Wychmere Beach Club

Wychmere was an absolute dream venue to have our wedding at! This was actually the first venue we looked at, and an hour later we both had the gut feeling that it was where we should get married. Our first tour of the venue was so warm, welcoming, and organized. The staff was friendly and they answered all questions we had. Once we decided to lock in the venue, our contact was so helpful with answering questions about the contract and even setting up a time to go through any and all questions we had before we signed. This made us feel so secure and happy with our decision as she was so patient with us and was happy to help us feel as comfortable and informed as possible! We were able to set up another time to come see the venue with a lot of our family! Wychmere was so accommodating with this and helped to make our family feel involved and informed as my husband and I looked at venues alone. It was special to see the venue with our immediate family before the wedding and we were so grateful that this could be accommodated. The food tasting was SO organized and was a beautiful event that made us even more excited for our own wedding! There was a full cocktail hour with the pass apps that were offered for our wedding. Then we got to taste every single meal offered (which as all delicious!!!). The only hard part of this was then having to make the decision of which foods we would choose for the meals because they were all so good :) Leading up to the wedding, we had consistent contact and communication with our coordinator Kristin. We had periodic phone calls where she’d review what we have done, remind us of what is needed, and answer any and all questions we had. She was so patient with us and is truly the reason why our planning and wedding day all went so smoothly. Our rehearsal, again, was so organized and smooth. We were able to bring the wedding party around the venue (Harbor & Hydrangea Room + lawn). This was an amazing time to soak in the venue the day before the wedding with those closest with us and we are so appreciative of this. Once we started the rehearsal, it was extremely organized and put all organization nerves at ease. Kristin went through all of the decor we brought with us, along with fixing our seating chart that got damaged on our drive down! The wedding day went SO smoothly and I can only credit this to Kristin and the Wychmere staff. They were all on top of everything and again answered all questions anyone had. All needs were met and we were in such great hands. Our wedding day (and everything leading up to it) was so amazing and we had the best experience at Wychmere. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough. Thank you again to Kristin and all of the Wychmere staff who helped give us the best day ever!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience getting married at Wychmere. From the second we toured the venue - we fell in love with the property and all it had to offer. Being paired with someone like Kristin as our event coordinator was such a blessing. She is kind, patient, professional, supportive and a literal lifesaver and I could not have done my day without her by my side throughout the whole process! The staff at Wychmere are TOP notch - they are so polite and put the guests and their needs first. Not to mention the food - wow!!! Many of our guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding and I can attest to that! Thank you to all involved who made my day so perfect in every aspect.

We got married at Wychmere in September and wow the Wychmere exceeded all of our wedding expectations!! Their team is seriously the best of the best. We worked with Ellen who was fantastic. She really took the time to answer any question we had (big or small). She along with the entire team helped bring all our visions to life. The food and the drinks were the best we’ve ever had at a venue! Our guests are still raving about it. Nothing is quite as magical as a Wychmere Wedding. My sister had the BEST wedding last night! This venue is INCREDIBLE! A huge shoutout to the staff who were soooooo kind and helpful, also best food I’ve ever had a wedding in my life. A special thank you to Mary the coordinator. She is so talented and so organized. If you’re at all stressed about getting things organized - I would highly recommend working with her. She is truly fantastic! Also special thank you to Vanessa who helped us on the day. She was sooo helpful giving us direction, taking our bouquets, and organizing us. Thank you so much Vanessa. Truly the best staff! I could not thank you more for helping my sister have the best day ever.

