went for a tour through our wedding day, the staff was absolutely amazing and so kind. Our coordinator, Connie, was very responsive to my emails throughout the process with questions. The day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly, and as someone who is very Type A and OCD, this was very reassuring to me. The staff were all so professional and knowledgeable, kept checking in with us to make sure that our needs were met. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have ever dreamed of. I would absolutely recommend Woodstone to others as a wedding venue!

s feel assured from the start that everything needed for our wedding day would be covered, and that we would have all of the support we needed. Connie, Jessica, our Maitre'd, Alex and all of the staff (including chef, servers, bartenders, lodging and more) at Woodstone were so on top of everything - they helped all of the work leading up to the wedding day and our wedding day itself go seamlessly! I was not stressed at all knowing that I had the support of such an amazing team. They seriously handled everything - the needed coordination leading up to the wedding (meetings, filling out forms that helped identify everything needed, etc), the organization of the reception area (they sent us a layout ahead of time), set up and decoration of the reception area (and they helped provided many needed items, such as the card box, table numbers, centerpieces, Mr & Mrs sign for the sweetheart table, etc), food (the tasting for dinner was amazing - it was so hard to choose), bar, coordination with all of the vendors that we chose, making sure our getting ready rooms were taken care of and prepared, our rooms (the bridal suite was lovely and our friends and family enjoyed staying over onsite - another huge plus!) - everything you could think of and more! I loved the packages and customizations that Woodstone offered - we LOVED having a mac n cheese bar, smores bar, and fireworks at our wedding (everyone was wow’ed)! I absolutely adored the getting ready rooms, and loved having a cookie platter and mimosas ready for the morning! I loved that we were able to have an afterparty at the bar as well to keep the party going!! I also really appreciated how they worked with us to add important customizations that we wanted to our day. I was able to bring in many materials that I wanted (such as a wedding sign, materials for the centerpieces, signs for our signature drinks, polaroid cameras, etc). We were able to have a TV at the reception to show photos throughout the night, and then we were able to move the TV to the afterparty to play games! The food was delicious, and the bar was amazing (and Alex made sure we had our signature drinks all night)! Plus, the venue itself is beautiful!!! There were so many beautiful picture spots, including the waterfall, the tree, and the beautiful landscaping and stones. Finally, I again want to praise how amazing everyone at Woodstone was. Everyone was so prepared and organized and helped make wedding planning so much less stressful and helped the day run so smoothly. We really couldn’t appreciate more how well staff knew what we needed and how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. Thank you Woodstone for helping make our wedding day the best, most joyous and beautiful day!! Highly recommend this venue for weddings and other events :)

s so prompt in answering any questions we had. They were extremely accommodating for any special requests we had and the set up of our ceremony and reception was perfect! We even had a wine bar, which all the guests raved about! The gardens that we got married at were so beautiful, but even if the weather wouldn't allow, the staircase in the lodge is an incredible backup ceremony site! The bridal courtesy room was super updated and pretty. My Maitre'd Jan Frantz was phenomenal in making sure I got everything I needed! The staff at the lodge were wonderful, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and bridal suite was amazing! The guests were very happy with the food and drinks, and the fireworks show at the end was magical!! Our guests couldn't stop talking about it and said it was the best thing they've ever seen at a wedding!! I'm so happy we got married here, they were honestly the best and everything went perfectly for us!!!

eremony site is gorgeous. We had mountains in the background, so many flowers blooming, and lots of butterflies flying around the flowers. We also loved that the inside was just as beautiful and that we could easily move inside in case the weather didn't cooperate. The lodge added the perfect ambiance for our cocktail hour and the staff did a fantastic job of ensuring that there were plenty of hors' d oeuvres for our guests. The ballroom was elegant and the doors to the balcony opened up so guests could easily go in and out. we loved the decoration options that Woodstone provided for centerpieces and it greatly reduced stress when planning everything. Tiffanie was our coordinator and she did a phenomenal job! She was very conscientious and always called or emailed back quickly whenever we had questions. She communicated so well, had a great eye for decorating, and made everything so easy for us! We also had the ability to include fireworks and we are so happy that we did! It was an amazing display and we ended up with incredible pictures. Everything came together so well and the day felt so magical and effortless. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful it was and how amazing the food was. We couldn't be happier with how our special day turned out!! Thank you so much for an incredible day!

