The wouldn't it be lovely team was absolutely amazing in coming up with unique, beautiful and awe-inspiring paper goods for our wedding. They helped us make the most gorgeous invitations our friends and family had ever seen, along with beautiful paper napkins with messages, dog drawings and our monogram. We also had signage throughout our wedding weekend from the team. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and produced such gorgeous and one of a kind work. I 100% recommend the wouldn't it be lovely team!

I was never really interested in doing a fancy wedding invitation, but when we found Caitlin and WIBL I immediately changed my mind. The personalization and absolutely stunning watercolor was everything I never knew I needed. Caitlin was so responsive and incredible from the very first call, helping us by providing options, color palettes, and making recommendations based on what we knew we wanted. This ended up being one of my very parts of planning my wedding often refreshing my email multiple times in anticipation of the next design proof. The entire team was so great and helpful and extremely patient as we worked through the details to get everything just right. Caitlin and team at Wouldn’t It Be Lovely are masters at their craft! They created me and my husband’s Wedding invitation suite and it was absolutely stunning. The watercolor icons or our dog, Cape house etc were ones we had used throughout our wedding weekend and it was so cute to see the icons on napkins, menus, etc. to tie everything together. We also loved how we were able to customize the map on our invite to point our places that are special to us and our relationship on Cape. The invitations themselves were SO gorgeous and we received so many compliments when people got theirs in the mail. I couldn’t have been happier with the result! Thank you again WIBL team! ☺️

Throughout the entire process, (which was over a year because of the covid backlog with venues) Caitlin was incredibly attentive and a true pleasure to work with. Our vision shifted a few times and she always came up with the most beautiful solutions to capture our ideas! When our invitations finally arrived, they literally took our breath away. The boxes and packaging alone were so well thought out and completely blew us away, especially the included envelope adhesive, that was a game changer!!!! It was so exciting just opening the boxes and really made everything feel real! The entire suite was stunning, and absolutely everything we had envisioned and more! The proofs emailed back and forth always looked amazing, but holding the invitations in hand hits way differently. Each piece is such a work of art and we are so excited to frame them on our walls to admire forever! While we are so excited to share these with our guests, we love the invitations so much it pained me to send them out because they are just too pretty and I want to keep them all! We worked with Caitlin and Sara for our wedding invitations and wedding day paper goods. Everything turned out incredibly beautiful, and everyone we worked with was very nice and enthusiastic. They were also very helpful when some of our invitations went missing in the mail and made sure we got replacements very quickly. However, the design process was very frustrating. We would email our revisions as clearly as possible so there would be no misunderstandings, but there always seemed to be something lost in translation, which resulted in so much back and forth. In every round of proofs as well, there were many typos, grammatical errors, and formatting errors, which is surprising coming from a stationery company. The wedding day items process was also stressful because the timelines for getting everything was not clear to us. We had explicitly said we needed those items earlier than normal because we were traveling early for the wedding, but we were later told they did not make our timeline to that date. We were then down to the wire waiting for our final proofs to approve them because there was again so much back and forth. Overall, the process of designing everything with Caitlin and Sara was frustrating and stressful, but everything ended up looking beautiful and matched our vision.

We had the pleasure of working with Caitlin and Sara for all our paper goods (Save the Date, Invite, Day of Paper). Throughout the process we were beyond impressed with their artistic talent, professionalism, and responsiveness. Across all our items that WIBL team truly brought our vision to life. They were thoughtful about proposing fun ideas and adapting different formats they had used in the past. They have a great set of standard icons, formats, and layouts to reference, but take a custom approach that makes the end product feel personal. We are so happy with the WIBL and would strongly recommend working with them!

I don't even know where to start... If you are thinking of booking Wouldn't it be Lovely - just do it! Caitlin and team were so helpful throughout the entire process. We used them for save-the-dates, wedding invitations, and all our day-of signage. Everything they produced was so stunning and we got dozens of compliments from our guests! They were also so easy to work with throughout the process - meeting scheduling, consistent email communication, etc. I cannot recommend them enough and truly wish I had an event coming up to use them again 😂

Caitlin always responded super quickly and was willing to make as many changes to designs as we needed throughout the whole process. She truly gave you her undivided attention and made you feel completely involved in the process. We ordered Save the Dates, Invitations, and Wedding Day Décor and everything was stunning. We received SO many compliments on how beautiful our Save the Dates and Invitations were – and it all tied together so nicely with all the décor WIBL made for us for the actual wedding day (signage, menus, ceremony brochures’, place cards, escort cards, table numbers, etc.). We are still receiving so many compliments! Don’t even think twice about using Wouldn’t it be Lovely. It is the best money we spent and worth every single cent! Everything they make is truly a work of art and you'll have so many beautiful keepsakes even after your event is done!

