Nicole was our lifeline throughout our wedding day at Succop Nature Park! She was super helpful throughout the planning process to help us get our wedding day timeline together, and even to make suggestions that ended up saving us so much time and stress! The day of the wedding, she was totally available to help us set up/tear down decor and keep things running smoothly. She also helped with so many little touches that meant a lot to us, like bringing out a plate of appetizers for the bridal/groom parties during cocktail hour, and even offering to set up a snack platter for us while we were getting ready! We will forever be grateful to Nicole for her expertise and support - she helped to make our wedding day so memorable and special!
Nicole was SO helpful for our wedding. We got married at heinz history center and realized about 15 min before the ceremony that we forgot the rings at the hotel (Omni William Penn) 🤦🏼♀️ Nicole immediately offered to run and get them, no questions asked. She completely saved the day and the ceremony started on time because of her. She also had a bobby pin to save my hair during the reception and she cleaned everything up at the end of the night. It was so nice to have all of our stuff neatly waiting for us in our hotel room, we didn't have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Nicole was awesome. I got a chance to meet her in person on the day of the wedding but she was nothing short of accommodating, professional and present for whatever I needed. We hired her as our day of coordinator for the National Aviary and she had great knowledge of how the venue worked, and made my wife and I feel at ease. Thank you Nicole, it was a pleasure working with you!!
I can honestly say that Nicole saved our wedding day! My husband and I agree that getting a day-of coordinator was the best decision that we made while wedding planning, and Nicole was amazing. We dealt with A LOT of rain on our wedding day and I had dreamed of getting married outside. It was pouring as guests arrived and into the timeline of our ceremony. Nicole closely watched the radar, communicated with my soon-to-be-husband in the other room, and figured out a way to get us outside during a break in the rain to have our ceremony. The day honestly would have been chaos without her coordinating and communicating! She also did all the set up and take down of decorations at the end of the night. I can't even imagine trying to pack everything up at the end of my wedding night . I would recommend Nicole as a day-of coordinator to anyone and feel so strongly now that everyone needs one!! Thank you for all your hard work, Nicole!
Nicole and her sister Vanessa were wonderful to work with. When I first told my husband that I wanted to hire a day-of-coordinator he was skeptical but now agrees it was some of the best money we spent on the wedding. They created a timeline that flowed, helped set up decor and clean up at the end of the night. Vanessa even helped pin my dress up to keep me from tripping on it while dancing. Several small things didn't go as planned the day of and Vanessa was on top of them every single time. I don't know how I would have made it through the day without them!
Nina was our "day of event coordinator" at my daughters wedding. She encouraged phone calls and emails anytime we had questions or needed some help or a little advice. The day of the wedding Nina's sense of style and eye for detail came shining through! With little direction from us, she placed chairs, tables, signs and decorations in the most beautiful way! We didn't need to worry about a thing, Nina made sure everything ran smoothly. We could not have pulled off this amazing wedding without her.
Nicole was so helpful to me and my husband during our wedding planning process. Even though we had hired her as a "day of event coordinator", Nicole was more than willing to answer questions and to meet periodically throughout the wedding planning process. She coordinated the reception, and decorated the venue in a beautiful way. We received so many compliments! Nicole really know this industry well, and she is easy to talk to. She really put our minds at ease.
Hiring Nicole was the best decision I could of made while planning my wedding. Nicole was well organized, professional, and great to work with. Nicole carried out my vision better than i could have imagined and all from just few pics i had sent her. She communicated with all of my vendors which alleviated alot of stress and back and forth for me. I was able to take it all in and enjoy my reception without any worry! Nicole and her team were very efficient and their execution was seamless. If you don't think you need a day of coordinator, rethink it and hire Nicole, you will not be sorry!
I can't say enough great things about Nicole! She was so helpful and made our wedding day a breeze. We had to move our ceremony inside last minute due to weather and she got everything taken care of, plus helped to adjust the rest of the timeline for the cocktail hour and reception. Everything was perfect thanks to her - I can't recommend her services enough!!
We had a great experience working with Nicole. She was organized, communicated with all our vendors, and made the day run smoothly. She was very reachable and responsible during the whole planning process. We are procrastinators, and she was extremely helpful smoothing over last minute details. She also set up all my insane amount DIY flowers and decorations. We would definitely recommend her and her presence at our wedding allowed us to enjoy the day that much more!
I contacted Nicole with a month left before my wedding. I did not have a clear idea what I needed help with, aside from wanting someone other than me to be the point person on my big day. Nicole was the only planner I spoke to who was provided a clear-cut plan, she explained some common issues and how she typically handles them. Some of the things she discussed - I had never thought about! I felt so relieved when I got off the phone that my wedding would be in good hands. Her sister, Vanessa, ended up being my point person the day of the wedding and I could NOT have been more satisfied! She took my vision and brought it to life. I was overly organized with my decorations but was not sure how to actually bring any of it together - she brought it to life, though, better than I imagined! My now-husband and I did not have to deal with any issues the whole night, and when one issue did arise, we simply told Vanessa and she handled it right away. I would (and HAVE) HIGHLY RECOMMEND Your Big Day to any one considering a wedding planner or day of coordinator. It is WELL WORTH it. You only have one day, and you do not want to be stressed or have any of your family members stressed... let everyone enjoy it and leave it to the professionals!
I attended a workshop held by Your Big Day. I had been engaged for a while but we had not started planning. My mom and I didn't know the first thing about wedding planning. Nicole and the vendors she invited were nothing short of AMAZING. They answered all of our questions, individually and in the group setting. She even provided us with a wedding planning binder. I would recommend Nicole to all brides!
I attended a workshop by Your Big Day. I had just gotten engaged and did not know where to start. Nicole had great suggestion and answered my questions. She brought in other vendors as well. Even though I lucked out with my venue and have one on one support where I do need a wedding planner, I did end up booking one of the other vendors who was there. I would highly recommended attending a workshop.
Though we did not spring for a wedding planner, we did go to one of Nicole's workshops. Very informative and I was able to take-away a lot of information. You can tell Nicole definitely knows her industry and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend her workshops!

I didn't think I needed a wedding planner--our reception venue had one and she was really great. But then, I thought of my ceremony, which was originally at a church, and I knew I needed someone to be there for me so I didn't have to worry about details. I read reviews on Wedding Wire and visited websites and Nicole sounded perfect. I liked that she was so flexible and would put my interests above those of the venue, so we met and I hired her.
Four days before our ceremony, we learned that we couldn't have our ceremony at the church, so it would be moved to the same venue as the reception. Nicole worked with the staff at the hotel, including their event planner, to make sure our wedding was perfect. She conducted the rehearsal the night before and made sure we knew what to do. The day of the wedding, she folded my programs, took charge of our purses and our "extra" shoes--the ones we planned to put on when our feet got tired--and other details so I wouldn't have to worry about them.
Nicole was a joy to work with! If you are planning a wedding and feel like there are so many details to cope with, please do yourself a favor and hire Nicole. You won't regret it!
