Rebecca and Wynn Events exceeded our expectations in every way! We decided we wanted a wedding planner to ease the stress of planning, and choosing Rebecca was the best decision we made. She was very professional and met with us consistently to ensure our needs were met and every detail was perfect. Her vendor recommendations provided exceptional service, and she even took on additional responsibilities that weren't expected of her and made planning our wedding fun rather than stressful. We can't recommend Rebecca and Wynn Events enough. To anybody looking for a wedding planner, look no further than Rebecca!

Everyone needs a Rebecca in their life. I think maybe aside from your significant other, a wedding planner is arguably the most important person to have on your wedding day. And it needs to be Rebecca & her Wynn Events team. We originally hired Rebecca as our day of coordinator. When it came time to start really planning all the details, we realized we were in over our heads. Without hesitation Rebecca was willing to let us upgrade our package. She truly was always five steps ahead of us in the planning process and always had a resolution for any issue we faced. We had so much ease throughout the planning process knowing Rebecca was in our corner ready to address any concerns we had and help make our wedding the best day. She was always readily available to hop on a call, whether it be an hour long or just a quick question. She always made us feel like a priority, no matter what. Our wedding day turned out perfect and it truly was all thanks to Rebecca and her Wynn Events team. The absolute best!!!

We were introduced to Rebecca and her team after another vendor we had booked, suggested we reach out to her for day-of coordination services. We had such a wonderful experience working with her and her team from start to finish. During our initial phone call, my husband and I immediately felt like we were in good hands. Rebecca was available to us the entire year leading up to our wedding, even though we just booked the day-of package. She offered insight and recommendations when needed and helped to put our wedding timeline together. On the day of the wedding, Rebecca was such a calming presence! She truly helped to make the day run seamlessly and handled all of our details - we worried about nothing! And I loved knowing we had someone in our corner who was looking out for us and making sure we were having the best day ever. So needless to say we 10/10 recommend Wynn Events!! It was such a no-brainer investment for us during the wedding planning process and having Rebecca there allowed us to be fully in the moment and soaking up every special aspect of our wedding day.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Rebecca and Wynn events. From the beginning of the planning process all the way through the end of the wedding day, it was the best experience. Rebecca was so great with helpful guidance, finding vendors,and keeping me on track timewise. Two days before the wedding, we thought we may have trouble with a vendor getting tables. Within 30 minutes, Rebecca had another vendor on standby ready to go. The day of the wedding, rain almost changed our ceremony site, but Rebecca pulled everything together and made sure it was all perfect. 10/10 would recommend and was a delight to work with.

We hired Rebecca and Wynn Events for our Day Of Coordinator and we could not be happier with our decision!! Rebecca is so down to earth, puts the bride and groom first, and is a comfort during a crazy day! Even though she was "day of", she was in contact with us 3 months in advance and was there any time we needed her! They are also super detailed, organized, and communicate so well! BONUS - our parents and family member could enjoy the day and night because Wynn Events had everything covered! We recommend Wynn Events for anyone looking for wedding planning in any capacity!

Rebecca and her team are literally the caviar or wedding vendors.
I am a fellow vendor and have had the please of working with them a handful of times. Not only are they exceptional at details, creativity, and timing- but they are such good people. Rebecca and Holly LOVE what they do- and that shines through with the collaboration for your wedding. The whole atmosphere and vibe shifts because they are present.
We've done luxury weddings at The Hotel Monaco, and intimate culturally infused backyard weddings that would blow your mind. They never cease to amaze me.

We cannot recommend Holly, Rebecca, & Wynn Events enough as a wedding coordinator service. As a bride, I was overwhelmed with all of the details of wedding day & Holly was invaluable in helping me put everything together & coordinating day of, week of, months before planning so that we could enjoy our day. Having her and her team to assist with set up of the venue, communication with vendors/ venue coordinator during the week of our wedding, in addition to coordinating logistics at our ceremony was so helpful. She had weekly check ins with me to check in on where we were and what still needed to be done. She also provided me with resources to other vendors that I hired to help make my venue complete and look amazing. Holly will always be a special part of our wedding day & we will have wonderful memories of crucial part in planning our special day.

