They got the job done, but communication was terrible and as a bride, the worst thing a vendor can do is make you feel unsure they’ll be able to do what you have trusted and paid them to do on such a special day. Caused unnecessary anxiety and stress on my wedding day and would not recommend that to another bride.
I don’t have enough good things to say about Wood-n-Crate!! They did my wedding and two of my siblings. I came to them with a rough vision of what I wanted for my wedding ceremony and reception, and they exceeded every expectation. I imagined a canopy of twinkly lights over my whole backyard, and they did just that. It was absolutely perfect
They were very easy to get a hold of and extremely accommodating. I loved that I could go to their warehouse, look at their inventory and see exactly what I was renting, too!
I feel very grateful they were a part of my wedding day.
The product was great & I had great communication with them up until my wedding day. The day of my wedding I got a call saying that they were on the way to my venue to deliver my backdrop.. I told them exactly where it needed to go to find out it was placed on the completely wrong side of the venue. Then when my event was over no one ever showed up to pick it up like we discussed previously. As a bride I was frustrated that I had to call the company on the night of my wedding to find out when they were coming to get it which wasn’t going to be until the next day. The product itself was great but I was disappointed with the communication on the wedding day.
Woodncrate was SO easy to work with from first inquiring through planning to delivery and even pick-up. It could not have been smoother! They totally helped me find my vision and were much more reasonably priced versus competitors in the area, with quality and service surpassing everyone i’ve worked with before! Highly highly recommend to everyone getting married in Arizona, even have friends who booked them after they saw my wedding!
Great inventory of handcrafted items to make your wedding look like the rustic/boho pinterest board of your dreams. The staff was great with communication and let me make changes to my order even up to the week before. Customer support took care of the venue charge when the delivery team did not come on time to pick up the rentals
We used Wood-N-Crate for their hedge-wall rental and loved using them. They were very reasonably priced and incredible easy to work with. We wanted to hang a neon light with our last name and they had no issues with us doing that. As the wedding date approached our wedding planner coordinated the final details and everything turned out perfect. I would highlight recommend Wood-N-Crate for your next rental.
Wood-n-crate made our dream wedding a reality! We worked with Emily for a year leading up to our wedding. Our order must have changed a dozen times, and she was extremely helpful and patient every step of the way! Our wedding was up in Payson, AZ, in an area with no cell service and down a dirt road. The delivery team arrived early, was professional and efficient, and worked seamlessly with our coordinator. Everything we rented looked absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Our guests won't stop talking about the s'mores cart! Thank you to everyone at wood-n-crate, I cannot recommend enough!

Wood-N-Crate was a dream to work with! Shelby especially was communicative, helpful, and professional. Delivery and pickup was painless, and the whole team helped to make sure that I had a magical garden wedding!
Wood-n-Crate Designs saved us after another vendor failed to deliver our customized welcome sign on-time for our wedding.
The night before our wedding, I sent Shelby an emergency email at 9:35 PM and she responded at 10:31 PM and got us a customized sign the next day. If that isn't 5-star customer service, then I don't know what is!
Wood-N-Crate gets my absolute highest recommendation. Our wedding was BEAUTIFUL because of them. Their tables and benches are beautiful, and set a completely different ambiance than using tables covered with cloth, and the lighting job completed by Travis was stunning. We had lights strung over the entire yard and throughout a large ironwood tree, which acted as our backdrop to our ceremony. Wood-N-Crate made the setting beautiful, and are incredible people. They are accommodating, talented, and enthusiastic. We are so happy we chose this family owned company!

I would highly suggest to hire wood-n-crate for any special occasions. They have the best customer service and we’re so easy to work with. They would respond to my emails quickly and make themselves available for when i wanted to stop by the store. I rented tables, benches, wine barrels, table decor, and candy jars. Everything was perfect and great quality. Thank you for everything!!

As a wedding planner, I love using Wood and Crate! They are super accommodating and great to work with. Their products are well priced. They were so awesome to work with, even day before event able to add things on as we were setting up.
Carole and her team went above and beyond to make sure our daughters wedding was picture perfect. We purchased the wedding bundle and added a few rounds and odds/ends. Emails were always returned quickly and the lighting staff was amazing and set up/breakdown went as planned. I would highly recommend for your upcoming event.

Our reception was beautiful and exactly as we wanted/planned. Brad and Carole are so easy to work with and went out of their way to accommodate us. They have lots of options to choose from for decorating.

This rental/design company is a gold mine! They have amazing items to rent, their customer service is so great, and they are unbelievably helpful! I decided the night before our reception that I needed a few more strings of bistro lights installed. I texted Carole and her lighting specialists were out there first thing the next morning "lighting it up". It looked amazing. The 'smore cart was a hit, there wasn't an empty spot on the dance floor and all the seating was filled. Wood-n-Crate made the whole event magical. I highly recommend them as a rental company.

The best! We rented the farm tables and benches and they were beautiful. Set up was super professional; the company had a big set-up the day they were supposed to deliver, so they asked if they could come a day early at no charge, which was very convenient and appreciated. At set-up they cleaned the tables and helped move them to the perfect spots. Pick-up was easy too. Very professional, great services. We got so many compliments and would definitely rent from Wood-n-Crate again.
Absolutely AMAZING company! Carole is wonderful to work with & their wooden tables, chairs, wedding arch etc..are beautiful. I used them for my daughter's backyard wedding and am already re-booking with them for another backyard event. I will continue using them for ALL of my events & parties! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!
Amazing service and products. Literally, down to the last minute they were helpful even when it meant they were going above and beyond. Their products alone deserve 5 stars but working with them made our wedding so much less stressful and a huge success. They did the lighting, the dance floors, the chairs, the tables and even added a few personal touches we were not expecting. Delivery and pickup was prompt and on time, they even came back mid-wedding for their "mid event flip option" which is essential for anyone having the ceremony and the reception in the same area - something no one else offered! Seriously, utilize it. I only wish I had more weddings to utilize them for, if I ever need event items again I am definitely going through them. The best thing about them, was that they don't just have great products and staff. I had a short amount of time for them to set up a custom reception layout and they were able to follow it while I was away taking photos. They do this because they love weddings, and it shows. Anyone wanting a rustic wedding, this is your place. Anyone who wants someone trustworthy to manage event setups so you can relax, this is your place. Thank you so much Carol and team, you made our wedding what we will always remember it as.
Wood n Crate not only have beautiful farm tables they were a delight to work with! There are so many companies out there charging an arm and leg for these tables, WoodnCrate allowed me to have the exact look I wanted at price I could afford! They were so sweet, threw in our sweetheart table for free! They always got back to me in a timely manner, usually same day- which is a great find in a vender! I was so happy to have them part of my day
