I grew up going to Woodloch since i was a baby and my husband and i wanted a “fun family weekend” for our wedding and we knew that woodloch would be the only venue to make that happen. We worked with Cara and Payten and i would 12/10 recommend!!!!. They were top-notch. From our initial phone call (and zoom call since we live out of state) to answering my 100000 emails to executing our exact vision on the weekend of our event; they went above and beyond to make sure our day/weekend was perfect. The woodloch family truly took care of us and all our guests to make everyone feel like they were home. 6+ months later we are still getting so many compliments on how organized the events were. woodloch catered to each and ever guest from making sure housing arrangements were perfect to accommodating guests with dietary restrictions to calling the bus to get guests home early. If you are considering having a wedding or any event here. Take my word and just book it!!!

Woodloch is beyond fabulous. I have been going to Woodloch my entire life and have always wanted to get married there. They exceeded even my craziest hopes. The staff was extremely accommodating and very helpful, especially since my husband and I were planning from out of state. I had not one worry during the entire planning process. Kelly was always there to answer questions or to put my mind at ease. The day of could not have gone any better. Everything was beautifully set up, just how I imagined it to be. I would highly recommend this vendor.

Kelly and her team did a wonderful job supporting us through the planning process to the very end of our wedding night. Any issues with vendors, questions about what to include, working with our schedule for touring the property; each outreach to the team was met with a timely and professional response. On our wedding day, Kelly and all members of the Woodloch team seemed to share in our excitement for all events and made sure that things went according to plan. I can't recommend Woodloch enough for family vacations or big events!

My husband and I were married at Woodloch Pines Resort on 10.21.2023. We are from NYC and wanted a mini-destination wedding weekend with our family. I chose Woodloch because of their beautiful lakeside space and the all-inclusiveness of their package. However, they exceeded all of my expectations. My wedding planner, Michelle, was absolutely fantastic from the beginning of planning through the day of. She was by my side through everything. They took all of my decor and really brought my vision to life better than I could ever have imagined possible. Every request and concern I had was taken care of right away. I highly recommend them if you are looking to get married in the Poconos. Our wedding was the most beautiful, perfect day at Woodloch!

We had our wedding at Woodloch Resort one month ago on Sept 9, 2023 and it was absolutely amazing! The Woodloch staff is extremely professional and clearly very experienced with throwing weddings. Everything went smoothly and we could not have asked for a better experience. We worked with Kelly Cassazza as our coordinator and she was absolutely incredible! She was very professional, and made the entire process so easy. She also did a great job at keeping us (mainly me) calm the whole weekend. We loved that this venue allows you to have your entire wedding experience on site! We had the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, first look, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, after party, and morning after brunch all on the resort. The resort is also large enough that most of our events were in different locations, which we loved. Most of our guests also stayed on the resort and Woodloch offers transportation, which is extremely convenient. They also have catering, bar, staffing, and tables/chairs/linens/etc so we didn't have to work with a rental company for anything. We just brought the decor that we wanted to use, and they set everything up and broke it down. Woodloch's spa is separate from the main resort, but I would HIGHLY recommend. I got a massage the day before my wedding, and as a stressed out bride, it was extremely needed. Getting a massage there included using the facilities an hour before and after my appointment, and it was seriously incredible. I recommend booking in advance as they book up quick. All in all I would highly highly recommend this venue for a wedding. It was absolutely beautiful, everything ran perfectly, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We are so happy we chose Woodloch for our venue, and we can't wait to bring our future kids on vacation to the resort since it's a family-friendly resort.

We had a dream wedding at Woodloch! Their staff are great. We mainly worked with Michelle during our preparation. She was always considerate, organized, and patient. She proactively checked in to make sure everything was on track, offered us a lot of practical advice, and addressed all my questions to the best. In particular, she was able to calm me down when I was in anxiety occasionally. The resort itself is also great. We had an intimate wedding so the ceremony was held at Woodloch Pines Lakeside and the reception was on the Woodloch Springs side. Both were beautiful, and the Lakeside especially provided the best backdrop for the ceremony. The food was great - a lot of our guests commented that it was among the top food they had at weddings. Some of our guests stayed at the Woodloch Springs vacation houses - rooms were new and clean, and the various amenities at the resort easily gave guests a lot of fun. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Woodloch Pines since I was young and I always dreamed I'd have my wedding there. When my now-husband and I got engaged we fell in love with the idea of having not just a wedding but a weekend slumber party full of games and events that all our friends and family could enjoy. Cara was our wedding coordinator and she helped us make so many seemingly impossible things happen! Most importantly and impressive - Cara (and Woodloch) made it possible to have an entirely Gluten Free Wedding! As my husband has Celiac it was important to him that he not have to worry during his own wedding - whether or not something was gluten free, whether or not he'd accidentally get sick from cross contamination, etc. Not only did they make it possible but the food was DELICIOUS - and we got many compliments from our guests about how impressed there were with the quality and options available. Additionally Cara helped us plan not only the wedding but also private go carts & a welcome dinner for the night our guests arrived as well as a thank you breakfast and private trivia and karaoke for the day after the wedding. When our plans changed due to COVID and we moved the date from 2020 to 2021 Cara was very understanding and helped us reschedule all the events easily. When the weekend finally came our guests raved about the delicious food, amazing service, and how much fun they had not just at the wedding but at Woodloch all weekend long!