Wychmere Beach Club is an absolute DREAM venue! We knew the moment we stepped onto the property that this is where we had to have our wedding. It is so classy, clean, and intimate with absolutely stunning views. We are beach people, so this was totally our vibe. Wychmere gives opportunity for variety as they have 3 separate wedding venues on property that vary in price range to accommodate your budget. We fell in love with the ocean room at Wychmere for so many reasons - the stunning wrap around balcony that hugs the harbor, the natural lighting, and the simplicty of the room itself. Wychmere staff are absolutely incredible and we couldn't imagine our day running smoothly with out them. Special shoutout to Lindsay Sullivan and Vanessa! Lindsay was our wedding planner and her calm demeanor and relaxed personality definitely helped keep us grounded throughout the entire planning process. She was readily available and easily accessible if we needed to contact her, or ask questions. It is clear she has a strong background in the wedding industry because of the way she treated us. Lindsay respected our vision for our day and went above and beyond the make sure it ran smoothly. Vanessa was our attendant on the night of our wedding ceremony and she literally was by our side throughout the entire night - anything we needed, Vanessa was there. And, even if we didn't need anything, she was still right there checking in on us and making sure we were having fun and enjoying our celebration. The rest of the staff at Wychmere was so incredibly helpful - from servers, to bar tenders, to chefs, etc. Every single employee goes above and beyond and we are so grateful for the Wychmere team! The food at Wychmere is something our guests still talk about to this day, it is absolutely incredible. Our wedding tasting was something like I've never experienced before. Everywhere you looked food and drinks were being served to you, the service was immaculate! We would recommend the 2 bite lobster rolls, mac and cheese balls, and 4 cheese sachetti for appetizers. When it came to dinner, the scallops were delicious - so savory and flavorful over mushroom risotto. The meat option we offered to our guests was just as good - seriously, my mouth is watering! Book your wedding at Wychmere - it will make your experience that much more incredible...from start to finish!

Wychmere went above and beyond to make our day perfect! We worked with Kristin Nashville who was amazing throughout the whole process! She made sure everything ran smoothly, provide advice when asked, and worked hard to make us feel so special! We decided to do our ceremony outside despite the chance of rain. Kristin and the team made sure the chairs were dry and that we had umbrellas easily available if needed (Luckily the rain held out :)) she made me feel so calm even with the uneasiness of the chance of rain. Janet was our bridal attendant who was also great! She sewed one of our groomsmen’s suit buttons on at the last second and made sure we were taken care of all night. If you want a venue that goes above and beyond to make you feel so special, look no further! Wychmere is amazing and covers every detail!

Our wedding at Wychmere was perfect. I had an incredible experience there. Lindsay Sullivan was my event specialist, and she was organized, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the year of planning. On the day of the wedding, she and her team were kind, organized, and professional. The venue was stunning. Cape Cod has always been a special place for me and my family, so it was a dream come true to have such an important day held in a meaningful place. Having the boats in the harbor in the background and the ocean view in the other direction was so beautiful throughout the day/night. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue and the wedding team there. I highly recommend Wychmere as a wedding ceremony and reception venue.

Our event specialist, Mary Kane, was exceptional! From the beginning, Mary was organized, informed, listened and communicated well. She was consistently conscientious and polite throughout the whole process. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her!

Wychmere truly went above and beyond to make our day special. From the moment we arrived on our Wedding day to the end of the evening everything was flawlessly executed, despite heavy rains at several points. The backup plan for ceremony and cocktail hour is amazing and I felt so at ease knowing we had the perfect plan B. Kristin was incredible to work with throughout the planning and helped curate a day that was truly us, while offering advice and her expert knowledge. Janet and the rest of the staff were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Our guests are still raving about the food, our signature drink (mezcal is our favorite and the watermelon mezcal drink was an huge hit) and views. The only thing that would make it better is if we could get married every year!

I had the best experience working with Kristin Nashville and the Wychmere team for my wedding this month! Kristin helped plan the entire day from start to finish and made sure that everything went smoothly. She went above and beyond to help me customize our wedding timeline, she communicated with our vendors to make sure they were all at the right place at the right time, and she made sure that even the smallest details were perfect. I don't know what I would have done without her! My guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the Wychmere is and they loved the waterfront views from the Harbor Room. It's the perfect venue for a Cape Cod beach wedding. I can't thank Kristin and team enough for all of their help throughout the wedding planning process from start to finish!