If you are even having a small debate if working with a day of coordinator & planner is worth it we can 1000% say that hiring Wynn Events, especially Holly, was one of the best investments we made for our big day! They truly made the 3 months leading up to our big day, along with our rehearsal and wedding day itself, stress free. Holly was always there to hop on a call if I was feeling panicky about something (which was often, let's be real), and helped us think about important to-do's that never would have crossed our minds (time it takes for each part of the day, having umbrellas, what should go where, etc.). We honestly talked about how wonderful Holly was the whole next day after our wedding, and probably will every time we look back on the day, and had so many family & friends say just how terrific she was! Holly & Rebecca, and the rest of their team, work true magic making visions come to life and letting you enjoy your whole entire day without having to even stress an ounce!

Our wedding was everything I dreamt of and more all because of Wynn Events PGH. We couldn’t have asked for a better day of coordinator. As soon as we booked Rebecca for our wedding, I was confident that our wedding day would be absolutely perfect especially because of the number of weddings she had done at our venue. She was extremely professional throughout the whole process, organized, and made wedding planning so much easier. Leading up to our day, Rebecca kept us on track, and took all of my ideas to make my reception dreams come true flawlessly. She was always there for us in the months before, and communicated clearly and quickly. It was like talking to someone we had known forever in our meetings. What truly stood out was her calm and reassuring presence throughout the entire process, especially on the big day. No matter what came up, she handled everything with grace, making sure we felt relaxed and fully able to enjoy every moment. We are beyond blessed to have had Rebecca and Holly as part of our special day as they not only coordinated every part of our wedding, but both have a deep passion in this industry and are two of the most kind individuals ever. My husband and I would highly recommend hiring Wynn Events for your wedding! We worked closely with Holly throughout the months leading up to our wedding and cannot rave about her enough!! From helping us to make so many decisions (both big and small), to building our ideal timeline and seamlessly communicating with our vendors, to setting up (and tearing down) our venue, taking so much care that everything was just as we were envisioning, Holly went above and beyond to ensure we were able to not only plan our dream wedding, but also enjoy every minute of it! We connected with Rebecca a little less than 6 months before our wedding date when we decided we needed help to turn our wedding vision into reality. We knew during our first consultation call that Rebecca would make our dreams come true! Rebecca helped keep us on a timeline, had an abundance of vendor recommendations and connections, and was genuinely excited about helping us achieve our perfect wedding day. She handled all communications with the venue, rental companies, catering, etc and kept us informed at every stage. We also benefited from her excellent guidance and experience when it came to design, budget, and various wedding procedures. Her calm, organized, fun, and positive spirit was contagious, especially during the wedding rehearsal and wedding day. She handled all challenges and requests with effortless professionalism, creativity, and efficiency. Rebecca really made us feel seen and heard throughout the planning process.
Any time we were stressed, a call or text with Rebecca would quickly ease our minds. We found both a wedding planner and a new friend in Rebecca. Our wedding coordination experience with Wynn Events PGH, planner Holly Rosenbalatt, was truly 5 star. As a highly organized, type-A person, it was not easy to let someone else take the wheel and execute our vision on our wedding day, but I could not be more thrilled with how Holly invested her time to understand what we wanted and then brought that to life on our day. It's true when they say that not everything will go according to plan, but with Holly, we felt truly relaxed the day of and honestly, we didn't even know about some of the hiccups because Holly just handled it. Paying for a day of coordinator/planner was not money we wanted to spend, but it was beyond well spent. We could NOT imagine our day without Holly, even family and friends commented on how amazing she was!