Woodloch is the best ever. The staff at Woodloch are handsdown the best service people that have ever existed. Everyone on staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The venues are beautiful. The food was amazing. Insider tip, rent a house in the Springs during your tasting weekend. It will give you a great feel for the venue, allow you to get a real lay of the land, and allow you to know what your guests will experience on the big day. I cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else. Having it as Woodloch gave our guests and excuse for a group vacation they all really loved! LGBT Friendly!

From the first email, the wedding coordinator Cara was amazing. She was responsive and kinda. I'd completely recommend Woodloch for your wedding. The ceremony site and reception site were beautiful.

I have been going to Woodloch Pines since I was 6 years old. Every experience I have had with Woodloch throughout my life was wonderful and my wedding was no exception! Cara was our wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond to make all of our dreams come true. She was such a big help with recommending vendors, coordinating vendors, and making sure that every detail of our big day was exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious, the service was top notch, and the venue is beautiful. My guests had an amazing time!

Our wedding was nothing short of amazing at Woodloch!!! Cara was our life saver while planning and replanning our wedding in the midst of a pandemic. She went above and beyond the call of duty to give us a day we will never forget! It wasn’t anything that we had originally pictured or thought we wanted, but Woodloch provided us with the most memorable day. We can’t thank Cara and the Woodloch staff enough for our incredible wedding day!

Our wedding at Woodloch was more than I could have ever asked for. Our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful the whole experience was. The venue itself is breathtaking but the service provided was more than I could have ever expected. We were lucky enough to have Amanda as our coordinator and she was absolutely perfect through everything. She was so organized and responsive. She was by my husband and my side through everything beginning to end. I had no stress with planning my wedding because Amanda was there through it all. The wedding itself was not just one night. We were able to plan a whole weekend experience for everyone. All of our guests traveled (the closest person was 1.5 hours away) and the guesthouses provided a great place for everyone to gather and be together. Our wedding started Friday with the wedding party having a go-cart competition which was a great way to start the weekend for us!! After that, we were able to all meet at the clubhouse and get together for a couple drinks. While at the clubhouse Friday night, the owner even came up to myself and my husband to introduce himself and thank us for being there. It really meant a lot to us that he would take that time for us. Saturday morning (the day of the wedding) everyone was able to go and do their own thing. People went golfing, horseback riding, hiking, or anything they could think of. At the wedding everyone was just blown away by the venue. The food was better than I could have ever imagined, and the cake was probably the best cake I've ever had at a wedding, and it came with ice cream!!! I would highly recommend Woodloch to anyone that asks. My wedding was the best night of my life and I am so thankful to Amanda and the whole staff at Woodloch for making it a night I will always remember.

We found Woodloch via google search, and once we saw the Lakeview in the Fall with the changing of the leaves we knew that was one. Having a wedding coordinator like Amanda made the entire event effortless she is the best. She also provided us with their resident DJ Luis who combined with Jenny the Officiant, and Utopia Salon Cindy along with Micheal from House of Flowers they all worked seamlessly together. Woodloch exceeded our expectations in everything they did from start to finish. The food was amazing, and the events they have keep the guests entertained during your stay. My Woodloch wedding was a dream come true! My family and friends are still talking about my wedding. Amanda our wedding coordinator went above and beyond my expectations! She is extremely organized, friendly, and on top of her game! We can honestly say it was due to Amanda and her team's expertise and support that we could truly relax and enjoy our special day without any worry whatsoever! She's simply the best! Would highly recommend having a wedding at Woodloch to any couple!

