a day-of coordinator should handle. Thus, my revised rating of 3 stars.

Raven and her team are absolutely amazing! We booked Wolf Weddings for floral, decor and wedding coordination, and my husband and I could not be more pleased! The florals were beautiful and we were so happy with how everything turned out. Raven is very responsive and always worked so hard to make sure the day went smoothly. My wedding day would not have been as smooth without the help of Haylea and Alexa. We chose to do the month of package and it was so helpful to have Haylea’s organization and feedback as we got closer to the day of. I had no idea how much I needed a planner until they came into play and it was the best decision we made. She handled all emails, phone calls, timeline, etc. On the day of, Haylea and Alexa were both so level headed and so diligent about staying on track and getting everyone in line. They were able to manage a wedding party of 20 people, families, 200 guests, and still make sure that they were attentive to any changes. They were so fun to be around and helped me stay so calm throughout the evening. I feel like I would not have been able to enjoy our wedding as much without their help. Ravin is so helpful and she runs an incredible business with professional yet kind planners and we were so lucky to have them. If I could offer any advice at all to a bride in the nearby areas-it would be to hire Wolf Weddings!

Wolf Weddings was the perfect triple threat that we needed to help us plan and execute the most magical day for my husband and I, our wedding! They did planning and day of coordination, our wedding decorations and setup, wedding reception lighting and DJing and photobooth with props. They were exactly what we needed, a one-stop shop. They also do florals! For the planning, it was great, they have a great timeline that covers all your needs for wedding festivities, worked well with all our vendors, cover every detail to make sure you don't have to think of all that, very knowledgeable of our wedding venue, and etc. Wedding decorations they use from their stock (which has a lot of variety for any theme) they put up, they also put up my personal decorations which we just had to organize and label where everything went. The only thing was there was a couple of decorations I was very anxious about that they needed to setup up correctly and in a certain way and they weren't, but it all worked out! I would just make sure that if your crazy thinking of a specific setup let them know so they know how to do it! Day of coordination was great, I wasn't stressed out at all during our wedding day and evening, until the end. Some of my personal decorations got lost and we could not find them or get them back, just make sure you and your coordinator communicate where all things will be at at the end of the wedding reception i.e. cake cutter, cake topper, etc. Light, DJing, photobooth, no comment because it was perfect! They work well with music, setup and taking down, lighting was perfect for our theme, and etc. Overall pricing was perfect, not too high and affordable and fit our budget. Overall was great working with this team. Just a few coordination errors but everything turned our perfectly and amazing, just how I imagined my wedding day to be!

I would HIGHLY recommend Wolf Weddings and I would 100% work with them again for any event in the future. We used Wolf Weddings as our florist for our wedding, and it turned out even better than we had imagined. They were extremely easy to work with and really took the time to review what we had imagined so that they could make our dream come true. In addition, they took care of the day-of coordination, so we were able to not think about it on our wedding day. The end result was perfect, and the flowers were stunning! They were an absolute blessing during my wedding planning! I was planning from out of state and I was not sure what I quite needed and Ravin was such a great support. I ended up using them for some rentals, florals and Bar services. My flowers were absolutely breathtaking and I was so happy I chose them! Ryan assisted in helping us know what to stock the bar with and our bartender Brett was absolutely amazing! I'd highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

Where to begin!!! Ravin and Ryan (Who was our DJ/Look Entertainment) are amazing!!! They put us at ease from the very beginning. They were affordable, professional, yet made you feel like family. Whitney Pitts was an angel and my day off coordinator. My husband will agree and reaffirm how much she put me at ease. She was super organized and on top of all the details. She literally thought of everything. All I had to do was show up to the wedding and enjoy. She took care of everything. I will absolutely use her again if I can. I love everything about this operation!

