Crystal was absolutely incredible as our wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure it went smoothly and was everything was we wanted and more. She started working with us months before to gather vendor information and plan the day to a T. She ran the rehearsal and the wedding day flawlessly. Any time we had a concern or a worry she had a possible solution. I have no idea how she kept track of all of the details but she did! Not only that, but she decorated everything and put the chuppah together beautifully. It was magnificent. She was the best decision we made regarding the wedding and we highly recommend hiring her!

Crystal and her team are AMAZING. They took so much wedding stress away with their thoroughness, ability to problem solve, and troubleshoot on the spot. Leading up to the wedding day, I truly felt as though they understood my vision for the day and the specific details that were important to me. Crystal went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true. In addition to taking the reins on a bunch of logistics that we didn't want to, she kept us on track with scheduled calls, brought new and creative ideas to the table, and most of all, she made sure that the stress of planning didn't kill us. Regular calls with Crystal were crucial to keeping us on track. Scheduling them was always easy. We shared notes and Crystal did a great job of reminding us of any loose strands that needed attention. Crystal also took up some of the more tedious tasks like chasing down representatives, figuring out complex timelines, and handling all of the late-stage communication logistics to make sure all the vendors were in sync with the events. Crystal was wonderful to collaborate with on the vision of the ceremony, reception, and everything in between. Even though we sought to skirt many wedding traditions, she was careful to never push back on us but to merely remind us of what the typical tradition would be. During the calls and on-site visits, Crystal was an active participant in our brainstorming on decorative and fun elements to add to our wedding. Her input was always valuable. Crystal also demonstrated that she was willing to work for it. She visited us multiple times despite living hours away, and by the time our wedding weekend arrived, Crystal was already there setting up materials at multiple locations. When her assistant had a family emergency on our wedding day, Crystal (without even mentioning it) worked single-handedly to finish the job. Most importantly, Crystal cares about her clients. She wanted us to be happy about our decisions, and she could intuitively sense if we were uncertain about our any of choices. If we weren't feeling like having a call that day, she'd offer to reschedule. She was always good about making 100% sure that we weren't pressured into anything we didn't want to do. She was a real cheerleader and her enthusiasm was palatable. The resulting wedding spoke for itself: nothing went awry, everyone had a good time, and it was all gorgeous. Six Stars!

Crystal was AMAZING!!!!! She helped our day go so smoothly. Our venue was quite logistically complex, and Crystal helped manage countless vendors at a venue located on a mountain. Above all, Crystal was so warm and welcoming and made myself and my bridal party feel so calm and prepared. I cannot recommend her enough as your wedding planner or coordinator!!!

Wright Up the Aisle was extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process, from initial meeting to day-of execution. The entire team was responsive, professional, and helpful. Early in the planning process, the team helped us create a vision of our wedding and worked to refine the parts that needed to be adjusted. Crystal was absolutely the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for. My husband and I knew we wanted a fun, backyard wedding at my parents house but didn’t know how to deliver. Crystal helped every step along the way, recommending AMAZING food trucks, tent set up, bartenders, and flowers. She had great recommendations for our ceremony and layout of our tent that contributed to us having the most amazing day. The thing that I appreciated most about working with Crystal is how much she loves her brides and grooms. She really wants to make sure that you have the best possible day. For instance, Crystal insisted that my groom and I have some private time during our reception to take in the day and it ended up being one of the highlights of the whole day! If you are even thinking about hiring Crystal for your wedding, stop thinking and just do it. I would not have had the same experience without her, and I am so grateful for everything that she did for me and my husband.