As long time guests of Woodloch Pines resort, we knew our Woodloch wedding would be an amazing experience but I could not imagine how truly perfect it would be! My family has been visiting Woodloch since the late 80s but my fiancé was only introduced to Woodloch when I suggested having our wedding there. After his first visit he was hooked! We met with Cara who is head of the Woodloch weddings team and she discussed all the possible wedding venues they have to offer. From the first meeting to our weddings end, Cara was extremely helpful in all things Woodloch related. From vendors, food, drinks, decorations, hotel and house bookings, she helped plan EVERYTHING and anything possible. Since we were planing from Long Island and not always able to meet in person Cara was always prompt with emails and always accommodating. Speaking of accommodating; Cara and the Woodloch team were able to accommodate every request we made. Here are a few that were included in our wedding weekend: Block of tables at night club for Horse races, Go carts, family feud, shuttle services, canoe bar, multiple BBQs and so much more! We can’t forget to mention the Woodloch hospitality. Anyone who has ever been to Woodloch knows that the Woodloch staff pride themselves on hospitality. But I can not explain what it felt like to be on the receiving end of this hospitality when you’re getting married at Woodloch! Every single staff member we encountered that weekend made our family and friends smile, laugh, and enjoy everything! Everyone was so excited for us as if they were getting married there (which we have come to learn that many staff members do get married at Woodloch :) which shows how wonderful it really is). Housing: our guests stayed 2 or 3 nights (Thursday to Sunday) in the Woodloch Springs Guest Homes. We pretty much took over The Springs and everyone was okay with that! We hosted 2 BBQs with music, dancing, s’mores and much more! This is where I need to thank Linda from catering. All I can say is WOW! Linda and her team were on top of all of our catering and BBQ needs! They set up early and stayed late to clean up after our crazy nights of partying. Each Springs home is perfect for family and friends to spread out and enjoy their stay. The venue: main room at the Inn. It was simply beautiful! It was supposed to rain the day of our wedding but somehow the Woodloch magic pulled though and the sun was shining. We started our ceremony on the lawn then moved into the downstairs for cocktail hour. After everyone headed upstairs to the main dining room. Cara was on top of every detail of the day and we were able to enjoy our time with friends and family without a worry in the world. I could go on forever about how perfect our weekend was! My husband and I wanted a wedding that was a vacation for our family and friends. There’s nothing better then a family vacation with 170 of your favorites. Our guests enjoyed using ALL of Woodlochs facilities from the pool to the lake, go carts to water skiing. I’ve never seen so many adults enjoy a water slide! It was truly a dreamy weekend!

Our Woodloch wedding was absolutely a dream come true. From the wedding coordinator to the servers, everything went so perfectly. The food was outstanding and the catering before and after the wedding were also amazing. If you’re thinking about a Woodloch wedding, I highly recommend it.

My husband and I are so happy we made the decision to get married at Woodloch! We chose Woodloch based on reviews and put a deposit down before even visiting the venue, and we are so happy we did! We planned our wedding from Florida and Woodloch made it so easy and stress free to plan from out of town. Amanda was our wedding coordinator and she was wonderful! She was so sweet and professional and accommodated all of our requests, even up to the last minute! With the help of Woodloch and Amanda, our wedding went perfectly and we had such a blast! Our guests have been telling us it’s the best wedding they have ever been to! It did not just feel like a wedding, it felt like a vacation! We cannot wait to go back to Woodloch for our anniversary! We highly recommend Woodloch Resort!!!

I decided to go with Woodloch because I wanted some one on my side during that process. I wanted the food, decorations, set up, take down, cake, everything taken care of so we could enjoy our day. We got that and more! Not only was our planner Amanda, the best person on the planet, they were so accommodating. Everything was perfect and although it rained last minute, they took care of everything. I would not have wanted to get married anywhere else!

My husband and I got married at Woodloch in June, 2019. To say it was the best day ever may sound cliché, but it truly was. Aside from the incredible job Woodloch did, our wedding weekend also happened to be the first weekend in months without rain. That’s simply because Woodloch is magical. Whether or not you are a guest at the resort or a guest at a wedding, you will always leave Woodloch feeling like you had THE BEST DAY EVER. It’s natural beauty and peacefulness makes you feel like you never want to leave. Having our ceremony down by the lakefront was breathtaking. Our pictures almost look fake! We will forever cherish the memories we made on our special day and Woodloch will forever hold a special place in our hearts. ­ I’m originally from the Boston area and my husband’s family is from Long Island, so both families have very high expectations for weddings. With our budget, we knew we needed an affordable, yet stunning wedding venue that would meet ours and our family’s expectations. Woodloch allowed us to have a GLAMOROUS and PERFECT wedding here in northeastern PA, for an affordable price. The staff was amazing! They worked so hard setting up the room exactly the way I asked. Cara and Amanda were the dream wedding team. Planning a large wedding can be extremely stressful, but Cara and Amanda were so willing and able to help solve all the problems that came up. They were so great that I rarely felt stressed. The day of our wedding was flawless. There were no issues (that I knew of) because we had the best wedding planners in the world. Not only are they extremely talented in what they do, but they are also wonderful people. Many of our guests raved about how kind and attentive they both were to everyone’s needs. After the planning is over you will wish they were your girl-friends so you could hang out all the time. The food exceeded our expectations! The kitchen and waitstaff did a phenomenal job. I had many guests with diet restrictions and allergies and the staff made it a point to speak with those guests directly to make them feel safe with their meal choices. We still have friends and family telling us “the food at your wedding was the best food we’ve ever had at any wedding!” That means a lot considering most of them are from big cities! We owe a huge thank you to the bakery for not only making us a stunning wedding cake but making us TWO! The gold foil I purchased barely covered the cake and did not come out the way I wanted so the bakery baked an entirely new cake. The cake ended up being more beautiful than I had imagined or planned. We were so touched by their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. All of our guests that stayed in guest homes said they had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return one day. On top of it all, the bride and groom get to spend a night for free, which was a really nice touch. We are so glad we made the decision to have our wedding at Woodloch and would not change one thing about our entire experience. If you are considering Woodloch as your wedding venue, let me help you out…. DO IT! You won’t regret it and you will be so thankful you chose such a magical place!