Our June 2023 wedding at Wychmere was absolutely perfect!! The venue is stunning, the amenities are top tier, the food is amazing, and the staff is incredible. Our guests are still telling us about how much they enjoyed our wedding. We truly had the most amazing experience from start to finish! Kristin, our wedding coordinator, and the entire Wychmere team are the best. They all worked very hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and that every detail was taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience than through the Wychmere Beach Club. Not only is the venue breathtakingly beautiful, the staff and service are top notch. I had multiple guests reach out to me after our wedding to tell me how amazing the service was. I had a wonderful wedding coordinator and day-of attendant, all of the staff were accommodating, and they truly made us feel like we were celebrities the day of our wedding. From the beginning, they worked with us on our budget, helped answer all of our questions through the planning process, and executed our vision without a flaw. From the set-up, to the food, to the coordination of events, it was all perfect. I couldn't recommend it enough!

We are overjoyed with our experience at Dune at the Wychmere Beach Club! Lindsay, our coordinator, was with us every step of the way and made our May, 2023 wedding reception a spectacular event. She was quick to respond to questions and accommodated our every wish. She kept us on track so that we had no last minute stresses. She met with us on several occasions to review details. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and stayed late into the night at our reception to be sure everything was perfect. The venue itself is stunning with large, airy spaces and lovely ocean and sand dune views. There are quiet spaces for the wedding party to relax. The food, from the passed hors d'ouvres to the dessert station, was absolutely outstanding! The chefs and servers did a wonderful job. Our guests are still remarking on how they've never had better food...not just at a wedding, but anywhere! The individual, personal touches from the staff made us feel so special. For example, the bartenders made our own special Signature Drink right down to the sugar-coated rim! The entire staff was professional but not stuffy. They set the tone for a perfect event. We had the time of our lives!

Our on-site event planner, Lindsay, took care of us from the moment we made the decision to get married at Wychmere. Dune is an incredible venue; it's beautiful and the views are stunning. The Wychmere Beach Club is the perfect setting for a classic Cape Cod beach wedding! We loved working with the event planners at the Wychmere. There are so many options for ceremony locations and reception room sizes. We loved the ability to have the reception be indoor/outdoor with use of a gorgeous terrace, dock and lawn. When the Cape weather did not cooperate for a beach ceremony, the Wychmere seamlessly pivoted to setting up an indoor space for us. We literally were sitting along the edge of the water with a view of the harbor. Beautiful. And on the day of the wedding, the Wychmere, along with our wedding planner, took care of literally every single detail so that we could enjoy every moment with family and friends. We are so grateful for that gift. We will always cherish the beautiful memories of this perfect Cape Cod wedding.

We had a September wedding at Wychmere (~170 guests) and highly, highly recommend the venue for a multitude of reasons: - Setting: If you’ve been on site, you will know that the setting is beautiful. We had our ceremony on the lawn with the cocktail hour in the Hydrangea room followed by our reception in the Harbor Room, and it was absolutely stunning. - Food: One of our biggest priorities in planning a wedding was quality of food and portion size. We very quickly realized at our tasting that neither would be an issue whatsoever! Wychmere offered a multitude of incredible options, and they do not skimp on the portions. As it was at the tasting, the food at the ceremony was absolutely incredible and nobody left hungry! We’d highly recommend the raw bar and charcuterie table during the cocktail hour, in addition to the mac and cheese bites! - Staff / Organization: Last but not least….Kristin and the entire staff that we worked with were extremely professional and organized throughout the long planning process. They were absolutely delightful to work with. On the day of the wedding, they were 100% on top of everything and made sure we were able to simply enjoy the day. We could not have asked for a better planning partner. If you are looking for a beautiful quintessential Cape wedding, you should seriously consider Wychmere.