I could brag about Rebecca and her team for days; to say they are amazing doesn't even do it justice. I hired Rebecca as my day-of coordinator, and it was easily the best decision I made throughout our entire wedding process. She was organized, responsive, efficient, a true expert in whatever we needed. Rebecca made sure all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves, as she and her team nailed our vision and then some. Her team was beyond generous, kind, and courteous to all guests. The amount of compliments we received on her behalf was stunning. Working with Rebecca and Holly was the BEST decision we made when planning our wedding. This team goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease the days, weeks and months leading up to your wedding. They are so responsive via text and email, it was so easy to communicate along the way! Rebecca and team coordinated every last detail for us and kept in contact with our vendors throughout the process. I didn't have to worry about a thing!
Our wedding day was perfect. The Wynn team did a fantastic job. Rebecca even stopped by my parents' house on her way to the venue to check-in on me & my bridesmaids and pick up my reception dress, like how AMAZING!!!! Having her there with me on my special day made me feel so calm, which is what all brides need!!
Rebecca and Holly are so kind and passionate about what they do, and they were 1000% the right people to help plan our wedding. Lastly, I truly felt like I made a friend in the process!! I'm so glad I had the opportunity to work with the Wynn team. If I could give them 500 stars I would :)

Rebecca was the absolute BEST! She was organized, calm, and went above and beyond in everything she did. Having her present for our rehearsal and day of the wedding gave us complete peace of mind. She set up the venue beautifully, kept in touch with me (bride), kept everyone on schedule, and also made sure that our other vendors were present and comfortable. One of the things I'm most thankful and appreciative of was Rebecca's initiative she took to "spruce up" our sweetheart table. The flower arrangement that I got for the table was not as expected - I said this to Rebecca and she took it upon herself to make the table look beautiful without it. She had florists on the phone and all. Then, at the end of the night Holly was a HUGE help cleaning up our decorations. With all of this said, HIRE WYNN EVENTS PGH for your wedding!! You won't regret it.

My husband & I feel so lucky to have hired Wynn Events for our October wedding. Rebecca was absolutely amazing to work with, and we can't say enough good things about the level of service she provided!
Not only were we married in arguably the busiest wedding month in western PA, but we were also planning everything while living out of state. Rebecca was always quick to respond to emails, flexible with meetings, and open to offering much-needed advice along the way. This was most appreciated when we needed to make last minute changes the week of our wedding due to incliment weather. Rebecca made sure even the smallest details were not forgotten.
When the big day came, she made sure the everything stayed on schedule, and we didn't have to worry about a thing!
Rebecca also has a collection of rentable decorations to help elevate any event. Her candles were a game changer at our reception and brought my initial vision of the space to life.

Rebecca was the absolute best and I would recommend her to any and all of my friends looking for a wedding planner. There are not enough words to explain just how amazing it was working with Rebecca for our wedding. I was the first in my family to be married so going in to this we truly had no idea what to expect or what needed done. Rebecca was instantly there with a list of venues to tour and vendors that needed booked. She made everything so easy and the planning process so much fun! Whatever idea I came up with or wanted to try Rebecca was my biggest cheerleader. Our day would not have gone as amazing as it did without her and I can say that with 100% certainty.

I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Rebecca and her team. She was our day-of coordinator for our wedding on 11/10/2023 and she is the main reason the day went so perfectly. She made sure we stuck to our timeline, that she helped me meticulously plan, she wrangled our bridal party and families to where we needed to be at the appropriate times, made sure me and my husband always had a drink in our hand and had a blast the entire day. Rebecca also worked with us the month before the wedding to coordinate with all our vendors and finalize all the tiny details I hadn’t thought about. Planning a big Indian wedding without family nearby and crazy work schedules can feel like an overwhelming task. Our experience with Rebecca was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial consultation to the last dance at our reception, she exceeded our expectations and delivered a wedding day that was truly a dream come true. We couldn’t have done it without her.
One of the standout features of Rebecca was her dedication to understand our vision and cultural traditions. She ensured that every aspect of the wedding reflected our unique style (a mix of Hindu Bengali and Tamil traditions). The communication throughout the planning process was prompt and clear, leaving us confident that every detail was being handled with precision.
We can’t stress enough how resourceful, helpful, kind, and thoughtful Rebecca is. After our initial consultation, she reached out to over 50 venues on our behalf! When I couldn’t find the perfect welcome dinner dress two weeks before the wedding weekend, Rebecca suggested multiple stores and offered to go shopping with me until I found the perfect outfit. During stressful work periods, she sent us a Starbucks giftcard just because, and another time she and her husband took us to dinner just to catch up and relax. This is not your normal wedding planner.
On the day of the wedding, Rebecca and her team executed the timeline flawlessly. Every element, from the ceremony setup to the reception decor, exceeded our expectations. Her ability to handle unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency was truly impressive, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day. Honestly, we will never know if anything went wrong because Rebecca was already there to take care of it.