I dragged my fiance (now husband) to nearly 20 venues, and my only wish was that Woodloch was not the second to last one we saw - because if they were first, we would've stopped right there! From DAY ONE (circa Oct 2017) to our wedding on 9/7/2019, Woodloch was truly an all-in-one package.  This review won't even get to cover all of the incredible attention to details, the beautiful property and the overly friendly and accommodating staff and service.  Not to mention chef Debbie did a PHENOMINAL job on all of the food, wedding cake and desserts - absolutely stunning work, and delicious!!  We were so lucky and honored to have our wedding at the inn on property.   Cara is such a hard-working professional and a total sweetheart, fully dedicated to making sure that you and your future significant other have everything you need for your special day.  Even though my wedding wasn't until 2019, I never felt like I was put on the back burner - every single question (and there were a TON of those lol) was answered within 24 hours, most of the time not even an hour would pass by! People always say you won't sleep much the night before, but I certainly did because I knew that everything would go smoothly. I had so much faith in Cara by that time, and I didn't worry about a thing!  Okay...maybe not a completely rested night's sleep, I WAS still nervous for my own wedding lol   Overall, Woodloch could not have selected a better coordinator than Cara as the primary face of Woodloch's weddings. I can't say enough on how helpful they were throughout the entire process.  We absolutely love Woodloch and immediately decided to return next year to celebrate our 1-year anniversary.  THANK YOU WOODLOCH, you made our vision a reality and a dream come true <3

Just got married at Woodloch Pines on 6/28/19. It was the most incredible weekend of our life. From the beginning, Cara was our coordinator and was the most helpful person throughout the entire planning process. She had just gotten married at Woodloch Pines herself, and to us that said a lot. We had our 130 guests make a vacation out of our wedding weekend and now all anyone can talk about is planning something for the same weekend in 2020. There were so many little details that Woodloch handled perfectly. Thursday - Rehearsal dinner at the Springs Vista Terrace that had a beautiful view and delicious food. The bartenders were also fantastic and made the best drinks. Friday - The Wedding! Got ready in the beautiful Springs houses (blew a fuse with blowdryers, Woodloch fixed that in 5 minutes). Shuttles took us to the Mill for our first look & pictures. The ceremony was outside on the lake and could not have been more beautiful. Cocktail hour was amazing and guests are still raving about the mashed potato bar we had. The wedding reception itself ran smoothly...Woodloch's bakery custom made us a beautiful rainbow cake to celebrate our love and pride weekend! Saturday - Breakfast at the Vista Terrace and then all of our wonderful wedding guests, in their fancy wedding t-shirts, got to use all of Woodloch's amazing amenities. People still can't get over how amazing Woodloch is and many plan to go back very soon. Guests then met back up for a delicious dinner at the Vista Terrace again. During this dinner we plugged in a phone and had a dance party (pretty much a wedding 2.0). The staff quickly moved all the tables to the side so we could have a dance floor. We were quite the fun bunch! Sunday - Another breakfast at the Vista Terrace for our guests. The staff could not have been more helpful and wonderful. This weekend was definitely one to remember. Many guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended and it will forever be hard to top such a wonderful weekend. This wedding wasn't 5 hours where the brides are stressed and don't really get to spend any quality time with their guests, but one that everyone gained lasting memories for the rest of their life. If you are thinking destination wedding, do not look anywhere else. Yes it was expensive for guests to attend (accommodations), but they all made it into a vacation and loved every second of it. Of 157 guests invited, 130 came and made memories of a lifetime.

Our son was married June 15 in an outdoor ceremony at the Inn at Woodloch. The wedding planner, Amanda, handled every detail and responded to every question and request quickly, pleasantly, and efficiently. We also hosted a BBQ and bonfire with s’mores for the rehearsal dinner in the home at Woodloch Springs we were staying at and a post wedding breakfast in the Vista dining room at the golf club in Woodloch Springs. All three events over the course of the weekend ran smoothly thanks to their professional, friendly, and accommodating staff. The food was excellent and well received by all our guests and the settings were beautiful both indoors as well as outdoors.

Woodloch really worked with us to create the wedding weekend of our dreams. We had a dedicated coordinator assigned by the venue who helped to plan and manage our rehearsal, welcome party, the wedding day, and post-wedding brunch. Our guests all stayed in 2-5 bedroom homes near one another and had an absolute blast. It was like adult sleep away camp. Most even had a chance to do activities on the property the morning of our wedding making for an unforgettable weekend. There were very few blips the entire weekend and when any issue arose (no matter how big or small), the staff at Woodloch took care of it right away. Our guests also raved about the phenomenal service and food. If you are looking for a weekend destination wedding in the mountains, this venue is the right choice for you. And the price point may not be as steep as you'd expect for everything you are getting. Highly recommend.