s however because we were supposed to have fireworks and they forgot to confirm. That was a huge disappointment for me because I was really looking forward to them. They are giving us a refund and also gave us a certificate to their restaurant and discount on another night stay at the Lodge. The only other complaint I thought worth mentioning was the maitre d I was told by multiple people who had weddings there and the coordinator that we would never have to fill our glasses. My husband had to go to the bar several times to fill his glass and honestly I think we were only handed our drinks right after the ceremony. I understand she was busy to make the night perfect but probably shouldn't be told to us/expected if it won't happen. otherwise, you get to stay at the lodge and the suite is a dream. The bridal suite where the bridal party gets ready is beautiful and amazing to wait/get ready in. Their vendor recommendation list was a great help and half my vendors came from the list and I have high praise for those vendors as well. The site is absolutely beautiful and although there was a few bumps in the road it was a beautiful and amazing wedding. Our guest had a fun time and we've received so many compliments. If you do book, I would just double check and confirm everything you want is set for your special day. Mistake's happen of course and like I said we had a truly spectacular night. You just don't want to worry about those things when it's so much planning on your own end so just confirm on your own end.

I am in tears writing this review because it was undoubtedly the best day of my life and just incredibly beautiful. Janice our concierge was OUTSTANDING. Like the most genuine and kind woman I have ever met. She made sure all of us were taken care of and it was a pleasure having her there for our special day. Kate assisted us in the evening and this woman deserves a raise for having to deal with some of our wedding party 😂 she was also amazing! One of my favorite things, besides the staff, amazing food and incredible views, is that you have everything you need in one spot. The lodge was able to hold our bridal party and some. The after party was held in the Resturant next door and it was all in one place. I absolutely loved it. The staff was all in all incredible and I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone! Thank you for the most magical wedding day 😍

grand staircase in their Lodge. The grand ballroom is also incredibly beautiful, especially when the sun is setting behind the back windows. It was also a huge advantage that Woodstone has guest rooms available where our entire bridal party and our parents were able to stay both Friday for the rehearsal and also Saturday night as well for the wedding. It made the logistics of the weekend so much easier. Connie was my main contact for most of my wedding planning and she was excellent. She always responded timely and continued to help me even as planning got a bit crazy. The rest of the Woodstone staff was equally amazing, especially on the wedding day to make sure me, my husband and the rest of our bridal party was taken care of. I continue to get compliments from our guests on how beautiful our wedding venue was. Thank you Woodstone for giving my husband and I the wedding of our dreams!

Every question we had throughout the process was always answered graciously and kindly. If any venue deserves 5 stars, it’s Woodstone... I wish I could rate them higher than that too, because they made planning our wedding a breeze and it felt like we were planning with friends because of how relaxed, helpful, patient, and kind Brenda and each worker was from the first day to even how they treated us days after our wedding! . She made sure ever i was dotted and t was crossed. She worked around a very difficult family situation when my father suddenly passed away a few months before the wedding. She was there to guide me and help me work through my wedding without my Father. Brenda helped us with everything and let us practice both outdoors and indoors. Day of, it poured rain and the staff was amazing at moving our outdoor ceremony indoors quickly. Most guests didn't even realize it was supposed to be outside once the inside was set up. It was beautiful. The day of staff were so attentive. Veronica and Janice were there anytime we even thought about possibly needing anything. Veronica is an expert at putting on boutonnieres. She made sure our preparation day of was stress free and full of smiles. Janice kept us on task int he evening and made sure we had anything we could possibly need. She even went on a quest to find a few things for my 5 year old nephew when he wasn't feeling well. They set up and took down, then packed up all the extra food for us and we even had a bottle of champagne and second dinners waiting for us in our suite when we retired for the night. I would definitely recommend Woodstone to anyone and I cannot thank the staff enough for all they did for us.

