There was certainly a good amount of homework during the process but Caitlin and her team made it so easy. Caitlin was so responsive and incredible from the very first call, helping us by providing options, color palettes, and making recommendations based on what we knew we wanted. This ended up being one of my very parts of planning my wedding often refreshing my email multiple times in anticipation of the next design proof. The entire team was so great and helpful and extremely patient as we worked through the details to get everything just right. We also loved how we were able to customize the map on our invite to point our places that are special to us and our relationship on Cape. Our vision shifted a few times and she always came up with the most beautiful solutions to capture our ideas! When our invitations finally arrived, they literally took our breath away. The boxes and packaging alone were so well thought out and completely blew us away, especially the included envelope adhesive, that was a game changer!!!! It was so exciting just opening the boxes and really made everything feel real! The entire suite was stunning, and absolutely everything we had envisioned and more! The proofs emailed back and forth always looked amazing, but holding the invitations in hand hits way differently. Each piece is such a work of art and we are so excited to frame them on our walls to admire forever! While we are so excited to share these with our guests, we love the invitations so much it pained me to send them out because they are just too pretty and I want to keep them all! nthusiastic. They were also very helpful when some of our invitations went missing in the mail and made sure we got replacements very quickly. However, the design process was very frustrating. We would email our revisions as clearly as possible so there would be no misunderstandings, but there always seemed to be something lost in translation, which resulted in so much back and forth. In every round of proofs as well, there were many typos, grammatical errors, and formatting errors, which is surprising coming from a stationery company. The wedding day items process was also stressful because the timelines for getting everything was not clear to us. We had explicitly said we needed those items earlier than normal because we were traveling early for the wedding, but we were later told they did not make our timeline to that date. We were then down to the wire waiting for our final proofs to approve them because there was again so much back and forth. Overall, the process of designing everything with Caitlin and Sara was frustrating and stressful, but everything ended up looking beautiful and matched our vision.

Our Save the Dates were our guests' first glimpse into the vibe of our wedding. I even selected my wedding day florals based on my custom crest's florals!