Wychmere is hands down a dream venue and crew to work with. When we first toured Wychmere as a potential venue, we were greeted with champagne and treated like royalty the moment we walked through the door. Being the indecisive couple we tend to be, we had seen numerous venues, and this by far was the best. We knew almost immediately this was our venue! The level of spoiling never ended, Wychmere makes you feel incredibly valued and listened to. Working with Brooke is a true privilege, she is so organized, sweet, and thorough in every single last detail. You dream it and Brooke makes it happen! The minute we met Brooke at the tasting, we knew how lucky we were. Brooke made sure every menu selection, decor, timeline, and detail was exactly what we wanted. Brooke helped us unload our decor, helped ease all of our anxiety, and truly made our dream Wedding a reality! The staff were flawless, attentive, and made sure everyones needs were taken care of. Our VIP attendant Janet was truly one of the sweetest people I have ever met and made sure our VIPs felt extra special. She even created a moment for my husband and I to enjoy champagne and had one of every appetizer set aside for us, so that we could take a breathe before going back out to greet guests. The flow of the day was seamless and perfect in every single way, and we still to this day are receiving compliments on Wychmere Beach Club as a venue and the staff. Also, the food was amazing every app and every main course was delicious! Our Wedding Day was one of the best days of our lives yet, and it would not have been the same without Wychmere Beach Club and their staff! Thank you so much for everything, we cannot speak more highly of them!

Not really sure where to begin. From the moment we stepped on property in January of 2021 our search for a venue was over. Not only does Wychmere offer beautiful spaces to choose from, the food, and staff are unmatched. I had the pleasure of working with Kristin, who was fantastic from day 1. We could not have been happier with how everything came together. Anyone searching for a cape code venue, consider this your sign. Wychmere is incredible, you too will have no regrets!

The best decision we made (besides marrying each other, of course)!! Wychmere was an absolutely dream wedding venue and I’m still pinching myself to see if it was all real. We went to tour for the first time on a cold and raining day in March 2021, and even on that day the views were stunning.. we left that day knowing this was the place. We canceled all other tours immediately. From the initial inquiry, to our final tasting- the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail we wanted was met. We got married feet in the sand on a sunny day in August 2022 and the beach ceremony went off without a hitch. Everyone is still raving about all the food- from cocktail hour to the reception. One guest even said “I’ve NEVER been served such hot & delicious food at a wedding” (the braised short ribs were to die for!!!) the sunset overlooking the harbor surrounded by our closest family and friends is a core memory I’ll never forget. I can not recommend The Wychmere Beach Club enough!!!!

The first time I stepped on Wychmere’s property I knew it was where I wanted to get married. The views from every venue space are truly breathtaking and the reception spaces themselves are jaw dropping. We were impressed with Wychmere along every step of our wedding planning journey. From our initial tour to our tasting to our wedding day and every phone call and email along the way, Wychmere exceeded our expectations. A moment of special praise for the food at Wychmere…after our tasting we all raved about the food and could not wait for the wedding day to taste it again and we will continue to talk about how delicious it was (and so will our guests) for years to come! The team at Wychmere truly treats you and your family as VIPs the entire night long. Anything you need they are there with it with a smile and warmth. We had the pleasure of working with Kristin as our site coordinator and feel like we hit the jackpot! She somehow made a very rainy wedding day the most beautiful day we could ask for and we wouldn’t have had it any other way! A huge thank you and all our praise go out to Kristin, Neil, Callie, and the rest of the team that made our wedding day our best day.

Where do I even begin?! Wychmere is an absolute dream, 15/10, by far the best wedding venue on the Cape! From the very first phone call, to our site visit, food tasting, every email exchanged, to our wedding weekend, my husband and I will never stop singing Wychmere’s praises. As a professional event planner myself, I had high expectations for our wedding and Wychmere FAR exceeded everything. The level of service, professionalism, personalization, attention to detail, the views, the entire property, the food, (I mean) I could go on. Not to mention, we were in the new Dune venue and signed our contract before the construction was complete. Not that we had anything to worry about because the Dune turned out to be THE most incredible venue. Every one of our guests was blown away by the setting, as were we. Rain or sun, the views do not disappoint and neither will the service. A big shoutout to the amazing Erica S, Brittany H, Lindsay S, and Becca who made our entire planning and wedding weekend such a breeze and always taking care of us. We wish we could relive the day over and over!