The best possible thing that could of happened to me for our wedding was having Cara, the wedding planner. We planned an entire wedding in about 3 months. From the moment I met Cara she was cool, calm and collected and put me at ease. I didn't know where to start but she helped me the whole way through. Anytime I had a question she responded through email immediately. I had so many personal problems with this wedding but she helped anyway she could! Then came the big day and you got to see her really shine! She made sure everything just ran like a well oiled machine. She was there for me for whatever I needed whether it be calming me down, getting whatever I wanted or making sure I was happy she handled it all. The biggest thing was when no one could remember how to bustle my dress. I was in a panic almost in tears in the locker room but in came Cara and she figured it out! Talk about saving the day, she saved my wedding day! I honestly would of been lost without her! She is a MAJOR asset to Woodloch and regardless of how beautiful the place is, how great the food is or how perfect my wedding was, I couldn't of seen that day being as amazing as it was if Cara was not a part of it!

What can i say about the Woodloch resort. Absolutely fantastic. Amanda the wedding planner was terrific!! We were so fortunate to have her help us plan my daughters wedding. She was so pleasant , professional, kind, extremely understanding and sweet. I would highly recommend her to everyone who is planning a wedding. The Woodloch staff was just the best ever. They were so accommodating, always smiling, and so pleasant. Linda the barmaid was aces. She worked so hard and never stopped smiling. I am so glad she was working our wedding. I could go on and on about the staff, management, shuttle drivers ( excellent). The accommodations were beyond beautiful. All that being said, i want to take this opportunity to give everyone involved with our wedding a huge THANK YOU! Your the best.

We got married at Woodloch Resort in Lackawaxen Township, PA in October 2018. Our ceremony took place outside by the lake and our cocktail hour and reception took place inside at The Inn at Woodloch. Amanda, our wedding coordinator, was the absolute best! She was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the event, she made sure everything ran smoothly. The staff at Woodloch was very friendly and the service was excellent. The cocktail hour and reception food was delicious, and the in-house wedding cake got great reviews! Our friends and family stayed in the guest houses at Woodloch Springs. This was a great way to see everyone and we were able to hold a few additional events at the guest houses, including a welcome BBQ the day before the wedding, a wedding day fun run, an after party bonfire complete with s’mores, and breakfast the day after the wedding. Although the house placements took extra effort with shifting house availability, it ultimately turned out well and we loved having everyone stay in the same area. We chose to use The Lodge at Woodloch for hair/makeup and that was an excellent decision. The team of stylists came right to the houses the morning of the wedding to help the ladies get ready. Our other vendors included Michael’s House of Flowers (florals), Evans Entertainment (DJ), and Miana Jun Photo (photographer). We are really happy with our decision to celebrate our marriage at Woodloch and look forward to coming back for future anniversaries and celebrations!

The Inn at Woodloch was the setting for our Daughters wedding September 2018.After exploring other venues and packages, our choice was clear. The Lakeside setting,convenient accomodations,,package and meal options,and zero stress environment made the decision simple.The Reception celebration was incredible! Food, Staff,and atmosphere outstanding!The band created a high energy level without losing connection to the emotion and traditions.Watching our Daughter and her Husband celebrating are forever treasured memories!!

We loved woodloch our coordinators Amanda and Ashleigh were amazing and were so helpful and answered every question they literally did everything for us which was amazing as well I couldn't imagine doing this without them

My daughter wanted a very small, intimate wedding ceremony for the most important people in her life to witness. She wanted this and then a big party afterwards for all friends and family which we did a month later. She could not think of a better place than the Woodloch Resort for her wedding ceremony. Kaitlin remembers the Woodloch Resort when we took her and her older brother there for several years in a row when they were young. This 4 day event exceeded our expectations. There were 60 people here over the weekend. Several of us stayed at the Lodge at Woodloch which is an experience in itself, and the others rented houses at Woodloch Springs, their golf resort which is across the street from the Lodge. My daughter worked with Cara for a year and every email was answered quickly, every detail on everyone's lodging, all food concerns, everything - was taken care of. They took care of transportation from the Lodge and the Springs to the lakeside at the main Woodloch Resort for the ceremony and back to the Springs where we had the dinner reception. Food was great, the music we had was terrific and no detail was left to chance. I cannot tell you how wonderful our 4 night experience was at the Lodge at Woodloch. The food, the room, the ambiance, the spa treatments - wow! My husband and I can't wait to go back. Cara took care of every detail the day of the ceremony and everything went off without a hitch. She was there for our entire reception making sure everything was running smoothly. You also have to have a rain contingency plan put into place which we did, but we were all thrilled that the day was gorgeous! Please don't hesitate to consider or use the Woodloch Resort! It was perfect!

