ed extra help coordinating with the vendors and making sure nothing was forgotten and that the venue was up to par (without us being able to tour it). They did multiple site visits for us, and even went the extra mile to help my mom plan and decorate for our rehearsal dinner (that included everyone in the wedding :) They did a spectacular job with our venue setup and decoration. All our guests complimented how beautiful and well put together everything was. We still get compliments today. :) Much of the credit goes to Tanya, Debbie, and Karen. There were also many small things they did for us that made a big difference like keeping us on time, getting us food and bringing it to our table (with a cool little bug net on it so flies don’t get to it), coordinating with the venue POC and DJ, making sure the cake was ready to go and seating chart visible, and taking care of set up and tear down without us even thinking about it! We literally arrived at our venue and hour before the ceremony and everything was almost ready to go. The Women Warriors worked hard to make our day special and go smooth, and they far surpassed our expectations. Thank you!

They coordinated with the DJ, photographer and venue and they offered creative, realistic ideas that helped make our Wedding Weekend unique and problem free. We had two days of big events. Tanya came to our home Saturday morning to help set up tables, chairs and decorate the hanger for our combined rehearsal dinner and welcome party. She guided us through the rehearsal then she picked up and delivered the food from the caterer. (Not sure that is always available but she offered and that allowed all the family and friends to stay and enjoy the party instead of having to go get the dinner!) On Sunday, Wedding Day, WWEP was at the venue from 10:00 to 10:00 (maybe later!) decorating the gazebo and the reception area, helping to manage the flow of events, delivering bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres, helping the wedding party be where they needed to be, assisting with serving at the reception and helping with clean up. The decorations and flowers were soooo beautiful. I even brought two buckets of peonies from my farm that morning and the flowers were added into the arrangements throughout the venue which added an additional special touch to an already beautiful, amazing and delightful day. Thank you Tanya, Debby and Karen! My son and daughter-in-law’s Wedding Weekend could not have been more wonderful!!

l went unanswered, not a single text went un-replied, every panic mode of mine were calmly diverted into feelings of joy - this is the effect these ladies had on us, which made our wedding so enjoyable and above all, extremely stress free. These ladies planned everything with the utmost attention to detail. We had 3 different wedding events spanning 3 days across 3 different venues - a typical Nepali wedding. I cannot begin to express how carefully these ladies planned every single event with some some sleepless nights, for which we are so truly thankful. They watched endless videos of Nepali weddings on YouTube to learn our culture and traditions They made our wedding so special and so memorable not only for us but also for all our guests! They were amazing problem solvers, any issue that occurred, they already had a resolution that they pre planned for. They even created an amazing but laborious flower canopy (phoolon ka chaddar) from scratch for bridal entrance a few days before the wedding only because I mentioned how nice it would be to have one. We just cannot thank these ladies enough. My husband and I are still in awe of all these amazing ladies. Tanya has an amazingly calming voice - there were super stressful days that I had as a bride, and I would call her, and all that stress would just melt away. I highly highly recommend Women Warriors Event Planning - these ladies are just super amazing and will make your big day, no matter what it may be, super special!

ot only was I able to go the weekend stress free, but our families were too because these ladies worked so hard to make our space BEAUTIFUL. I firmly believe going with them was the best decision I made regarding our wedding. They were so thorough, prepared, and so kind throughout the entire process. Cannot thank nor recommend these ladies enough for anybody thinking they may need help with their wedding. It was worth every penny.

make our wedding vision come to life. I absolutely did not want to post pone our wedding if it was possible and these women persevered with us! With communication, all the work they put in and beyond. They made our wedding vision come true, even if we were only allowed 10 guests from our originally planned 75+. On top of it, we could not have a reception room because of restrictions so they took our honeymoon suite at our hotel and transformed it into a mini version of what our reception would have looked like. It was beyond beautiful and brought tears to my eyes when I walked in with my newly wedded Hubby and guests! Our ceremony was “last minute” changed to an outdoor ceremony in the middle of winter and they brought their creative minds, decor and brought my vision to life. I cannot thank them enough for truly making such an unforgettable day for us. It was perfect, and honestly, I’m happy that we had the restrictions in place to be able to experience what they were able to do. I cannot express our gratitude enough for these ladies and how accommodating they were and putting us first and listening to all my worries, concerns, ideas and letting them run with it and just truly creating a beautiful wedding. You cannot go wrong with them!

Not bothered a bit by my “new bride” over zealousness at the beginning of the process they kept in touch throughout the following months making sure I was checking things off their list keeping me on track without feeling overwhelmed. I also LOVE that his crew comes with a TON of their own decor!! No extra rental charges or ending up with a bunch of decorations you will probably never use again. There are so many extras offered and at an incredible price. Unfortunately I had to cancel my wedding due to COVID-19 so I was unable to experience our combined vision for my wedding day but I have no doubt it would have been flawless. Bonus: they were unbelievably understanding about the cancellation and I was shocked at the size of my refund!! Looking forward to working with these ladies for future events.

we couldn't have had finer support. As any savvy wedding planning groom - I was forever seeking ways to cut cost without impeding the ceremony and fun, but it got too be too much and Karen was really helpful taking the reins over on different tasks. And despite my initial frugality, as the days became so much closer I remember even like getting baskets at value village and Karen just kind of paused and reminded of all the things WWEP can do. Tanya even helped with fun ideas for our bartender to try with non-alcoholic drink mixtures. It went deeper than mental fatigue compassion, they truly come off very genuine. It's almost like having family and friends help but without the taboo stigma of asking friends and family for too much assistance. Day of Karen was on top of everything, but I just didn't notice everything because the wedding party often is busy with how the day is flowing. Our guests really enjoyed the event and Crow Creek Mine can be a tough venue to problem solve on things but we weren't asked a thing. Day of we met Debbie and she was incredible. She was everywhere! Her presence was of comfort and peace. She steadied our energies and offered copious amounts of ideas and support. She helped my bride and I in so many ways. My wife and I were so touched. WWEP's nature and ethos is the right balance for any seeking their wedding but understanding we need a little help from more than just our natural friends and family. Nothing can be fully known but they were just right for us and I believe you will be thankful also.

y issues. We were not forced to change previous arrangements, they didn't alter our vision, they just listened to our wants and wishes and helped guide us through the rest of the process. I especially enjoyed that we were given an opportunity to customize the amount and kind of service that we wanted, rather than settling for a predetermined 'package'. When it came to the actual day of the wedding, the ladies went above and beyond with the decorations, the directing, and assisting with photography. it all went better than I could have hoped for! My family and I are thoroughly pleased with the service and are forever grateful for their care of our wedding!!!
