Absolutely the best! Taylor was fabulous to work with and Christine was so patient with me and my 100 questions. They did an excellent job and will be our go to for rentals for now on. They are also very reasonably priced. Go with WT Rentals, hands down.

I will never go anywhere else for rentals! My husband and I hadn't planned to rent anything but when plans for our wedding changed about a month and a half out WT was there to save the day. Their prices are by far the BEST you will see anywhere and their online catalogue and packages made it possible for us to check everything off our list. If I ever had a question or wanted to update something Christine got back to me in a very timely manner which was a huge help. With a evening/night wedding planned many rental companies time frames conflicted with ours but WT made sure everything was set up the day before and removed the day after making things less stressful for us. Plus the day they were due to deliver everything the owner Taylor kept us updated on timing and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I couldn't have asked for more. INCREDIBLE!! We have so many positive things to say about this company. Our wedding had so many unforeseen challenges to overcome. The point person, Taylor, went above and beyond to prioritize our vision, ensure the event was safe (compliant with ever-changing Covid regulations), and offered creative solutions and consults throughout the whole process. Not only did we have to plan a safe, socially distanced wedding, the power at the location was wiped out due to a large storm at the beginning of August that knocked out power for the majority of Connecticut. Taylor remained optimistic, reassuring, and offered MULTIPLE solutions. (He even went as far as offering his own personal generator to keep the desserts and flowers cool when he didn’t even have power at his own home.) He coordinated with our caterer, Moodus BBQ, to supply them with enough power to cook our ENTIRE wedding menu the day before. Luckily the power returned the night before the wedding. With that being said, we would have been able to accomplish lighting, refrigeration, DJ services, running water, and bathrooms on the plan that Taylor pulled together with the help of our coordinator, Jen Strunk. Throughout this entire process, Taylor was flexible, answered emails and text messages in a timely fashion, offered solutions that would keep our costs down, and was all around a pleasant, caring individual who felt personally invested in us the entire time. Everything that his company supplied (tents, bistro lighting, dishes, glasses, flatware, tables, linens, chairs, and wine barrels) were of the highest quality and his employees were a pleasure to work with. Our wedding day was PERFECT and we owe so much of that to Taylor and his crew at WT Rental. We enthusiastically recommend these services to anyone planning a wedding or large event, especially under the current circumstances.

Taylor was absolutely amazing! Working with Taylor was a great experience. He was very detailed and professional. We rented a 40 x 60 tent, tables, dance floor and chairs. He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure everything was perfect, clean and organized. We highly recommend him!

I am so happy we went with WT rentals for our wedding at Lighthouse Point Park. Taylor had lots of experience at this venue and his pricing was VERY affordable compared to other quotes I received, still with a high level of professionalism and service quality. We ended up renting chairs for the ceremony and bistro tables to set up outside for cocktail hour, and Taylor understood exactly how we wanted everything set up. I actually did not see him the day of, however did not have to worry about anything, and was immediately relieved when I saw everything was set up perfectly; he even accommodated clean up the same night (per venue requirements), which a lot of companies were going to charge us much extra for. He was attentive to our needs and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend WT Rental to anyone getting married or having an event in the area looking for affordable pricing, great service, and reliability.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with WT Rentals. I rented chairs and tables for my beach wedding through them and they were extremely thoughtful and thorough from beginning to end. The wedding ended up being indoors at the last minute due to rain and they did everything possible to make it the wedding we wanted. They had half the chairs set up outdoors as requested and did not hesitate to change plans for us on the last minute. When I think a rental company, I don't think customer service but the team at WT ended up being the best vendor we had! If you need rentals in the East Hampton area, do not think twice go with these guys. Thanks WT!!

I chose WT Rental services for my wedding day on 8/12/18 at Carousel at Light House Point and could not be happier. I needed chairs for my ceremony on the beach as well as high-top bistro tables. I worked directly with Taylor, who was absolutely amazing. From providing me with an extremely reasonable quote, to upgrading me to nicer chairs, to giving me his cell phone to text him, Taylor went above and beyond. While planning a week before, the weather forecast predicted rain, so Taylor agreed to watch the weather and bring the chairs when it looked like it would be the driest. The day of Taylor came early but did not set up chairs, still waiting to see if it rained. He was read with towels in case it did and chairs needed to be wiped off. Aside from setting up the equipment which I rented, Taylor also assisted with moving the arbor I brought (before the ceremony, and once the ceremony was over), setting up lanterns along the chairs, and putting up plaques. He checked in with both my husband and I several times through the day to make sure everything was just how we wanted it to be. Taylor’s character, people skills, professionalism, flexibility, and finished product made it such a pleasure to work with him. I am so pleased we chose to work with Taylor and would recommend him to anyone!

