We have everything a bride could want… all under one roof. You can shop for bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, bridal accessories, Mother of the Wedding gowns, tuxedos, flower girl dresses and more. At Wolsfelt's Bridal, every bride is treated to quality, custom service. This begins with an appointment for you to meet with one of our bridal stylists to discuss your wedding. Your stylist will take the time to learn about you, your personal style, and the vision you have for your wedding day. Wolsfelt's Bridal carries an exclusive collection of gowns in sizes for every bride, including those with fuller figures. Unlike many other salons, we have try-on samples for everyone in a full range of sizes. Our exquisite gowns come from a select group of award-winning designers, with prices up to $4,000. We also have a lovely collection of off-the-rack sale gowns starting at $699. Our new Outlet store is open the first and last Wednesday of each month and offers gowns as low as $199! Of course, the service is not complete unless the gown fits you perfectly. That is why at Wolsfelt's Bridal, we offer a full-service fitting and seamstress department to ensure you look beautiful on that special day.

I had an amazing experience here! Bea was so helpful during my first wedding dress appointment and played a big part in helping me find the perfect dress. Iryna did an incredible job with the alterations—adding lace, detachable sleeves, and extra fabric in the back. The dress turned out beautifully. So grateful for both of them!

I have been married for 25 years- I am just now heir looming my dress :) I found the dress of my dreams at Wolsfelt's Bridal back in 1999 and have recently brought my dress to them to have it cleaned and preserved! I could not be happier with the customer service and non judgment for my procrastination from this store! I am incredibly grateful for their amazing service and continued love for my BEAUTIFUL dress! I had such a wonderful experience at Wolsfelt’s from start to finish! Choosing my bridal gown was one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process, and the team made it so memorable. They were kind, professional, and truly made me feel special every step of the way. I returned for several more appointments to pick out my veil, belt, my mom’s dress, and the flower girl dresses—and each visit was just as smooth and thoughtful as the first. I booked the premier wedding gown appointment and had such an amazing experience. Jessie was my stylist for the day and was wonderful to work with. She eased my nerves of trying on wedding dresses for the first time and did not rush or pressure me into anything, making the appointment very fun and relaxing. Prior to the appointment they had me fill out a style and overall wedding vision questionnaire. Jessie had a few dresses selected already and when I came in showed her a few pictures of styles I liked, and she pulled some more. Overall, I think I tried on eight dresses, until I said “Yes” to the dress! It was also something completely different from what I thought I was going to get. Wolsfelt’s Bridal had many styles, price ranges and sizes. Highly recommend Wolsfelt’s Bridal!!!!

I cannot recommend Wolsfelt’s enough! Amy N helped me find my dream wedding dress. She even stood up for me when some of my entourage disagreed with my opinions on certain dresses. She was not pushy at all, she actually suggested that I not purchase anything quite yet and try on more dresses after my first appointment since 5 dresses was not very many to try on before making a decision. I ended up coming back the next day to try on more dresses and ended up picking my favorite from day 1! My mom’s dress ended up getting her dress from here too! Her dress was also beautiful! Rosa did alterations for both of us and made sure that they fit like a glove (even with a significant amount of weight loss right before the wedding requiring additional work😅). My husband, our dads, and the groomsmen also rented tuxes from here and they were perfect as well! Everyone is super easy to work with and very knowledgeable! I always felt special whenever I walked in the door. When I went to pickup my dress, I was alone and with a rather large dress, it is difficult to carry without dragging it since I am so small. They immediately offered to bring my dress to my car themselves and they made sure that it did not wrinkle. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was lovely, everyone was very friendly, and Amy T. did a FABULOUS job helping me out! She looked at my inspo pics and found a handful of beautiful dresses that was just what I was looking for. The entire time she was very attentive, sweet, and supportive! The second dress I tried on was the one I purchased. I recommend this place to everyone, I don’t have anything negative to say about it.

Wolsfelt's is an incredibly place. A family-owned business with an incredible selection of dresses. They helped me find my dream dress with patience and kindness. They also helped us find perfect tuxedos for my husband and his groomsmen. They did my alterations and preservation as well. My wedding was back in October, 2024 and we found the dress in January of the same year. The process from start to finish was amazing! Amy T was great and patient with me and my girls as we looked for the perfect dress for me. Not only was that easy and simple, but the alternation meetings were just as easy for us to navigate with my seamstress. The big day came and went and there was not a hiccup when it came to anything with my dress. The instructions for storage were simple and my dress was the perfect glove fit for me when I walked down the aisle. Cannot recommend the team here enough!

When I picked out my dress, I wanted to sleep on it and bring my twin sister back with me to see my dress. Between my first and second appointment, I saw a dress on Wolsfelt's Instagram that I loveddd. When I went back and tried on the dress, it was exactly what I wanted! My consultant was totally understanding and helpful with the last minute change. I appreciated how easy it was to schedule appointments as I live in downtown Chicago. My seamstress made sure my dress fit perfectly and remained comfortable! The only thing I was bummed about was the limit for people you can bring to fitting (I get the space is small and a lot of people gets to be a lot) because I had to leave some of my sisters out of these moments. Overall, loved Wolsfelt's and would recommend them to any of my friends!!

