XOXO Photobooth Photography and Event

f the photos and Its been 4weeka past her due date on the photos. She has been rude to me and not willing to work with me. Her assistant was fabulous but she was lazy and not professional at all. I would not recommend her doing anything she is not very personable. I will be asking for my money back or a refund of some sort when I get my pictures finally.

see all your pictures on their big screen. The line never stopped and they handled it with ease. Our guests can be very demanding and this didn't phase them. She even called us over to make sure we had our own private shoot in the green screen photo booth . She also made sure the wedding party got photographs with us in the photo booth. The photography also captured our special day with magnificent Charm. I highly recommend this company!! It's like no other with extra Charm.

e this breakdown (make sure she shows you a total list of cost and products before signing because this could become a point of emphasis later). We had a contract signed with Linda. Over the phone we agreed she would show up with an assistant at a specified time during our wedding due to the size (over 100 people, which makes sense) and she would be there over an hour early for set-up. Our wedding was going on and our ceremony was over. We noticed that she was not there at the said time according to the contract. We had our wedding coordinator call her. She claimed to our wedding coordinator that we had provided her with the wrong date which was incorrect. She showed up 2 hours late from the contracted time. In her contract she said it would take 1 hour to set-up. Once she arrived she claimed she was able to set-up within 20 minutes because of the need (seems hard when there was only one employee). Once the set-up was complete she started working with our guests while the party was going on. However, in Linda's haste arriving she parked her car illegally at the venue. She had to leave for almost 10 minutes during her service because the wedding coordinator indicated to her that she was parked illegally and needed to move her car immediately. She rushed through her customer line in order to move her car. By during so, several of our guests never received their photos. We also had several photos that were printed on all green backgrounds and these were distributed out to our guests. We have an e-mail from XOXO claiming she worked only 1 hour and 30 minutes out of the contracted amount of time out of the 2 1/2 hours we contracted XOXO for. Upon completion of the wedding, over the next few days she was only willing to refund us 20% of the total cost. My spouse and I thought this refund was not up to the amount of the offense that was incurred. She was not willing to work with us at all. She said this is what she is willing to do and nothing more. We asked for a price breakdown of her service and she claimed she does not do this. That was unbelievable to us, what company does not keep track of there services/costs. This was unheard of to us, but because she already took payment there was not much else we could do (if you ever work with XOXO make sure you get a complete price breakdown beforehand). We of course have a track record of all of this. I would recommend you look else where if you are looking to hire XOXO Photography. There are several companies out there that can do a better job. Make sure you get what you want for your event and work with someone who is willing to go the extra mile for your business. It is certainly not here.