My fiancé and I were Married at Woodloch September 2018. Our wedding night was one of the best nights of our lives and we have Woodloch and all of our vendors to thank for that! We decided to get married in a church and went to the Inn for our reception. We had 180 guests and it was the perfect fit. We used MCR productions and Michaels house of flowers for our decor and between them both our reception looked like something out of a dream. Our wedding. Coordinators did a perfect job of setting everything up, we didn’t have to worry about a thing!!! UUU band provided fantastic entertainment for my guests to dance the night away and Kindred souls photography captured every moment of the night. The Woodloch staff was outstanding. My guests couldn’t stop raving about the service! They couldn’t get over the fact that they didn’t have to go up to the bar to get a drink! We chose to have a sit down reception and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff even wrapped food up for us at the end of the night which was a nice treat seeing how it’s almost impossible to eat! We even got to have some of the flat breads from our late night flat bread station. Both of our families are from out of state so most of our guests traveled and stayed in the guest homes. Everyone raved about the accommodations and enjoyed their time on the resort. It was such a great feeling having everyone together and being able to hop from house to house to say hi. We ended the weekend with a farewell brunch which was a perfect and delicious way to say goodbye to an amazing weekend! Thank you to everyone at woodloch for the best experience of our lives!!!!

Our wedding was at Woodloch on 6/22/18 and the entire process of planning was so easy. If you are lucky enough to have Ashleigh Smith as your wedding coordinator she literally bends over backwards and gives you every and anything you need. She always answered my questions promptly and made sure I was not stressed. The food was absolutely amazing. They send a server down for cocktail hour to make sure the wedding party eats while taking photos. Just know if you are going with woodloch, you will have an amazing day. Every person working there was extremely nice. Nothing but good things to say!

Woodloch is simply, incredible. To get to the point, I will explain what we had and what they did. We had 3 events - Thursday night welcome lunch / dinner with an indian ceremony and music night, Friday night BBQ, and Saturday night wedding ceremony and reception. -Everyone who works for Woodloch is exceptional. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Our wedding was a marriage of two very different cultures and Woodloch made us feel at home. I don't recall getting "no" as an answer to any of our requests. -Amanda is an amazing wedding coordinator. Though she is the "day of" coordinator, she really is involved from the day you chose to get married at woodloch. -Their food is out of this world. We got the buffet with seafood and premium drink package. When you compare prices to other venues, you'll also be surprised at the affordability (relatively, of course :) ) -For our bbq, they also went out of their way to set things up and take it down. The bbq is a cool feature - everyone lives in guest houses in a cul-de-sac(s). You do not have to cater through them (which we didn't) but they provide (for a small fee) set up and take down services, along with virtually whatever you want. -Our guests really enjoyed the resort and the activities that they offered. They also enjoyed spending time together in the housing section. These were added bonuses to the wedding itself. -The travel to the resort is difficult, but if you're from the area, have guests coming from all over (wherever you get married, people have to travel), or are planning a destination wedding, it's a moot point. Furthermore, due to everything Woodloch offers, including hospitality and services, it's more than worth it. -Though this is something I didn't look for (or didn't know to look for), our DJs music sounded incredible due to the acoustics at The Inn at Woodloch (name of the venue across the lake). -You will save money on decor for the venue - it already looks very elegant with a beautiful view of the lake, nice chandeliers, and a lavish feel. All in all, I hands down recommend this Woodloch.

I want to start by saying that every single thing was AMAZING. Literally a dream come true. The staff at woodloch was accommodating, friendly & very knowledgeable. During our entire wedding planning process our wedding planner, Amanda, was there to answer any and all questions we asked and followed through with all things that we had discussed. She really helped make everything seem so easy! The food was also exceptional. Hors d'oeuvres, entrees, wedding cake, cocktails. Every single thing was so good. So many of our guests have been raving to us about it ever since! Our guests stayed at guest homes at the Springs property and everyone loved their accommodations. They were beautiful homes and very clean! Honestly, Woodloch just knows how to do it and how to do it right. There is really no other way to put it. Our guests loved that they could use the facilities and all of the activities on property. Most of our guests stayed there the entire weekend and had such a good time! I truly feel like I could go on for days about how great everything was. If we were to do it all over again we would not do one single thing differently! Thank you Woodloch & Amanda!

The planning was pretty rough, but the executed very well overall. Such a beautiful venue, inside and out and the houses on the property make for a pretty awesome weekend.