The wychmere is incredible. A HUGE shout out to my girl Alanna for being an amazing wedding coordinator. She worked with us on so many levels to make our wedding dreams and visions into a reality. We had a 100% vegan wedding, which is not easy to pull off, and they honestly crushed it. Everyone raved about the food! It also down-poured on our wedding day, but I wasn’t even upset because the natural lighting in all the venues make the best photos. They provide a coordinator, event specialist, and a bridal attendant the day of so you are VERY taken care of during the big day to ensure you have the best time. I highly suggest having your wedding here, everyone will love it!

We got married two days ago at Wychmere. I would give 10 stars if I could. The beauty of the venue and surrounding area is self-evident, but me, my wife, and our guests all raved about the service provided by the staff. Everyone working there went above and beyond to make the entire experience perfect, from wedding planning to the wedding night. I owe a special thanks to our wedding coordinator Brooke for being the absolute best and for looking after us so closely. She even noticed by 6-year old half brother was hungry before the ceremony and raced off to get him a bag of chips.

Choosing Wychmere Beach Club as our wedding venue was by far the best decision we could have made for our special day! Everything was luxurious from start to finish. They have 3 on-site venues but I felt like I was the only bride there all day, they do an excellent job at keeping the weddings separate and intimate. Lindsay was our coordinator and she was great every step of the way! our day of attendant was also so kind and accommodated our every need. I will be dreaming about this perfect night at the stunning Wychmere Beach Club for the rest of forever :) Thank you Wychmere!

My husband and I were married at Wychmere in 2022, from the moment we first visited up to our wedding day, we had an absolutely incredible experience working with the team there - largely thanks to Lindsay Sullivan. The entire team is the highest level of professional, experienced, creative, knowledgeable, resourceful and kind. Our engagement ended up being 3 years due to covid, and throughout that entire time, Lindsay and her team could not have been more supportive, communicative, and enjoyable to work with. By the time our wedding day rolled around, our guests couldn't stop commenting on how well every moment of the day was executed and how beautiful the event space was. The chef and his team did an incredible job and several of our guests commented that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Lindsay - I can't thank you enough for everything you did to go above and beyond to make our entire wedding run so smoothly. I would give Wychmere 10 stars if I could!

Their beachside location in Harwich Port on Cape Cod and professional staff made for a perfect wedding. Our coordinator Brittany kindly answered our many questions throughout the planning process and helped organize all the little details to make our day run smoothly. Special shout-out to Bitsy, our wedding day assistant, who accompanied us from the ceremony until the very end of the reception. She made sure our parents, my husband, and I had everything we needed and constantly checked in to ensure everything was okay. She even helped bustle my dress and found my husband’s ring in the grass when it flew off while taking photos! Wychmere Beach Club is a well-oiled machine and everyone from the servers to the housekeeping staff was incredibly nice. Our wedding day was everything we imagined and more. We are so grateful we chose Wychmere Beach Club as our venue.

We can not express enough how grateful we are to you and the entire Wychmere team. The Dune venue and its views set a pretty fantastic backdrop for an impressive wedding. However, Brittany, Bitsy, Neil and every single person on the team took the day and overall experience to a level well beyond all expectations. Guests commented just as frequently on the incredible team as they did the beautiful setting - it takes an outstanding team and experience for people to proactively make these comments. The Wychmere Beach Club Dune Room was absolutely stunning!!! Our event coordinator, Brittany Holmes, answered our every question and email so quickly. She was kind and was truly amazing. I would 10/10 work with her again. The wedding attendants and whole Wychmere staff could not have been nicer. The apps and food were delicious and the overall day could not have been more perfect. I would recommend this place to everyone!

My husband and I got married at Wychmere Beach Club a few weeks ago and it was an incredible and beautiful day, we wish we would relive it one more time! Our Event Specialist Kristin was AMAZING from start to finish. She was so kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process and our wedding was beyond anything we had envisioned, she was awesome! The staff was excellent, and the food was delicious everyone was raving about it! The venue is gorgeous and Wychmere exceeded our expectations!