Rebecca and her team are absolutely amazing. I was questioning whether I needed a wedding coordinator, however my MIL “gifted” Rebecca to me. I am so grateful that she did. Rebecca is a lifesaver. She always knew what we needed before we did, ensured we were prepared for our wedding day, and took care of EVERYTHING on the day of. Rebecca was an absolute dream! Incredibly organized, very thorough, and so so thoughtful.
When searching for a planner, we hoped for someone who was local (we weren’t) and really “hands-on”, capable of planning our day from start to finish. We communicated our vision early on, and requested that Rebecca run with it from there. Instead of having to find and vet vendors in a city foreign to us, we happily relied on Rebecca to pull together the best of the best. We looked forward to the different options she would present, and really appreciated how seamless she made our decision making process (we had no clue how many decisions we’d have to make!). Ultimately, the vendor team she brought together was truly perfect for us, hand picked based on our vision, not just from a list of preferred vendors. Despite working across multiple time zones, Rebecca was always SO responsive and very willing to flex to our odd-hour work schedules, almost to a fault. We can’t begin to imagine what our day would be like without her. She thought of EVERYTHING, and it was clear she took personal stake in making our day the best it could be. From the very start, we felt like she treated our day like it was her own, and it was incredible to watch her materialize what we could only vaguely imagine in our minds. We always felt like her top priority - she made us feel like ours was the only wedding she was planning. Rebecca is the reason we could fully bask in the joy that was our wedding weekend! We couldn’t have asked her for more (she even delivered when we asked her to secure a welcome party venue just a few weeks out)! Even more, we now have a friend for life! We love Rebecca so much!

Wynn Events was amazing to work with, but more importantly getting the chance to work with Holly Rosenblatt was the icing on the cake. Having Holly as my coordinator was probably the best decision I made during the entire wedding process. Not only was she so organized, accommodating, kind, knowledgeable, but she made everything so smooth. She contacted every vendor, set up time to speak with each one of them, organized every last detail, and made sure I was not worried on my wedding day. Any time I needed to ask Holly a question, she was there to talk. She was always flexible and willing to talk at any moment to answer any questions or just to calm me down about anything. The best decision we made was to hire Rebecca for our wedding. I don't even know where to start her praises. She is helpful and patient. She knew all the best vendors and has good relationships with them, she has an amazing set of strategies for anything you want to do, she has a ton of expertise about what to consider when planning, she went above and beyond to help us the day before, and she went to incredible lengths to make sure on the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about any detail at all. Rebecca of Wynn Events PGH is hands down the best. If you are on the fence about booking a wedding planner or day of coordinator, book Rebecca. We were referred to Rebecca by a friend in the industry and we booked her after our first call with her. Rebecca was professional, not pushy to book, and was able to provide the services we needed (day of coordination, timeline creation, vendor communication). We originally only hired Rebecca for the ceremony but we added her for the full day and we're SO glad we did. Our day was seamless, and I truly mean that. We had to make the decision the morning of the wedding to move our ceremony location indoors due to weather and I was not stressed at all about the change. Rebecca made all of our vendors aware and made sure everything was ready to go for us. Throughout the day, Rebecca was always there to make sure we were taken care of and she was our biggest behind-the-scenes supporter. We sent her a few example photos for the reception set up and my jaw dropped when we got to see the reception space. She really knocked our vision out of the park and made the space even better than we could have imagined. Rebecca is professional, fun, detail-oriented, organized, and just an amazing human. We would recommend Rebecca and Wynn Events PGH to anyone because we had such an amazing experience!