Where do I begin?! I really wanted watercolor invitations and a custom crest so I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect vendor and Wouldn't it Be Lovely was IT! Caitlin creates such beautiful designs, I had so much fun. I'm a paper goods lover so this was one of my most favorite parts of wedding planning. Our Save the Dates were our guests' first glimpse into the vibe of our wedding. I even selected my wedding day florals based on my custom crest's florals! Both Caitlin and Mary Anne were the sweetest to work with! It really was lovely!

Still obsessed with how our invites and day of details turned out!! Caitlin and her entire team are absolutely fabulous, especially Sara who was so sweet and helpful! Mary Ann is also the best at keeping you on track if you're not the most organized bride, like me lol. Would use them over and over again I'm so happy with the gorgeous artwork! I had everything they made framed!

As soon as I began planning my wedding, I knew that I wanted, actually needed, Caitlin's stunning watercolors for my invitations and day-of paper products. Working with her was a dream, and she made the entire process so easy and exciting. Sending out our invitations was so much fun, because we soon received countless calls and texts telling us that they were the most stunning wedding invitations our guests had ever received. They set the tone for our entire wedding, and I will forever cherish our invitation suite. I didn't think anything could possibly touch our invitations, but the day of paper was exceptional. This is a very belated review, but Caitlin and her team are the absolute best. She was recommended to me by another vendor who was on maternity leave and I am SO GLAD Caitlin was able to take me on as a client. She created a gorgeous custom invitation which featured our venue as well as our seating cards, welcome sign, and signature drink sign. I didn't really know what I wanted and Caitlin patiently answered all of my questions and helped me think through the design that would best match our vision for the day. With very little and probably unhelpful direction from me, she was able to create really beautiful pieces. Seven months later, I've seen our invitation and seating cards still on display at our friends' houses. Caitlin is very easy to work with as well as extremely responsive. It was obvious to us that she is doing something she loves and her talent is incredible. Wouldn't It Be Lovely is worth every penny!

She is so unbelievably detailed; I can’t get over the custom map she created that included tiny skiers and ski lifts on the mountain we chose as our wedding destination. Our meetings were productive and Caitlin was able to take my somewhat hodgepodged ideas and make them reality. I adored our invitations suites. My favorite part of it all the the pet portraits that she painted, which resemble our animals perfectly. In crazy COVID times, Caitlin made sure all our items were to us with time to spare and didn't spare any details!

A WEDDING ANGEL/SAVANT/MASTERMIND SENT FROM HEAVEN! In all seriousness... I worked on 3 separate projects throughout my wedding that spanned 14 months with Cait (Save The Dates, Invites, Wedding Day Items (included a variety of items) and I looked forward to every zoom meeting we had together. Caitlin's strengths are that she is extremely organized (if you're a new bride, you'll grow to appreciate this amongst vendors), collaborative, a problem solver, communicates expectations and deadlines clearly and is inventive. You can tell from the bottom of her heart that she WANTS to bring your vision into the stationary. She also has the cutest laugh in the world (ok, now I just sound like I have a crush on her?). I genuinely believe my guests would have not had the elevated and welcoming experience they had had Cait not been the designer on all of my stationary. My personal experience would suggest couples are often quick to write off the art of stationary. However, so much love, thought and detail can be communicated to your guests through your stationary and wedding day items (e.g., menus, escort cards, programs). Cait's talent and ability to drive a vision towards execution will be so evident in her work that your guests will experience a metaphorical hug when they hold and cherish your stationary. I think it's clear I can't sell Cait and her services enough... Hire Cait if you're looking for that perfect bow to wrap around the gift that is your wedding.

I worked with Caitlin to do the artwork for everything that my wedding entailed (save the dates, invitations, programs, menus, etc.) and every piece of work that she did for us was absolutely gorgeous, I received so many compliments on all of it. Going into the invitations/artwork piece of planning I honestly was overwhelmed before meeting with Caitlin. I felt totally out of my element and was not sure what to include or how to word things.