I have been a guest of Woodloch for now 26 years and ever since I saw my first wedding here as little girl, I knew this was the place that I was going to get married at. This is magical place filled with beautiful scenery and even greater people. Cara was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. Being as I live 7 hour away from Woodloch, I was terrified that it would be stressful planning a wedding so far away, but she put me at ease. She was on top of everything and I never had to worry. Its a one stop shop when you get married here, which is wonderful. Everything is taken care of from the wedding coordinator, dinner, drinks, the wedding cake, cocktail hour, beautiful ceremony area by the lake, and service. They even provided me with a list of vendors that I chose from and couldn't be happier with every single one of them. Cost is very reasonable with all that you get! We made our wedding a weekend event. Welcome dinner for the guest on the golf course, "That's Entertainment Game" just for our guest at the resort, the wedding and after party, and the farewell breakfast the next morning. My family and friends still talk about how it was the best wedding they ever attended. Some of the guest even turned into a vacation of their own. Tons for everyone to do for both families and couples. The guest houses near the golf course where everyone could stay near each other were great! We also got a shuttle to transfer ourselves and guest to and from the wedding/after party so no one had to worry about driving! For the brides, the Lodge at Woodloch glam squad is all you need. They came right to our house for hair and make-up! They did an amazing job with myself and the whole bridal party. Everyone loved their looks! The ceremony site by the lake is a must! It is breathtaking! The cocktail hour on the deck makes for a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. Even the reception area overlooks the lake right in time for sunset. I am constantly telling people near and far from Woodloch that this is truly the best place to get married. I always tell people I had my dream wedding, with my dream man, at my DREAM LOCATION. It is a day that I will remember for a lifetime, and I truly have Woodloch to thank for making my dreams come true!

I grew up going to Woodloch all the time with my family so it only made sense to have a Woodloch Wedding but they did not disappoint!! Everything was flawless and Cara is amazing. They take care of every detail for you and it was so nice to not have to deal with so many outside vendors since they do in-house catering and cakes. Our cocktail hour on the lake was perfect and our pictures by the lake were even better. My guests raved about the experience and I can't say enough good things about Woodloch and my perfect Woodloch wedding!!

My husband and I just recently had our wedding at Woodloch, it was everything we dreamed of and more. Woodloch is a beautiful place, but what really made our day special was the amazing staff. PERFECT!!! I've dreamed of having my wedding at Woodloch since I was a little girl- my real life Woodloch wedding was a dream come true. The ceremony on the lake was absolutely beautiful with the fall leaves in the background. Everyone loved the food, and the location. A lot of our guests stayed a the resort for the whole weekend and had a ton of fun with all of the activities. Even better, our Woodloch Wedding coordinator, Cara, was AMAZING.

Woodloch is absolutely amazing. I used to come here as a kid for large family gatherings. My wife and I sat down and decided what we wanted out of our wedding location. We visited a few spots but none of them completely fit the requirements. My mom then suggested going to Woodloch. We went back for a visit and it hit all the marks. We had guests of all ages attneding and we knew the facilities at Woodloch were perfect for catering to them. We wanted a wedding that wasnt just one day but a whole weekend. Most of our guests stayed for 2 or 3 nights in Woodloch Springs and we had parties every night. It made it less about that 5 hour ceremony/reception and more about spending a long weekend with loved ones. Our wedding planned Ashleigh was fantastic and made sure everything ran as smooth as possible. Everyone from the housing department to the makeup crew to the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and wuld go out of their way to make sure our weekend was a smash. Most of our guests came up to us after the wedding to say how much fun they had at Woodloch and want to come back.

The venue was amazing. We are still getting compliments on the service and food from our wedding. Our coordinator Cara, was super accomadating for us on our big day. Not one person waiting for a drink or needed something the day of. Woodloch was the perfect venue for a perfect day. Wouldn't change a thing