I feel very confident entertaining and approached my daughter’s wedding planning with gusto. We nailed down the church, the reception venue, an entertainment company and a stationaire almost immediately. However, I quickly discovered this whole process was bigger than me. How would I ever pull off our vision the week of the wedding?
Anxiety started to build and I knew we needed help. We found Rebecca Frankel with Wynn Events. Rebecca brought calm, ideas, time lines, venders, vision and perspective.
We ended up with 236 in attendance and I didn’t lift a finger the day of the wedding. Rebecca brought our vision to life! I was able to drop my “control freak “ persona because my daughter’s big day was safe in Rebecca’s hands!

I hired Wynn Event for their day of coordination services. It was the best decision I made during my wedding planning process. Rebecca and Holly were such a pleasure to work with. Rebecca had great ideas to make my wedding unique and was super responsive to all my emails (especially the week of the wedding). Rebecca understood the day I was visioning in my head and made it come to life with Holly (even with all the bumps on wedding day). They dealt with any issues that came up during the day which allowed me to completely enjoy my day. I am super grateful that I found them on Google. My husband and I couldn't recommend them more. We hired Rebecca from Wynn Events for our day/month-of coordinator, and we couldn't be happier! Rebecca was on top of managing every little detail, setting up decor, coordinating vendors, taking care of tear-down, among many other tasks; if any issues arose during any of these processes, we were none-the-wiser! To us, the day was genuinely perfect (Rebecca even brought us hors d'oeuvres and drinks after the ceremony/before pictures so we didn't miss out- truly, she's a life-saver), and I can confidently attribute this to the work of Rebecca and her team. I could not recommend Wynn Events enough!

Where do I start?! Working with Rebecca was a dream! We hired her as a day of coordinator for our June wedding, and it was easily one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. We booked Wynn Events PGH for the Month of Coordination package for our wedding on 6/3/23. From our first in person meeting at our venue walk through with Rebecca, I knew I would be able to 100% trust her with our wedding day and was instantly put at ease! She was very quick to respond to any emails or questions that we had and provided us with great advice/feedback for how to make wedding day flow. Rebecca was very organized and provided lots of tips and documents for planning leading up to the start of our Month of Coordination package. Rebecca & Team made sure everything ran smoothly leading up to and during the reception (with our many many vendors) and even was there to help us with our Church Ceremony. 10/10 would recommend Rebecca & Wynn Events PGH!

We hired Rebecca as our day of coordinator for our reception, but honestly it was so much more than that! We talked for months leading up to the event, whether it was advice about decor/ setup or vendor recommendations. The day of came and everything was perfect!!! We couldn’t have even imagined how beautiful everything turned out! The whole event went seemlessly and everyone is still telling me how beautful and stunning everything was. READ BEFORE YOU PLAN YOUR OWN WEDDING
Forget about everything you have going on right now and imagine how you want to spend the week before, day before, and most importantly, the day of your wedding.
We spent our time with family, relaxing together, and kept waiting for all of the stress and last minute problems everyone talks about with your wedding day. Those problems never came because we hired a professional to plan our wedding and we would encourage anyone reading this to do the same.
I don't care if this is your first or fifth wedding, Rebecca and her team still have way more experience than you or me and they showed it every step of the way with our celebration.
We wanted to share a few of the stand out ways we thought Wynn Events did a great job with our plan and hope it helps you in your search for a wedding planner.
(1. Venue Hunting: My wife and are have very little free time and Wynn Events took this into account and narrowed all of our options and preferences into a final list we were able to see in an afternoon. Oh and they picked us up and dropped us off!
(2. Vendor Coordination: I am not even kidding when I say we did not have to talk to anyone other than our wedding planner. Wynne Events handled all of the folks involved wonderfully and in a lot of cases was able to make sure we received benefits and perks I don't think we would have gotten on our own.
(3. Communication: We had plenty of ideas and preconcentions and Rebecca reinforced the good ones and made sure we didn't waste any time or money on the bad ones. She did it in a way that was professional but was not afraid to speak her mind which is exactly what we hired her to do.
(4. The Little Things: Rebecca and everyone she works with are extremely passionate about what they do and made everything just so special beyond what their job requires. Making sure we had cocktails while we waited for the processional, making sure appetizers and food followed us around, planning signature drink tastings, and taking time just to check in and on us during the whole process are a few of the many gestures we remember.
If you read this far, in summary there's lots of wedding planners and they have an important role in your celebration. If you're looking for one schedule a call with these guys; you won't be disappointed.
One of our favorite pictures; we wanted a first scoop instead of a wedding cake and Rebecca made it happen, complete with a full sundae bar for 2 hours!