Crystal and here team were great to work with! I took the lead on most of the planning leading up to the wedding, but Crystal was always was responsive and attentive when I needed help. She thought of things I didn't, stayed on top of the to do list to make sure we were staying on track, and came in with great budget tips and event layout tools. Then, come the wedding day, Crystal and her team knocked it out of the park!! They really brought my vision to life and we had the most beautify day. We had a backyard wedding and before Crystal arrived that morning I had no idea how we were going to get everything done and set up in time. Crystal came in and totally took over (in the best way) so I could focus on enjoying the day. I still don't know how she did everything in such a short amount of time. She handled all the coordination with the vendors, set up and decorated the tables, signage, and arbor and as far as I know there were no hiccups. She took care of everything! We hired Crystal and Wright Up the Aisle for our wedding after we met her at a bridal event! Crystal helped me to feel a sense of ease and happiness without stress throughout the entire process! Hiring Crystal as our wedding coordinator was easily the best money we spent on the wedding. Despite plenty of professional experience working on large projects and coordinating between vendors, we were feeling swamped. By the time our first conversation with Crystal was done, we both felt like things were closer to being under control and our stress levels were coming down. We opted for her “Month of Coordination” package, but Crystal’s support started way sooner than a month out, helping us select our final vendors and walking through our venue with us to offer suggestions on other logistics. Thanks to her experience, we entered our wedding weekend knowing we had planned everything we needed to, brought everything we needed to, and hired everyone we needed to. Throughout the weekend, Crystal made herself a buffer between any issues and us so we could focus on enjoying our wedding, not fixing things. As far as I’m aware, only two minor issues came up (both due to weather), and each time Crystal came to us not with a problem, but with suggested solutions. There may have been other problems that arose, but as far as we and our guests saw the wedding weekend went perfectly and smoothly. No matter how organized you are and how prepared you feel to run and organize your wedding, hiring Crystal is still money well spent so you can focus on enjoying everything.

If I could give 10 stars I would. five stars truly does not do crystal and her team justice. She was such a pleasure to work with and made sure she was able to capture every detail, even things we couldn't come up with on our own. We were very thankful to have her with us day of and could not recommend her enough!

There's not enough amazing things to say about Crystal! I am so thankful that we had her throughout this whole wedding process. I am a very type A person in general, so a lot of the planning (vendors, venue, etc.) had been done. I wanted to have someone on the day of to run the show so I would only have to focus on one thing- getting married! Crystal delivered on that and sooo much more. She was amazing at communicating with me throughout the year and making me feel taken care of for the day of well before it even happened. On the day of, she was so amazing and stayed much later than was expected/ planned. She helped set everything up, took control of things, and helped everyone feel taken care of. I had several people come up to me and say how awesome she was and thanking the lord we had her! Thank you Crystal!

Crystal and her amazing team made our vision come true and our day was seamless. If anything didn’t go as planned I didn’t know it. We wanted our son to throw petals from a wooden tool box and couldn’t find one? Crystal MADE one; trouble with the DJ and our mashup for the processional? Suzie blended our playlist on her phone the night before. I cannot say enough about how amazing they were.

I worked with Crystal at Wright Up the Aisle for my August 6th wedding and I cannot recommend her enough. Crystal was a pleasure to work with and exactly the type of calm but efficient presence you want to work with on your wedding day. It's clear that Crystal has a lot of wedding experience -- she knows what to do and she gets things done. She anticipated things that weren't even on my radar. I knew that I was in good hands which enabled me to enjoy my day and not stress about details. From the beginning of the process, Crystal was easy to work with, quickly responded to questions, and made sure that I felt confident with the details of my day. I chose the 'day of' support option, but this included several check-ins with Crystal, including an in-person meeting. As we got closer to the wedding, Crystal managed vendor communications which was incredibly helpful as it was one less thing for me to coordinate. On the wedding day, Crystal and her partner arrived and seamlessly picked up management of any final remaining details. My wedding ended up being a bit more 'do it yourself' than I anticipated, but Crystal was not phased by this...even though it was a hot August day. A few family members helped me on the day of as well and they all commented on how efficient and helpful Crystal was. Hiring Wright Up the Aisle was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. Truly an invaluable service and I would recommend Wright Up the Aisle without hesitation.

From our first meeting to the wedding and on, Crystal was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to fill in and organize all the “little details” that somehow always seem to pop up at the last minute. Originally, we weren’t planning on hiring a wedding coordinator, but a couple big events in the month leading up to the wedding had us frantically reconsidering. Crystal was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped keep me on track with what I was supposed to be doing and truly made my vision come to life with the flowers and desserts for our wedding. I was brought to tears when I saw our flowers because I had such a hard time describing what I wanted and Crystal absolutely nailed it! I was torn about whether to use real or fake flowers because I wanted to have something I could save after the wedding. We ended up using real flowers for our bouquets and then used fake flowers to decorate our alter and everything was absolutely stunning. Then, Crystal took the fake flowers that we had used and made us a wreath that I can keep forever! It was exactly what I wanted. Our cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious and gorgeous!! All of my guests are still talking about how beautiful everything looked and how great the cake and cupcakes tasted. I would highly recommend Wright Up the Aisle for all of your planning, floral, and dessert needs!!