Brenda was a great wedding consultant and walked me through the entire process. The ceremony venue was amazing and we did not even need any flowers to make the site look flawless.

Brenda made me all my nerves go away at the final meeting 3 weeks before. The wait saff and Tony were unbelievable for the day of! Janice- my maître d' was incredible! PERFECT. On our actual wedding day, I felt like a celebrity. Woodstone took care of every little thing, even details and problems I hadn't anticipated. Brenda was great throughout the entire planning process. Zenepa was our maitre'd and she was so amazing, kind, and patient the entire night. She did every single task with a smile on her face and was so kind to my husband and I. The lodge manager, Veronica took care of all of our guest's needs and was a pleasure to work with. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this venue. It was stunning, even in the rain. Our guests are still calling us and telling us how beautiful the grounds were (and it was hard to appreciate it all because of the heavy rain) and how amazing the food was. We're so thankful for Woodstone and for making all of our visions come to life and creating the best night of our lives!

e up to 300 guests which most Lehigh Valley places cannot. Brenda was so organized and set up our timeline and made sure every single detail was taken care of throughout the entire process. We chose the outdoor ceremony venue, the lodge cocktail hour and the grand ballroom reception. We were able to rent all of the rooms at the lodge to have a lot of our family and close friends stay over. On our wedding day, we did not need to think about one thing. Everything went according to plan and it was all organized behind the scenes. I would highly recommend Woodstone as the best wedding venue in the area by far.

ady out and decided to take a look or see if anyone was around to give us a tour. We walked in the front door of the lodge where we were met by veronica, the lodge manager. She was so sweet and accommodating. She showed us the man cave, bridal courtesy room, the ball room, the lodge, of course, the garden ceremony area, and the suite for the married couple to stay after the wedding. I was enchanted. This place is absolutely gorgeous. Honestly the bit that really sold me was the lodge. We were over a year and a half out from our wedding and had no way to predict the weather. I kept asking venues “what happens if it rains?” Most places didn't have an answer. Woodstone has the lodge. A gorgeous indoor alternative to their also gorgeous garden amphitheater. After that we set up a proper appointment with Brenda who walked us through all the details over the year leading up to our wedding. She was awesome. She always answered our email in a timely manner, met with us after work hours, answered all my meticulous questions and more. On our wedding day I met another really awesome person who played a huge role in making my day amazing. Her name was Janice and she waited on my hand and foot. She did every little thing I asked, brought me drinks before I could ask for them. She really took care of me day of. It was such a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Obviously this whole crew has done it all before so it goes without saying that they knew the drill. The day went off without a hitch because of all these knowledgeable, hardworking people. Every detail, things I wouldn't have even thought about, they had it covered. They knew my DJ and photographer and worked with them the whole day. At the end of the day, Woodstone staff collected all my various belongings for me, my toasting glasses, cake toppers, decorations, literally everything I brought that got spread around the whole night, they collected cleaned and helped my family load them into my mom's van where I later very easily packed up and took home! I was very fortunate to get married on a Sunday and there was no event in their ballroom the day before. Brenda notified me of this and gave us free reign of the place to set up and decorate before the rehearsal began that day. We booked the lodge for our after party which was totally worth it. We didn't get crazy or anything but we ordered pizza, brought some chips and Jello shots and just hung out. I got to wear my dress just a bit longer. At 2 am we got to retire to our honeymoon suite where, in the fridge, were two more dinners waiting for us. It's true what they say about not eating at your own wedding and they were on top of it. Woodstone also made us this adorable memory box and keepsake with coupons for another visit. Case in point, they were extremely accommodating. It was everything I dreamed of and more. Janice, Brenda, Veronica, Woodstone staff, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Our ceremony was held outside and they made sure my grandparents were provided with transportation up and down the hill to their seats before and afterwards. For dinner we had stations and everyone raved about the ham carving station - it was definitely my favorite! The venue looked beautiful with simple black and white linens. Of course, with the wall of windows overlooking the golf course you really can't go wrong. We closed out the formal part of the night with a fireworks display worth every penny. The wedding coordinator, Brenda, was kind, helpful, and accommodating (but we do recommend thoroughly double-checking ALL wedding details in advance). The rest of the employees were very professional as well. The bridal courtesy room is a very nice place for all the girls to prepare for the day and the basement is an awesome place for the guys to hang out and chill before all the formal activities begin. We were also given a complimentary bridal suite for the wedding night! Overall, we could not have wished for a better venue. We had a fabulous time! Thank you Woodstone!