I only have phenomenal things to say about Wychmere Beach Club. Five stars is truly not enough! We initially booked our wedding for 2021 in the Harbor Room (stunning), but as 2020 came to a close, it was clear we needed to reschedule. We were lucky enough to host our family and friends in the brand new Dune a few weeks ago, and it was truly a dream come true! I have to absolutely shout out our event coordinator, Lindsay. She was a true joy to work with starting day one! At every meeting, she made me feel totally at ease. Anything I asked for, she was able to accommodate and that extended to the wedding day as well. Wychmere is truly luck to have her on their staff! The Wychmere experience is absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The location, space and food are all absolutely amazing! I always felt like I was a top priority at every step of the process. We've had so many guests compliment the Wychmere and say that our wedding was the best they had ever been to, and I truly owe that to the Wychmere staff! Everything went perfectly on our day. I would highly recommend Wychmere to any couple looking for the perfect Cape Cod wedding experience!

Honestly, 5 stars isn’t enough. Phenomenal. Brooke is literally amazing. We were originally planning to get married in front of a hedge, but when it hadn’t bloomed by our May 6 wedding, the team quickly came up with a different plan that was even better than the original. Our guests raved about the food, and are still raving about how beautiful everything was (the view, the Ocean Room, the ceremony). Everything flowed so nicely and it truly could not have been a better day. I was one of those brides that was worried about having another wedding at the same venue at the same time, but not one of our guests even noticed (and neither did we). If we didn’t “know” that there was another wedding, we would have never known. From start to finish, the staff at Wychmere was so helpful, accommodating, professional, and just felt like they wanted to work with us. There was never any chasing anyone down for answers or feeling like we asked a stupid question. We had the absolute best day ever!

My husband and I were married at Wychmere Beach Club in Aril 2022 and we had such an amazing experience! We fell in love with the location and flexibility (we had an outdoor ceremony with cocktail hour on the rooftop deck and the reception in the Ocean Room). We were completely blown away by the service from Wychmere staff. Our wedding coordinator, Kristin, was AMAZING. She helped with everything from big picture planning to creative ideas and details to day-of coordination and support. She answered every question we had quickly and thoroughly and was always available to talk through any problems or concerns we had. On our wedding day, Wychmere also provided is with an attendant and a venue manager in addition to our coordinator, which meant that we constantly had people assisting us, checking on us, and keeping us on schedule. Our parents were also treated like VIPs and appreciated how often staff checked on them. In addition to the service, the food was absolutely outstanding. We tried a number of different hors d'oeuvre, meals, and desserts at our tasting and everything was delicious. They took such great care of our guests with allergies and made us feel confident that everyone got food that they could eat. We stayed and got ready at the suites of the Wychmere Hotel, which was so luxurious and convenient. We are so glad that we chose Wychmere for our wedding and would recommend it to anyone looking for impeccable service and a true Cape Cod atmosphere!

We could not be more thrilled that we hosted our wedding at Wychmere. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the venue and it was perfect from start to finish. Every single room is stunning. The food is DELICIOUS. Seriously, the tasting was one of the highlights of the wedding planning process and the food was just as good on the day of the wedding. And the staff! The staff was incredible. They were so supportive, thoughtful, kind, helpful, everything you could ask for. They made sure my husband and I actually ate throughout the night, which is hard! Wychmere is just the perfect wedding venue if you're looking for something beautiful (where you don't have to pay a lot to dress it up) and you want your guests to have a great time without needing to travel between events.