I am so happy I hired the Wolf team! We used them for florals, rentals, and coordination for our summer wedding. Ravin spent so much time with me figuring out which rentals to use, and dealt with me going back and forth on florals for months. It all paid off and our flowers were seriously GORGEOUS. I was honestly shocked when I saw the flowers because they were somehow even more beautiful than I had imagined - big, brightly-colored summer blooms and perfect greenery! We had SO many compliments! And Whitney was seriously a lifesaver. She helped us work with all our vendors and fixed every single problem that came up. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable day-of when I had started out being stressed, and seriously made everything so easy and beautiful. She is the best, and definitely worth hiring!

We were less than a year from our wedding date (April 2018) when I decided I wanted a coordinator. I already booked most of our vendors on my own and frankly didn't think we needed to spend a lot of money on a coordinator when I felt like we already did so much. Boy was I wrong! Even if you think you have everything planned, you don't. Our wedding was BEAUTIFUL, punctual, and so smooth. I can't imagine not having Whitney & Ravin on my side the last few weeks before our wedding. This vendor is definitely one where you get what you paid for. Had I not booked my florist prior to meeting with Ravin I would have booked them for our arrangements. We had some issues with our florist and Whitney stepped in and helped get that settled. It's a wonderful feeling knowing you're working with someone so detailed oriented and assertive like Whitney. That girl gets it done! One note I will add is if you have a certain way you want things to look, give detail instructions for set up. I had an idea of how things would look and it didn't turn out that way but that was my fault as I didn't communicate that. Also, if something is super important to you to keep safe during the breakdown at night you must let it be known. The alter decor I created was broken during during the breakdown and I really wish it wasn't but oh well. Overall great team. They helped plan, book, confirm, organize, and decorate. We used their sister company for our DJ and photobooth rental. When I needed recommendations before our contract started, Ravin kindly responded promptly with her expertise.

How do I even begin? This team is AMAZING. I was planning my wedding from out-of-state and was nervous about how stressful it might be, but Wolf Weddings made sure everything was done to perfection. They took care of my florals, my photobooth, decor, and day-of-coordination and I’m so glad I went with them! I had ideas of what I wanted and they paid attention to the details and made my dream wedding come true. Ravin, Whitney and Lindsey were so patient and addressed all my concerns. Whitney contacted my vendors to make sure they were were on the same page and ready to go. That girl is such a sweetheart and she works hard! My guests loved the photobooth. People were saying how our my wedding flowed smoothly and that the decor and florals were flawless. I really owe it to this team. They relieved our stress and made it easy for me and my husband to truly enjoy our wedding day <3

Jennifer was nothing short of an angel to work with! I planned my wedding in San Antonio, live in Dallas with a super busy schedule and she saved the day many times. I honestly could not have done it without her! She took her time, got to know me, Cc both email addresses to satisfy my anxiety and ensue I was being communicated on multiple platforms. The day of the wedding, she was calm, had done the worrying for me and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. The key people in my wedding party knew who she was, but otherwise flew under the radar. I have an extremely large family and considered letting them help me - THANK GOODNESS I made the choice to hire a professional! Thank you a million times over Jennifer!

My husband and I got married on May 2018. We planned our San Antonio wedding from London and later from Washington, which is why we had to rely heavily on reviews and recommendations when selecting our vendors. Wolf Wedding/Look Entertainment was referred to us by our venue and we used their services for floral and photo booth. I worked closely with Ravin, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the planning process. The flowers were simply gorgeous, even more beautiful that I could have imagined. The photo booth was a hit at the party. Everybody LOVED the props and getting a keepsake photo strip to take home with them. The reason I'm giving them 4 rather than 5 stars is a missing toss bouquet and a small mistake with our photo strips. According to our contract, the vendor promised us a toss bouquet as a free gift. Although the missing item did us no harm, we were of course a bit disappointed not to have it. Regarding the photo strips, I wasn't completely happy with the suggested drafts, so I ended up designing the layout myself. Unfortunately, we noticed on the day of the wedding that the printouts were mis-aligned: the text was much lower than planned. These were both minor details and I realize mistakes happen. Overall we were very happy with their service.

