The who, what, where of it all is what makes it all possible. That's why after a few thousand dollars and your name is wrong, there's an issue. This place knew I was a Doctor when they billed me, why not one of life's most important events? I didn't get a, "our bad, i'll make this right", i got, "your Fiance approved them". These people had a non English speaking Person who can't order Dunkin Donuts through a drive through approve an English Invitation? This Eileen person, says, "well, you should have come with her some time", and I replied, "Never go to a Doctor that isn't busy or did you forget again I was a Doctor"? Rudely, I also heard the excuse that, "some Doctors have Mr on their invitation", to which i replied, "Yes, and they are called Chiropractors", to which i added, "have you ever called a Medical Doctor, and addressed him as Dr So-n-so and they say, "No, please call me Mr"? A few Thousand Dollars more and these very late invitations are sent out with the same RSVP by date meaning some if not most of the invitations arrived after the RSVP by date pissing off my Father who was to be my Best man and many other friends and family on both sides that we are dealing with to this day. You can't imagine what its like to receive an invitation to a special day but the RSVP date is too short to respond or past. I would have paid any amount to have had this done properly. Maria and I trusted you on this Special of Special days and My Dad will never stand with me as My Best Man and you let us down not once but twice. Eileen, yes I will pay you the $500 Dollars for names on tables at the Ca d'Zan at Ringling of People who were not there and stop your voicemails on Maria's phone with threats of collections and actually send a bill to the right place and on time. Had a consultation with Write-On. They seemed to know what they were doing and I picked out pretty invitations. I was told the proof would come in about 2-3 weeks. After 5 weeks I had still not heard from them and followed up. They sent me a proof with grammar errors and the wrong wedding date!! Then they tried to blame it on the printing company rather than admitting their own lack of attention to detail as well as forgetting the time frame they had promised. I got a refund and ended up doing the invitations through Michaels. For a fraction of the price!

Although we did some of the printing ourselves (Escort cards, menus, programs, welcome bag notes, maps) we used Write On for our Save-the-Dates and invitations and were extremely pleased with not only the quality but the value/price. We felt that ordering from a local company gave us the opportunity to see and feel the quality of paper. The invitations turned out fabulous, very unique and elegant. The groom's grandfather thought they were the most beautiful invitations he had ever seen! Thank you!