When we walked into the Wychmere Beach Club we knew it was the perfect venue for our off-season Cape Cod wedding. Having had to postpone a year due to COVID-19, Marissa, Lindsay + Kristin were with us every step of the way. They were patient with us as we had to make decisions and helped us navigate so many things. Lindsay was amazing on the day of and even drove us down to the beach to capture the perfect sunset on a chilly Nov day, she rocks!!! When it came to picking a venue on the cape, nothing truly compares to Wychmere Beach Club. It is STUNNING and we fell in love the moment we toured the venue. We were so impressed with how on top of everything the staff is at Wychmere. Marissa was a pleasure to work with during our initial booking. She helped to meet our needs and work with our budget. Our coordinator, Brooke, was absolutely phenomenal. I loved how thorough she was in every step of the process. We did not need to even consider a wedding planner with how helpful Brooke was in keeping us on track and checking all our planning boxes. The staff at Wychmere were all amazing. Our guests raved about the food, everything was so delicious. I had multiple people express that our wedding was one of the most beautiful and fun weddings they had ever been to. If you are looking for a spectacular place on Cape Cod to have your wedding, look no further than Wychmere Beach Club! It is absolutely, positively perfect! My daughter and her now-husband were married at the club in August of 2021. There are simply not enough words to describe how wonderful the entire experience was. As soon as we entered the property for our first appointment, we were captivated by its beauty, location, and stunning views. From that point on, it just got better and better. This was due, in large part, to our wedding coordinator, Kristin Walsh. To say that Kristin is amazing is truly an understatement. Kristin represents Wychmere Beach Club in the best possible way. The club is extremely lucky to have her. Kristin helped my daughter plan her wedding during a pandemic, and throughout the entire experience we found her to be professional, kind, organized, flexible, and attentive to all of our needs. She truly made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience both enjoyable and easy. Kristin was always quick to answer our questions, and there certainly were many! A month before the wedding, we had numerous changes, and Kristin was always ready with alternative options and suggestions. Our original plan was to have the reception in the gorgeous Ocean Room and the ceremony and cocktail hour on the rooftop deck. When a hurricane threatened to strike on the day of the wedding, Kristin, in her gentle, reassuring manner, planned a possible indoor option for both the ceremony and cocktail hour. We left everything in her expert hands, and she did not disappoint. Although the storm had veered north of the Cape, and the rain had stopped, the wind prevented an outdoor ceremony on the deck. It truly worked out fine, though, because both the ceremony and dinner were held in the Ocean Room, which is truly exquisite. We were still able to use the lovely rooftop deck for our cocktail hour and at any time during throughout the rest of the afternoon. The wedding experience itself was phenomenal. The food was delicious, and the drinks and tasty hors d’oeuvres were abundant. The servers were professional and extremely attentive, and the transitions were seamless. Kristin worked with the D.J., florist, and photographer to ensure that everything was well-timed and coordinated. We were truly grateful to be in her capable hands. She thought of special things that we would never have thought of and worked quietly behind the scenes managing everything throughout the day. There was nothing for us to do except enjoy ourselves! When the wedding was over, our belongings were nicely packed and brought to the door. We truly didn’t have to lift a finger all day. I hope I have the pleasure of one day attending another wedding at Wychmere Beach Club. We give both this venue and Kristin Walsh our highest recommendation!

From booking during Covid, our food tasting, our wedding day and all the questions in between, everyone at Wychmere was great. Brooke answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made our experience an amazing one. The food is incredible and the venue itself is breathtaking. The night of our wedding, we were so happy with the service. Brooke, Janet and the other staff were SO attentive and helpful to us, our families and our guests the entire night. Wychmere captured our hearts! I grew up in MA, summering on Cape Cod but live in Chicago with my now husband. My sister found the Wychmere Beach Club for our wedding that we planned in under 3 months in July. She facetimed me from the venue back in April and I instantly fell in love with it- and on a rainy day no less! Wychmere, and Brittany Sullivan in particular, made our wedding my absolute dream wedding. After not seeing our families for over a year, we wanted a very small, intimate and elegant dinner party vs the huge wedding we planned pre-COVID. From our first planning call until the moment she left our wedding that night, Brittany was amazing. She helped bring to life my vision better than I could have ever imagined. It was literally out of a pinterest board and I cannot recommend this venue or Brittany enough! I'd also like to call out Janet, one of our wedding attendants. She was SO attentive to me, my husband and my whole family the entire day, into the wee hours of the night- even helping us check into our wedding suite at the end of the night! She was an absolute dream to work with. The entire staff was amazing, but I'd be remiss to not call out these two amazing women. Wychmere Beach Club truly gave us our dream wedding. From the time we booked to the end of our event, we had nothing but a great experience. We had to move our date 3 times due to COVID and Wychmere was always very responsive and accommodating to changing our date. Kristin Walsh was our wedding coordinator and she made sure to understand our vision of the day and to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Sarah was our day of bridal attendant and was always there to make sure that our needs, along our families needs were taken care of. The food was amazing and everything was cooked perfectly. The entire staff was kind, friendly and professional and the venue is absolutely stunning. Before our wedding everyone kept telling us how we had to be flexible because "something" was bound to go wrong...these people clearly didn't have a Wychmere wedding :) Everything and everyone was just so amazing and we couldn't be more grateful!