I can not say enough great things about WT Rentals!They were extremely easy to work with. Always responded when I needed them and were great when I was unsure of exactly what I would need. Taylor Rand one of the owners, was amazing! He knows his stuff and was willing to help us out last minute by getting fans when we had extreme heat. Taylor and his guys came the day before for set up and they were so accommodating and willing to move things around and offer suggestions so everything was perfect! I didn't feel like I was bothering them at all when I needed them to change something or needed their help. I was nothing but impressed and would highly recommend using them for any event! *we rented tables, chairs, linens, napkins, fans, coffee urns, mugs!

My husband and I found Taylor Rand through our DJ John Rzasa and it was an excellent recommendation. He provided a beautiful tent for our wedding day, and also our wedding shower. We would recommend him (and have been recommending him) to all of our friends and family who have been looking for a tent and dance floor services. He was very professional and efficient and is proactive with all the “what ifs” and has a plan on standby and made sure our day went off without a hiccup. WT Rental was an amazing business to partner with for our big day. Taylor worked the quote over repeatedly as we changed our ideas even making last minute changes we requested in the remaining few days before the wedding. Him and his crew were friendly and very helpful; they really gave their best to make our budget go as far as possible. He was always available via email text or call and was very organized from our talks so there weren't any missed details. The property we rented was returned clean and orderly after the event which was an added bonus thanks to him and his team's attention to detail.

Taylor is amazing! Please don't go with the big name companies because they have no flexibility and are not willing to work with you on last minute requests without throwing crazy fees and things that weren't even in the original contract. Taylor was absolutely amazing and caterers to all our needs. My and my wife were completely satisfied with WT rental. Taylor was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I picked a venue that comes with very little and we needed to rent almost everything for our wedding day. Taylor is by far the most professional vendor we worked with who was willing to do ANYTHING to help make our day the way we envisioned it. He responded to phone calls and emails promptly and made himself available at least a few times to meet us personally at the venue and make sure everything was organized the way we wanted it to be. He thought of things throughout the planning process that we wouldn't have even thought of and was receptive and patient to all the changes we needed to make at different points in the planning. His prices beat any price around but so does his work ethic, character and professionalism. Words can't truly describe how unbelievable he was in making our day perfect. It ended up raining the day of our wedding with strong winds--he went to the venue early in the morning and worked for hours to make sure our tent looked beautiful and coming from a bride who always thought she would get married outside--I walked into that tent and was so impressed with how beautiful it turned it that it didn't even feel like a "rain plan". His work didn't end there--he spent hours after our wedding reception not only taking down his own equipment but also helping us load our truck with all of our personal decorations we brought etc. We couldn't have picked a better person to get our rental equipment from. We recommend Taylor to anyone and everyone!

We originally had contacted a few different "big name" rental vendors and didn't quite get the assistance we were looking for as a clueless couple going about planning our outdoor wedding. Being overseas at the time, my wife was left with the role of meeting everyone , and after her first meeting with Taylor and crew @ WT rental, she was left not only feeling impressed but much more comfortable about our wedding day. Taylor ensured we had a good setup for our location, provided things that the caterer requested last minute, and was always a phone call or email away- all of our vendors for our wedding were great , but we never had an ounce of stress dealing with Taylor. He's a great person to due business with, is motivated by his work, and would highly suggest anyone in the CT area looking for tent/party rentals to contact him and company.

Taylor was absolutely AMAZING! I can't tell you how many times I had to change something for one reason or another and he was always so polite and made sure I had what I needed. He worked with me for literally a year planning my wedding and when it got close and it turned out my caterer didn't have x,y, and z and didn't tell me until 3 days before my big day that I needed to get them, Taylor came through big time! Literally saved my wedding! He really worked with us on prices, did his research, and planned out the layout with me. I 100% recommend him to everyone and will use his services for my next party!

I recently used WT Rental for my wedding and his services were exceptional! Not only were his prices very reasonable but he was there to assist us through all our planning and even the days following. He offered his advice to make our wedding personal and the little details that stood out so much. His new wine barrel table was such a big hit and all the guests loved it! It added that special touch. His attention to detail made the difference. The little placements of lights and suggestions made everything beautiful. Anytime I needed anything he was there. The night before the wedding I had to add an extra table and chairs and the next morning when he came to make sure everything was perfect he had that table with him. Exceptional service and We will be sure to use him again!

He helped make our back yard barbecue for my son and his fiance a huge success, thanks to the precise and accurate placing of a 30 x 45 tent in our back yard. It was a huge relief to know that I could count on Taylor and his staff to handle what needed to be done without having to be micro-managed.