I'm all about taking vacation but a heads up would have been professional. The lodge rooms each have their own decoration theme and are absolutely stunning! They are flexible with the types of food & drink packages. If you are debating whether or not this is the right fit for you, go on-site before you rule it out...great place!

at weddings") because the banquet coordinator who'd just been hired and was already planning to leave couldn't work around my 1800 mile trip from the state of Wyoming to visit the venue, I should have run. But I WANTED MY FIREWORKS, so I wanted this venue. In the end, my reception was beautiful, the food was delicious, my fireworks were breathtaking, and I think my guests really enjoyed themselves - but I had a few problems which in all honesty would be easier to forgive if anyone were the least bit sorry for them. -A fly in my champagne glass ruined our toasts by preventing me from taking a sip (making everyone else uncomfortable to do so when I wasn't; by the time my glass was replaced, my guests' full glasses had been whisked away). -The food WAS delicious, but it was cold. I mentioned it at the time and after the fact but received not even an apology. (In fact, I got a denial when I mentioned it after the fact.) -A piece of hand etched glass I brought for my reception disappeared. I got in touch with the coordinator to have it returned, and after she became upset that I'd insinuated her staff had taken it out of the ballroom and she subsequently learned that they HAD, she promised to mail it to me, but has not done so (my wedding was almost a month ago). -The bartender refused one of my guests a third drink about 3 hours into the party while serving another her seventh because "older women can't drink as much." -Worst of all, because of a combination of many of my relatives grieving the extremely recent death of my mother and being pushed into a Friday reception because staff turnover caused a miscommunication about whether my preferred date was still open, I had a pretty small turnout for my reception (about 85 people) for which I was repeatedly made to feel poorly about. While it's understandable that the venue would be less than pleased with the lesser income from a smaller party, they advertise Friday weddings as being a better deal precisely because the 150 head requirement for Saturday events is waived. I was even told that my relatives were wrong for grieving my mother by staying home and ought to have supported me by attending, thus making me feel as though I was thoroughly unloved (despite the fact that my guests came from up and down the entire east coast, Arkansas, California, and even Germany). Woodstone is really a beautiful venue and it looked extravagant for my reception. It was so gorgeous that these unpleasant things that happened could perhaps be forgiven - if anyone would apologize.

The outdoor ceremony space offered a picturesque option. The grand ballroom was very spacious and overlooked the beautiful landscape. And lastly, the Lodge was a wonderful option for our out of town and local guests. The rooms were spacious, the lobby offered a great space for gathering and included a nice continental breakfast. Cannot speakly highly enough of this venue.

Moreover, I cannot say enough nice things about Lauren, the banquet manager. She is so awesome at her job. She even continued to work with us up until the night before the wedding to make sure everything was just right. Most importantly, she has such a good heart and through the whole planning process I felt like she was treating us as she would treat her own family. Woodstone also offers a beautiful Lodge for guests to stay, which was very helpful as we had many out-of-town guests. There, we were able to have an afterparty so we could catch up with friends we hadn't seen in a long time. Then, we were even cooked a delicious brunch for everybody the next morning to say our farewells. Seriously, our guests kept asking us where we had found such a wonderful venue. Woodstone created so many beautiful wedding memories for us. We repeatedly say we want to celebrate our anniversaries there. Such an amazing place!

We had an iffy experience with them but overall I would still suggest it as a beautiful place to go. If Amanda is still there when you go there you are in good hands. Her assistant is also AMAZING but I unfortunately can't remember her name. If it weren't for Amanda I would give this a lower star but she really turned my experience around into being mostly positive.