Our wedding at Wychmere was absolutely magical! We waited three years to have this celebration, and Brooke supported us through the entire journey, including our COVID postponement. Brooke kept track of every detail and ensured we were on top of decision-making throughout the planning process. She worked with my external wedding planner, Jyl Deering, and my other vendors, and together we created a beautiful event! Wychmere saved my wedding. As any bride understands, planning and executing a wedding can be particularly stressful, and this year the stress of planning and orchestrating a wedding in the midst of a pandemic has been unique and challenging. Wychmere went above and beyond to make sure I had the day I wanted (albeit, modified) and it was more than I ever could have imagined. Brooke, one of the coordinators, was warm, kind, savvy and truly made our experience one to remember. The entire staff at Wychmere made our wedding, and our guests, feel safe, comfortable and luxurious. The food is amazing and they truly take care of everything. What could have been a difficult day (as we moved our wedding up 6 weeks to a new date with a significantly reduced guest count) was instead one of the best days and weekends of our lives. Wychmere was a beautiful venue for a wedding and Brooke, our coordinator, was amazing! You can tell from visiting Wychmere that it’s a gorgeous place, but what really made our wedding special was Brooke and her masterful planning. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and patient throughout the whole process, and always willing to work with us to make sure our day was perfect and exactly as we wanted it to be. She was exceedingly organized and our day went exactly according to plan, even running a little ahead of schedule at one point. Every detail was accounted for, even setup (including centerpieces) and breakdown at the end of the night was handled by her and her team. Our ceremony was on the deck overlooking the beach, and our reception was in the ocean room upstairs. All of our guests had an amazing time, thought the venue was beautiful, and loved the food. There was another wedding at the venue on the same day and you never would have noticed since everything runs like clockwork. Would highly recommend!

They were so attentive to us and truly made us feel like we were their only client. They make the wedding journey extremely easy on the bride and groom with their organization and professionalism. It took me two months to find the words to describe our PERFECT September wedding at the Wychmere this past fall. Not only was it the venue we fell in love with after seeing a handful of other options on the Cape, but the team is what truly makes the difference here. Lindsay is talented and a veteran event specialist who made not only the day go off flawlessly, but every day leading up to it was easy. I know it seems like every vendor you look at on The Knot has 5 stars, but believe me when I say that this venue handled every aspect of our wedding perfectly. Our coordinator, Brooke, was perfect- she was both highly professional and highly approachable. Every single bride I spoke with who wanted to help me prepare for my wedding told me "and just remember, something will go wrong but you just have to roll with it". At the end of our wedding, Mike and I realized that the one thing *everyone* told us to expect simply never happened. Thank you Brooke for your organization and your understanding of our vision! The food is also an absolute game-changer. The selection and quality of food is beyond impressive. I think that was a huge bonus for our guests who came in expecting your more typical wedding food. As for the grounds, we looked at multiple venues on The Cape but there was no comparison to these beautiful grounds. The absolute only thing I wished for by the end of our wedding is that our night would never end. Thank you Wychmere for giving us those memories!

I truly do not know where to begin. If I had the ability, I would give Wychmere 10 stars. We knew the moment we pulled up to the venue for our tour, that this was the place we would get married. The grounds are stunning, the staff are beyond professional but also down-to-earth, and the private beach is breathtaking. We never felt like we were forgotten or doing this planning alone because their communication is top notch (shout out to Lindsay Grimes, best. event specialist. ever!) Fast forward to the wedding day, they didn't miss a beat. Everything was flawless from the ceremony to the food to the after party and everything in between. Sarah was our day of coordinator and truly made us feel like VIPs. She took care of every little detail and ensured we were taken care of the entire evening.
