king if there was anything else we needed. Maria and Brooke would get a five star rating for their price packaging. Not only is it reasonable, it's beyond affordable. When you look at the other Photo booth companies that are available on here with however many reviews they've garnered and how much they charge, it can make other companies look "cheap" because of how much price gouging they are doing, preying on the principle that if you want something done right for your special day, you're gonna have to pay through the nose. It's simply not true, and the options they offer you are the exact same thing the other companies with giant price tags do. Also, even after the wedding they are just as good about maintaining contact. I asked if they could make our pictures available for download a couple weeks after and the next day it was available again. They are on top of their game. The custom work they do for your photos is phenomenal, they send you proofs, they eliminated any worries I had about this part of our wedding come together. Lastly, I would give them five stars for the quality of their photos. From the beginning I had asked Maria about bringing extra lighting, because what I found from the lesser photo booth companies was that bad lighting made for terrible photos. She brought them to the wedding, but didn't even need to set it up. EVERYONE LOOKED. SO. GOOD!!!! I would have thought she had gone through every photo and done touch ups. Not the case at all. Touch screen operating that the guests could use instantly saw how good everything looked, and the prints were ready quickly and looked flawless with our custom borders. She also printed out an additional copy for our scrapbook, which may rival our formal photo wedding album, because everyone was signing next to their photos. We can't get over how good these photos looked. They know what they are doing, and are professional photographers, not some franchised outlet. Your company is amazing, and I'd consider having a second wedding just to work with XOXO again. I'm half joking, but I do hope we can have them for our next big occasion. e super responsive, wanted to customize my experience to EXACTLY what I was looking for, and tailored it to my budget. I had them on-site for my Derby bridal shower as well, inviting my guests to take a picture with the horse as they arrived. Can't wait to celebrate New Years Eve with XOXO , and refer them to everyone I know! They are already like family!

She answered all questions. She set up the booth in the perfect spot in the venue. Throughout the event, she was wonderful with all of the guests, always smiling and friendly. cept this kind of treatment for my clients. I sent XOXO photobox an email inquiring about services on Friday Aug. 4th, I asked about potential discounting since we were only a few months out. They explained that they were unable to discount as they are very busy, I said no problem I totally understand but just thought i would ask. I then asked Maria to please send me a contract. Several days then went by, two unanswered emails, a voicemail and 5 1/2 days later Maria finally got around to responding to me. She then sent the contract over a couple days later. Less than 48 hours after I received the contract I sent them an email saying that we were indeed booking with them and that they would receive a deposit by the end of the weekend. I emailed them with a couple follow up questions which were finally answered this morning, (with NO mention that they already sold our booth to another client). I immediately filled out the contract, went to submit, and then received a message saying that that contract had been deleted. Not only did they cancel a contract that they KNEW we were signing but they also displayed such a LACK of care and professionalism. They did not even have the decency to include in there email (just an hour before) that the booth was no longer available for us, instead she answered my questions as though it was a done deal and let me fill the contract out just to submit and see that they had deleted the contract. I then had to once again follow up with them to find out what was going on. Maria picked up and said ohhh yes i was going to email you, the booth is no longer available it already sold... What a poor display of service from beginning to end.

p conversation that night and ended up in the photobooth was hilarious, and it ended up being a nice way to inventory all of the guests. XOXO Photobox Inc. was so easy to work with. Responsive, clear communication and offered many different payment options. They created an awesome photostrip template using my wedding invite that I am in love with. They sent me a few options before the wedding and included me in the final decision making. This process made for a very unique photo-strip , and I am so glad it wasn't just a blank frame because the photo-strips ended up being an emergency party favor. The technician was wonderful and very accepting of the different guests using the booth. She handled set up and break down on her own and needed nothing from me other than to point her to the room and the 3-pronged outlet. Set up took a little longer than expected, but she extended our time of use to make up for it. I have read reviews on other places that will not offer that, so I think it is important to note. And, when our time was up, she did let me know we could continue at a fee per hour. I know this technique is probably more beneficial for the company than the customer, but I appreciated that she didn't just run off wanting to get home. My only regret was a personal decision to put the booth in a different room from the reception to encourage guests to walk around...the downside is that we had a small wedding, so sometimes only 10 or so people would be in the reception space because everyone else was waiting to use the photobooth. If I could do it again, I would put the booth in the same space as the reception room so everyone could still see each other.
