se through the highs and lows of planning such an enormous and at times daunting event.  We had a final guest count of 210 people and at times felt overwhelming especially if you were not fond of large crowds!   Kristin and all the staff at Wychmere made it feel like there were 50 people in attendance rather than over 200.  It was one of the best days of my life and those sentiments are duplicated by my husband and other members of our family including the bride and groom.   Being the mother of the bride, I felt pressure to assure everything went smoothly only that pressure was alleviated throughout the entire process and when our date, June 13, 2026, approached, I felt nothing but excitement and bliss as all the details and orchestrating was covered by the fabulous and competent staff at Wychmere.  It was worth every penny and more as the venue is spectacular and the people who are there to support your wedding party and guide your event are even better!!!!  I can’t thank Wychmere Beach Club staff and organizers enough, especially Kristin Nashville, for everything they did to ensure a beautiful wedding experience, a day of princesses and princes coming together in a grand palace…OUTSTANDING!!!!

Kristin who was the absolute BEST and was a lifesaver in so many ways throughout the planning process. From the tasting, to the planning meetings, quick email responses, helping set up our venue on our big day…Kristin and the Wychmere staff went above and beyond to make our day what it was. After taking some picture, my dress and feet had gotten dirty from the sand so I had asked for a wipe to clean with…15 seconds later, Kristin and the bridal attendant sat me down and were scrubbing my dress and my feet for almost an hour trying to make it as clean as it could be! I did not expect that by any means…but that just goes to show the level of service you’ll get when you have a wedding at the Wychmere. One thing our guests constantly talked about (besides it being the most beautiful venue) was how perfect the service was. From drinks being ready for guests upon arrival, to plenty of food being passed around at cocktail hour, to making sure everyone’s allergy requirements were met before serving…it doesn’t get more five star than that. It was truly the best day of our lives and I was so sad when it was over. I can’t thank Kristin and the team at Wychmere enough for helping us live out the best day of our lives!!!

The entire planning process was seamless thanks to the amazing staff, especially our wedding coordinator, Lindsey Sullivan, whose support and organization made everything feel effortless. Our wedding day ran smoothly from start to finish, and we’re so appreciative of the entire team who worked hard to make it such an enjoyable and memorable evening. The food was exceptional and a highlight for many of our guests. We were lucky to have perfect weather and took full advantage of the gorgeous rooftop area for cocktail hour. It was truly a magical day, and we’re beyond grateful to Wychmere for bringing our vision to life.

t was the perfect venue for us! The rooftop view of the beach and ocean was breathtaking. The venue itself was spacious, stunning, coastal, bright and modern. It was exactly what we were looking for on our special day! Leading up to the wedding my husband and I were extremely impressed with the staff's professionalism. Erica was welcoming, kind, and informative during our tour and communication prior and after. Lindsay was who my husband and I worked with the year+ leading up to our wedding. She was incredible through it all and was on top of communication working with our planner and vendors! She also made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day! We loved the process working with Wychmere from start to finish. The food at Wychmere was NEXT level. Our friends and family couldn't stop raving about it, I wish I had a Time Machine to go back to our wedding day AND the tasting just to have the food all over again! On our wedding day the entire staff went above and beyond for us and our guests. Janet was a joy who took care of me, my husband, and our bridal party. She was very sweet and brought my husband and I our cocktail hour apps + drinks to enjoy alone before entering the cocktail hour. I could go on and on about how incredible our wedding weekend was at Wychmere. Last but not least, our bridal party stayed in the Wychmere suites and the rooms were gorgeous and easy access to the venue. We worked with Susan who gave us tours of the rooms when we were figuring out where our guests would stay, she was very nice and helpful! The views were stunning. If you're looking for the absolute PERFECT wedding venue, THIS IS IT. Thank you Wychmere and staff for the most memorable weekend of our life!

ld get married. Our first tour of the venue was so warm, welcoming, and organized. The staff was friendly and they answered all questions we had. Once we decided to lock in the venue, our contact was so helpful with answering questions about the contract and even setting up a time to go through any and all questions we had before we signed. This made us feel so secure and happy with our decision as she was so patient with us and was happy to help us feel as comfortable and informed as possible! We were able to set up another time to come see the venue with a lot of our family! Wychmere was so accommodating with this and helped to make our family feel involved and informed as my husband and I looked at venues alone. It was special to see the venue with our immediate family before the wedding and we were so grateful that this could be accommodated. The food tasting was SO organized and was a beautiful event that made us even more excited for our own wedding! There was a full cocktail hour with the pass apps that were offered for our wedding. Then we got to taste every single meal offered (which as all delicious!!!). The only hard part of this was then having to make the decision of which foods we would choose for the meals because they were all so good :) Leading up to the wedding, we had consistent contact and communication with our coordinator Kristin. We had periodic phone calls where she’d review what we have done, remind us of what is needed, and answer any and all questions we had. She was so patient with us and is truly the reason why our planning and wedding day all went so smoothly. Our rehearsal, again, was so organized and smooth. We were able to bring the wedding party around the venue (Harbor & Hydrangea Room + lawn). This was an amazing time to soak in the venue the day before the wedding with those closest with us and we are so appreciative of this. Once we started the rehearsal, it was extremely organized and put all organization nerves at ease. Kristin went through all of the decor we brought with us, along with fixing our seating chart that got damaged on our drive down! The wedding day went SO smoothly and I can only credit this to Kristin and the Wychmere staff. They were all on top of everything and again answered all questions anyone had. All needs were met and we were in such great hands. Our wedding day (and everything leading up to it) was so amazing and we had the best experience at Wychmere. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough. Thank you again to Kristin and all of the Wychmere staff who helped give us the best day ever!!

ut the year of planning. On the day of the wedding, she and her team were kind, organized, and professional. The venue was stunning. Cape Cod has always been a special place for me and my family, so it was a dream come true to have such an important day held in a meaningful place. Having the boats in the harbor in the background and the ocean view in the other direction was so beautiful throughout the day/night. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue and the wedding team there. I highly recommend Wychmere as a wedding ceremony and reception venue.

She went above and beyond to help me customize our wedding timeline, she communicated with our vendors to make sure they were all at the right place at the right time, and she made sure that even the smallest details were perfect. I don't know what I would have done without her! My guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the Wychmere is and they loved the waterfront views from the Harbor Room.
