Wolsfelt's Bridal and Tuxedos

I cannot recommend Wolsfelt’s enough! Amy N helped me find my dream wedding dress. She even stood up for me when some of my entourage disagreed with my opinions on certain dresses. She was not pushy at all, she actually suggested that I not purchase anything quite yet and try on more dresses after my first appointment since 5 dresses was not very many to try on before making a decision. I ended up coming back the next day to try on more dresses and ended up picking my favorite from day 1! My mom’s dress ended up getting her dress from here too! Her dress was also beautiful! Rosa did alterations for both of us and made sure that they fit like a glove (even with a significant amount of weight loss right before the wedding requiring additional work😅). My husband, our dads, and the groomsmen also rented tuxes from here and they were perfect as well! Everyone is super easy to work with and very knowledgeable! I always felt special whenever I walked in the door. When I went to pickup my dress, I was alone and with a rather large dress, it is difficult to carry without dragging it since I am so small. They immediately offered to bring my dress to my car themselves and they made sure that it did not wrinkle. Cannot recommend them enough!

My wedding was back in October, 2024 and we found the dress in January of the same year. The process from start to finish was amazing! Amy T was great and patient with me and my girls as we looked for the perfect dress for me. Not only was that easy and simple, but the alternation meetings were just as easy for us to navigate with my seamstress. The big day came and went and there was not a hiccup when it came to anything with my dress. The instructions for storage were simple and my dress was the perfect glove fit for me when I walked down the aisle. Cannot recommend the team here enough!

When I picked out my dress, I wanted to sleep on it and bring my twin sister back with me to see my dress. Between my first and second appointment, I saw a dress on Wolsfelt's Instagram that I loveddd. When I went back and tried on the dress, it was exactly what I wanted! My consultant was totally understanding and helpful with the last minute change. I appreciated how easy it was to schedule appointments as I live in downtown Chicago. My seamstress made sure my dress fit perfectly and remained comfortable! The only thing I was bummed about was the limit for people you can bring to fitting (I get the space is small and a lot of people gets to be a lot) because I had to leave some of my sisters out of these moments. Overall, loved Wolsfelt's and would recommend them to any of my friends!!

I had such a wonderful experience buying my wedding dress at Wolsfelts! Jessica did a fabulous job at both of my shopping appointments pulling dresses that were flattering, beautiful, and within my budget! She gave great feedback, and she really helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Irena did my alterations, and I swear she's a magician! She preserved the beauty of the lace appliques, and her attention to detail is incredible. My dress stayed in place all night, and I loved the final look! Thank you Wolsfelts!

Amy T did an amazing job in helping me find my dream dress for my 10/19/24 wedding! She listened to what I was looking for in a dress and pulled samples that fit my needs. Amy T also expertly helped me narrow down my veil choices and I was very happy with the end result. I ordered my dress back in January, and it came in early July. For the alterations, I worked with Christina. The first appointment we found that my dress didn't button in the back quite right, so at my following alteration appointment, Christina added a hook, and my dress fit perfectly! For the bridesmaid dresses and tuxes, my husband and I worked with Bea and Donna! They were both very pleasant to work with and we loved how everything came together! I would highly recommend Wolsefelts! Thank you for making our wedding party look their absolute best!

The entire team at Wolsfelt were a joy to work with. I found my dream dress and it was perfect. I was able to get my dream dress and have it altered with them in 3 months. From the very beginning, Wolsfelts staff was amazing. The amount of dresses that I was able to try on was amazing. They listened to what I want and brought my vision to life. The tux department was also incredibly helpful. I would recommended them to everyone!

Wolsfelts was nothing but the best in helping find my dream dress! It was actually the first dress I picked out. Jessica was amazing in helping me narrow down what looked best on me and finding dresses that fit my style. I also got all my bridesmaids dresses through Wolsfelts and everyone raved about them, they all wore the same style and they flattered everyone! P.S. my dress is the one on the black mannequin in the 50th anniversary photo!

