We worked with Wonder Event Rentals for our June 2024 wedding in Encinitas and had an excellent experience! Their website is extremely user friendly. We started there and received an initial quote - I then started corresponding with the team about some of the details that were still up in the air (guest count, dance floor size, etc.), and they provided really helpful advice, including telling me what items were running low in their inventory that I might want to snag ASAP versus what could wait until my details were more solidified. Throughout the whole process, I got the sense that they were extremely experienced - they put me at ease and made me feel like they were a vendor I did not need to stress about at all. Day of, set-up went great and everything was exactly as I hoped and envisioned it. I would absolutely recommend working with them for your event!
We are so happy that we chose to use Wonder Rentals for our wedding at the Martin Johnson House! Jeremy, Nate, and Bella were all fantastic to work with and really communicative. We changed our order multiple times in the months leading up to our wedding and every time they were quick to make the update to our order with no hassle. Originally when we reached out, Wonder Rentals did not have heaters. However, Jeremy remembered we were looking to rent some and reached back out multiple months later to let us know they had added heaters to their inventory. They have also done weddings previously at the Martin Johnson House and were helpful with advising us with quantities needed and where/how things would fit.
Their rentals are beautiful and we are so happy with how everything turned out! We would highly recommend using Wonder Rentals.
We hired Wonder Events for our wedding at the Darlington House on 9/29/23 and they were wonderful to work with! We had to rent the usual stuff for our wedding, chairs, tables, etc. but also had to rent string lights for our reception which they also have. It was great that we could rent them all together. I was super impressed with the quality and everything looked so beautiful! We mainly worked with Jeremy and he was awesome. He was quick to respond to all my questions & emails, very thorough, and just a really nice guy. We highly recommend them!
Wonder was so fantastic to work with and helped make our dream wedding a reality! Their rentals elevated our event and they were so helpful, I would be glad to use them again for any events in the future! They blew away other vendors we looked at in pretty much every category, I highly recommend them!
We used Wonder Event Rentals for our outdoor lighting and had a great experience with them. They were very communicative with our wedding planner and with us leading up to the wedding. We also felt the their pricing was affordable for the area. They set up on the day of our wedding super early and the lights were the perfect touch outside to set the mood, especially at night. We would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a rental company in the San Diego area!
I'm a local wedding planner and I have been renting items from Wonder Event Rentals for a few years now and they are my go to for speciality rentals (ie. lounge, tables, chairs, other decor items). Their customer service is amazing and I love working with them. They respond to requests in a timely manner, they're efficient, and overall a great asset to my wedding planning business. On the day of events, they prioritize keeping in with planners/coordinators to let them know if they are running ahead of schedule or behind. I (and all other coordinators) really appreciate the heads up!

We were forced to go with WonderEvents as the "preferred vendor" for our venue - and I'm so glad! They put up market/string lights for our reception and they looked beautiful and really did a great job. Jeremy was super helpful through the information and quoting process, Nate was professional and communicative leading up to the event, and the team on the day of did a beautiful job. Go with WonderEvents, they're a great team that does great work and you won't be disappointed!
We used Wonder Event Rentals for our wedding in October 2021 and it was the best decision! Our original venue cancelled on us in May and they were supplying rentals, so we scrambled right away to find a new rental vendor. We got married near Palm Springs and thus, was a bit hesitant to look outside of the area but I am SO glad I did! Jeremy was incredibly responsive and easy to work with! His quote system is great. Agreement execution process was efficient. Pricing was very reasonable for well-maintained rentals, as was the delivery fee! The lawn games we rented were a huge hit as well! Jeremy asked all necessary questions up front and worked with our coordinator to arrange for delivery and pick up well in advance. His team set up the chairs and tables exactly how our coordinator advised, without any direction from me or anyone staying at our venue (they set up the day before the event). Pick up, again, was super seamless and non-intrusive!

Planning a wedding is no joke, let alone a COVID wedding. Wonder literally was the best when it came to any changes we had to make especially during a time when things were constantly changing last year. Everything looked amazing, they were so easy to communicate with, understanding, and just overall amazing. We were so happy with our rentals and everything looked even better than expected.
Amazing!! Everyone raved about our living room outdoors at our wedding…everything was in pristine condition. Even my wedding planner is going to start partnering with them as a long term vendor. Nothing but great things to say about Jeremy and team!
It was such a pleasure working with Jeremy and the rest of his team at Wonder Event Rentals. When thinking about the vision for our wedding, he kindly let us visit the warehouse where we hand-picked all the furniture. He was always so quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we had. We needed a team to help out with flipping the space at our venue after the ceremony, so we worked with them in re-arranging all the tables and chairs. Incredible! We rented the Megan Lounge + two desks for our entry way to our wedding and they were absolutely beautiful and added a great touch to our wedding decor. We also used their peacock chairs for our sweetheart table and they were so nice! Thank you Wonder!
Wonder set up beautiful market lights at our March 2020 wedding at Sandbox. Pricing was quite fair, and service and communication were excellent. As those of you planning weddings know, the best vendors are often the ones who require the least attention from you. Wonder was professional, and we felt confident enough in them to do their thing, and it worked out excellently!
We rented from Stecklair Event Co. (now Wonder Event Rentals) for our wedding and were so pleased with the outcome! The farmhouse tables, chairs, and wine barrel bars were beautiful and exactly as pictured. Jeremy worked with us through the whole process, and was flexible, easy to communicate with, and professional. Would highly recommend them for your event!
Wow. These people are INCREDIBLE. Jeremy was a total joy to work with as I changed my estimate of people about 17 times. They had everything set up in lightening speed and the cost was less than all competitors. I would use them again and again!!!!! Do your wedding a favor and book stecklair.
We were so happy we chose to rent our farm tables from Stecklair. The level of customer service from Jenny, Connie, and Jeremy was outstanding. They worked with us as our numbers changed, cleaned and polished the tables at delivery, and were so easy to work with. The tables were beautiful AND affordable. They set up everything just like we wanted, and delivery and pick-up were really smooth.
We were SO lucky to have Jenny as our wedding coordinator. We met her at Owl Creek Farm's vendor fair and immediately had a great feeling about her. We rented our cocktail tables from her and she was our day of (month of) coordinator but she was also able to rent us a generator when one of our other vendors couldn't provide it.
Jenny is super organized and she went above and beyond to make our wedding day seamless. When the wait staff was pouring wine for our dinner, she jumped in and was even helping pour for our guests so they didn't have to wait. She checked on us to make sure we had time to eat our dinner in between photos and speeches etc. and she packed up everything for us at the end of the night. She is such a positive and wonderful person to work with and she made us feel totally at ease. We'd recommend her to anyone for their wedding as she's so experienced and detail oriented!
I was SO impressed with our lighting company for our wedding. Jenny did a phenomenal bringing our wedding to light! We rented the market street lighting and it looked beautiful at our outdoor reception. We received so many compliments on how amazing the lighting looked.
I was impressed with how they were able to perfect our day by just talking over the phone and telling her my vision. They made the process super easy and came to the venue in the afternoon set up and tore down after without having to bother us. I got to prep and get ready for my big day with no stress of having to meet with them at the venue or coordinate anything. Jenny was fabulous and I would highly recommend renting from them!