She dealt with all of my vendors, kept my balances in order and made sure the day of the wedding went smooth and perfect. She was there for me when I email-ed her a million times a day, she listened to my ideas for the wedding, and did everything she can to give us the wedding we wanted. Woodloch was my dream-come-true wedding. My husband and I are from New York but I've been to Woodloch many times during my childhood and knew there would be no better place for the perfect wedding. We got married on October 29th, with the fall foliage at its peak, with the most beautiful sunset behind us. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. None of it would have been possible without Cara, the most outstanding wedding coordinator anyone could ask for. Cara was there for us every single step of the way, and she never once missed a beat. Any question or concern we had was answered immediately. Having a destination wedding would be hard one would imagine, but not with Cara and the amazing staff at Woodloch. We met with Cara several times from choosing Woodloch as our venue to the months leading up to the wedding for our tasting, my trial, etc. She was so accommodating and helpful that we never once felt overwhelmed or confused. Woodloch has been a family tradition of mine since my childhood and choosing it as our wedding place was the best decision we made. I cannot say enough good things. Our guests were raving about our perfect wedding weekend from the moment they arrived. Cara helped us create a weekend timeline which was so much fun to gather all of our family and friends! We began with a welcome bonfire in front of our guest home on Friday, followed by the ceremony and reception on Saturday, and ending the perfect weekend with a beautiful farewell brunch on Sunday. Cara even came to say goodbye to us at the brunch. No place is more accommodating or more beautiful to get married than in the tucked-away serenity of the Pocono Mountains than Woodloch. We got married at the Inn at sunset right in front of the beautiful lake. There was not a cloud in the sky, just a sunny warm breeze and we were surrounded by our families and closest friends. Woodloch's new addition of the "bridal suite" downstairs is awesome! It was our little hide away when my bridesmaids and I wanted to freshen up, get away for a minute or just to recollect. Woodloch even sent us back to our hotel room with a full take-home container of our meals! (Which we ate at 2am; the perfect way to end the night!) Please look no further than Woodloch for your most special day. I promise you will not be disappoinged no matter which day/time of year you choose. My wedding was held at woodloch resort on 10/22 with Amanda as our wedding coordinator and I could not have asked for a better venue or person to work with. Amanda did everything in her ability to make sure that everything I wanted became a reality. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect and amanda truly transformed our reception venue (mt Laurel dining room) into everything I could have hoped for it to be! We had always heard good things about Woodloch Pines, and our experience planning our wedding confirmed it. At the initial tour, Kaila greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we entered the Inn. She showed us around the reception and ceremony site, and answered our numerous questions thoroughly and clearly. She even gave us a tour of the Woodloch Springs houses and property where our guests could stay for the wedding. By the end of the tour, my parents and then fiancé knew Woodloch was the place for our dream wedding. Over the next 10 months, Kaila was available to answer any question big or small. She was prompt with replies and reassuring with explanations. Kaila took away much of the stress of planning long distance from Michigan. Kaila and Cara provided an excellent experience at the tasting. Karen Worzel provided us updates and information needed to ensure our housing arrangements made our guests comfortable. The stylist from The Lodge at Woodloch Springs, Tania, provided excellent hair and makeup services for our big day. At the rehearsal and day of the wedding, Kaila was calm and kept to our timeline perfectly. The after party and bonfire back at the Woodloch Springs was enjoyed by all our guests. We have received many compliments about the food, service and beauty of our ceremony/reception at Woodloch Pines Resort. Thank you for making our wedding weekend so memorable. We got married at woodloch, our wedding coordinator was Amanda! She was the best! She was so kind,and caring, but most importantly made sure our special day was all about us and just how we imagine our wedding! Me being the bride I couldn't have gotten through the planning with out her or the day we got married she was my person I went to when I was stressing and she took all the stress away and made everything fall in to place! She takes the time to get to know you for the couple you are by the time we were at our wedding day we made a new friend and I cried when the day came to a end because I didn't know when we would see her again! She's an amazing wedding coordinator! Woodloch is like a fairy tail come true! Horse and carriage to bring you and your father or for me grandfather down to your groom then takes your groom and you back up after you both say your I do's ! Foods amazing, they make everything there from scratch! Woodloch is beyond beautiful! We will definitely be going back for a family trip at some point! I grew up going to Woodloch every other year so when it came time for picking a place for my wedding, I knew I wanted it to be at Woodloch. From the beginning, everyone at Woodloch was so incredibly helpful and kind about everything from booking accommodations for guests, to recommending vendors. Both my (now) husband and I have Celiac disease so I was really worried about my wedding being gluten free, but Woodloch truly went above and beyond. Everything at the wedding was gluten free for us and Cara, our amazing wedding coordinator at Woodloch, even found a gluten free bakery for our wedding cake!!! I can't recommend Woodloch enough. If you're thinking about having your wedding here just book it-- you won't regret it!!

Everything about my wedding at Woodloch was amazing. Amanda was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing in every way, from answering my insane amount of emails to dealing with our families the day of the wedding. We had a mix up with the shuttles the morning of the wedding and Amanda was so apologetic about it and gave us a free bonfire and s'mores back at the condos. The day of the wedding went as smoothly as possible thanks to Amanda and everyone at Woodloch that helped set everything up. My husband, families and I would highly recommend Woodloch to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place for a celebration!!

Married in late September. Cara was amazing to work with through the entire process. Affordable (compared to NYC), got to have everyone in one place and celebrate for 2+ days, just the way we wanted. The only blips were minor ones. My wife had some issues with the makeup team and timing. We each wanted one thing more than any other on the menu. Mine was bacon wrapped scallops for cocktail hour. I got a couple, but they were going quickly. Might have been nice to get a couple reserved in the Bridal Suite. My wife had her heart set on the Penne alla Vodka. We had Penne, but it came in a traditional red sauce. Everything else was great. Just shy of perfection.

My husband and I got married just this past August and we both cannot say enough great things about our special day. From the day we visited we knew this was the right place to get married. We currently live in Arizona so we knew planning a wedding from across the country was going to be hard. However, Cara was always so patient and on top of what needed to be done. If I ever had a question she would always get back to me with an answer very quickly. When the wedding day finally arrived, Cara had everything completely organized and ready to go - I didn't have to lift a finger that day. The entire day ran smoothly and without any troubles. Thank you to the entire Woodloch staff that was involved for making this day happen for us!

The service given at this reception did not meet my level of expectation. During the cocktail hour many of my quests were served only one or two of the several hor dourvs contracted for. An hour into the event it was necessary to hunt down someone in the wait staff to clear our table of dirty dishes from the cocktail hour. The meal was mediocre at best and I was never offered coffee or served any of the wedding cake. None of the quests were offered a second cup of coffee. The wedding planner(Cara Stokowski) was available at the start of the event and again at the closing