I absolutely loved Wolsfelts! I came here when visiting home so I could go wedding dress shopping with my mom, mother in law and maid of honor for the first time and I had no idea I would find my dream dress at the first store we visited. I had bought my prom dress at wolsfelts my senior year of high school and had an amazing experience so I was so excited to start wedding dress shopping process at Wolsfelts. We worked with Jessica who was AMAZING. She asked what my vision was and did an amazing job finding dresses that matched exactly what I was looking for. I would a hundred percent recommend this shop to anyone. From our initial visit all the way to the completion of alterations we had an amazing experience

I had a great experience at Wolsfelt's! I found a dress that was exactly what I wanted! It also had the most variety out of all the places that I went before there. Nowhere else had the style I wanted except them and they had quite a few dresses that fit what I wanted. The sales associate was great and soooo helpful! Even the other employees came and helped or commented on the ones I was trying on. Every time I went to fittings afterwards was great as well, all the employees are so friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Getting my wedding dress at Wolsfelt’s Bridal was one of the best experiences of my wedding planning journey. When I arrived for my first dress appointment, I was nervous and had no idea what I was looking for. Amy T reassured me and picked out a perfect line up of dresses for me based on only two pictures that I randomly pulled from the internet. This line up was so complete, that I ended up purchasing the very first dress that I tried on!! Amy T then worked with me to pick out the most fitting veil and sleeves to add to my dress. She truly made my vision come to life, even though I really didn’t have one in mind. My bridesmaid dresses were also purchased here! The company is amazing, and all the staff members are so willing to help and so sweet! This really made the stressors of dress alterations vanish. Purchasing our gowns at Wolsfelt’s was the best decision and people are still talking about my dress! This company and their team is phenomenal, and I highly recommend them to anyone searching for the perfect dress and a seamless experience!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this wedding dress shop! The selection is simply impeccable—every dress was stunning and unique. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the process with ease. I genuinely wouldn’t have found my dream dress without their expert assistance. They helped me narrow down my options and ultimately choose a dress that perfectly combined all the details I loved from various styles. The seamstress was beyond talented, and the alterations were nothing short of perfection. She provided various options for the bustle and took her time to ensure I understood how to properly assemble it. Her attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, this was the least stressful experience of my entire wedding planning journey. Everything felt seamless, and I would choose this shop as my wedding dress destination again and again. 5 stars!!! From my first initial visit to try on dresses to the delivery of the dress, everything was perfect with them! Very nice and professional staff! Very patient with me as I did not know what type of dress I would want in the end. The alteration appointments were great and I got the dress I wanted to a T! Highly recommend using them to find your dress, they have a huge variety!

I had my dress appointment at Wolsfelt’s in November 2022 and chose one of their exclusive line dresses! I got a ballgown/A-Line dress that was strapless and told the consultants that I really wanted a drapey, off-shoulder sleeve with matching lace to the dress that could be removable, so that I’d be able to dance unrestricted during the reception. They immediately had suggestions of ordering extra matching lace of the dress to custom make the removable off-shoulder sleeves. A couple months later, one of the owners who was at my appointment called and shared there were some pre-made off-shoulder sleeves that were a close match to the dress, meaning they would not have to custom make them! It meant a lot to me that they remembered details of my appointment and contacted me for my input when they found affordable alternatives. My dress arrived 5-6 months after my appointment and had plenty of time for in-house alterations before my wedding in October 2023. Because we got my dress at Wolsfelt’s, we were able to get amazing deals on our groomsmen’s rental suits as well! The tuxedo consultants were so lovely to work with, and my groom raved about how accommodating they were with having a fitting/measuring appointment for 8 groomsmen in the middle of the summer. One of the deals they also offered was that the groom’s suit rental would have been free, but since my groom bought his suit online elsewhere, the consultants applied the deal of what would’ve been his free suit to all the groomsmen’s suits, making the deal even better for a 3 piece suit, dress shirt, and shoes! Throughout all our interactions at Wolsfelt’s, all the consultants and staff have always been extremely friendly and accommodating. They really made our wedding planning experience a dream. Would highly recommend!

Wolsfelt Bridal was a great experience. Amy N. was a sweet, encouraging consultant that chose great picks that fit my personality so well. I said yes to the dress at the same place my mom did 28 years ago. Definitely would recommend! Fast forward to the wedding day, everything was perfect and I felt my absolute best because of the dress I bought at Wolsfelt ✨

I loved my experience at Wolsfelt's Bridal! Working with Colleen was amazing. She was very welcoming and sweet, and she helped me feel so confident while trying on dresses. I knew I found my dress, but had a second appointment at another bridal shop that same day, and she didn't make me feel rushed in my decision at all. Also, getting alterations was so easy. Seamstress Antonia was so nice and did a great job! I love my dress and I'm so glad I said yes to the dress at Wolsfelt's!
