Despite the "month-of" timeframe, Elena and her team went above and beyond, starting their coordination efforts six whole months before our wedding. They quickly got in touch with our caterer, helping us finalize our menu and offering valuable suggestions. But their dedication didn't end there. Shortly after, Elena personally drove an hour and a half to conduct an in-person venue walk-through, initiated coordination with our DJ, assisted us in determining our floral arrangements, and continued to provide unwavering support throughout the process. From meticulously going through the timeline with all the vendors to organizing vendor meals, she demonstrated her commitment to excellence. My parents have never been to a Western wedding before and were feeling overwhelmed. Elena not only had a meeting with them in Mandarin Chinese to review the timeline, she created a personalized schedule in Chinese for them, and was so attentive to their comfort during the wedding day itself. They couldn't stop gushing about how wonderful she was! We ended up adding a couple of last-minute vendors, including a lion dance. She expertly weaved them in and coordinated with the other vendors, and the performance was stunning. She also took charge of setting up our arch when other vendors were unsure. I was very particular about wedding decor and we had a 12-page list of decor to set up! Elena did it all perfectly down to the last detail, and even found some creative uses for extra decor that were a beautiful touch. Our wedding day was flawless, thanks to Elena and her team's calm and organized approach. We were able to relax and enjoy the day while they worked tirelessly behind the scenes. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would give her 100 stars if we could.

They always have multiple floral options for their client. After they talk with me, we always try to find the best fit for the client and they are always open-minded to hear our advice. They also communicate all information with their clients very clearly. A week before the event, they sent us a very organized setup and venue working schedule. I have Elena and her team did our Partial wedding Planning, we were on a budget so I told her that I would want to keep everything reasonable. And she is just too sweet! She assigned me an extra bride assistant during our wedding day with no charge . She said that she wanted me to feel comfortable with extra assistance. And honestly, I talked to so many wedding planners, none of them would do that ! Her team is very responsive and detail oriented. She was an accompany for my food tasting and all venue meetings!