I had such a wonderful experience buying my wedding dress at Wolsfelts! Jessica did a fabulous job at both of my shopping appointments pulling dresses that were flattering, beautiful, and within my budget! She gave great feedback, and she really helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Irena did my alterations, and I swear she's a magician! She preserved the beauty of the lace appliques, and her attention to detail is incredible. My dress stayed in place all night, and I loved the final look! Thank you Wolsfelts!

Alterations being in house was a plus (special shout out to Antonia for all of her help!!) My experience with Wolsfelts was beyond amazing. I was having a hard time finding a dress. A friend told me to try this place out scheduled my appointment. I worked with Christina who was amazing. I am a plus size bride and was dead set on a ballroom gown with sleeves to cover myself up and Christina changed that she made me feel so beautiful in a fitted dress with no sleeves. I never thought I would be able to pull it off but I did. For alterations now that was always am amazing experience I forgot her name but she altered my dress and fixed everything from the bust to the bottom of the dress perfect. I would choose Wolsfelts for any special occasion in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for making me a beautiful bride.

From the moment we walked in the door I knew this was the place to go for dresses. I had been recommended to go here from my friends and I was so happy I went. All of the employees were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Jessie in particular helped me find my dress. She knew what I wanted and I ended up saying yes to my third dress! 100/10 would recommend! Amy T did an amazing job in helping me find my dream dress for my 10/19/24 wedding! She listened to what I was looking for in a dress and pulled samples that fit my needs. Amy T also expertly helped me narrow down my veil choices and I was very happy with the end result. I ordered my dress back in January, and it came in early July. For the alterations, I worked with Christina. The first appointment we found that my dress didn't button in the back quite right, so at my following alteration appointment, Christina added a hook, and my dress fit perfectly! For the bridesmaid dresses and tuxes, my husband and I worked with Bea and Donna! They were both very pleasant to work with and we loved how everything came together! I would highly recommend Wolsefelts! Thank you for making our wedding party look their absolute best!

Jessie was PHENOMENAL. Highly recommend working with her! She understood exactly what I was looking for and brought me so many options. She knew I really wanted long sleeves, so even took the time to find a dress that was exactly what I was looking, and found detachable sleeves from the same designer to have added onto the dress to make it absolutely perfect. If you're in the Chicagoland area, definitely make the trip to see Jessie at Wolsfelt's, you won't regret it!

Amy was absolutely amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and spent extra time looking for the perfect dress that matches. I have been to other bridal stores where they would want to make a sale and bring dresses that was out of budget so that you would fall in love with the dress and spend a bit extra for it. Amy was very conscious of making sure every dress I tried on was within budget for me. She was also very personable and made sure that every time I came in for a fitting, she would ask how wedding planning was going.

They had a lot of dress options and I was able to try on a lot of dresses during my appointment. We had an issue with the seamstress who made the wrong alterations to my dress, but Vicki was very helpful and made everything right so the dress was perfect for my wedding. If I got my dress here again I would ask to take it home and use a seamstress I trust.

Wolsfelts was nothing but the best in helping find my dream dress! It was actually the first dress I picked out. Jessica was amazing in helping me narrow down what looked best on me and finding dresses that fit my style. I went to wolsfelts because my mom, aunts, and cousins went here to buy their wedding dress. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else, the service and attention to detail was absolutely amazing. There is a reason why multiple generations of brides go!! My stylist knew exactly what types of dresses to pull, and by the 3rd dress I had found the one! From the alterations to pickup a few days before the wedding, they were responsive and gave me a ton of helpful tips. Best place to find your wedding dress in the Chicago area!!

I had a great experience at Wolsfelt's! I found a dress that was exactly what I wanted! It also had the most variety out of all the places that I went before there. Nowhere else had the style I wanted except them and they had quite a few dresses that fit what I wanted. The sales associate was great and soooo helpful! Even the other employees came and helped or commented on the ones I was trying on. Every time I went to fittings afterwards was great as well, all the employees are so friendly! Getting my wedding dress at Wolsfelt’s Bridal was one of the best experiences of my wedding planning journey. When I arrived for my first dress appointment, I was nervous and had no idea what I was looking for. Amy T reassured me and picked out a perfect line up of dresses for me based on only two pictures that I randomly pulled from the internet. This line up was so complete, that I ended up purchasing the very first dress that I tried on!! Amy T then worked with me to pick out the most fitting veil and sleeves to add to my dress. She truly made my vision come to life, even though I really didn’t have one in mind. My bridesmaid dresses were also purchased here! The company is amazing, and all the staff members are so willing to help and so sweet! This really made the stressors of dress alterations vanish. Purchasing our gowns at Wolsfelt’s was the best decision and people are still talking about my dress!