Rebecca and the team at Wynn Events PGH is absolutely phenomenal. I truly don’t know what I would have done without Rebecca leading up to our wedding day, but especially on that day. She made everything so easy and effortless for us, and brought the vision of our wedding to life (and even better than we had imagined!). 5 stars is not enough for Wynn Events. I am a very type A bride, and went back and forth on hiring a day-of-coordinator until the very last minute, when I realized I just could not be two places at once. After my first phone call with Rebecca, I knew she would be the missing piece to the crazy puzzle that was wedding planning. We were having a bit of an unconventional wedding and our venue (a brewery) was going to be the location for both our ceremony and celebration. It was a smaller space, and when I was describing my vision of it being flipped in a short amount of time, WHILE the guests were there, Rebecca didn’t miss a beat. And day-of? SHE. KILLED. IT. I literally called her my wedding day ninja LOL. She was everywhere, all at once, keeping everything in line, while also managing to make you feel completely at ease, and hyping you up every single step of the way. She knew what we needed before we knew we needed it, and there was never a point in the night that I didn’t see her whisking by to handle everything and anything. Rebecca, hands down, is the person you want and need as your right hand woman leading up to, and on your big day. Easily the best decision I made in my entire planning process!

Our AZ wedding elopement was a dream that became reality. Rebecca was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and guided us through the elopement process the entire way and we could not have asked for a better experience. She made all the decision-making easy. She was super patient with all our questions during the planning process and it was a stress free experience from start to finish. She was attentive and easy to work with. All we pretty much had to do was show up—everything was set up for us from the props, florists, etc. She provided everything we needed. Working with Rebecca was like working with my best friend that made all the decisions and my wedding planning a piece of cake! It was truly a magical day. I highly recommend hiring Rebecca for your wedding/elopement—as she is a gifted wedding planner and deeply loves and enjoys what she does!

Rebecca was the best decision we made for our wedding (after deciding to have one, of course!). You want a nice event that reflects you and your style? Hire Rebecca. You want someone who can execute a vision, problem-solve calmly, and work with what you want without judgement or pressure? Hire Rebecca. You want someone you can direct all your mom/dad/grandma/concerned cousin’s questions to? Hire Rebecca. See a pattern? Doesn’t it sound amazing? It is. Our wedding wouldn’t have happened without Rebecca. Period. We were referred to her after we panicked and realized there was no way we could prepare for an outdoor wedding in Pittsburgh in four months while living and working full-time in a city more than four hours away. Rebecca came to our rescue as a new business owner and went above and beyond with her full-service assistance to make our entire wedding weekend possible. As a person who can be frugal to a fault and had only a general outline of what I wanted in a wedding, I can confidently say Rebecca was hands-down the best investment we made. She’s warm, personable, savvy in this business, and was an important part of our day. It’s exciting to see how much her business has grown in the short time we’ve worked with her. I was the groom, so I wasn't as involved with the day to day as my (now) wife was, but the day went so smoothly, the wedding itself was so wonderful, and I KNOW it couldn't have been done without Rebecca and her team at Wynn Events.
We used her day of coordination services, and like I said, the day went seamlessly (besides having to corral some of my habitually late groomsmen - a me problem). The timeline provided gave us ample time for our photos at the location, and the flow of the day was wonderful. All our vendors were taken care of, and it allowed us to focus on our day and not wondering where anything is