Crystal & her TEAM @ “Wright Up The Aisle”were amazing the day of our wedding. Crystal herself is a god send, she helped me with all details that I needed help with and would already have an answer or solution. We did a rustic country theme and she did an amazing job, it’s exactly what I wanted to go with our outdoor wedding. She also made our cake and grooms cake & 125 cupcakes, that all looked absolutely amazing! And the aisle I walked down after becoming husband and wife was absolutely beautiful! Our wedding day was very hot & she already had shade up and had changed the food to inside the building. If you are looking for someone to help you plan your wedding, day of coordinating, & or cake…or anything in general for your wedding she is definitely the person to call!

I was blessed with a referral for Crystal , Wright up the Isle to help support my wedding venue. Her talent, creativity, professionalism and all around positive power is amazing ! Living in a different state , and planning a wedding , would think to be challenging but not for Crystal. Constant communication, swatches, photos, sketches,messages and ideas came together perfectly. From simple boutonnieres to elaborate bouquets, we were thrilled! We can't say enough that our choice to hire Wright Up the Aisle was the best decision we made for our wedding. Crystal's knowledge and experience were so helpful in guiding us from the beginning stages of wedding planning through the to best day of our lives! We unfortunately experienced extreme challenges with our venue and catering, and Crystal's problem-solving and improvisation quite literally saved our day. We are so thankful to have had her with us through the last few weeks of planning. We were both in extreme stress and not only did Crystal advocate for us and do what was required to save our wedding, she also kept us calm and reassured throughout the process. On top of all of that, she also was the florist for our wedding. Neither of us were very clear in what we wanted, but she managed to translate our clumsy vision into exactly what we always dreamed of. She decorated all of the spaces so beautifully and was beyond prepared with everything imaginable that we could never have anticipated needing. We couldn't recommend her as a planner, savior, or florist highly enough!

I could not have executed my wedding without Crystal and her team. I pulled her in a few months prior to my wedding overwhelmed and panicking knowing I couldn't have the day I wanted without help. She reassured me my feelings were valid; I shouldn't have to do everything on my big day and not be able to enjoy it because I'm stressed about the details. She understood my vision and brought even more to it, elevating my day beyond my dreams. We walked through my venue and she effortlessly made a floor plan and a rain plan. She supported me through all the bumps in the rode with calm confidence. Always focused on coming up with solutions, it is what it is, how do we fix it. When my ceremony chairs fell through 6 days before the wedding she was able to secure a new contract with 24 hours! She tailored her services to meet our needs, renting us decorations and even personalizing them. If you need anything or are concerned about something, speak up, she will be there with a solution. On the day of our wedding she was 3 steps ahead and prioritized the important things if we were short on time. Crystal and her team were frequently checking in on my husband and I throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed and whatever beverage we wanted in hand. Walking into my reception space was magical, having your vision finally in front of you after so much planning and time was unforgettable. They even stepped up and helped out with another one of my vendors who were short staffed due to Covid, all to make sure my day was as perfect as it could be. We were responsible for cleaning up our venue after the wedding. As guests were slowly trickling out they were clearing tables and cleaning. By the end up the night my friends and family along with her team had everything packed up and done so we were able to head out to the after party. I cannot tell you how nice it was to have a professional gradual clean up at the end of the night so we could enjoy every minute and not spend an hour afterwards throwing everything in the U-Haul. Stuff is going to go wrong with your wedding during every stage. It happens to everyone, it is unavoidable. You want Crystal on your team to make all that stuff seem like no big deal. She will be there with support and solutions. You want to be able to enjoy every minute of this special day, she will allow you to do that. She was the best decision we made for our wedding. Thank you Crystal, you made all the crap that happened to our wedding over the last 2+ years worth it!

Crystal created the flowers for our rainbow wedding. She did an outstanding job choosing the colors that would best match the six colors in our rainbow theme. This was no easy feat because we live in two different states and she had no real color references. She also drove from NH to New York State to deliver are flowers to us. She was exceptionally kind and understanding of our needs and timeline. Also, she was always professional and kept in constant contact with us regarding her progress. Needless to say, we were tremendously pleased with the outcome and it made our special day even more special. Thank you for all your hard work.

I was a very overwhelmed bride before meeting Crystal. It seemed like there was simply to much to choose from. After discussing our vision, she ran with our ideas. Crystal created the most beautiful floral arraignments I have ever seen. The flowers and her work truly made every photo pop. My husband and I could not recommend her more.