We were on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator at the start of wedding planning, but now I can't imagine our wedding day going as smoothly or as beautifully without our coordinator Whitney! She kept me on track throughout the planning process and put my mind at lease as wedding weekend arrived by taking the reins and giving me and my husband the opportunity to enjoy our wedding day fully. The Wolf team did an amazing job designing our floral and decor and completely blew our expectations out of the water- our reception was beautiful! Worth every penny and then some!

Wolf Weddings were amazing at our December 30th, 2017 wedding! They did florals, decorations, and day of coordination for our wedding! Whitney P. was our day of coordinator and oh my goodness she is AMAZING! Whitney went above and beyond. She met with us and our officiant to plan the ceremony, helped us bustle my dress, made sure everything ran smoothly during the day of, and made sure the other vendors were ready for our wedding and so much more. I was so relaxed and able to enjoy our big day because I know Whitney had everything under control. It was so perfect. Lindsey helped Whitney on the day of and they were an awesome team. They were so helpful and if it wasn't for them the wedding would not have ran as smoothly as it did! Our florals looked amazing. I am a huge flower person and they know what they are doing. The way the flowers complimented the buildings and decorations was beautiful! When I worked into the reception area with my husband for the first time I was so close to tears. It looked stunning. I have nothing but good things to say about this staff. There were so many people that helped behind the scenes that I didn't get to meet. But if you are reading this please know I am forever grateful to you for making our wedding day better than I ever imagined. Please set up an appointment to meet them. Ravin is awesome! We hired the Wolf Wedding/Look Entertainment team for a number of things - decor, florals, and photobooth. The team was great at working with us to figure out our style and was able to make some last minute changes when we had more guests than expected. They helped us to re-purpose some of the decor and come up with different centerpieces to help us stay within our budget. The florals were so much better than we ever could have dreamed! I thought that I wouldn't care much about what the flowers looked like, but they turned out to be the best decor and accessories that we had. The team made everything look wonderful and made great decisions on where and how to set things up. We had to unexpectedly move our outdoor ceremony inside, due to weather, but the team was fantastic at getting things to the right places and making sure everything looked beautiful. One of the biggest decor items that we requested was that the stairway in the reception hall be lit with edison bulbs. I'm so glad we did! Since we had to move everything inside, we used the stairs to make our entrance into the ceremony and it was absolutely magical! As far as the photobooth, we went ahead with the upgraded boxwood backdrop and scrapbook options. The backdrop had large paper flowers in the top corner, but none of the flowers made it into the photos. The scrapbook was also pretty low quality and had I to do it over again, I would have provided my own.

Out of all the vendors I used for my Nov 2017 wedding, Wolf Weddings was THE BEST!!! They were the only vendor that I had nothing to worry about. Ryan and Ravin are absolutely amazing at what they do. I went to my first consult and was blown away by the level of creativity they have. They gave me so many options and ideas for floral, linens, etc. Not only are they wonderful at what they do, they possess the skills you need to run a successful business in order to make the client happy. Any time I needed to talk, change my mind, get feedback or answers they were prompt to respond and so flexible. My only regret is that I did not use them for all of my wedding needs and I sure wish I had. They did beautiful centerpieces,linens and floral for me and my guests were amazed by the look of elegance in the ballroom. In addition to being great professionals, they are also just great people in general. If you want a beautiful wedding without all the worry, choose Wolf Weddings. I will be personally recommending them to all my friends and family.

Ravin and Ryan were awesome!!! We thought we could do a wedding without a coordinator and were hesitant to get one - WORTH EVERY PENNY. I had so many people comment on how awesome Ravin and Ryan were and I can't imagine it without them. They took the guesswork out of everything and were most definitely the best value (I shopped around extensively). Ravin was SO pleasant to work with and put me at ease often. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!
